  1. Foundations of Internal Alchemy Wang Mu book

O.K. so moving on with the first chapter called "Laying the Foundation." What makes this books so great is that Wang Mu's commentary on Awakening to Reality really draws from and cites numerous alchemical texts. So for example he is discussing the "three barriers" of the governing or control channel up the spine - he says, based on his analysis that this was still an unwritten oral teaching by Zhang Boduan and then got transferred into writing at such and such a time - he is tracing the lineage and then deducing the "secret" teachings from that. Yeah so also he clarifies that the "Mysterious Pass" or the "valley of the female" is very much so the middle tan tien - as the Emptiness of the heart. So Wang Mu in this first chapter also emphasizes that Zhang Boduan taught that first the "Yin Heel" vessel (one of the eight meridians) has to be opened first in the training and that it rises from the foot but meets with the other meridians in the Ocean of Qi - the Yin Conception Vessel below the navel. So this refers to the focus on standing active exercise in the beginning of the training - but also to the conversion of yin jing energy into yin qi energy to fill up the lower tan tien. So also in this first chapter Wang Mu keeps referring and contrasting real alchemy training to "medical" or qigong training and so he emphasizes that "laying the foundation" is just the initial clearing out of the eight channels and is the rebuilding of the three treasures (jing, qi, shen) and so it is just the preparation stage for the real alchemy training. In other words "Laying the foundation" is good for health and it is equivalent still to qigong training but it is not real alchemy training. On the other hand Wang Mu also emphasizes that for Zhang Boduan and the alchemists this initial stage of training has to be a dual training of both Xing and Ming together and so there has to be the training of no impure thoughts in order to properly open up the channels. So this whole huge debate about whether ming comes first or Xing comes first - indeed the alchemists state Ming comes first - but again only after this initial stage of laying the foundation is achieved when both Ming and Xing must be practiced together. So also there is a fascinating discussion about the difference between "heart" and "spirit" and essentially heart is unmoved spirit as the Emptiness whereas any movement of spirit is not Wu Chi - but rather a function of the mind - and so then the mind has to be put into pointed concentration at first in order to achieve the Emptiness to open up the mysterious pass. And so - this is all the initial training to get into the gateway as it were of "real" meditation. By the way - this same point is made by Swami Vivekananda who states that nirvikalpa samadhi is actually an advanced level of meditation that most people never achieve and yet nirvikalpa samadhi is the initial stage of real meditation! And so as Professor Hugh B. Urban pointed out most people at the time could not afford to join the Vivekananda Society for Ramakrishna and so they were forced to practice the lower level tantra practice which does not maintain the same level of purity. We find the same paradox in modern qigong training - for example the qigong master I studied with has said for advanced training you need to go into retreat and into Nature in purity, etc. and so then for the rest of us we just focus on our health - qigong for health. And so finally to compare this back to the Taoist Yoga book I would say that the main difference is the problem that Opendao has also said - is that in Taoist Yoga there is no emphasis on standing active exercise and so without the standing practice the Yin Heel channel never gets properly opened in the first place! By properly open that also means to properly maintain the Emptiness purity of thought so that the lower tan tien can actually be filled up with yin qi energy. Taoist Yoga does emphasize the purity of thought and states that Quick Fire is the solution to this and that this Quick Fire solution is often lost by people - not realized. I think what is beautiful about this is there is a unity of method - standing active exercise - and of purity of thought to empty out the mind. Because when you do have extreme sympathetic nervous system activation - the legs shaking with the knees bent - then the energy rises up the spine and empties out the conceptual mind for purity of thought - so you get a double whammy. But again you would not know this from studying Taoist Yoga - even though it says how a student doing MCO but still having nocturnal emissions is never going to fill up their lower tan tien - and the reason why is they are just doing MCO as a mental meditation without having strong enough Quick Fire breathing to transform the fluids into yin jing energy for the power of the Ocean of Qi - the Yin Conception Vessel. So then as I read now to finish the chapter Wang Mu is saying spirit issues out of the eyes and so wherever the eyes go so too goes the heart. This of course fits with what Taoist Yoga is saying and also emphasizes just how difficult it is just to "lay the foundation" which is still just qigong health training. For example the qigong masters have said to me - that in actuality to have proper purity of thought the internet and television are too impure. I was even told to leave my family to get away from the females since they were pulling my energy down too much. So then also it's not just the eyes of the person training - but as Taoist Yoga states the eyes of others can send in "bad air" (qi) into the body. I can actually feel this with my third eye and sense when someone is staring at me in lust - and I can feel the yin qi getting pulled back down in frequency back down into yin jing (blissful dopamine sex heat) and then into fluids. O.K. I have read 40 pages of the first chapter Laying the Foundation and still have 25 pages to go so almost 2/3rds through. I am going slowly just to ponder and comment and compare this book with the Taoist Yoga book. But anyway the big personal problem I have is the spirit energy going out of my eyes - along with the yin qi energy and so if a person is tired or low in energy - then even if I just make eye contact with the person - immediately I get internal tingling from my yin qi energy getting pulled out of the lower tan tien and up the conception vessel channel and out of my eyes. There are other means of course in which energy gets pulled out of me - but I'm just saying that this book has emphasized the eyes and indeed the eyes are the most powerful way the yin qi energy leaves the body via the yin shen spirit. And so eye to eye contact is the most powerful way the energy leaves the body. To fix this I would say more anal flexing to connect the yin heel vessel point that connects with the other channel points at the perineum - anal flexing pulls the perineum back and so helps to pull the yin qi energy back down into the body so it doesn't leave out of the eyes so easily.
  2. Foundations of Internal Alchemy Wang Mu book

So I started digging into the book - and I'm enjoying the read. The first information I have encountered that is specific practical information is regarding the location of the lower tan tien. So the book says that there is disagreement but for those who practice real neidan their view is the lower tan tien is behind the navel and not below the navel. I found that interesting since the original qigong master I have studied with - he said in class that some people claim the lower tan tien is below the navel but the real position is behind the navel. So that would put him in line with real neidan training. I already know that the qigong master I studied with is a real neidan master - to be sure - but I'm just corroborating it more with the actual teachings he gave. So then the book says the reason some people claim the lower tan tien is below the navel is because when a person is lying down then the position seems to shift below the navel. That was news for me. But to be honest I found that discrepancy or reason for it to be trite. My understanding, and here I compare to Taoist Yoga - is that the lower tan tien does not exist - not until the lower body hormones are ionized, sublimated and purified - to create the cavity of spirit-vitality. I can't remember where I read it - but I read that the Sea of Qi exists below the lower tan tien and then it is sublimated up to create the lower tan tien. So also Taoist Yoga says that the reproductive fluid is created by the Cavity of Pre-natal Vitality (Yuan Qi) shooting qi down the spine and converting the Sea of Qi into fluid. So the opposite of this is that the Sea of Qi or Ocean of Qi is sublimation and ionized to create the lower tan tien. So it would appear that some people just are referring to what is the source of what will become the lower tan tien - but is not the actual location of where the lower tan tien is. https://books.google.com/books?id=YR79AQAAQBAJ&pg=PA111&lpg=PA111&dq=Ocean+of+Qi+below+the+navel&source=bl&ots=6afliEWr8E&sig=77HD7E5aGzVCB9oCmwpaodmbkNU&hl=en&sa=X&ei=bldAVfyiBezfsASI2YGoAw&ved=0CD8Q6AEwCA#v=onepage&q=Ocean of Qi below the navel&f=false O.K> this is fascinating - based on this description - the "Conception Vessel" aka the "Ocean of Yin" begins "in the center of the uterus" and runs up to the cheek, enters the eye, but also encircles the mouth and gums. That exactly describes the path of when lower body impurities get pulled up into my skull - they even go into my eyes but also leach out the gums. So that confirms what the qigong master read - long distance for over an hours drive a way - he read my energy spiritually and said it was going up the front of my body. All the time I thought my energy was going up the back of my spine - so that was a big eye-opener for me. I never realized the reason the front channel is called the "Conception" channel is because it starts at the "Uterus." So that Ocean of Yin - is actually what is also called the Ocean of Qi. and So there we get - with this pdf link - the difference between the Sea of Qi - which is the Conception Vessel and the Real Lower Tan Tien - behind the navel - which is in the Thrusting Central Channel and not in the Conception channel. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CB4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fymaa.com%2Ffiles%2FISBN0673sampleR.pdf&ei=2VpAVfCCGIu9ggTf_oDYBA&usg=AFQjCNEvm4NxGuc_azj0E9XOwoKDGoLtmw&bvm=bv.91665533,d.eXY&cad=rja pdf link So I didn't realize the difference - of the channels - the two channels meet at the perineum. O.K. so from that text we learn that indeed the Ocean of Qi below the lower tan tien - is what turns the fluid of food into yin jing energy. Yin jing is the hormones. I know this again from Taoist Yoga - that normal digestion of food is turned into fluids for reproduction but with the Quick Fire breathing it is turned into yin jing energy. So from that we know the difference between the Ocean of Qi and the Real Lower Tan Tien is based on purification. You're only going to create yin jing energy from Quick Fire breathing whereas with purification Emptiness meditation and visualization of fire - you turn the yin jing into "yang jing" for the Real Lower Tien behind the navel. A taobums thread confirms what I discovered in the book: http://thedaobums.com/topic/18168-that-tan-tien-thing/ What's fascinating about that thread is people 1) were actually confused about the location and 2) were still confused - debating if there really is a "real" tan tien behind the navel. I think this Neidan book confirms that yes the "real" tan tien is behind the navel and again the qigong master also confirms this. https://books.google.com/books?id=rTGJ-p1pHTQC&pg=PA134&lpg=PA134&dq=lower+tan+tien+behind+the+navel&source=bl&ots=lk853i3uzw&sig=YDu0ptRr3GilCevT7L1zRQyPmcU&hl=en&sa=X&ei=rl9AVfHMF_DlsATZ94HYCQ&ved=0CC4Q6AEwBA#v=onepage&q=lower tan tien behind the navel&f=false So for a third corroboration source we get Waysun Liao: lower tan tien is "behind the navel." But as Liao emphasizes it's not a physical point anatomically but instead an energy center that houses the original memory of Te within us. o.k. finally I get the story clarified - about how lying down the word "below" is changed meaning directly below the navel but when standing up people interpret it to mean vertically below: Now I get it. http://www.taijiquandao.com/03paginasingles/01introduction/10thedantian.htm So that is the 5th source corroboration the two different "lower" tien tiens. O.K. so I searched lower tan tien thrusting channel - and behold I get the Taoist Yoga thread! O.K. so compare Taoist Yoga with the book of this thread topic the point is that "Laying the Foundation" doesn't happen until the lower tan tien is filled up with yin qi energy which then opens up the thrusting channel - why? Because the lower tan tien is located in the thrusting channel and not in the conception channel which is where the "sea of qi" is located. So this appears to be the "real kundalini" of when the "real" tan tien fills up - the energy actually descends down the thrusting channel and then opens up fully the front and back channels as the "real" MCO finally. So now examining Taoist Yoga - it appears to be a mistranslation because whenever Lower tan tien appears in the text then "(below the navel)" is added in parenthesis by the editor, Charles Luk. Crazy. I wonder if he also did not understand the difference! sure enough on page 143 - there is an image in the book that confirms the lower tan tien as behind the navel in the thrusting channel! Charles Luk inserted is own error by repeatedly adding in parenthesis "(under the navel)" ever time "lower tan tien" is in the text. Crazy!
  3. Foundations of Internal Alchemy Wang Mu book

yeah so an update - I glanced at the book during traffic lights and discovered it gives the original source for the upper magpie bridge and lower magpie bridge (we all know what that lower one means right?). So that's worth the price of the book right there - I mean in terms of some esoteric original source info. But then I gave the book to my Chinese coworker who - well - let's just say he is well familiar with the subject matter and he, after having the book for the work day said he was able to glance at it a bit and found some of the translations to be "quite funny." So anyway - I will dive in further but at least we got these preliminary remarks. Anyone actually read the book who wants to comment on the subject matter? http://thedaobums.com/topic/32406-building-the-foundation-and-inner-alchemy/ in terms of "back and forth" antagonism - clearly these two Russian teachers are debating the interpretation of the translations of the Mandarin. So then Open Dao insists that there has to be the proper teacher with the proper lineage, etc. Fair enough. But that would explain the online antagonism since - the question remains what really are the proper teachers and proper lineages. it's been hinted there are some other good teachers out there. But obviously we know his teacher is the proper one according to him and by that standard - So - anyway he has posted in his school system thread that he will post more detailed info on his training methods. Personally I think the information should just stand on its own merits - if there is some problem with it then it should be based on some kind of analysis of the information - not whether the teacher is "proper" or is of the proper "lineage." But based on those standards it's easy to devolve into ad hominems like - clearly the author of Taoist Yoga was not a proper teacher - just look at his photo! Well o.k. so how about posting photos of proper teachers? It seems only fair. haha. Of course a photo could be air-brushed or whatever - photo-shopped. Yeah such is the limitations of writing and posting online. Again the information as teaching should speak for itself - not the "messenger" of the teaching. As I said Yan Xin was not even understood in his verbal teachings when he did mass qigong healings in China - he often was in areas with different language. But then the response is - well obviously Yan Xin was not a proper teacher! haha. So if Yan Xin and Wang Liping and the Taoist Yoga text all are not "proper" teachings along with the qigong masters I have met - then that only leaves ..... (oh yeah I forgot the term "qigong" is not proper except as just some preliminary warm-up to the real "proper" training..... The hint is that there have been a few "proper" teacher who also happen to post on thetaobums (promoting their schools also!). How convenient! The "proper" teaching appears to be those who use thetaobums to market their school. haha. Hilarious!!! Anyway I am thankful for being able to have the candid discussion of the Taoist Yoga book. yeah so reading that "debate" between the two Russians - I would say the really issue here about "post" heaven versus "pre" heaven or "method" versus "result" is actually a false framework of dualistic language itself and (ming) versus (xing). If we just stick to the Chinese then I think it's possible to avoid this false framework dualistic debate that is axiomatic to phonetic-based language. Oh yeah - and when I say Chinese I mean - not even the written text - but the tonal language itself. So I agree with my Chinese coworker's comment that he found some of the translations to be "quite funny." that is how it should be - these training manuals should offer some deep philosophical insights along with practice methodology but even still they are inherently limited. Of course a person should find a real teacher to receive energy from - so to experience the goals of training. Obviously I'm not one to say that someone else's teacher isn't real or not despite other people wanting to do that about teachers I have experienced. haha. The original training is from the Bushmen culture and the trance songs they use to send the energy - the words are gibberish. Anyway obviously every individual is different in their training. But according to the above debate true internal alchemy books are.... Once again. So that rules out Taoist Yoga since it's all about practical methods. haha. Opendao on author of Taoist Yoga. Yeah I already posted my comments about that book. So I read through that Building the Foundation thread. http://thedaobums.com/topic/32406-building-the-foundation-and-inner-alchemy/page-9 It's interesting but a bit "one size fits all" too much - certainly method of training is based on many factors - age, health, location, personal history - emotions, etc. I appreciate the links provided - but it seems that the internal alchemy foundation thread was the only one close to the actual book discussion I'm proposing. I just wonder how many people on this forum have actually read the book of this thread?

Probably should get moved to the subforum - "systems and teachers there of" - since obviously the thread is focused on a certain system and the teachers there of - one of whom is posting in the thread. But hey I'm not a mod. Btw - where did my Wang Mu Foundations of INternal Alchemy thread go? Is there some book discussion subforum?

no it's the back of the mouth - that's the "water" spot to activate saliva. But to think flexing the anus also connects front and back channels - it's just as important as tongue against roof of mouth. That doesn't get talked about much - I guess considering it's too "cheeky." haha. Hilarious. So I'm shooting to amp up both - I think you flex both and you're gonna get some serious MCO action.
  7. Online Training in Internal Alchemy

I'd like to add that in Kungfu movies they use the term "cheeky" a lot since it's British - but also pretty hilarious to say that now a days since it makes people feel uncomfortable. He's being "cheeky." But in terms of alchemy training - the "cheeky" takes on new meaning like - dude got some serious anus flexing skills so watch out.
  8. Online Training in Internal Alchemy

Everybody thought Jox was some fake automatic "like" meme - wow a real person? (flexing my anus - thanks Nathan!).

So the big point of that hypothesis is that the extra cranial pressure flows out the sinuses and vice versa - if you shoot nitric oxide up the sinuses it should dilate and decrease cranial pressure. The sinus connections makes sense - that is the big new "hypothesis" but for TCM - then the tongue up against the roof of the mouth activates the flood of qi from the brain down the front channel - which would indicate this sinus connection to qi in the brain - along with actual "ambrosia" or fluid from the brain as food for the lower tan tien. Taoist Yoga book says that this fluid formed from the tongue against the roof of the mouth - the special saliva - is the best way to build up jing energy. that makes sense since it would be the qi energy itself - yin qi going down directly into the lower tan tien. That's a wrap.

oh man do I got intracranial pressure from my vagus nerve - actually it's more of a top down pineal gland thing but it goes both ways....

So science knows that ionizing radiation enables chemicals to pass into the brain past the blood-brain-barrier. Science also knows that vagus nerve activation (from electromagnetic pulsing) increases serotonin in the cerebrospinal fluid. https://books.google.com/books?id=1PrpBwAAQBAJ&pg=PA52&lpg=PA52&dq=how+does+serotonin+get+into+the+cerebrospinal+fluid+vagus+nerve&source=bl&ots=QfnpY3MHX-&sig=EU8lkPnPHD8YkqpNgP3Fnv7FZnw&hl=en&sa=X&ei=9QY_VebBIoXfsATjlYHABw&ved=0CDEQ6AEwBg#v=onepage&q=vagus&f=false I'm referencing this Neurobiolosy of Cerebrospinal fluid 2013 book. So we have 2-way movement documented. It's just that vagus nerve stimulation hasn't been used to get chemicals into the brain - as far as I know.

ok. here we go: So direct evidence that bacteria in the gut does indeed get into the brain.
  14. Cooking meat & Jing

So one article discusses the bidirectional signalling of the gut-microbe-brain axis. Signalling though - not actual gut microbes in the brain.... Strategy of Escherichia coli for Crossing the Blood-Brain Barrier Then this article. http://jid.oxfordjournals.org/content/186/Supplement_2/S220.full Confirms it happens or should I say shit happens.... But it is a meningitis. there's tons of different kinds of e. coli. So we can assume if one real bad one can get across then other kinds can.... yeah so no mention of vagus nerve? http://jb.asm.org/content/195/3/411.full Here we get a "hypothesis" with the vagus nerve. Hypothesis: Bacteria Control Host Appetites o.k. another fascinating article on this: http://www.psyking.net/id36.htm and This makes complete sense because again I can "flex" my pineal gland which in turn immediately increases the rate of my vagus nerve "firing" - what I call pulsating - and which in turn pumps up lower body neurohormones and bacteria in to my brain and then the pineal gland converts the jing energy into yin qi energy that is transmitted out of the brain. O.K. so this is what happens from doing the "moving of yin and yang" exercise - the sympathetic nervous system goes to opposite extreme causing an extreme serotonin spike from the extreme parasympathetic rebound and so then you go clear out the colon.
  15. Cooking meat & Jing

Yeah it's super fascinating that science hasn't figured this out yet. We do know from science that when the vagus nerve is activated it increases serotonin levels in the brain and also serotonin levels in the cerebrospinal fluid and we also know that the vagus nerve bypasses the blood-brain barrier. So you can see science is almost stating that gut bacteria could get into the brain - via the vagus nerve. I know this is true - and the qigong master said - "for qigong people you have to eat only to 75% full or else food goes to the brain." Now that's a really weird thing to say since it's not possible according to western science. haha. But you can see western science is almost starting to consider it to be possible. So it makes sense if serotonin is increased in the cerebrospinal fluid from vagus nerve activation - and the vagus nerve bypasses the blood brain barrier - that implies a two-way street which is certainly the claim of kundalini. You can also experience this from DMT-based plant medicine. There's a huge amount of serotonin in the lower body and indeed if the vagus nerve is activated strongly enough - that serotonin is going into the brain. So then you would think you want a high serotonin diet and not a strong dopamine testosterone diet. Maybe so but remember that dopamine and serotonin are inverse and so when you increase dopamine and testosterone - for most males from ejaculation that triggers a spike to cortisol stress. But if the male stays celibate - then as with the female orgasm the dopamine switches, via the vagus nerve internal orgasm, to increased serotonin - and since it's via the vagus nerve then that serotonin goes up into the brain through the cerebrospinal fluid. The trick is how to get it into the cerebrospinal fluid and the answer is the horse stance since that flexes the glutes and the perineum and by doing so - it brings the energy into the back channel by activating the vagus nerve. So without horse stance - instead the energy goes up the front channel - since the glute muscles are not flexed. The other thing is the Emptiness focus to keep the energy going down the front channel and up the back - otherwise if it is lust drive then the yuan qi goes down the spine - when on the contrary it needs to go up the spine via the jing energy - to build up more yuan qi energy. So the horse stance by activating extreme sympathetic nervous system - is actually the opposite of lust since lust is activated by the parasympathetic dopamine energy. that's why most modern people suffer from dopamine addiction. So you do horse stance and you are pushing - first - the sympathetic nervous system to the extreme - this is when the legs are shaking 7 beats per second - which activates the Theta brain wave -REM vision state that then empties out the conceptual mind. So from extreme sympathetic then happens an opposite extreme cycle of parasympathetic - up the spine - and this is called parasympathetic rebound or sympathetic rebound to the parasympathetic. See how that works? instead of just lust - first the sympathetic has to be pushed to its extreme - in order to ensure that the energy goes up the spine - along with the muscular positioning. This is why it's said to build up the energy of the lower tan tien then at first there should be 3 times more standing active exercise than sitting passive meditation.

Also I would like to thank you for bring up this topic - even though I have strayed from it - but like I said to study Taoist Yoga for not producing fluids. So then when I referred to Taoist Yoga - what did I confirm. the book teaches that indeed you can reverse fluids back into jing energy - through the Quick Fire breathing. That is the whole point of not losing the fluids in the first place. Ideally you would not create the fluids - again if you keep the tongue against roof of mouth and focus on Emptiness then the food turns into yin jing energy and not into fluids. But again if the energy leaves the lower tan tien it does turn into fluids - in which case the Quick Fire reverses that. Now you have a lot of people on thetaobums claiming this is not possible - that if you create fluids then you should just ejaculate because it's too late already. Taoist Yoga clearly and emphatically does not teach that and again the source book for Taoist Yoga says the most common misconception in training is that somehow ejaculation is o.k. On the contrary is the fluid is stopped - the more that is prevented from leaving the body - the better and Taoist Yoga says the Quick Fire breathing changes the reproductive fluid back into jing energy. But it is only through Emptiness purification that you turn the yin jing energy into yang jing or "yin qi" energy. And so again that is why the intentions are crucial - the intention should not be to create fluid in the first place but rather the intention is to create qi. I think visualizing fire and solar energy in the lower tan tien is best for this. I like watching the sunset when the sun is that orange fire color. Also the color - the biophotons of the mitrochondria burning up oxygen for fuel from food - this is the biophoton color red-orange like the fire. http://www.scientificamerican.com/article/the-neuroscience-of-gut/ I'm guessing that neuroscience of the gut article should have good info.

The thing about eggs is only when the yolk is runny do you get the lecithin from the yolk and the lecithin is really good for your brain. The other best food source of lecithin is tofu so maybe that's why Buddhist monks have so much tofu - besides that soy is easy to grow. But anyway yeah so also if you do get the grass-fed chicken eggs the yolk is really bright orange which is very amazing for the nutrients - omega-3, lecithin, etc. But those eggs are very pricey like $4 to $5 a dozen. I've been getting eggs $1 or something a dozen - from my wholesale warehouse Chinese connection - but the eggs are the lowest quality. Still - they feed the eggs soy and corn and it is genetically modified feed. But I looked up the phytoestrogen levels that get translated into the egg itself and it's really low - so the soy doesn't bother me for that reason. Actually we just got some organic free range eggs from our neighbor's hen - so a special treat. And the local store sells "cage-free eggs" - but that label really doesn't mean a lot - they can still be highly confined and still get that label. Still I know that if I want a quick testosterone kick I just eat a couple eggs. If I did that 3 times a day then my testosterone would stay strong all day. But as it is - I burned it out from doing free "yin qi" healing all day for like 7 years. The thing is - hold on I gotta check something online..... Yeah just as I suspected - when the female climaxes she spikes her testosterone level. Because if you take in that jing energy directly then it really amps up the testosterone levels. haha. But overall you burn up your hormones - the "sea of chi" below the lower tan tien - which is activated by the yuan qi descending down the spine. So that's why if I was sending energy into a female with low jing energy then I would have to eat tons of meat, etc. so that I had jing energy to transform into qi to send into her. But if the female is "well-endowed" and young - then you get tons of jing energy from the female that you then transform into qi to send back into her. So because I had that situation last fall I was able to fast for 5 days and when I was with the female - actually my testosterone jing energy was really strong because I had switched over to that "free energy" system where she was taking in my yin qi energy and I was taking in her jing energy. But of course this was the "reverse" small universe so it also pulled up all the crap from my lower body - pulling the yin qi energy up the front of my spine via the vagus nerve. When actually the yin qi energy is supposed to go down the front of the spine for purification.
  18. Test: Can chi really be channeled through phones

I have some good evidence that indeed the phone does channel the energy. Qigong master Jim Nance shared in 2005 how he was healing this lady's son - the lady was with her son in the hospital. The phone got so hot that the lady threw the phone on the floor and she was too scared to pick it up. So then Jim had to basically yell into the phone so she could hear him and get it her to pick up the phone. And yes the son was doing better from the healing. But he said how at first he was using too much energy when he started doing long distance healing. So anyway when shen is sent out it has to be sent with qi also - this is detailed in Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. The whole point of the training is to connect the shen to the qi - so the yuan qi increases the amount of shen and when combined they descend to the lower tan tien - to create the lower tan tien. But I also know that the center of my brain has been on fire from the qigong masters doing long distance energy healing on me - to open my third eye. So obviously the phone doesn't have to be used to channel energy - but a person's voice transmits their jing energy and so then it is like a feedback to do healing for other people - basically it is a holographic energy exchange. I mean Jim also healed my mom while he was talking to me for 2 hours on the phone - and my mom was asleep in the house. So he told me he had been having a "conversation" with my mom. The thing is that it's easier to heal people when they are asleep so that their mind doesn't get in the way of the healing. So he was having a spirit-spirit conversation with her - and I never suspected it when he and I were talking on the phone. There was never any long pauses by him, etc. Anyway - my mom had not been able to walk hardly but the next morning after Jim healed her - she had so much energy she cooked for herself for the first time in months and the next day she walked a half mile on her own - just because she had so much energy. Everyone was shocked - she had no idea what had happened. When I asked Jim about it he confirmed he had to send her energy "several times" while he was talking to me - just because she really needed it. She had been recovering from viral meningitis and had gotten this nasty epileptic seizure medication through a spinal tap that really messed her up so should could barely walk but she was completely healed after that. In fact she had tons of energy. haha. All her friends asked her what had happened.

Chunyi says everyone should have a good sweat every day - he jogs every morning and does tai chi in the morning. So yeah - it's just for me - I do like 15 minutes of moving of yin and yang or less and I'm clearing out the colon at night. haha. So also - it's cold in Minnesota - so exercise is more to keep warm rather than sweating - of course a good sweat should happen also. But I usually sweat at work since I am loading pallets of 40 pound boxes, etc. Anyway - Taoist Yoga teaches retraction of the reproductive organ while Iron Crotch is to increase the size of the organ - from my understanding. From alchemy - it seems Iron Crotch brags about pleasing the ladies better with bigger size - and that's great - but from alchemy purposes the yin qi is the direct path of activating the vagus nerve of females. So there's no need for size to be an issue - but then females are trained to think size is the issue as females usually don't know any better - they are attracted to the yin qi energy but don't understand why or what it is, etc. haha. I understand Iron Crotch also trains to be able to retract the organ right back into the body. http://thedaobums.com/topic/6378-iron-crotch-method/ There's the taobums thread on it but no real details. So anyway - I do think this is valuable as watching Mixed Martial Arts lost a lot of interest when if any dude gets hit in the balls they all take up to a 15 minute break for him to recover. It kind of loses all mystique of all their big muscles and wrestling technique, etc. - I mean my sister knows how to kick the balls real well. haha. Yeah I went to a supposed link for it and got a porn site. O.K. there we go. http://www.shou-yi.org/qigong-choyleefut/chan-tze-tan-master-of-iron-crotch-qigong Yeah - that is completely true - I had to get that cleared out of me by the qigong master - taking in the energy of so many women. haha. But again just psychic sex - not physical. I'm still looking for how to retract the organ back inside the body - they say there's a cavity inside the body to hold the balls. Yeah I guess it's an actual physical problem for some dudes. Creepy. It says the male Kangaroo retracts his testicles before fighting. Cool. So it's the inguinal canal. O.K. I just saw an image of it - basically it just looks like the scrotum is in line with the penis - and so the balls just kind of shrink back inside but in actuality they are still there - it's not like the whole scrotum disappears inside the body. O.K. so that is clarified. It's the cremaster muscle that pulls the testes back inside. funny how none of the "iron crotch" sites mention that muscle. so we get another taobums thread. http://thedaobums.com/topic/25233-how-exactly-do-i-lift-my-testes/ So the sphincter muscle as the lower magpie bridge or whatever - the equivalent of the tongue against the roof of the mouth - is fascinating - to connect the front and back channels. Another aspect of the "anal breathing" of Dr. Lin - taoist sex master. Yeah so - it's another angle on horse stance - the flexing of the perineum and glute muscles - - when you rise up the legs it flexes those muscles.

Again on the production of fluid - you want to study the Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality book. So on page 11 it says - that if you don't keep your tongue against the roof of the mouth - then the saliva increases the production of white fluid which disturbs the heart since it is generative fluid. "When the genital duct dilates women are liable to lose their virginity...." So that is exactly the problem with females being attracted to the jing energy - whether it is yin jing or yang jing as yin qi energy. "With inner fire soaring up in his body his (essential) nature is replaced by his heart so that desires and passions fill his being." p. 17 so that is the problem of the yin qi getting lost out of the eyes via the heart. This is the stage that I can not get passed. "So by troubling his heart and body he dissipates his vitality....." So that is the problem of the fire yin qi and yin shen leaving out of the eyes and so then the yuan qi goes down the spine and turns into fluid. "If generative force [jing] is not purified, prenatal vitality [yuan qi] will not develop;" p. 32 "If the heart is affected by sexual desire the generative force [jing] becomes sullied and changes into postnatal generative fluid...." p. 34 So the book says to practice more Quick Fire. So normally the yin jing heat from food will create sperm - but you use fire to change it into more yin jing energy instead of generative fluid. This is called "Fire kindled by breathing" - Quick Fire. It changes the generative fluid into generative force. p. 46.

Marvin Harris has done amazing research of the different cultures - and why certain animals are sacred or not. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/obituaries/1364230/Marvin-Harris.html Wow - good obituary really sums up his arguments.

What I do is have different blankets around my lower body and around my upper body and then keep my reproductive area uncovered so it stays cool. Also I sleep on my right side - this is detailed in the Taoist Yoga book called laying like a dragon to protect the pearl or something - but the heart is on the left side of your body - so you spend a third of your life with the heart doing less work if it is not fighting against gravity. Yeah if you have any erection you have to do standing exercise but you should first be preventing the erection by doing standing exercise at night - you should do "moving of yin and yang" at night to make sure you clear out the bowels and also to sublimate the energy. I don't know why you would sweat - I can see if it is hot where you live or if you have knees really bent far or how long you do the exercise. Sweating is good detox but I just clear out the colon before sleep for sure. But also if you have any pulsations - not even erection - but pulsations then I just immediately stand up and do horse stance with thighs parallel to ground - because if you have pulsations and then you go back to sleep you're gonna lose the alchemical pill. Remember that sleep is the number one problem for alchemical training - because lust and food you can correct with Quick Fire horse stance - but if you don't correct it and just go to sleep then it's all over. For me - this became too difficult at 4 months because I also forgot about the power of the full moon especially the first full moon after the Spring Equinox (Easter). As for male pervs - yes this is as bad as problem as females chasing down the energy. Male pervs are actually more aggressive - will resort to stalking - but also do the leg pulsating and leg pumping technique - leg shaking - to suck off people's jing energy. Male pervs will stare at the back side, make comments, etc. The problem is that the world is run by male pervs and so females then try to be like males and so the females have never experienced real yang qi energy - and so the females then just go for physical features, etc. and think that male ejaculation is how to get the energy. Anyway yeah the yin qi energy will instinctively activate the vagus nerve of females - so they get bliss - but - then they go into display behavior. One behavior is they stand with their legs opened up at an angle so that they suck in more yin qi energy. My coworker did that to me last week and I smiled but almost was laughing at her and so she got mad at me. haha. I mean real mad - because that is what happens with pervs also - if they can't suck off the sex energy it forces the sublimation of their energy into their liver - and so the anger they experience is actually an exorcism that they are going through. The problem with male pervs is that since they are not yang internally - if you send energy into the male perv which I've done as an experiment - both times the male perv literally had to go directly to the bathroom to jerk off - because they are addicted to ejaculation and so they don't know how to sublimate or ionize the energy. They just have to constantly refill it and feed off people like parasites. At least with females you can have mutual internal climaxes over and over and then after about 50 there is real love - even still - the yin qi energy is from your heart and so when ever someone sucks it up - actually it is activating your heart energy - and so if you lose too much of it then you get a broken heart as sadness. This is actually a lung blockage as sadness because the lung is the organ of metal as passion - because it houses the yin spirit or corporeal soul that is getting sucked up or sent out with the yin qi energy. OH yeah Taoist Master Ni, Hui-ching - says if you sleep on your back then the yin spirit ghosts suck off your energy causing ejaculation. They feed off you just like the succubus belief in Western tradition.

The Suma Ching Hai cult is pretty wacky - the militant vegan movement. http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/2011-06-02/news/critics-claim-supreme-master-ching-hai-s-followers-restaurants-front-for-an-exploitive-movement/6/ The thing is - I just watched this soil composting documentary that had scientists proving you can actually store carbon in farms - if the grazing is rotated properly and it's not just some concentrated feed lot kicking out methane. But obviously deforestation for cattle ranching is a huge problem - that's what really inspired me to stay vegetarian for so long - I read it in a Harpers Magazine article I think. But yeah I read that being vegetarian is better for males when they are younger - something about prostate health for when they are older.

so the original human culture from 70,000 years ago - still singing the same trance music from before humans had language! - when they hunt a bird - they do not eat the kill till the next day. Why? Because otherwise the spirit of the dead bird would tell the other birds that the humans are eating the birds and so the Bushmen could not hunt birds as easily. As far as lions - the spirit masters leave their bodies to calm down the lions to keep them from eating humans. But if a lion does eat a human it's thought the lion might be a spirit master that transformed into a lion - or something along those lines. Also the qi energy is used to attract the animals to hunt them - that's why the males avoid females for a few days before hunting to store up their qi energy for the hunt.
