Hi Cleansox, Ying /Yang is always in dynamic balance & circular tandem with the Universe as ONE machinery (for want of a better word). For such a machinery to move forward smoothly ~ lubrication in energies (mental, personal, social, political... oils) are needed. I am not sure what O and D are all about. But O is more circular as a loop for lubricated Ying/Yang to propagate/poliferate/... in Nature. - Anand

Hi Nun, For me it is not about 'air flow' but more about 'qi flow'. Yes ~ there is an alternating 'qi flow' between the Ida and Pingala nadis. How do I know? When qi flows into my left or right nostril ~ I can feel it and sneeze with ecstasy from there. God Bless You! - Anand
