the original qigong master tells a story of how he had a student in his class who has the most amazing aura he had seen of any of his students - she had a golden aura like the golden auras of the immortals he knows in the mountains of China developing their yang shen golden immortal bodies. So he personally asked the student if he could teach her qigong but the thing is she wasn't consciously aware she had this amazing aura and she couldn't get her life in order to train seriously in qigong. So the thing about golden light - a person can have it as their spirit energy but still be unaware of it. I think to consciously be aware of it then you have to build up your yang qi energy first from after the lower tan tien of yin qi foundation is established. The original qigong master talks about the various colors - it is as with quantum frequency - the higher the frequency, small wavelength means the stronger the energy since quantum energy is based on frequency not amplitude. So violet is the strongest energy based on color but my understanding is the golden light as the strongest is really this combination of the yang qi energy or yuan qi along with the yin shen light energy. But in the end as Ramana Maharshi points out, the formless awareness is not light and you can not see formless awareness as the Emptiness - but formless awareness creates the energy of light. Or as someone who had a near death experience was taught - the light they saw in the cosmos - they asked if it was God and were told - no you can not see God but the light is the breath of God. So - in terms of the yin/yang dynamics Ramana Maharshi says that the Sattva pure light stage merges into the formless awareness and so light is seen but the mind as consciousness or light is not the formless awareness as Emptiness. In terms of Taoist Yoga - I think this is the difference between the pineal gland as the Cavity of Prenatal Vitality - when focused on as "immutable thought" it then increases the spirit light of the heart - the Cavity of Spirit. And so then the vitality increases the spirit energy and they descend via the small universe to create the Cavity of Spirit-Vitality which is the lower tan t'ien. Both the vitality and spirit emerge originally from the prenatal heart - on the right and left sides and then leave the body out of the eyes as the right and left eyes. So when the lower tan t'ien fills with spirit-qi energy then the heart and pineal gland really open up into the Emptiness as the formless awareness. So yeah the process is based on an infinite energy creation from complementary opposites - and that process is formless so instead of defining it by light rather Ramana Maharshi calls it Mouna Samadhi - silence samadhi - or it is called Quan Yin - sound-current as the "inner ear method." Qigong master Yan Xin makes similar references to listening I think in his cultivation book - the process of listening is actually eternal since there is no origin to listening - no "one" is listening - and the energy creates itself from the complementary opposites of the harmonics as the Tai Chi (the perfect fourth and perfect fifth music intervals). Or in science you can call is sonofusion that creates sonoluminescence which is brighter and hotter than the sun. interesting vid - he's saying that implosion vortices create violet light. That makes sense since the implosion energy is based on quantum frequency from acoustic cavitation as sonofusion. So in science it's argued that consciousness is quantum and is resonated by ultrasound waves of the vortices - the cytoskeleton of the neurons - with a much faster communication rate than normal neurons. So then the violet or blue light is seen more commonly during meditation from this energy - and from my experience is it when more of the jing energy is sublimated up into the pineal gland and this then increases the power of the pineal gland as yang qi energy which then increases the light intensity of the cavity of spirit from the heart.

What you're describing as a dynamic is a good point. I call this the "trajectory of tantric technology." So you say that the concept of "light workers" is enforcing change on people while the truly enlightened masters have no interest in doing so. Ramana Maharshi made the comment that while there are truly enlightened masters hidden in the Himalayas the karma of energy on Earth is so low right now that none of these masters can really change anything. In fact - to be a truly enlightened master requires such isolation to achieve the results. For example Ramana Maharshi refused to see his mother for when he remained in isolation at the ashram for 9 years - in samadhi - only eating a small bit fed to him by someone else. So the thing is that anyone doing energy training to increase the "frequency" of their energy will have to take into account all the environmental factors of other people or energy sources pulling their energy back down. As per the "tantra trajectory" - the energy training is based on complementary opposites and so if someone is storing up their energy the more they do so then the more others will be attracted to that energy and want to take the energy - even if their attraction is not fully understood on their own level. So the "trajectory of tantric technology" means that western modern technology is actually a projection of repressed life force energy - but since it is repressed it is repressed based on a left-brain dominant inaccurate definition of infinite, a contained geometric materialism. And so the more the technology is developed as a projection then the more it inherently oppresses life on Earth. It does so as the guise of "liberation" and "freedom" but what is actually happening is instead a "separation of heaven (upper body) and earth (lower body) instead of a harmony of heaven and earth as per the real energy training. So with the separation of heaven and earth, again the left brain is dominant for right hand technology which uses iron (the element metal) as passion projected as per the traditional understanding of the elements. This then transforms the water of earth into silica desert which is used via desertification and toxic waste for the metal to take over as machine intelligence and it is done so through fire (solar dynasty heart energy). So water is the pivot point and therefore it is being used up as the leverage energy and water is governed by the lunar female energy. So when I say by doing qigong training we can learn to create water from the Emptiness directly that means by resonating with the lunar cycle we create enough yin qi energy to go into the solar energy properly as harmonic energy so that it resonates into the Cosmic Mother as the Emptiness properly. You want to say that maybe our past has been contrived and that some enlightened masters have recreated life on Earth for us. This reminds me of the qigong master telling me that God is creating new species on Earth right now and so we don't have to be concerned about the ecological crisis. In actuality these types of fantasies are just projections of the techno-fix mentality - the "commodity fetish" that is driven by a desire for materialistic control over Earth. The origins of modern technology are precisely with these Solar Dynasty ritual priests as alchemists who believed they could "contain" infinity within their bodies by storing up their energy. In the original human culture the purpose of energy training was to heal the females and to have harmonic relations with the environment for the safety of the community and better hunting, etc. If a person was "hoarding their n/om" (the boiling energy in the lower tan tien) this was considered a big wrong use of the energy. But what happened is that some of the energy masters did isolate themselves from the rest of the community in order to build up their energy further so they could master the "yang shen" level - the ability for physical transformations. And so the rest of the humans became afraid of these high level masters. But at first if the energy masters were leaving their body too much to travel into heaven - the females would throw water on the male energy masters - water to bring the masters back to their bodies and so the masters could focus on healing the females and not just on their own build up of power. And so while it is easy to dismiss physical reality as a possible illusion - maybe it was recreated in the past by former masters you say - or as another qigong master said maybe God is recreating ecology now for us - this is in actuality an excuse to avoid the needed focus on "harmony of heaven and earth" as a job of ecological sustainability in present times. I'm not saying that anyone can achieve ecological sustainability in present times but that we should at least be honest about what the current role of modern technology is for life on Earth. It is unfortunate that scientists try to report these developments but the political elite have censored them and even changed their words around to change the meanings - not to mention the attacks on ecological activists and social justice activists who are non-violent. For the billions on Earth of humans living in terrible conditions they do so precisely because of the genocidal policies of the elite stealing the resources of the poor as a process of "primitive accumulation." And then these people take to violence as a last attempt for self-defense and so immediately can then be outed as terrorists or guerrillas or communists, parasites, etc. so that the final solution can be implemented against them. But Mother Nature is just as powerful as all these technologies - and so the viruses and bacteria will continue to adapt and over-rule humans - and whatever other catastrophes will kick in - supervolcanos like with Mount Toba that reduced the whole human population to a few thousand back 70,000 years ago - or whatever. Ecology will develop again as there has been life on Earth for billions of years - the dominant species was the Gorgon, 200 million years ago - a large reptilian lion like animal that needed a lot of oxygen. The Troodon was the biggest brain dinosaur, about the size of human, also needing more oxygen. It may be that this oxygen intake that "burns" up food is key to the ionization process - as chi energy neutralizes free radicals and the chi energy is taken up by the Earth energy via grounding - an internal tingling is felt that activates the parasympathetic nervous system. And so the heart frequency of the REM dreaming visionary state is resonating with the Schumann frequency of the Earth-ionosphere lightning energy. Gurdjieff stated that if life on Earth does not respect and help the Moon grow spiritually then the Moon will destroy all life on Earth and ecology will start over again. This is the lunar force governing life through the water cycle on Earth - and so it is the quasi-crystal state of water that has been revealed as a sonofusion energy, an acoustic cavitation via ultrasound that creates then a hotter than the sun laser energy for alchemical transmutations. The inner ear of modern humans is activated by the vagus nerve and connects to the third eye pineal gland as the theta REM visionary state - but the inner ear used to be the jaw bone of our ancestors when we lived in trees - as tree shrews. And so the inner ear activated by inner sound infinite energy focus - as a listening process - is the secret of the "inner smile" activation of the third eye energy. And so then the holographic visionary dream state reality is actually a 2-dimensional energy that bypasses the fake 3-D bifocal vision focus of the materialistic "containment" of infinity by us modern humans. We originated in forests where listening was the dominant perception but as modern humans developed in the savannah we began to be dependent on the depth perception from the bifocal vision of the two eyes, forgetting that the inner ear jaw bone of our forest origins activates the third eye visionary energy. And so it is not that some previous enlightened shamans recreated life on Earth or that God is recreating ecology in rapid time right now - but rather there is an impersonal infinite process of harmony of lunar/earth/solar energy that is eternally being activated here. We lost touch with it but the destruction of ecology and social harmony on Earth is actually an impersonal cycling of the elements that we are just a part of - in terms of a great energy dynamic. What remains consistent in the whole process is precisely this larger cycling of energy and energy creation - as the formless impersonal dynamic of complementary opposites from the Cosmic Mother or the Emptiness as the Wu Chi - it is inherently female as the water element is inherently the lunar pivot that resonates from its source, the first materialistic manifestation of the infinite consciousness-energy that can not be seen. It can only be listened to - and so as Ramana Maharshi said - it is Mouna Samadhi - it can not be a vision in spacetime at all. Instead of each human facing this truth existentially through our deaths and our energy training that transcends death - humanity as a whole is now facing it but the deeper truth has long since been buried in our distant path.

The problem with the profit-based system is that it is interwoven with the legal system and the technological system - this happens through patents for example. Patents have proven to be controlled not based on economic efficiency but rather as an irrational power system - exposed in David F. Noble's book "Forces of Production." But - a good book on this is from the Institute for Policy Studies - well I have to look it up - but anyway it documents how this goes back to Plato. Again with Plato you have the argument for a hierarchical society run by elites and it's justified by "harmony" which is really not harmonics but actually logarithmic-based tuned set up by Archytas, a military engineer. So then the laws of the citizens are based on that technological control of society - so each citizen is valued as 9/8 ratio that must be "compromised" or squared logarithmically for the "good of the state." From that basis of logarithmic technology controlled by a logarithmic social hierarchy then you also get a logarithmic distribution of wealth. So for example in the U.S. corporations are now protected as legal persons with constitutional rights - which because they are tied into the logarithmic profit system and logarithmic technology system - the corporations actually have more rights than actual people. This, of course, includes the right to maximize profits which means a corporation can sue a whole nation if that country passes a law that damages a corporations ability to increase profits. This happens as based on the WTO - the world government of closed door hearings controlled by corporate-appointed directors.

The other issue is reverse ejaculation and I did have this happen a couple times - so I'm not sure how much I lost - I don't think that much. But the thing is that even if you have to go to the bathroom - make sure you do horse stance with thighs parallel to ground before you urinate - if you have had any kind of reproductive activity. Like if you have pulsations, etc. at night then make sure you do horse stance - or else you won't get proper sublimation and you'll get reverse ejaculation. So then the urine will not be foamy or when the foam dissipates - there won't be any semen bits in there. I have seen other males leave piss behind that had this problem - so I know it is common that males who are controlled by their lust are losing semen through urine that way. So it only should take a few minutes of steep horse stance with thighs parallel to ground - or until the legs start shaking indicating extreme sympathetic nervous system and the pressure of the bones - with knees bent like that it is similar to a pulley so that you can double your force build up leverage quickly.

O.K. you can have internal orgasms without ejaculation - that is tantra. But to develop real yang qi then only Emptiness meditation has to be relied on which is celibacy of the mind along with the body. Any thoughts about reproduction cause the Cavity of Prenatal Vitality - the pineal gland - to, at the speed of light, shoot qi down the spine to convert the "sea of vitality" below the lower tan tien into making fluid. So only by Emptiness focus does the Cavity of Prenatal Vitality then, instead of going down the spine, go forward as the small universe cycle - to increase the spirit light of the heart as shen-qi energy or yang qi, and then because of the Emptiness focus this energy ionizes or purifies the yin qi and yin jing energy to store as the Cavity of Vitality as the lower tan tien. So without Emptiness focus there is no lower tan tien created. Taoist Yoga says that the eyes "twinkle" at forms of love and so this is before there are even "evil thoughts." Which means your subconscious thoughts as right-brain vision information also have to purified or else when you sleep at night your spirit descends down to the lower tan tien and then also converts it back into fluid. So then the horse stance as quick fire breathing by sublimation also causes purification because you Empty out the mind by taking your sympathetic nervous system to the extreme. What ejaculation is - first lust desire causes increase in dopamine as parasympathetic nervous system but for males then it builds into a trigger at ejaculation - which switches the body to sympathetic nervous system. So the qigong training is the opposite - you push the sympathetic nervous system to its extreme but then through celibacy and reverse breathing and primarily the resonance of complementary opposite energy channels - upper and lower body, left and right hand - and left and right eyes, left and right feet - crossed, etc. - and so then you intensify that cycle of parasympathetic energy. So then purification is when the left side vagus nerve is activated - it is the ancient reptilian vagus nerve that controls the heart and so that increases the oxytocin levels and is a deeper parasympathetic activation. At first the right side vagus nerve is sublimating up energy from the lower body which then increases the power of the cavity of prenatal vitality since then the pineal gland pressure ionizes the hormones into increase qi energy. When you see light internally then you know you have being to purify the energy as that means the increases prenatal vitality qi has also increased the spirit shen energy of the heart that manifests out of the eyes. So when the eyes twinkle at forms of love that is the yin qi or "heart's fire" shooting out of the eyes and since it then creates evil thoughts - what that means it triggers the pineal gland to shoot down the yuan qi to create more fluid. So that reverse small universe has to be counter-acted through the quick fire breathing. This causes retraction of the reproductive organ and ideally no fluid is created in the first place. But then as Taoist Yoga says - when the yin goes to its extreme at midnight this causes yang to manifest as the yuan qi energy and so then you sublimate again and do the small universe - and again the key has to be Emptiness focus. So before that is possible you sublimate in the morning and purify in the evening. And then Emptiness at midnight. I was reading up on traditional ayahuasca shaman training and a documentary said - Women UNSEEN for one year at least but ideally 3 years - isolated in the amazon jungle. Brahmin priests say the same thing - even eye contact with females requires a 3 day purification ritual.

The solution is qigong training - we are physically alive a very brief period. Qigong teaches that in actuality we are energy beings. The original human culture lived sustainably for 90% of human history precisely because they put energy harmonics first before physical desires. Advanced training in qigong ensures an ascetic diet at least - with farming being 70% of water use, etc. then radical change in diet will have a big effect. South India largely being vegetarian and yet having the biggest population density in the world is a good example of how diet enables greater growth. But the problem is that Western farming was imposed on India and China - and the whole Western mentality is based on a wrong definition of infinity by measuring reality with a geometric irrational magnitude - a fake "contained" materialistic infinity. From that wrong foundation then a deep pre-established disharmony is built upon through increases in logarithmic math with the subsequent increased tensions in technological destruction of ecology. There's some 22 million slaves in forced labor on the planet today - Pakistan has epidemic slavery, Niger and Mali -- 100,000 forced slave children grow 70% of the caocao sold to the U.S. for children chocolate consumption. So yes - ignorance is bliss in the U.S. but it's starting to hit home with basic ecological limits. Otherwise it's been a global "primitive accumulation" model - work young ladies to death sewing the same stitch over and over for long days making not enough money to meet their basic nutrition - that is the norm for all the clothing worn in the U.S. Transportation based on genocide, etc. So the solution is actually a deep mind-body transformation based on a deep mind control that goes back to Plato and Archytas. Any thing else we do has to be based out of that foundation - we can do whatever we want but the reason we do it is because we don't have a choice - Nature as ecological harmony is in control. We don't "save the planet" - we resonant with formless energy-consciousness that we are a part of and from that then solutions come forth. The planet can take of itself - in resonance with the Moon governing life on Earth. Humans can choose to align with that cycle as was done for 90% of human history or we can embrace the last 10,000 years of Solar-driven fake materialist infinity that is a bad foundation increasingly causing destruction through desertification, etc. Essentially what we don't do is more important than what we do do. So for example I worked part-time for 10 years at an environmental nonprofit. Why didn't I work more? I had coworkers who had to pay off student loans, or had children to pay alimony, etc. and so they needed the money more than me and so I gave them my hours (or didn't fight them from taking them). haha. Then for food I dumpster-dived since so much good food is thrown out still in its packaging. Then I rode a bicycle for transportation - all year long even in the winter. For health I ate lots of garlic and I did qigong even for healing others. Obviously lifestyle choices are not the answer as I was a freak who couldn't integrate into mainstream society but if we institute structural changes then the answers can be very easy. For example actually 90% of environmental problems are from just a handful of large corporations that dominate each sector of the economy - often with regional monopolies in the U.S. So - there can be radical change but it has to be institutional supply-side changes from the top down by the corporate-state elite. Obviously the power structure wants to maintain the huge disparity in wealth - 400 people have as much wealth as half of the population of the U.S. and about 400 people have the wealth of half the population in the whole world. Clearly 90% of humans are basically ants - living in basic survival conditions or the 2 billion living on $2 or less a day - maybe 3 billion - about a third of the planet lives in less than survival conditions in mega-city slums without clean water or sanitation. I have mentioned some solutions like a German engineer working with the regime in China to re-institute humanure composting. Asian farming used to rely on humanure composting and already some 40 million farmers use it for cooking fuel and growing food. Now the megacities will start doing the same and that will reach another 200 million people. That's a basic top-down structural change. Think about it - just all the human shit that we make in the U.S. could be a huge resource for growing food, etc. Obviously cows and pigs make way more shit than humans and so yes they are increasingly using the manure for biodiesel and for composting. The problem is the "toxic sludge" of combining industrial waste with human manure and then just applying that to fields without even composting it. So composting does have to be done correctly - if it's humanure it needs to compost for at least 2 years to be sanitized. But that keeps it out of the water supply for one thing - if composting toilets are created and that's what is called "ecological sanitation" being developed in Sweden and promoted around the world. Other institutional changes are divestment campaigns or government procurement policies since governments are the main employers and purchasing contracts change policies. But the masses can practice boycotts and join cooperatives that buy fair-trade food without slave labor or toxic synthetic chemicals, etc. For example a good institutional change is the Workers Rights Consortium - I worked to get University in my home state to join this - I was going to do a unlimited hunger strike using my qigong skills secretly. haha. The president of the University emailed me saying I had done enough already and please don't go on hunger strike and then he signed it into action. Essentially a group of Universities will boycott together when a particular factory is very heinous against the workers. So far it has improved conditions at several locations and it is being increased as a tool to pre-emptively only buy from good working conditions.I'm talking about sports athletic apparel which is a multi-million - probably multi-billion profit industry based on basically slave labor conditions around the world.

Oh last year I went 6 months no ejaculation but then I went under strong attack to suck me off - and I didn't know the horse stance technique for sublimation and purification. So then all the qi energy was deconverted back into fluid and yes it is a LOT of fluid. So the misconception that you can lose the fluid without losing energy is total b.s. - it's just a Western cop-out to not deal with the truth of real energy training.

I'm a few days short of 3 months no ejaculation. You want to study the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality for the detailed psycho-physiology of how to deal with this problem. Yes you have to empty out the mind of "evil thoughts." But "Quick Fire" breathing is the main technique. How to induce deep fast reverse breathing? Stand in horse stance with thighs parallel to the ground. It doesn't take long in that position. The idea is to push your sympathetic nervous system to its extreme and then an opposite extreme parasympathetic vibration will be induced with upward sublimation. So any kind of physical stimulation is wrong. Also - sit in full lotus for 2 hours to purify the energy - again deep bone pressure after legs go numb then sympathetic has gone to extreme and rebounds to opposite of parasympathetic extreme. Again study the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. But essentially when your energy goes away from your lower tan tien it turns back into fluid. So I do horse stance several times a night usually - as this will reverse the damage. If you try rely on your mind that is not enough on its own. But the mind Emptiness also is required - so there is no evil thoughts. For that you can flex your pineal gland - kind of just a magnetic pressure in the middle of your brain - focus on that and empty out your thoughts. Otherwise a mantra to concentrate your mind into "immutable thought." I do horse stance during the day also - again to reverse any damage - based on evil thoughts or similar influences.

So by "yang's yang" = "prenatal yin" you mean the "yuan shen"? And then the "postnatal, true yin" is the "yin qi." So that is the heart's fire as yin qi and heart as yuan shen or prenatal spirit. So then the kidneys are yin qi, that is with meditation converting the yin jing into yang jing (yin qi) and then the "prenatal yang" is the yuan qi. To be specific as detailed in Taoist Yoga book - the yuan qi originates from the heart also - the yuan shen and yuan qi originate unified from the heart but then split at birth and so then the heart yuan qi is activated by the pineal gland - the "Cavity of Prenatal Qi." The Cavity of Prenatal Qi at first does not contain the "wondrous light" of the third eye (the Cavity of Original Spirit) and so with any evil thoughts from heart's fire (yin qi) attracted to "forms of love" through the twinkle of the eyes - this causes the pineal gland to shoot qi down the spine to activate the "sea of chi" - actually the stored up yin jing energy that is then turned into fluid for reproduction. So the Quick Fire breathing is yeah to activate the alchemical bellows - deep fast breathing. For example in Taoist Yoga the student says he is doing the small universe MCO but he keeps having nocturnal emissions - why? The teacher says it is b/c he is just using his mind for meditation as the MCO and he is not doing the Quick Fire deep breathing with the MCO - as only the deep breathing has the power to drive up the yin jing energy to convert it to yin qi energy. So first you have deep breathing as Quick Fire which converts the yin jing into yin qi. Then you have descent of heart's fire (spirit yin qi) which converts the yin jing into more yin qi. Those two work together. By the breathing driving the yin jing up above the fire of the heart which descends down - then you create more yang qi. Yang qi is created only by the Emptiness focus of the pineal gland - the mind concentrated on "immutable thought" - a mantra or logical inference of the source of the I-thought or visualization of fire light, etc. So that prenatal qi of the pineal gland then increases the spirit light of the heart. That is how the energy cycles. Alchemically the shen-qi-jing are combined so when you take in yin qi through the pernineum you also take in yin shen too. For example from my over 7 years of wrong tantra practice I took in a lot of lustful yin qi and yin shen energy from having mutual climaxes with females. I also lost a lot of my prenatal yuan qi. So then the qigong master was healing me when we were in the car and I was driving and I felt this very strong electromagnetic qi all through my nether region. He just commented to himself, "interesting." I didn't want to disturb him nor really know since obviously it was a bit embarrassing situation and I figured he should just keep doing the healing. I just tried to ignore it but when he was done I said I felt, "lighter" because I really did. I felt cleaned out. So then about half a year later - just a few weeks ago - i asked the qigong master what he had picked up when he said, "interesting." He said, "All the women." So the point is that type of tantra - only Taoist Yoga explains specifically why it is wrong - it says "bad air" goes into the body. Whereas taking in "yin qi" from the Earth is what is called the Earthing or Grounding practice - like people walking barefoot say they experience an internal tingling. Scientifically that is the electromagnetic energy of the Earth from the Schumann resonance and it neutralizes free radicals in the body - so if you feel the tingling that is the neutralization process. I get this same internal tingling if I eat any sugar since sugar creates free radicals and so my qi energy - my "yin qi" energy is neutralizing it. So the idea is you have to fill up the lower tan tien with yin qi energy first but only through the Emptiness meditation will it then convert to yang qi or vice versa - the prenatal yuan qi will build up the heart's spirit energy which will convert the yin qi into yang qi. This is also why the left hand is yuan shen - the dragon prenatal spirit and yin qi heart fire and the right hand is the tiger yuan qi the prenatal qi and yang qi. My understanding is that whether the left hand or right hand is used it changes the push/pull effect of the yin qi or yang qi. The other thing for facial expression - is tongue against the roof of the mouth and you can roll the eyes since the left eye is the prenatal yuan shen and the right eye is the prenatal yuan qi. So by rolling the eyes you then put the fire energy below the water energy since the two eyes are the only connection to the original heart energy with the unified yuan qi and yuan shen.

I wondered about his comment there - the perineum is where you take in "yin chi" from the environment. The lower tan tien is where you bring down and build up "yang qi." The details of this technique and the connection to the MCO is explained in the Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality book. So the "heart's fire" is the yin spirit energy referred to in the video - but it's connected to "yin qi" - the fire is the yin qi of the heart that descends as part of the small universe - by descending it turns the yin jing into more yin qi of the perineum - aka the "cavity of vitality" which is actually below the lower tan tien. So then that "cavity of vitality" gets ionized and sublimated - through Emptiness meditation which is really the "immutable thought" of the pineal gland - emptying out the monkey mind, and so the Cavity of PreNatal Vitality is creating more "yang qi" then - which then increases the spirit - the yin spirit of the heart - as light energy. So that is the descent of the yang qi which then turns the yin qi of the perineum into more yang qi. That's the basic cycle of the small universe - if you read Taoist Yoga it describes how when the real MCO opens up as a kundalini awakening - what that means is that the yang qi descends down the front channel from the lower tan tien - so that it feels like it will be lost out as ejaculation - but in fact then it goes into the governing channel after being increased from merging with all the yin qi in the cavity of vitality - converting the jing into more qi - and then goes up the spine to open up the pineal gland as the Cavity of Original Spirit, the Tai Chi. So you notice in the video - the narrator translates John Chang conflating "yin qi" with "yin spirit" - and this is why - because of that small universe connection of the two through the heart's fire and how that actually is part of the cycle with the yang qi from the pineal gland through meditation - the descent of the yang qi - and how it then merges with the jing energy which he calls yin qi. But also we can assume the main source of yin qi is John Chang taking it in from the earth by meditating on the ground - or as people said he actually used a grounding wire when he is in his house - so he takes the Earth's yin qi energy very seriously. That would be a purer and stronger source of yin qi energy - than other sources. As far as the exercise - I would say to build up the lower tan tien energy then the Quick Fire method is the best which is the horse stance with thighs horizontal to the ground to activate strong deep fast breathing - and so this raises up the jing energy to the lower tan tien and above so it is purified into qi energy.

What I mean by full moon (full lotus) challenge is that the deep subconscious energy blockages manifest out as jing energy that has to be sublimated and purified - I'm talking about sleep that otherwise causes de-conversion of jing to fluid and loss of celibacy. So since the full moon makes the jing energy so much stronger then it causes deeper subconscious blockages to manifest and potentially to deconvert to fluid and be lost during sleep - and so instead that energy has to be leveraged and sublimated and purified - into a conscious meditation state, versus a subconscious sleep state. So that's why people recommend fasting during full moon - since then you don't have too much low frequency jing energy from both food and the stored up "evil thoughts" as bockages. But the real question is where do these evil thoughts come from? In fact the internet and television are two main sources - the commodity fetish writ large is inescapable these days. I sit in full lotus at the computer as pre-emptive defense for sublimating energy. But that in itself is not enough. So actually the 100 days was originally based on the lunar cycle from my understanding - based on 28 day units - 4 x 28 = or 7 day weeks - 4 weeks. So it's 112 days actually but oh well. No - to really store up energy then purification is required and that means either a lot of isolation or maybe a monastery or something. But - like when I did my intensive training that was no internet, and next to no time on interpersonal level - besides the qigong classes with the qigong master. But then when my energy developed - I left my room and realized that even making eye contact with a female at a distance caused the subconscious blockage to occur and loss of energy. At the time I was just shocked it happened and I didn't realize the cost of that - and even still the cost of sending that type of energy - not until I really studied the Taoist Yoga book in detail. So yeah - also diet is a huge factor - like chocolate is very high in zinc, not to mention caffeine, etc. and so I like chocolate for the jing energy but it is also very dangerous - as far as celibacy is concerned. But like I said I have been relying on the horse stance - and so I just wake myself up from dreams before it's too late and go into horse stance. Of course ideally my energy would be purified before I went to sleep - as Taoist Yoga says sleep is the worst problem along with evil thoughts. But you can be gluttonous and lusty as long as you're not controlled by your sleep - then those problems can be fixed. But if you are controlled by your sleep then it's a no go.

Got a week or so left to my personal 100 day challenge - I assume you include celibacy as that is usually what the 100 days refers to for the real training? Anyway 100 days is not enough. Still to break it into 100 day units is good. All I can say is horse stance with thighs parallel to ground (or lower squat if need be) for as long as possible - until legs shaking and more - this is a good quick means of sublimation that I highly recommend as an addition to the other qigong exercises. So it will be a couple week overlap - that is o.k. also the full moons are the toughest - since the energy is much stronger and so you have to purify the energy more - this is why people fast more on full moons and meditate more. Full moons is the original trance dance all night training.....
