  1. What is Jing (essence) from a Taijiquan perspective?

Taijiquan practice will cause one to gather yin and yang chi many times thru the practice of the form one time if done correctly. There should be times when doing the form that the body feels hot amazingly hot then times when it just feels full and rich. This is experiencing the taji state while doing the form. For one is gathering yin and yang chi while doing the form. If this is not happening it is because the yong quan cavities are not open.
  2. What is Jing (essence) from a Taijiquan perspective?

Taichi is a very advance concept and it is not one that is easily understood. Here's a hint: Think of it like this when you relax your body vibrates then the chi around the body expands and the body itself starts to rejuvenate enhancing yin...Then you start to move this energy thru the body healing it and making you stronger enhancing yang. Using yin to activate and nourish the yang. Do this and the taiji state will attained and one will gather ever higher levels of yin and yang chi thru the taichi form....
  3. Well claiming legendary masters as part of one lineage is a very well known thing that is done in china. To help with this lineages use lineage charts, handed down items, herbal formulas and so forth or all the above. The Wu Li Pai claims lao tzu as their founder but they have a lineage chart on the home page and from what I hear many rare and old practices as well.... http://www.all-dao.com/

  6. The mohist were in the history of china were like the white lotus before the white lotus existed they were a group who helped the people battle against injustice. They had weapons, battle plans, engineers, and fighters. It was the influence of the mohist that actually started the whole ideology of martial groups forming to help the people. What you know of as Mo Pai is actually one of the earliest forms of Wu Xian gong (Martial Immortal cultivation) systems. There was a tradition in the temples to put high level alchemy into martial arts because martial artist cant be easily influenced to give the secrets of enlightenment to those who werent worthy.

  9. Is Tai chi fake?

Yes I didnt say the master was being an asshole just that he can come off that way to people seeking fame trophies admiration and money. A true master wold only care about the development and perpetuation of taichi and thus only students looking to do the same will like what he says and follow him. This is very tao. also this http://www.chandao.co.uk/shaolin-monk-shi-yan-jue-formally-challenges-xu-xiaodong-of-mma.html

Hmm this man was no "master" seems like he couldnt handle consecutive punches to the face..... This guy most likely thought he was good because his master was famous his form was good and he was decent at push hands but forgot about that one little thing called fighting...oh well. I wouldnt say taichi doesnt work id say that the guy couldnt apply it. He couldnt even handle punches to the face...pathetic.
