    elong here saying 'hello'. Ni Hao Seeking more, i've found my self here. I practice a bit of standing, and sitting, that I've learned from my 2 taichi masters in person. On-line I have come across and enjoy the videos of Bruce Frantzis of energyarts.com and Chen Zhonghua of practicalmethod.com recently I've wanted to go deeper.
