  1. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Thanks, I found the best results come from a combination of guidance and letting things happen on their own. Makes sense to not control or time it. Everyone is different and has different paths, all to the same point, which is mastery. I think from this point on I will stop following the DVD exactly and will instead break each move into parts and memorize the concept. I have trouble learning just from copying. I gotta see the inner essense of the moves and make it my own. That is why I love internet videos for learning, you can so easily skip around to relevent parts, and you can go at your own pace.
  2. Thnx man I haven't been criticising my latest ideas enough. Well in quantum mechanics each atom only has a chance of being in one spot at any point in time. All the points they can be at at a time are a probability field. But I'm unsure if whole molecules also have this probability field or just atoms and smaller particles. But it would make sense if molecules, cells, or even whole people have this property. People have a chance of being in many places at any time, just depends on what they chose. I may be wrong though, not sure.
  3. Makes sense. There are probably a load of practices that can't be passed down but the ones that can be passed down... well, have the advantage that they can be passed down.
  4. @tateching99 I couldn't link that idea together properly. You could mean anything with that statement xD. Ie innuendo criticism love joke etc. And yes I realize I'm crazy but hopefully I can reign it into one crazy and not "two/too" crazy. (pun) I'm going to go ahead and overanalyze what you said with a long string of text which is 99.9% unrelated to what you said. Previously I'd say I was 0 crazy, which is just too little. You have to be a bit crazy to let your ideas be known. You can actually live in a sci-fi universe if you are a little crazy, just it would exist all in your head. Elon Musk once said he believes it is possible reality could be a simulation, I totally believe he has at least 1 crazy in his mind. Just he is aware of where the line between genius and crazy exists. Or maybe we are all a bit crazy, just people who are perceived as crazy just let their ideas slide so far out of the norm that they are unproven. But recently I've felt like that is what spirituality is, just letting yourself be "channelled crazy" and it is actually very healthy for the mind. Does someone's thoughts being unproven mean they are untrue, or does it just mean everyone else cannot link them together in the same way? Is science a religion? I mean if jesus really could turn water into wine in times immemorial, then perhaps it was a "science", one aspect of the universe. Or did he just perform a magic trick? Could that really explain most of what he did? The difference between science and religion is that science doesn't need to be learned to affect a person. It is 100% real and effective in the 3 dimensions which we can directly observe. Perhaps "non-scientific" "science" is just science that affects dimensions that we cannot directly observe. We have to see what is there by seeing what is not there. Similar to how we observe magnetic fields, almost. Sorry if I was a little self conscious and obsessed with the topic of sanity, I was recently diagnosed with mild psychosis and I'm a little self conscious. But at least I'm feeling a lot better physically and mentally even though I'm a bit mentally unrestrained/uncoordinated.
  5. Here is my structured water theory: https://deltrus.wordpress.com/2017/03/19/a-theory-on-a-water-based-communication-system-that-i-believe-is-the-basis-of-the-neuroimmune-system-awareness-and-consciousness/ I've since made a bunch of new theories but I mostly agree with my previous post. It was 3 months since I made this. In particular I believe that the whole body is an energy scaffold that receives energy from fission of particles inside stars and black holes. Energy would flow along specific paths, causing different types of energy to fuse and separate, ying and yang, creation and destruction etc. In fact I believe all life is like this, an energy scaffold that channels energy towards destruction/creation/movement of life. Fusion of particles and whatnot. All the ability to create molecular bonds in the end comes from the sun. It is all a energy differential. Aka the passing around and movement of energy between objects.
  6. Theory: The big bang happens in cycles, the universe explodes out and then comes back inward over time. Scientists have theorized that it has happened many times by now. Right now we are 13.8 billion years old as a universe, and 4.5 billion years old as a planet, and 60 thousand years old as homosapiens and I'm currently 24 years old as a human. My theory is that the big bang happens like a phoenix, destruction and creation intertwined in a ying yang duality type life form. And perhaps this is related to all phoenix mythology, flying phoenix chi kung in particular.
  7. Theory: I did origami before, and afterwards one of the structures which I creates, a whale blowing out water sort of like this: http://cdn.c.photoshelter.com/img-get/I00007JT9Ey.6mLA/s/900/900/cribb-20140627-3891.jpg Afterwards, I felt like I had a qi flow of the water blowing out, engraved into my mind. Like the curled shape was something I could do as a qigong move. (and I can trace out the movement. I feel like all forms of art are actually qigong, and it may be possible to transfer energy flows into art and vice versa. This would explain why calligraphy and origami were so popular in ancient cultures. Memory would function sort of like a repeatable rube goldberg machine of energy flow. As long as you start at one point, energy flow would happen in a certain pattern. And this would be the function of the hippocampus in the brain -- to create different energy flow pattern starting points.
  8. I'd am very interested in those picture's and that is amazing that someone had a similar idea.

Alright few questions for volume 2 seated meditations, just watched through it and was fairly decent at 1-3 since they were easy to learn. (probably hard to master though) 1. I notice that you breath fairly quickly during the 50% 80% 10% etc breathing sequences. I was under the impression that breathing slowly and deeply is always better. Is this false? My rhythm was all off, usually I breath as slowly as possible, in meditations especially. 2. Do you time breathing with your movements? With qigong, I have been breathing out with upward / outward movements and in with inward/downward movements. One movement = one breath. Is this a good strategy with FP chi kung?

Wow. Let me just say it is absolutely touching that you believed me. I'd love to speak to you personally IRL about all the experiences I've been having. I thought I was going crazy with the "in advanced" energy. Thank you so much for this comment, you are my idol for sure Yeah anyways I'm going to be working with the DVD's, I will let you guys know how well they work. This is good wisdom. Really makes me think. What do you think about stuff like spontaneous qigong and one time experiences of energy phenomenon that aren't verifiable? Like I had some WEIRD/cool visions and such during a psychotic episode. Or was it even that? I'm not even sure, there could be so many explanations, spiritual and scientific. Not even sure if I was just hallucinating/confused/awakening spiritually, in hindsight. Surreal is the word to describe it, rather than real. Anyways this happened two weeks ago around the time that I posted last. I'm doing very well now though, very grounded in reality and feeling better than ever. EDIT: Yeah this energy that the first 3 meditations give is very good and smooth. Feels just like the energy I got 2 weeks ago. I almost think it is related to serotonin. Man it is weird how this stuff works. I would love to combine science and supernatural phenomenon.
  11. Is the way to heaven through hell?

I went through hell already, and I'd say hell is just heaven that hasn't healed yet. If you are experiencing hell, you have to wait and help will come. You WILL get better eventually.
  12. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

I got the DVDs and managed to practice a little today.

Thank you everyone! You are all wonderful! I am reading and listening to all your comments!

@aeran we seem to be in the exact same situation, it even makes me question whether you are me. @Zen-Bear and Eric Isen, I'm in the exact situation as the person above me. Am I doing this alright? Do you have any advice? Most of my things I wanted to be hidden away are now out in the open. I'm aware of my problems and that is the first step to healing. Also when does the DVD set come in? I ordered it one week ago-ish. My heart is very eager to try it out. I want to change from who I was. I'm aware of most of my problems just I want to heal faster. I really want to practice Flying Phoenix Chi Kung. Thank you. @aeran, @Zen-Bear, Eric Isen, and everyone else.

In order to fix something you have to become aware of it first. If a person lived their whole life with a broken leg, and then they became aware their leg was broken, they would be quite distressed as well. Just don't resist, let the FP healing energy flow into you. It is like exercise, you damage your muscles, you tax your respiratory system, you feel terrible, but it is all for the greater good. My BEST healing experiences have been extremely painful, emotionally, mentally, sanity wise, etc. But just keep persevering, you will eventually feel amazing.

Thank you Sifu Terry Dunn. Thank you Sifu Terry Dunn. Thank you Sifu Terry Dunn. Thank you Sifu Terry Dunn. I literally died and came back to life a phoenix reborn. The website for chronic fatigue syndrome is PHOENIX RISING. Funny isn't it? I didn't receive the DVD yet but somehow FP healing energy reached me. Thank you whoever it was that guided me through the process. My chronic fatigue syndrome was cured. And it felt like every single person on this Earth was helping me, guiding my will to heal, and heal everyone on this Earth as well. I really am looking forward to life now. I really look forward to actually getting the DVD set. I am looking forward to helping everyone end their suffering. Sorry for being vague, maybe I can explain more in the future, I just really wanted to say THANK YOU ALL. Even if you don't think you helped me, you did.
  17. Is Tai Chi quantum physics

Maybe you are right, maybe there are infinite truths depending on the perspective at which one looks at the truth. I have been humbled. EDIT: actually I didn't get everything that I should have out of that. I've already realized that I'm on an infinite path going backwards and forwards. There is no answer, only questions leading to questions. I was overeager to say I had the answer because I had set a goal that was finite rather than infinite. The true answer is an infinite distance away. So I don't have a true answer, I just have an answer to my question. But it isn't really an answer because answers don't exist, it is an infinite dao with no end. Thanks.
  18. Is Tai Chi quantum physics

EDIT: Decided not to share my theory, I want to post my big discoveries on my blog first (when I make it). But I have an extremely profound and simple theory about how magnetic fields work and how opposites attract, positives repel, and how all fields work, including all fields that make up the fabric of reality. I'l post it soon and it can literally answer all your questions.

Thank you very much Sifu Terry Dunn. You are right, I was down on myself for a while. I made great progress with my health but stumbled and had horrible health for two weeks straight, I thought I lost my progress for a sec there. But I actually am rapidly figuring out my problem and making progress, with both western and eastern knowledge. I ended up buying the 1-5 dvd earlier today, which is a decision I'm happy with now in retrospect now that I know it should be kept as a full set, and also that the vimeo version wont be online for a while. "The master is just someone who started before you and just kept going". Truth
  20. Is Tai Chi quantum physics

Just basic stuff, opposites attract, same particles repel each other, basic biology, and just stuff the people observe in everyday life. Once we understand quantum physics, the analogies will be EVERYWHERE! It will be a connection between our internal and external world, when most people nowadays in the west are only taught about the external world, or the internal world view through an external perspective.
  21. Is Tai Chi quantum physics

I have a feeling this is the truth, although in order to share this truth, it must be taught to the populace through linking to ideas that they already know. And if you told a person that they are pure consciousness, and the universe is pure consciousness, and everything is one, they wouldn't understand. But if you had a goal of relating everything you learn to basic science that everyone knows, it means everyone would understand. Education synchronizes the population such that everyone's awareness becomes in tune, all aware of the same thing or very similar things.
  22. Is Tai Chi quantum physics

Man I'm having some crazy ideas today. What if, when we think of ideas, we are actually becoming aware of other dimensions, and these dimensions exist as infinitely smaller particles in our brains, each particle contains a particle, contains a particle, and so on? And these infinite particles eventually give rise to the human? What if our biology doesn't just go down to the DNA level, or the cell level, but actually goes down infinitely deep into infinite dimensions of particles? All we have to do is strive to become aware of a dimension which contains our desires, one that is extremely similar to our own dimension in terms of particle physics, and then we can use that dimension in order to manipulate our own? That would certainly explain how we have an intuitive understanding of quantum mechanics even though we have no understanding. First evolution finds particles which can reliably duplicate themselves, then we find particles that can duplicate themselves and also are aware of themselves, then we find particles that can duplicate and become aware and have matching particle physics to our reality. The key is awareness, the more aware you are, the more subdimensions you can enter. And the universal law of all cells in the human body, the one "awareness" that goes down infinitely deep, is the "breath". Breath permeates all life.
  23. Is Tai Chi quantum physics

I've actually figured out a large proportion of the quantum physics aspect of the human body. In my quest to solve diseases I started with western science and eventually made my own branch of science to do with the quantum mechanics of particles in our body. It is a comprehensive theory, going all the way from anti-oxidants to water to ion homeostasis to consciousness to the immune system to the true form of the fabric of reality. All of it is quantum mechanics and interaction of small particles. Our entire universe is probably a small particle as well. I've literally went through like 30,000 ideas and trashed 29,900 before I found the true form of what I was looking for. The ability to criticize my ideas is why reality is slowly being filtered away from falsehood. Critical thinking, scrutinizing every idea against reality, constantly finding mistakes, is what makes a person move towards their goal. Sadly I'm still recovering from illness, and my energy field keeps on getting depleted, which leads to constant crashing whenever I try to exert myself and try to share my ideas. Luckily I think I'm past the hardest part. I should rapidly increase in health very soon.
