Hi Apeiron&Peiron, Beautiful difference. Hi Kracktoid, Please read well. Good night. - LimA

Hey Lex, You strike me as a free spirit that is always seeking... Keep it that way. Don't give up on the 'whole'; just add on the good qualities like love, compassion, kindness, humility, etc. Want to bet - you are becoming 'wholesome'? I know I will win. - LimA

Hi Kracktoid, Marblehead is right. Perhaps you already knew that something is not too right - that's why you are now at TDB? I embrace Buddhism and Taoism philosophically - to touch base with my mind. Drugs and alcohol affect the mind - so you like to be mindless or mindful? Read more on Buddhism to enhance your understanding. There is something that pertains to a middle path. I foresee a balanced 'you' soon. Why? It appears that you are helping yourself - a step in the right direction. March on. - LimA

Hi david dharmabum lee, Good for you. Now you have turned out to be the one and only 'd d lee'? Welcome. - LimA

Hi Gunther, Cultivation? No particular inclination except that I need to use it as a word for communication. I came across the term 'wuwei' when I was younger. Then I could not figure it out. But as I got older 'wuwei' becomes an important part of my life. There was not a 'Aha!' moment for me when it comes to my embrace of wuwei. Looking back, my association with an apple tree helped ~ gradually and wuwei-lessly. - LimA

Yck! Thick and sticky.

Hi Lex, I am at peace with my present understanding of the concepts on The Void and Emptiness. It took me quite a while to be where I am now. I am aware that others may view these concepts differently. It is fine with me. I respect other views as each life is a road less travelled. Is there a difference for you when it comes to - Self-understanding and self-understanding? If so, please share. I share the same view - sequentially 'someone' comes before 'no one'. Why? I need to know what I have before I can throw anything away. Sometimes I can find peace from the silence of being a nobody. - LimA

(2A) Hi Steve, 'Realisation' may momentarily be 'wholistic'. But what is 'realised' is not the 'whole'. Nothing is permanent. Maybe some these people may like to share 'how it works' for them? 50 cents is more than 2 cents but nothing is free for me unless... Enlightenment => realisation => stillness ~ all without ever reading a single word about them. How do you account for this flow? Through experiential learning? Sunrise => sunset => sunrise => sunset => ... : more 'nature' than 'nuture'? Wisdom - endowed by nature (X) and/or cultivated through nurture (Y)? Ratio(s) of X:Y? Black or white? Every sect has its 'good, bad and ugly' elements e.g. ==> Taoists. Oops, sorry. Some enlightened spiritual teachers are silent and we may not know them as such. As they do not talk, they are not cheap parrots - you naughty boy. - Anand

Hi Gunther, Yes. Understanding is key. But self-understanding before I cultivate a Buddha nature within? - LimA

Prisoners - ordered from disordered?

Hi Lex, Such 'gurus' likes to enlighten the burdened dimensions of their lives. When greenhorns come along, they become easy chop meat for the 'gurus' to cook with the greenies' chopped wood? Taoist greenhorns of the world unite. Don't chop, chop & chop till the night. Give these 'gurus' six hard karate chops. Be enlightened when you come out tops. - LimA
