  1. What are you listening to?

Three recently discovered albums which I'm a huge fan of... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lv6MRAIivTU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIRMiL9ZjrQ

  3. A bold voice in Baltimore

Perhaps I'm the only one who thinks that the primary cause of this problem in Baltimore is simply reverse racism... You assume that your race is hated because that's what your elders told you, you see minor evidence of it in terms of people that had nothing to do with you and yours, and you get violent against the other race and the system because of these apparent martyrs. If you just drop the false victim mentality, and stop identifying with your race in terms of "us versus them" (because that is literally racism...as compared to having pride for your culture and heritage, which is not), then the problem is solved. All of a sudden, you're just an American, with the opportunity to build the life you want, if you do what it takes. Pretending you're a victim keeps you from doing what it takes. It keeps you on your knees, subservient to the hand that you even admit hasn't fed you. It doesn't benefit you, or your community to be this way. In fact, what's happening is that the media has been baiting a race war for years now, because it does anything for viewership. The black community, by their own volition, is being played as the pawn in this sick game. Because of the reverse racism that's indoctrinated within it. "Your ancestors were slaves kept by white men" "they're white devils don't trust them" etc. If the black community wakes up and looks around, they might have a chance to benefit themselves, by no longer blaming others for their own actions...by no longer playing into the hands of the media, that cares nothing for them or their communities. #radicalopinion #hopeithelps
  4. What does it mean to be transgender?

    Yes, I discriminate between people.
  5. What does it mean to be transgender?

I definitely hold rare perspectives that have been cast aside for years now...but I don't think that being a protector of women and striving to treat them with dignity when others don't, is harmful. I think the opposite is harmful, and the idea that all are to be treated as the same when they are not is harmful. So basically we just disagree.
  6. Foundations of Internal Alchemy Wang Mu book

You're right...I'm protecting the income of the commercial outfit that gives "the real method". Gotta protect my investment by convincing others they need to pay. It has nothing to do with steering newbies away from someone that completely misinterprets cryptic texts, so that these newbies can stay safe and seek out something better and more fulfilling and rewarding. Nah...who would waste their time caring about how well others do on their path? It's all about money and what you can get for free! Or in more straightforward terms: you're making huge assumptions here that in truth have nothing to do with me. My purpose here is to help others, and has literally nothing to do with money in any way whatsoever. Is it so inconceivable to you, that people here care about the clarity of spiritual teachings so much that they would call someone out who muddies the path?
  7. Foundations of Internal Alchemy Wang Mu book

You're assuming I'm a student of someone on or related to this forum? I'm not.
  8. where to start ?

I'd say to look for a school or training program. Google search many different keywords related to the subject, and dig into what's offered out there. Dig deep...search far and wide. Reading a book will give you an idea of what's in that particular stream of thought (for instance, kaballah, tarot, solomonic magick, etc)...but that's likely not the entirety of what's considered to be the occult or alchemy. Keep searching.
  9. Foundations of Internal Alchemy Wang Mu book

Not necessarily. I think it's because there are people with real methods who don't like seeing fake made up or misunderstood nonsense touted as being real to the unwitting public. People are trying to help you. For instance, I personally benefit in no way from saying that the poster Innersoundqigong is wrong 99% of the time. But I am saying that...only for the benefit of people who would otherwise blindly believe what he posts here, and hurt themselves, or at the very least accomplish nothing. I don't make money from this.
  10. What does it mean to be transgender?

I'm not stopping him/her! They can be who they want. But yes I do catch myself, and am not comfortable saying it to them. Can I be me? It's good to give respect to all people, so long as it's beneficial to do so. I was referring to the appropriate way to treat women. For instance, as a man, you protect them if need be. You treat them with dignity, even if they insist on it being otherwise. I don't personally ascribe to the popular post-feminist ideas of men and women being equal, acting equal, and being treated equal in all respects...I view huge differences in how the genders are, and have personal ideas of how I think they should be.
  11. What does it mean to be transgender?

I'm open to the idea of a person feeling like they are the opposite gender...why? Because there are people born with chromosomes other than simply XX (female) and XY (male). Without evidence such as this, transgender can just be chalked up to being a mental abnormality or even aberration...but individuals born as XXY for example, prove to us that we are not always only one of two options...if we are educated. It's not their "fault" that they are born that way, as it would be if it's viewed negatively, and if it's completely a personal choice. There are also people born as hermaphrodites...there is an array of potential things that can happen. So without this other evidence, it can be easy to distrust a person's psyche...think that they are screwed up for feeling like the opposite gender of what they clearly are. Perhaps sometimes this is actually the case, that they've been brainwashed by our culture in a sense, or abused by someone to the point of breaking, or are just rebellious...but perhaps other times they legitimately feel that way naturally and can't help it. Also, it's strange...I live with a transgender (woman who felt like and chose to become a man). It might just be their clothing and way of behaving, or it might be the treatments they have received...but I actually do consider them to be not so much of a female presence. Sometimes I almost catch myself saying, "What's up dude" and forgetting that they were born as female and are physically that way. Perhaps in their case, they legitimately were born different on the inside. Their spirit seems not-female. Although it's tricky...because of course they are female, and must be treated with the respect that one deserves. The world is not so black and white, and it can be challenging for people with thick skulls like me to learn that...it must be especially challenging for them.
  12. Meat

Was just talking with a roommate last night, who said she wouldn't be able to eat meat if she was aware of the process...she likes living in oblivion and will eat what tastes good, without thinking of the actual animals that make up the meat. Coincidentally, she is one of the most neurotic and pathologically disconnected people I know, to the point where most of the time she isn't even aware of the world around her. In talking about people we know with her, she can't even recall their correct hair color due to being so unaware of what surrounds her. I would prefer to, but hunting is a sport or seasonal past time these days, instead of a way of life (unless you live way out in the woods as an outdoorsman). Having had venison from hunts...it's much more satisfying than anything from the grocery store. Unfortunately in our world, we have too many people for all of us to rely on hunting our own meat. If meat farming could be raised to a higher standard, it would be wonderful.
  13. Meat

I personally think it's healthy to eat a moderate amount of meat...not too much, not too little. It's easy to tell based on how you feel. If you feel loopy, have a burger. If you feel grossed out after eating it, perhaps have less next time. Questioning the ethics of it, is a symptom of being disconnected from our bodies and from nature. Would animals eat you? Would the shark or the bear? So why would it be wrong for a human to eat them? Why does it taste good, especially if you are starving and in a survival situation? Why do dietitians say it has important nutrients for us, and why is it challenging to supplement those without meat (such as having brewers yeast)? Why have all traditional cultures been hunters? Why do we question ourselves so much? Eating meat does not cause entities to be in your body...but having weird beliefs such as entities having access to your body might cause it.
  14. new here and have questions

Seeing angels is interesting...what do they look like?
  15. Authentic Kuji-in

Zhongyong's post is pretty accurate from what I can tell...not that I'm in a position to judge what he says, or what anyone says of this subject... I was told by a source I trust that one could find a legitimate or original version of the kuji-in mudras, in Tiantai Buddhism in China. Not to be confused with the more popular Tendai Buddhism. The thing about such practices...it's best done in the midst of complete training. For instance, Buddhism comes with teachings, and isn't only about mudras and what appears to be esoteric. To just do the mudras without the teaching makes the practice meaningless, powerless, and ineffective. It might seem to have some effect, but it's not comparable to the whole training. Francois Lepine is a source one could learn (a version of) the mudras from...but it's divorced from a legitimate spiritual training. Shugendo seems really interesting...a couple of guys from Europe (I think France and Germany) have gone to Japan and trained in it. Definitely seems more esoteric than Buddhist oriented...so if that's your thing, that might be a worthwhile life goal. The training is pretty rigorous and intense...lots of surviving in the wilderness completely on your own. Not sure if they exactly do kuji-in, but they definitely do similar mudras etc.
  16. A simple but revealing meditation

Perhaps it's a misunderstanding of spirituality to think that "feeling the bliss of your impending death" is an advanced stage of cultivation. What if spirituality was really about life and living, being of use...and what if feeling blissful at the thought of your own imminent death was actually a sign of a problem rather than an advanced state? I personally think it is. As for myself, the honest answer is to make a ton of noise, because you can still hear the dirt being shoveled on top. It's not blind panic (at least when thinking about it happening, rather than it actually happening), but is a rational choice to stay alive based on what I want. I would rather not be stuck in a box doomed to fade out of existence after a number of excruciating hours...I'd rather be free and in the world, able to go places and do things. When you're locked in the box, is when you really start to appreciate what you had in life. If they couldn't hear my noise, then there would come a point where I'd have to accept what's happening. I'm a realist, so that would happen quickly. I'd probably decide to spend the rest of my time imagining things, so as to detract from the misery of being stuck in there.
  17. My story

We can project any type of energy, or none...but that doesn't change the virtues of our actions in the real world.
  18. See third eye, Possible?

I think they mean, you suddenly see in a non-physical way (not from the two actual eyes, but differently). Not that another eye grows, where if you looked in the mirror you'd see a third one above the other two. Of course, that has very likely never happened to literally anyone.
  19. My story

    A very honorable reply Jos.
  20. It could be that hair at birth in a baby is a sign of faster aging, therefore weaker kidney jing, than a baldie. Just another possibility...I have no idea.
  21. My story

Not that I'm capable of truly knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that demons are there or not, and whether someone can help with them or not...but from my level of perception, I agree with you completely regarding Jenny Lamb's behavior. If I had the ability to dispel demons from people's lives, I wouldn't charge them that much, if anything at all. It's a service to humanity if you have that ability, not a lucrative business. Why not charge a fair amount instead of a fucking ridiculous amount? An average person earns lets say $40,000 in a year for actual hard work (not for playing the role of master over others)...only really well off people are making $12,000 in 10 days! If she kept that up for an entire year she'd be pulling in $432,000! The excuse that people need to pay in order to demonstrate giving something of value for achieving a result, is a complete cop out, especially when the treatment doesn't work! The excuse that the treatment did work, but then demons came back because of one reason or another, is hogwash. And blaming it on the patient, rather than taking responsibility and completing the exorcism pro-bono, is more bologna. She has failed in what she agreed to do in a business arrangement...shirking her duty to Josama. So now, in my view, she owes him. If she even has these abilities, which is now doubtful. Also...I was taken aback at her response to his private emails, posted publicly on Facebook, before he personally came out publicly with his story... Is this really a way to talk to someone who paid you many thousands of dollars, who seeks your help in what seems to be a demonic possession? I think not. I viewed this as public humiliation, rather than any form of help for him. Gotta humiliate the people who threaten your business model, because others might then see that your work isn't even effective? This whole thing could be easily resolved if she demonstrated virtue: actually help the people who need it, for as long as they need it, do it quietly, respectfully, and don't rip them off. Not that I'm perfect or capable of knowing/judging her as a person...but lets use some common sense here, and call this behavior what it is = unacceptable.
  22. Hello

Exercise can move things to prevent stagnation from occurring. Also, if you think sexual thoughts or see sexual images, it will begin the process of sexuality, so it's best to avoid those things in order to be celibate in a healthy way. For instance, attempting to not masturbate or have sex after looking at porn is not a good idea. Hard to do in society at times, where "sex sells". And finally, if your emotions aren't elevated, then the sexual drives won't get elevated above physical sexual expression (and those drives don't stop the minute you decide they should)...so having a spiritual practice, for instance where you cultivate virtues or contemplate things like universal compassion and love, can help transmute the sexual forces. It eventually becomes a higher expression of them.
