I have Jeff's hypergamma cd. It seems to help in expansion and dissolving, but it's not very profound for me personally.

Yes! Totally complicated, I mean look at all of those contraptions. He's really into it...I'd kind of like to meet him and see all of those experiments. The water frequency one was really cool I thought.

How about you join in as his opponent on the video, sykkelpump? -
My translation says, "They have different names but the same designation."

I agree.

I love to watch your videos, Santi. Someday the time will be right and I'll come to Miami.

I like your attitude, at least for now. Who knows if it will change. It reminds me of myself...when I began I was so on fire for all of this. Wanted to achieve instant enlightenment! So if I were a master, I'd willingly take you under my wing and see what you are made of...but sadly we're in the same boat. Welcome to the bums.

Yeah I don't trust the organization whatsoever, but then again, it does seem like many are simply charitable BBQists.

Feel whatever comes up....like we have a choice in the matter! Be a good person, and be kind. We do have a choice in that, although it can be challenging. Surrendering isn't something we can choose to do, in my opinion. It's only when we're fully beaten to a pulp that we are surrendered. And I mean FULLY beaten. But what aids the process of letting go and surrendering is a disciplined life, choosing to do only good to others. I also agree that vipassana is good...not necessarily as a sitting practice to do in addition to kunlun, but as a way to look at life every day, every second. You asked about if I-Jong will balance your kunlun practice...in my opinion when you're facing this kind of stuff, that's when your kunlun practice is going well.

I think the first method would work pretty well for jumping high!
