    Internal martial arts is mostly about expressing the human body and building, cultivating chi.. learning the meridian points.. Dantiens, etc.. even chakra work would be beneficial.. If you dont deny the ego.. you can blend it into the practice.. but you realize what the ego is! True internal martial arts is graded on the idea of being honest to the degree of not even having to use effort or energy!

    Well I had a book on Aikido.. and there was first wrist lock.. and then an action to twist the wrist to the degree that the opponent must flip over or break his wrist..!

    So a circle with a dot/point in the middle.. This is the center of the mind body.. Each line of radius is the direction you are pointing or extending to.. This is a very basic view of martial arts but still works as a way to reflect on the true principles of martial arts.. So with 180 degrees you are extending yiur arms horizontally.. above that your extending certain limbs forward.. and below you is extending backwards.. Thus the revolutionary circle of Aikido..!

    Hehehe.. yes in fact it makes the most annoying sound.. like a bunch of distortion.. AND also turns red.. I basically agree about the sensei thing.. If im not perfect than I should submit for more learning.. Judo is similar to this.. Good info about practicing swords.. Did you know that the root of Aikido came from Jujitsu.. which was divided into both Judo.. and Aikido? Also other good martial arts are wingchun.. Shoalin Kung fu is great at flow of rythm, magic and pressure points.. meridians dantiens etc.. But I think that Aikido might be the best martial art because of the wrist joint lock.. you can keep running awaty.. luring your opponent to strike you.. then you use a bit of soft hand or directly grab and lock throw! But If you were in a fight against multiple people you could probably use Wing Chun for most benefit..

    Hmm, I am reminded of soft and hard style.. Soft being an attempt to bridge your sword onto his in a way that doesnt use as much strength as hard style.. but uses the physical dexterity.. of the forearm..this style works great in company of good grounding techniques.. Hard style would be the more sword bashing against sword.. and attempting to overpower your opponent.. Though I would surely believe that any fight with a sword would use both types..! I practice Martial Arts everyday.. I practice with a Katana.. but cant use hard force because of the walls in my basement.. I also practice with a Bo and a plastice lightsaber.. The thing I took from Aikido, is the hand grab - wrist locke then turn.. Also the flow is very beautiful to me.. but I hate being the victim of the Sensei.. having them show me what to do if I get wrist locked etc.. because I dont need to practice something that would never happen to me.. this is arrogant but true in ky case because I am a martial arts genius!

    Well, like you said things change, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse just like yin and yang.. but be sure you can prepare for the negative and therby get over it

    Well what I've learned about mantra is to not let it strain your mind.. You can do this by chanting; whether inside your mind or outside with your voice. So having said that: do the mantra for as long as you feel comfortable and then stop or switch to a new mantra as soon as you feel strain.. you can keep performing the mantra in your mind and take it with you through out the day.. just do it for whenever you think of it.. then let it go.. and pick it up the next time you think of it..

    Can you tell me or source me about the butter egg meditation? With regard to your ear tremors.. I've already tried to psychicly heal.. and that's for free.. But you could try laying your own healing hands on the area of infection.. Other than that.. what has your Doctor recommended? This could be an early Kundalini awakening.... and if thats the case.. try to understand the energy.. and find the flow of the energy in your ear and body.. when you tap in you could try to dismiss it.. or try to understand the pain as a reason of blockage and try to expand and then expend the energy. Other that you could try acupressure.. which is similar to acupuncture but instead of needles you use your fingers to touch and press certain spots on the body.. I can recomend spots near the ear lobe..

    Yes We are for the most part or at least I am.. Lets start right now with basic ideas.. I have the primal belief which is of Taoism.. that we always need to go with the flow of the moment.. which would work on any ride.. a bus a train or car.. so the vehicle of meditation.. can be taken with you whenever you want.. I call it meditation on the go.. What are some theories of Buddhism that should be made up to date?
