I munched on some stinging nettles yesterday in the forest. I suppose I should go harvest some more fresh..... o.k. I looked - the drought this summer wiped out the stinging nettles. I tried clearing the white snake root so more room for stinging nettles to spread. Turns out white snake root did well in the drought. Got just a few leaves of stinging nettles. There might be another patch out there I'm missing -- maybe the southeast corner.... anyway -

well yeah but I was getting heat from the food digesting -- but yeah it's definitely not the same as tummo heat from fasting. ummm... so you're saying while fasting the muscles actually get more nutrients? Care to explain that one? You say you work out in the morning and then eat a big meal and then fast until the next morning? That sounds awesome but again the issue is being sleepy after eating the big meal and so sleeping while working, etc. yeah it is ironic that if I eat a big meal at night but then fast during the morning - my ... well anyway it gets too complicated to try to explain. so I'm suppose to work tomorrow - I guess I can - not sure if this will stiffen up more over night - it's possible but if I do more qigong. I have been meditating now less than ever in the past 10 years - but I still have a permanent magnetic bliss in the center of my brain. So that's what causes the internal tingling - the chi in my brain is sucked up by people around me - transmitted through my voice or my eyes, etc. This creates a vacuum in my brain that then pulls up the lower body energy creating internal tingling and then leaching out of my skull of the lower body impurities. yep - I've had that now since I did my serious training in 2000 but then stopped my pure diet bigu fasting.... ummmm.... yes people do comment on it - when I get the internal tingling from the chi being sucked up by them and this causes the anaerobic bacteria to leach out my skull - people then say "shit" around me or "crap", etc. as reaction to the smell. I can't smell it though. haha. I mean I've had some direct verbal confirmation - just as I also had some direct verbal confirmation when I used to transmit energy to give females orgasms. haha. Anyway yep it is strange being permanently wired as a healer and so having to be super careful about food, etc. well I should try to sleep to catch up on my sleep. I did have some green tea this morning - I think I mentioned that - I hoped that would counteract the big meal. I mean I didn't feel weak like I usually do when I fast. But when I feel weak before then I did mind meditation. So I still feel light but not as weak - and then eat some fruit - Anyway it's like changing systems for me. I do rely on a lot of food at night to recharge my jing energy. so when I do eat I tend to want to eat a lot. Like a feast or famine situation. Anyway I guess if am I working I'll just try to eat less beforehand. I know it made me smell also -- which is the one thing I really wanted to avoid. Because that's a big annoyance to people around me. It's kind of ironic since the food increases the chi which people suck up - so they get more energy when I eat food - but it's a dirtier energy. yeah - also I figured from working out I wanted to increase my food intake. The priority for me will always be the chi energy first because of this permanent brain magnetic bliss I have - -so I am hard-wired to a reality beyond life and death. That's why in life I tend to get into situations that are dramatic like this - my system seems to oscillate to a greater set of extremes. ..... I don't know - it's just easier not to eat breakfast than to deal with food impurity issues. Like if I work tomorrow I will be talking to people all the time - "working a crowd" and so I definitely will fast after I do a lot of cayenne to clean out my colon in the morning. Sure my voice will most likely get weak - but at least my system will be clean. ..... -
used log - the two new downed oaks are already colonized by other mushrooms. So i don't think I could innoculate them with any "farmed" shroom - I did leave a big shiitake shroom on the log I innoculated 2 years ago - just so it can go to seed hopefully. A squirrel took a bit out of one of the shrooms but didn't finish it yet - so hopefully this big one will go to seed. it rained half an inch a couple nights ago but no new shiitake shrooms yet.... maybe too cold or maybe that's all the mycelium is going to produce.... I don't know. Still they taste awesome. There were huge puffballs in the produce warehouse today -- didn't know people ate those. I bought bulk wheat and brown rice - so I could use that to create a fermentation - but it's already down to 50s and 40s at night here and it's just gonna get colder. We'll have some more warm stretches but the trend is to get frost soon - probably a couple weeks away. So anyway I stopped doing humanure compost and will just do leaves/kitchen waste/urine/wood ash for a 2nd compost pile. I'll let that first one sit for a year. The 2nd one won't have humanure -- so it will be ready in a few months I think - too much wood ash - they say it kills the compost - but also to have wood ash provides key micronutrients. So I don't know - I figure balanced with leaves and kitchen waste and urine - should be o.k.

declines are better for your --- shoulders? Or what? The idea of doing a decline seems a bit freaky. Anyway for the first time I ate breakfast today - thought I would experiment. I ate 4 eggs. One tortilla to soak up the olive oil I cooked the eggs in - just runny yoke, cooked white. Anyway then I got internal tingling - twice - when I talked to coworkers - why? Because they needed my chi energy - my third eye automatically sublimates the food into chi and the internal tingling is the pulling up -- the off gassing of the lower body impurities.... But it went away but I was sleepy from my parasympathetic kicking in to digest the heavy food. What I thought would energize me backfired and all the blood in my stomach made me stupid. I cut my forearm while "sawing" off the plastic corner coverings for a pallet. I covered a shirt in blood! I left work without a word to my coworkers - well a nearby coworker I told to tell them I cut myself. haha. I tied my shirt around my arm, held it up, headed for an emergency room, but it stopped bleed. So I figured - why pay hundreds of dollars for stiches. Just have a scar. My boss goes - well accidents happen. But I know it was because I ate breakfast. It was the first time I ever ate breakfast and I just got real sleepy - needed another half hour of sleep to finish my rest. So no weight lifting for a while but I did do 75 pushups this morning which was cool as it cracked my back to pull my shoulders back some. 3 sets of 25. Anyway...... -
The decline and eventual fall of the USA as world superpower?

that's the NeoDarwinist model based on the "selfish gene" - it was used to support the NeoFascist Reagan Revolution of the 1980s. Evolution of life? Funny since the term "evolution" was coined during the industrial revolution which has caused the fastest mass extinction of species in Earth's history of life. As far as the science of evolution -- again you would have to read E.O. Wilson's new book - "The Social Conquest of Nature." Eusociality is the new key term for human "evolution." http://www.smithsonianmag.com/science-nature/Edward-O-Wilsons-New-Take-on-Human-Nature.html So how does that affect DNA mutations? well then you have to get into epigenetics. And if you really want to understand then you need to get into quantum biology. NeoDarwinism continues to dominant biology since corporations dominate academic universities - like Cargill and Monsanto controlling biology research at the U of Minnesota -- or the Cancer Industry - plastics, petroleum, etc. dominating the "Life Sciences", etc. Yep it's a big scam just like eugenics was "progressive" in the 1920s and 30s - along with sanitation. U of MInnesota had the biggest eugenics academics - the term was "how to grow a better man crop." So yes "survival of the fittest" mentality is still the dominant misconception and yes it goes along with the thrust of modern humanity of the last 10,000 years. It's not the norm of real human evolution of the last 100,000 years though - which was a culture where all the males trained to be qigong masters. -

wrong. Humanity appeared around 100,000 years ago and the original human culture lived peacefully until modern civilization with the iron age intervened, the Bantus enslaving the Bushmen Khoisan, after the Bantus developed iron technology and chariots, etc. from the Western ASian civilizations. "survival of the fittest" - the most misunderstood concept of ecology and evolution. Read E.O. Wilson's new book "Social Conquest of Nature." But I doubt you would want to invest the effort. Anyway here's a good doc on "survival of the fittest" scam: -

yeah instead of coffee I do cayenne - which I buy in bulk. So I use cayenne to activate my vagus nerve for relaxation and dilation of my vessels - including my colon. haha. What's really funny about cayenne is all these tough guys who like to drink a lot of booze - they start coughing right away when they want to try my cayenne. I'd much rather build up tolerance to cayenne than to booze or to coffee..... cayenne is the opposite of coffee. So today since I was not working - I ate meat etc. and then my jing energy was strong. It was nice to have strong jing energy from the meat and so I kept at it as I was babysitting and then I surveyed all the maple trees on our property. 38 maple trees greater than a foot in diameter - so I can tap all those for maple sap -- about 10 gallons per tree and so 380 gallons of sap with about a 40 to 1 ratio to make maple syrup.... So 30 gallons of maple syrup is very likely next spring. Local maple syrup - fresh - it is so good but way too sweet for me. haha. Anyway so.... yeah then I ate more - I made apple pie last night but I put sweet in it - some local honey and also some chocolate sauce - not a lot at all - but along with wheat crust - even though I used olive oil -- so I ate that. Yeah I just got internal tingling. But whatever. Anyway I was thinking yeah if I ate meat during the day - then I think I would get mad too easily when my male coworkers make dirty jokes. -

Well I had a bit too much fruit today at work - all organic - but I got the internal tingling when I was driving home - what kicked it in was I had the A.C. blasting and so my chi was activated to heat my body. So I researched the scientific cause of the internal tingling - it's also documented from the practice of "earth grounding" which means taking in the negative ions as increased electromagnetic energy in the body through the bare feet on the ground since Earth is always being hit by lightning. O.K. so the tingling is the electromagnetic energy as it reverses the free radicals created by sugar. Well anyway fruit besides the sugar buzz - again it increased my jing energy - but also fruit increases serotonin and I had a really good blissful laugh at work today - like I was high from the fruit. Part of it though is we've got a propane heater overfull pipe problem and it has that chemical smell - not sure if it is the cleaner - the heating company was just here to do the fall maintenance but clearly they messed up as the heater kicked over 30 psi now, kicking in the overflow pipe. Anyway so will call about that tomorrow am but in the mean time yeah I've been taking in the fumes - so that probably made me a bit extra spacey.... http://www.waterheaterrescue.com/pages/WHRpages/English/Troubleshooting/Tanklets/water-heater-odor.html hmm that's the closest I can find to the issue - did the fall maintenance crew use some kind of epoxy or pvc solvent? Anyway.... so when I got home I ate a bunch anyway since I don't worry about the smell from the chi reacting to the food.... umm but I still avoid sugar more or less -- as much as possible.... Or else use vinegar or something to lower the glycemic index - vinegar or garlic or onions or even oil or fat.... o.k. so again I could not really do mind meditation at work... but it seemed o.k. since today the pace was slow. still.... -

sounds good but complicated. All these special products. I just harvested awesome 2 pounds of shiitake shrooms off a downed oak tree I sawed out wedges for putting in sawdust mycelium. I was supposed to water it - I did once before I put wax over it. Most of the wedges fell out. I expected that to be the end of it. I forgot about it - I put in the mycelium two years ago. Turns out shiitakes sometimes don't fruit until 2 years and sure enough - fruit they did big time!! haha. So scrumptious! Meaty - medicinal - gourmet. The place I ordered the sawdust stopped internet sales - you have to call them to get a sale. No big deal - there's two more big oak trees downed. I really should order more sawdust. It's a bit of work unless it will rain some more. Not sure if it will rain. I used up a lot of old candles - not sure we have enough old candles to spare. You're supposed to use some cheese wax - but again that's too complicated for me. I got to look up cheese wax and find out where to order it, etc. I don't have plastic - so ordering online or over the phone is not the norm - unless they take checks. Anyway I'm sure everything you say on this is true - and I appreciate knowing there is this fermentation method..... It's just like making kombucha though - you need the "starter" yeast or bacteria or whatever. So first I would have to track that down - I tried to see if the local co-op sold some starter kombucha but I had no luck yet. Guess I gotta call - or maybe I did already -- can't remember. But anyway.... yeah I fermented some cabbage a couple times - it was fun and I loved the effect -- but you gotta make sure not to use too much salt or just enough - and make sure the lids don't get too much pressure build up... Anyway yeah I agree that humanure compost is slow - I did speed things up by using biochar - since the black heats up the compost faster and also the charcoal provides nanopore homes for the bacteria. Only again to make biochar without making more pollution - you need a fancy set up which is too complicated for me. I was just making biochar the old fashioned way - but that was also very labor intensive. I don't mind labor intensive if I have the time. But I don't have the time now. Anyway - yeah so when I used leaves - the compost for humanure wasn't fast enough.... But anyway if there is a rotavirus - you can just use garlic to knock it out - provided you can get away with smelling like garlic - if not then you gotta use fresh greens to counteract the garlic smell.... So suffice it to say - yeah I will compost for a year (I'm done adding to that pile) and then just rely on green manure in the mean time. I'm not even sure I will compost more humanure - because of this time commitment - I don't own the property and who knows when I might have to move, etc. Anyway land ownership is the first issue - for example in Brazil it's now illegal for big landowners to let their land sit idle without crop cultivation for 7 years - after that people can just grow food on their land as a human right issue - even if they don't own the land. Rock on. The rich need to stop whining about their land that they don't even use or even see - just whine about how property values have not gone up enough in value. haha. Speculation. Anyway so hopefully that will happen here - the poor should have a right to grow food on idle land...

interesting comments thanks. I'll try that reverse bench press - for the reasons you give. I was checking it out.... I got a PM on this also. So I had a leaf of raw kale for breakfast. Around 2 pm I had an apple - organic. By then my voice was already weak as I had been loading pallets and boxes, etc. standing the whole time. ummm so the jing was weak. I could not do mind meditation because a male next to me kept asking me questions and goofing around. So yeah I had fun joking - ummm - but I was not able to concentrate on work well enough - so I goofed a couple times. ummm..... Anyway so I noticed after I ate a couple more apples then I got some jing energy back. I read that if you fast - then your body stops producing testosterone since it's thinking you're not going to reproduce. yeap. That's just about how hard drived we our for reproduction. So it seems eating enough fruit at least keeps some jing energy going without having to rely on bringing down shen. After I eat three apples later in the day and then did some mind meditation while in the car - I had some decent jing energy. Not good enough for my standards - but passable. Of course exercising for work - this helps to activate the IGF-1 hormones to increase testosterone - so that just a little bit of food seems to work well with that. so the main muscles I work at my job at my "lats" - I didn't even know that term "lats" until I started researching bench pressing. haha. OH wait - it's not the lats - It's the rhomboids. Oh well.... so we'll see how this goes. I get home and have a big meal - lots of meat and stuff.. Anyway I didn't have any internal tingling today!! I mean not after what I already mentioned. So my point is that it's good to work the back muscles for the job as that's a good balance for bench pressing the pec chest muscles....
