I've been experimenting with kegel exercises for years, and after some firm experimentation I have come to believe that reverse kegels are better for ejaculation control than regular kegels. I found that regular kegels actually gave me problems with premature ejaculation. http://knol.google.com/k/how-to-do-reverse-kegel-exercises# I've found that if I push out as if I'm trying to urinate with my pc muscles right before the point of no return I'm able to have a dry orgasm. Have you guys tried a reverse kegel before? What are your experiences? Thanks, Immortal

Organic kefir is definitely a step in the right direction, but raw kefir is best. Get a raw dairy share if you have one in your area. I suggest you get some kefir grains, and culture it at home. The taste is much stronger and you get a lot broader spectrum of bacteria. Unlike kefir culture powders, kefir grains will continue to culture pretty much for life. http://www.happyherbalist.com/kefirlivegrains.aspx It's probably going to be cheaper to make your own and it's healthier and fresher. Making yogurt this way is pretty easy as well. You can also ferment your own veggies at home too, I LOVE homemade kimchi!

My buddy is a raw foodist but he's not vegan, he consumes raw dairy as he feels it's healthy, and I agree. He started as a raw vegan, but found it difficult to get enough protein in his diet, so he got a raw milk dairy share from a local family owned dairy farm in our town, and he said that he feels 10 times better. Raw dairy is a GREAT source of protein for raw foodists in my opinion. As mentioned by other posters it isn't mucous forming like pasteurized milk, and it's suitable for lactose intolerant people as well. It's also alkaline forming to the body unlike homogenize pasteurized milk. I understand that people want to be vegan because of animal cruelty, but if you get it from a local family farm that you can see that the cow's aren't mistreated, that's about as cruelty free as you can get! I also have a dairy share and drink raw milk very regularly but I also like organic unsweetened soy milk. While I do eat plenty of raw food meals with my buddy, I am lacto-ovo vegetarian and like to eat hot food. I don't think I can live without beans and unfortunately you can't really eat beans on a raw foods diet.

Breaking Through the Barriers of Darkness: Recognizing the Cult of Qigong for What It Is
Immortal replied to Non's topic in General Discussion
Qigong is not a religion. It would be just as ludicrous to say: FREED FROM JOGGING THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST -
I have been at this for a while now but I am still unable to get the power lock. When I do the technique I still wind up ejaculating no matter how hard I clench my perineum. What am I doing wrong? I am performing the power lock right before the contractions start and I am squeezing as tightly as I can. Maybe I need to strengthen my pc muscle more maybe?

DMT experiences in relation to third eye status?
Immortal replied to Owledge's topic in General Discussion
Personally I have done ayahuasca a few times. It is NOT a short cut to enlightenment as people said, BUT it can be used as a powerful tool for healing. You can also utilize ayahuasca while practicing certain yogic techniques like using the Bardo Thodgol. I basically have used ayahuasca as a way to practice the art of consciously dying. I have used the elixir mainly to learn to navigate the bardo, so upon death I can go straight to the realm of clear light, perform rainbow body transference, or I can have more influence over my next incarnation. Learning about death and dying it integral to many shamanic practices including Bon shamanism of Tibet and vegetalismos of the Amazon. The death and rebirth process has been a rite of passage is MANY indigenous cultures around the world, and an integral teaching within the vajrayana cannon. Using the Bardo Thodol during ayahuasca can be usful if you are unable to remain in a state of mindfulness and you begin to fall into the ego game illusions of the mind. When that happens, reading the passages has been very useful in helping me to maintain my position within the realm of clear light. This is why practicing mindfulness is such an essential practice to learning about death, if you get caught up in the illusions you are unable to realize the state of clear light and attain rigpa. Yes the state is not permanent, but it's not suppose to be, it's a learning tool. It's not a short cut to enlightenment, it's simply a sadhana I find very useful. Taoists and Tibetans use the dark room to generate the same experience, nobody ever said it was a short cut to buddahood, but it is a useful learning tool none the less. If you're interested in learning about death and dying but don't have the time or money to go to a dark room? Try to learn everything about ayahuasca including where to purchase high quality ayahuasca and chacruna, get Timothy Leary's book The Psychedelic Experience, and a copy of the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying by Sogyal Rinpoche. Adding dream yoga to this mix would be a very nice touch to learn more about death. Dream yoga is an absolute phenomenal practice to learn about death and rigpa. The ultimate goal of dream yoga is not all that different from ayahuasca, to transcend the dream state and observe pure conscious awareness. I suggest before you do something like ayahuasca you learn a thing or two about how to bless and consecrate the tea as well as the room. And also how to setup spiritual wards to prevent any intrusion of any negative spirits, jinn, or ghosts. It is essential to learn some form of psychic self defense before undertaking any kind of shamanic ritual, at lest that's what I recommend. On a side note.... I have not personally tried this as it is a more advanced technique, but I bet it would be very powerful to use ayahuasca during Chod since it's already a hybrid yogic/shamanic ritual any way. Using ayahuasca can be useful to help lift the veil during the evocation and make it much more "real." http://www.herbalandwellbeingsanctuary.com/ayahuasca_and_karma_cleansing_retreat.html -
Ask him why he's banned the spiritual practice of Dorje Shugden. I have always been confused as to how a political leader as the Dalai Lama could just ban a spiritual practice because he does not agree with it. Dorje Shugden practitioners are treated like dogs in dharamsala. I am not dorje shugden, but I empathize with their prosecution because I know what it feels like. I don't even care if they are practicing Luciferianism, the Dalai Lama has no right to ban ANY system of spirituality. What if Christians came to dharamsala an said Buddhism was demonic and banned it? How would the Dalai Lama feel? It just seems contradictory to someone who was persecuted by China because of his religion, now persecutes other religions. My motto is think for yourself.

I bought a book called Becoming the Lotus that has a series of yoga asanas the increase the flexibility in the legs to do the full lotus safely without damaging the knees. But honestly, what are the benefits of the full lotus position? http://www.amazon.com/Becoming-Lotus-Martin-Faulks/dp/1885928181/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1287447000&sr=8-1

I have read about this secret orbit technique on Michael Winn's website as well as a few others. How can I learn this technique, has anyone heard of it?

Sexual alchemy makes celibacy obsolete. The main reason adepts abstain from sex is to preserve their kundalini energy for their spiritual disciplines and practices, which is understandable. But different strokes for different folks, if you find that this practice does not suit you, it would the definition of insanity to keep tying it again and hoping for a different result. If you learn sexual alchemy, you can learn to orgasm without ejaculation to preserve your energy. Then you can use the alchemy to circulate and refine that energy into spiritual energy. I don't think there is really any point to doing the MCO while you're celibate, all that energy is TRAPPED! You need to orgasm and use the big draw to raise the energy up your spine; THEN, do the MCO. As humans we ALL desire contact with other humans. I think that doing a 100 day celibacy discipline would be great for practice, but any thing after that will probably not offer you any other energetic benefits as your probably noticed. I don't think you need to ejaculate, what you need to do is orgasm. You need to practice solo sexual alchemy, until you find a partner. This will release the pent up orgasmic energy in your chakra and allow you to refine it into shen. Orgasm is very healthy for the body, but ejaculation isn't. As Marvin Gaye says, you need sexual healing. Spiritual practice is good, but all work and no play is bad. As Lao Tzu said, all things in moderation, even moderation. To me there is no better medicine than orgasm and laughter. Not to pass judgment, but you sound depressed my friend. I suggest you do practices that engage you with the world like volunteering. Try and find a nice woman if you can and try and forge a relationship, life is too short to be unhappy and lonely my friend. My suggestion is, follow your heart.

qigong psychosis or kundalini syndrome or dark night of the soul?
Immortal replied to mewtwo's topic in General Discussion
The microcosmic orbit (MCO) would definitely be one of your best solutions to these problems. The meditation helps to circulate and channel the energy around the body and store it in the dantien safely. A second way to fix kundalini problems would be to receive shaktipat. Shaktipat is the energetic empowerment from a Siddha Guru that awakens and stabilizes your kundalini. I personally had some problems with kundalini syndrome and I received shaktipat from Gurumayi in October of 07 and it cured it. I was having a lot of burning, itching, and tingling along my spine if I got excited or upset. I don't have some amazing shaktipat experience to report. All I felt was relief from the symptoms and a light electric/magnetic warm tingling at the base of my skull ever since. I can actually feel the energy flowing up my spine, especially if I haven't ejaculated for a while, I am still working on my sexual kung fu. When I master the big draw I plan on doing a 100 day no ejaculation gong, and have only injaculations, I'm sure that will really get my kundalini fired up, but the MCO is even more important for these types of practices. -
Secret Wu Dang Red Dragon Microcosmic Orbit
Immortal replied to Immortal's topic in General Discussion
I know what you mean about the "mine is the best" mentality. I have heard of this technique before and I want to see the difference between the standard mantak chia style MCO and the wudang red dragon mco. I'm just now getting into to sexual alchemy and I want to learn several methods to see which resonates best with me. -

When most monks say they don't do magick they are referring to mundane magick, which is for solving worldly problems. They practice spiritual magick like internal alchemy and sometimes they go into mundane magick like divination, astrology, or healing magick. Monks don't need magick because they don't have any mundane problems besides sickness, injury and old age. In life there are 3 main reasons why people study magick: love, abundance, and healing. Many people will practice magick to attract a good job or a spouse or even to heal a specific malady. Monks will often study healing magick because just like regular people they get sick and injured but besides that they have no use for attracting a spouse since they are celibate and they don't need money because they live in the monastery where food and lodging is provided. In the regular world we have to earn our way, so having a method to secure a good job or getting the money to go to college or open your own business would be a tremendous help to most of us. We can't all be celibate like monks. We need to have children or else we will go extinct, so finding an ideal trustworthy loving mate is another essential for most of us. I'm not saying if you practice magick you will be rich, but if you know real magick you should always be able to live comfortably, only karma can decide if you will be truly wealthy, so the ultimate magick is being a good person because what goes around comes around. I suggest if you wish to learn magick, learn ancient magick. Personally I study taoist magick and rouhaniah. Rouhaniah is an amalgamation of several Semitic disciplines of magick from different cultures like the Sabians, Chaldeans, Hebrews, Assyrians, Babalonians, Sumerians and even upper Africa like Egypt.

Asking this questions is like asking what are the dangers of being alive, it's a broad question with almost unlimited answers and there is no one book that has them all. The danger depends on what type of magick you are doing. If you are doing healing magick like pranic healing there are different dangers than if you're doing evocational magick like jinn summoning. Can you be more specific as to which particular system of magick you wish to know the dangers of?
-
It depends on how you define magick. Internal alchemy to me is a form of magick because it deals with non-physical subtle energies like chi and the tattwas to transform consciousness and the body. Qigong to me is also a form of magick. I used weight loss qigong to lose 18 lbs in 3 weeks WITHOUT exercise, that's real magick. How can science explain how I lost that much weight in such a little amount of time by just sitting in a chair and doing pranayama (chi breathing). Magick to me is the art and science of summoning non-physical energies and or beings to accomplish a specific goal or task either mundane or spiritual. If I use physical means to solve a problem, this is not magick. If I lost weight with pills or drugs instead of qigong, this is not magick. Chi is not a scientific principle, at least not yet, they are getting close with their theories on dark energy but it's still within the realm of mystery. Anytime I am able to accomplish a task through non-physical means, this to me is magick. If you heal people with pranic healing, this, by my definition is magick. Pranic healing involves some one directing an invisible energy with nothing more than intention to heal a person, it can even be done at any distance. The next step in magick is the usage of divine speech. The vedic yogis, Tibetan lamas, and taoist sages are highly skilled in the art of chanting mantra. There is a mantra for everything ranging from snake bites to spiritual enlightenment. Even in Christianity they have the rosary and some sects even pray to specific saints or angels like St. Francis or Archangel Gabriel (which I also do). In Islam they have dhikr which translates as incantation or invocation in english. Dhikr is the practice of reciting the 99 beautiful names of Allah on their misbaha to receive boons like getting a good wife or job. The art of Fu (talismans) relies upon the usage of chanting specific mantras and using certain hand seals or mudras to direct the energy. How is this different from prayer? In prayer one unusually puts their hands in a prayer position palms together (mudra) and begin reciting prayers or asking the divine for assistance in some way, sounds pretty similar if you ask me. Prayer is a basic yet powerful form of magick. I use prayer regularly in my spiritual discipline and magickal rituals. Chanting specific sonic formulas like dhikr or mantras are used as a method of skillful means to accomplish ones goals in life. Every religion practices magick they just don't call it magick because of the stereotypes that go along with it like dealing with demons and evil spirits or even performing human or animal sacrifices. In the vedic religon they combust certain plant items as offerings to God while they chant powerful sonic formulas, they call these rituals yagyas. How is this not magick? When ever we call for non-physical assistance with our earthly problems this is called magick. Magick is the science of miracles, and what religious book isn't filled with miraculous events? Walking on water, changing water into wine, how could they NOT want me to study magick after hearing Yashua do stuff like that! King Solomon was a MASTER of magick in the Koran it says he could even control demons. It's okay for King Solomon to do it but not me? Makes no sense. Those taoist monks who claim they're not practicing magick should try and describe chi to a scientist and see how he responds. Chi sounds like a magickal energy since it's intelligent. The idea of intelligent energy is laughable to a scientist.

http://www.taoistsecret.com/ Try this site. I own Dr. Yong's book and it is authentic. The methods in this book are pretty simple, not like Initiation into Hermetics (which I own as well). The website looks corny, but the methods are effective traditional methods of daoist talisman crafting. I own quite a few books on magick and to be honest most of them didn't live up to my expectations but Secret of Taoist Talismans did, and it even exceeded them.

From what I have been reading there are 3 types of orgasm. Genital orgasms (ejaculatory), whole body orgasm (non-ejaculatory), and soul orgasm (non-ejaculatory). It appears that from the taoist techniques one learns how to do whole body multiple mini-orgasms where as with karezza it focuses more on the soul or valley orgasm which is different from I have been told. I would like to learn both, but I think I will learn karezza first, I heard it's easier. I would like to learn more about this anal breathing. Dr. Lin's methods seem to be better for learning taoist style sex. The taoist techniques allow for more vigorous sex it seems where as karezza is more slow and gradual. they both seem rather interesting.

How many of you on this forum practice sexual alchemy? If so, what methods do you use i.e. universal tao (mantak chia style), pre orgasm tantric, key sound etc.... If so also state your results with the system, and the sources that you learned them from, as well as how long it took you to become proficient at it. Is there any real difference between pre orgasmic vs. orgasmic alchemy. Is one more powerful than another? Experiences? Namaste, Immortal

NOBODY IN HERE PRACTICES SEXUAL ALCHEMY?

I know people who smoke and look great, and people who don't smoke and look awful. Doesn't mean smoking or junk food is okay, and appearances are not everything.

I think are universal concepts and principles that are necessary to have a healthy diet regardless of which diet one chooses. I don't try to tell someone to be vegetarian, vegan, omni etc.... Any diet will be unhealthy if high amounts of calories, refined oil, refined carbs, and cholesterol. Any diet devoid of bioavailible sources of nutrients and minerals will be unhealthy guaranteed. You can be healthy eating lean meats, lots of veggies, legumes, fruits, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. If you eat a diet that has a high amount of fruits and veggies chances are you are going to be healthy. No one ever got obese or heart disease from veggies. The main staple in any diet should be a high reliance on nutrients from plants. Lots of fruits and veggies. Legumes are also quite healthy. I agree with Dr. Furhman that whole fruits, veggies, and legumes can be eaten in almost unlimited portions. Fruits have to be eaten not juiced, there too much sugar in juice and no fiber. I also suggest that as much raw foods as possible should eaten your diet, since raw foods contain the most prana, enzymes, minerals, and vitamins. Another incredibly over looked aspect of health and that is the removal of toxins. We all have lots of toxins in our blood, lymph, liver, gall bladder etc..., fasting is an essential part of life. Especially if one is practicing alchemy, a clean healthy body is necessary to reinforce sadhana. I personally don't feel that you have to be vegetarian or vegan to be healthy or spiritual (the dalai lama eats meat), that's a personal choice, usually a spiritual or ethical one. I personally am a vegetarian for ethical reasons and as a form of karma yoga. Meat is healthy when it's organic, lean, and the animal was raised in a humane and sustainable fashion. Conventional meat is anything but that. It's filled with antibiotics, growth hormones and the animals are severely mistreated. So it is factory farming, and not meat eating I am against. I believe abstaination from eating factory farm animals is a must. For energy cultivation it is said that fish without scales and pork have particularly gross energy bodies (grey prana), it's probably best to avoid them or eat them sparingly. Most fish besides Alaskan red salmon also contain mercury, so one should not eat too much fish unless it's from fresh clean waters. I don't take a b12 supplement because I include organic low fat dairy and egg whites into my diet regularly. I am not vegan because I believe that if I cannot attain the vitamin from natural sources, then the diet is not natural. I believe taking supplements are okay like ginseng, noni, mangosteen etc..., but essential vitamins and nutrients should come from whole foods, not synthetic pills. I personally feel that superfoods like bee pollen, afa algae, chlorella, spirulina, and phytoplankton are the most powerful foods on earth and we should include as many of them as we can afford into our diets. The ancients say there is one diesease that goes by 1000 names. It's called, "Not enough nutrients getting to the cells, and too many toxins in the body." So if one eats lots of bio-availible nutrients (not man made supplements like centrum), avoid eating toxic food with artificial ingredients, and one fasts regularly, that health is insured. I try to fast weekly, even though it's not always possible. The Master Cleanser is a great book, just don't take it as far as the celebrities that use it as a dangerous weight loss fad.

I don't know anybody that does magnetic qigong, but I do know there has been lots of research about the health benefits of using powerful magnets. I have a few magnetic products and I like them very much. Yogis use rudraksha to enhance meditation. Rudraksha are seeds from a tree that have been considered sacred amongst yogis. Researches have shown that Rudraksha beads have certain powerful electromagnetic and accupressural property known as Piezoelectricity. A piezoelectric material when subjected to electric potential undergoes deformation in molecular level and develops a charge equal in potential but opposite in polarity. The heart pumps blood continuously and hence there is a constant bio electrical field developed around the heart. Rudraksha beads are worn around the heart and they instantly catch this electric potential and develop an electromagnetic potential of same intensity but opposite in polarity (positive or negative ). If the heart pumps faster electric potential of higher intensity is developed effecting a higher and opposite polarity of electromagnetic potential in Rudraksha beads. Thus Rudraksha beads instantly stabilize the blood circulation and brings it to normal level. I posted this in another thread. I figured since rudraksha are benficial to aid in the flow of prana, then magnets might be as well. I own Alex Chui's magnetic rings and foot braces. I don't know if they will make you immortal, but damn they sure as hell energize the shit outta me while I sleep. I feel energized after wearing them all night during my sleep. Although I believe his claims of immortality with the rings are bogus, the devices do seem to cultivate or circulate chi in some fashion. It seems to circulate energy around the body some how, but I scientifically cannot say that it has anti aging properties, or even that is increase or circulates chi, this is just based on experience with the devices and things like rudraksha. For those that want to learn more about this, read The Body Electric by Rober Becker. This book depicts how an orthopedic surgeon uses magnetic fields to aid healing in patients after surgery.
