What is the most straight forward path to enlightenment
Limahong replied to falcon's topic in General Discussion
Hi Admin, I am reacting to the Admin Notice - not in the name of defence but 'openness and traceability'. Please advise me on the specifics pertinent to these: (a) Lima did many posts removed... Please let me know specifically which posts I had removed. This is very serious to me. (b) ... including one where he altered a quoted quote... Please let me know which one. (c) ... to appear that a member wrote something they did not write. Will that member share with me his/her perception/interpretation on what I did? A coin has two sides. (d) Such fabrications... 'Fabrications' is to me a very strong allegation. Will apologies be extended to me when everything comes to light? (e) ... may be funny at times I am not a 'funny' person - it is derogatory. Please advise me on where/when/what I am deemed to be 'funny'. (f) ... but it was not well received. When I do a posting at TDB - I try hard to be true to myself. To me experiential honesty/integrity are paramount - the rest are secondary. (g) Let's try to stay to topic. This thread reads - "What is the most straight forward path to enlightenment?" And in its maiden post, this is found - I had tried my very best to stay topical - in particular to the above bolden red. Have I not? I have been a TDB member for about 16 months now. Like any organisation, TDB has its own... I have foreseen an Admin Notice coming for some time. But I stay the course - because Taoism (as a philosophy) is really very beautiful ~ living every moment of my life. Please address pointers (a) to (g) on an 'one-to-one' correspondence. The Admin response will help me to decide on my 'next'. Maybe the member who has responded with a "Love" to the Admin Notice can help. - LimA -
Hi Vuk, English is also not my native language - so I will refer to this from you... Are you associating the Microcosmic Orbit with sex? This is your point 3)... Please elaborate on your (a) state of bliss and (b) I don’t know if that was Wu Wei but it felt similar. - LimA

Hi Dada-da, Besides English - if there are poets and scholars at TDB, what other language(s) have they made avail to themselves on a transparent and understandable front? - LimA -

Hi Dada-da, Thank you. I am not one to give anyone negative energy. I will stop. But If I am to receive such PMs again - I will display them openly at TDB each time. I am an ALPHA Taoist - I believe in openness and traceability. Then you will not need to respond. - LimA -

Hi Dada-da, I have just received this PM - Instead of putting post after post of single sentences and GIFs, please put them into a single post. This way you will not clog threads. Please advise what am I supposed I do? Please on my behalf - find an answer from TDB. Thank you - LimA -

And if ‘God’ is seen as masculine, and ‘Nature’ is usually seen as feminine, then what gender is ‘Dao’? God = Yang. Nature = Yin. Dao ~ started as Consort - the energy. Recently I was introduced to the Consort who came to me as (s)he. As an alpha Yang I said - WTF! And made the Consort into my Yinny. Now the Yinny and I 'yab yum' 24/7. We have this sign permanently outside the house - "Closed - " Dao is 'yab yum'. If ‘God’ is usually seen as personal, and ‘Nature’ is usually seen as impersonal, then what is ‘Dao’? "Closed - " Don't disturb the occupants and get inter-personal. Dao is private. Please don’t just repeat the predictable answer of ‘Dao is genderless’ or ‘the Dao that can be named is not the true Dao’, like a mindless drone. Consort Yinny and I hate drones. They disturb our 'yab yum'. We destroy them in the name of 'yab yum' (or the Dao). Dao is droneless. Not to say they are wrong, but it’s just a typical answer from someone who doesn’t think. When we are in 'yab yum' (or the Dao) we cannot afford to think. Why? Then we will be in a 'local mind' mode. Check with dawei. Please provide a thoughtful answer, though I acknowledge thinking isn’t for everyone. How many times must we repeat that 'yab yum' is unthinkable? 'Yab yum' (or the Dao) is not for everyone. Cry your hearts out. "Closed - " -
Good morning dawei, Both my Teachers at TDB - X an Y - have shared "local mind" and "body framework" with me. Both terms - as perceptions and perspectives - are shared by X and Y. In turn I will like to share my misunderstanding of them - my two cents worth with this from Vuk as an illustration. I will cut to the chase my take on what Vuk has said - underlining his message is sex. Sex and anything sexual tend to be grabbed/trapped within these - one's "local mind and "body framework". - LimA

What exactly is ‘turning the light around’, in daoist meditation?
Limahong replied to Phoenix3's topic in Daoist Discussion
Whenever my bosses squeeze me for answers, this is how I may/will reply after trying my utmost ~ politely and gently: I know what I know - this is what I have found. I don't know - I will find out more. But sometimes - I really don't know what I don't know. So COLLECTIVELY - can you all please help me with what I know or don't know. The above is not a joke. I retorted thus just before one of the Olympics and we were temporally tight. Then I was working in Singapore and finally a solution was found in Switzerland. -
