no search engine? I used to be listed on that website - back around 2003. Thought it went down but they must have just redesigned it.

I do some standing but mainly full lotus meditation. I've been meditating less since it's summer so more outside work but also basking in the Spring forest Qigong Master Jim Nance healings.... I mean he can just send energy into me from the fundamental level of reality - and anyway obviously if I meditate more then things get real trippy fast. So it just depends how much I meditate but I do both ideally. Like a good four hour session - just do three hours sitting full lotus and start with half hour standing and end with half hour standing. But I haven't done that in a while....

hmmmm..... yeah I spend my most time watering the garden but I am also killing bugs - I mainly kill the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_beetle Yeah I've been able to hand kill those everyday without too much damage - while I'm watering.... o.k. I just took out about half a dozen invasive buckthorn trees to increase the deer fencing. I made a mask out of one of the pumpkins that the deer ate - used it to scare my nephew and niece -- and then they shot arrows at it and smashed it.... good fun. Got a shot of it. HOld on....

o.k. the deer got my biggest pumpkin last night despite me snoring away in the tent. One deer was sleeping by my tent when I went up to go to sleep. haha.I figured I would scare it away for good with my snoring but no!! The FEASTED... well still have 7 good pumpkins left with more coming in - how many jack-o-lanterns do we need anyway? So will fortify the deer fence. I confirmed it's the deer eating the tomatoes also - not grasshoppers - lost a few tomato plants since they had not flowered yet.... Doubt they'll flower with the tops eaten off..... But the deer don't touch the tomatoes! Thankfully... so.... Got some free deer manure in the garden now.... well I think I'm going to eat a deer this fall. Gotta make a bow or cash out $300 or so....

o.k. no one is here right now - so I think I will do my 2nd onion hair treatment! hahaha.

yeah I actually discovered the science confirmation for ejaculation causing baldness in a Scientific Citation study at the U of MN - before they locked out their computers to the public.... ummm... that's a great database for science searches - it was some Turkish study.... so makes sense since Turkey still holds onto that truth I'm sure... o.k. yeah I was just eating a bunch of stinging nettles in the forest - I just grasp the leave and fold it in half and tear it off about 3/4 from the base, thereby avoiding any stingers.... but some like the stinging as it increases acetylcholine or something....

baldness is more from stress - cortisol from ejaculation increases DHT which causes baldness. Stinging nettles prevents formation of DHT.... So you can take that internally yes. good point. I was thinking more for the chlorophyll to stop the smell - and yes that is internal also - it's an enzyme reaction. Magnesium from chlorophyll also prevents UV damage because magnesium is a photoreceptor - converts photons to electrons. Eating black beans -- the black pigment increases kidney energy and this black pigment should increase neuromelanin also. I got yellow skin from eating too much garlic - from the sulfur - permanently. haha. Ellen page got orange skin from eating too much carrots. haha. So yeah 0- Milarepa got green skin from eating too much stinging nettles - well it was his diet. So - black pigment should be the same. Burdock is a diuretic.... but also antibacterial, etc. ummm.... magnesium is the number one deficiency in the U.S. diet....

So then Effie Chow says indeed she had a Japanese "master" at one of her World Congresses - and he could only throw his own students but not the new students! Effie Chow then said that she can throw people who are strangers. So that Japanese fake master sounds like the fake KIAI master who was on youtube getting beat up by the MMA fighter... I showed that video to Spring Forest qigong Master Jim Nance and he laughed saying that the old Japanese master was fake....

Wow Lama Tantrapa - a skeptic!!?? He's being defensive about Effie Chow. haha. Does Lama Tantrapa not believe in the real qigong masters!? Or maybe just jealous? He implies that -- he states that Effie Chow brought magicians (not real qigong masters) to her conferences?!! His argument is that magicians attended her conference and stated they could do the same but would not reveal the methods! haha. That's FAULTY logic! Just because someone could contrive some fake process does not disprove something totally different that might look similarly. haha. HILARIOUS.

Awesome! Yeah I'm a big fan of Effie Chow also - I love her philosophy -- her comments on society - I agree with everything - her politics, etc. She was the first qigong master I experienced in 1995 - she blew the fuse out in the room behind her - the security guard at the University wandered in when we were finishing - wondering why the fuse got blown and what was going on in our room. haha. Yeah I finished my masters degree in 2000 doing Spring Forest Qigong intensively for credit -- and had an "enlightenment experience"... pretty awesome - http://fulllotusqigong.blogspot.com is my blog. yep my sister shared that it was the deer in the morning - 6 a.m. So sleeping out in the tent by the garden tonight and will fortify the deer fence tomorrow... They probably at the tops of the tomatoes also.... But I set out a grasshopper trap of molasses.... anyway... I can stop the deer and maybe will eat one this fall. haha.
