  1. Racist Statements By "German" Politicians

yeah interesting - but look where Buddhism got Japan with the rise of fascism. So monoculturalism is not the answer. China is fighting Islam because Islam is being used by the U.S. as Operation Gladio B. People need to realize that the U.S. has created Al-CIA-da largely to undermine both the Russians and China.... http://www.boilingfrogspost.com/2013/05/22/boston-and-the-cia-snafu-part-ii-cias-graham-fuller-a-deep-state-rogue/ http://ceasefiremagazine.co.uk/whistleblower-al-qaeda-chief-u-s-asset/
  2. Racist Statements By "German" Politicians

I used to hang out in the Somalian community in Minnesota which is the largest Somalian refugee community in the U.S. I mean I was the only white person around in the whole area. haha. Eating goat, with the call to prayer on the loud speaker, etc. Everyone was super nice to me!!! So when the news would come on everyone said - there's no "Al Qaeda" in Somalia. That was in the early 2000s. Guess what? The FASTEST way to create Al-Qaeda type terrorists is when the U.S. attacks Somalia or when the U.S. funds an attack on Somalia and that's exactly what happened when Ethiopia attacked Somalia. The Somalia community very much protested the U.S. led Ethiopian attack on Somalia. The traditional tribes had created a peaceful solution to Somalia - but it was not U.S. controlled and so it had to go!! So they got attacked by Ethiopia "liberating" Somalia and so this then increased Al-qaeda types in Somalia. In fact some Minnesota Somalians have just been arrested -- women - for "funding" Al-qaeda types in Somalia. Even some Somalian males in Minnesota went back to Somalia to join the "Al-qaeda" types in Somalia. Why? Because the U.S. is no "refugee" embracing community. The Somalian Mall was right in the middle of a white Minnesota community and none of the whites even checked it out!! The Somalians thought I was ITALIAN!! They could not believe I was a Minnesota white. Why? They said: Minnesotans are SO CONSERVATIVE. haha. This is from the so-called Somalian traditionals!! haha. Minnesota whites are even MORE RACIST and MORE TRIBAL than the Somalian Muslims. Somalian traditional culture is more Sufi based than anything - it is very lively and warming. What happened is that in the 1980s U.S. and Minnesota based CARGILL -- the largest private corporation in the WORLD - they use food as a Cold War weapon. I have researched Cargill - but anyway so Cargill gets tax money to dump food on Somalia at one-sixth the local price. What happens? The local farmers are run out of business by Cargill so that the local war lord president then increases his power and increases his purchases of U.S. weapons!! So Mogadishu was controlled by the farmers but now they are wiped out by Cargill as "food aid" -- and this completely creates a power vacuum in the capital of Somalia and the civil war then increases. So you have to see these issues in terms of international relations which was my undergraduate degree.
  3. Searching for a mentor

Yeah just ask any particular questions and everyone chimes in and we all learn from each other. But if you really want a Mentor then maybe some Mento music is in order to get things started: Yeah Taoism first of all is about relaxation and enjoying the energy!!!!
  4. The feel of Internal Power (Jin)

So the slowing breathing of the lungs turns the sadness to courage which then combines with the heart passion to create compassion. The liver powers the heart but if it is anger then it can create dangerous heart energy. Yeah I was just reading Gary Clyman emphasizing the sphincter flexing and squeezing and the PC muscle contraction - to "pump the jing" energy. The thing is to make sure to build up the kidney energy and then this builds up the liver energy and then it builds up the heart energy to open up the third eye more. So I think the tension of the sphincter, PC, and diaphgram is good to hold in and build up the jing energy. I think the liver energy for me is when your chi heart energy is getting "deconverted" or pulled back down to the liver - and so you are trying to reverse this to sublimate it or purify it back to the heart. It's about the higher frequency of energy -- you do it in meditation but then it gets pulled back down by people around us and the compression of the lower body to "pump the jing" back up to the liver. So for example cholesterol can increase testosterone or it can increase cortisol - depending on the emotional energy. This is a HUGE issue for me. I am surrounded by people addicted to stress and so -- this is just as Sapolsky proves with his Alpha Baboons who increase their dopamine by attacking the Beta Baboons - in other words by putting other baboons (people) down - this is anger displacement that relieves the stress of the Alpha Baboons. And so there is dopamine addiction in our culture with everyone wanting to be an Alpha that achieves it by stomping on other people. http://lewrockwell.com/mercola/mercola213.html Yeah so cholesterol -- good fats and exercise versus stress -- the liver wisdom might very well be dopamine into serotonin.... http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=23267 Yeah on the dopamine diet versus the serotonin diet..... which obviously shows for the liver. For me the cycle is very much into the oxytocin heart energy -- so it sounds like you going from dopamine to serotonin to oxytocin but then getting pulled back down to serotonin and wanting more dopamine to build it back up -- the craving for exercise which increases testosterone which then increases dopamine again. Yeah like you said - the heart has to go past the desire even of the oxytocin - the mind has to be empty - in order to really increase the chi energy and to keep building up the parasympathetic energy cycle. This is VERY difficult in my experience when surrounded by people addicted to stress and so playing the whole dopamine dominance game -- which increases my cortisol instead of turing the dopamine to serotonin. So then I have to reverse the stress cortisol back into dopamine and then into serotonin and oxytocin. I can do that in a 2 hour meditation session but it depends on the cortisol levels - may take a bit longer. That is not even STORING or building up energy! haha. It's just reversing blockages.

Well I did watch his vids before and I read his Chi Kung Bible free book -- and my friend did also and said how Chunyi doesn't talk about this flexing of the anus sphincter and flexing the PC muscle. I have read elsewhere how it really is the physical stomach exercises that build up the jing energy. So yeah I agree those are crucial aspects of the training just as the sex doctor Lin emphasizes the anal breathing and Mantak Chia emphasizes the perineum and PC muscles, etc. and and

yeah converting the anger of the liver to wisdom. So in the spring that means eating extra greens. I have been harvesting dandelion greens and then I can pick the stems before they flower so no one gets peeved by having dandelion flowers ruining the monocultural grass death. haha. I'm thinking I'll try the dandelion stem juice extract on a mole just as an experiment. Anyway stinging nettles are coming in - that's what Milarepa lived off so his skin turned green. haha. But yeah Chunyi Lin said how he used to get mad and then the light bulbs would break or one time his lawn mower started smoking. haha. But he said now he doesn't get mad like that and I think it happened after his heart stopped beating for over 2 hours and he was walking around fine - so that probably took him a lot deeper. He said how people said his healing was more powerful after that. I didn't know that happened to him but when I got the phone healing I noticed it was just a really deep heart healing - amazing.
  7. The feel of Internal Power (Jin)

Yeah memories are stored in the body holographically. So it's like a photo of light that is chemically stored in the body organs and so meditation then brings out the memories as an emotional healing. So your body relives the memory - not just a mental memory - but since you're meditating then you are reversing the memory storage chemically to heal the organ. Yeah the tension -- it is energy being released to others because I quote in my article how Mantak Chia was tested by a physicist who showed Chia was rapidly switching from his parasympathetic to his sympathetic when Chia released the chi energy. So he was tensing when he released the energy to others. You can see that in the qigong master vid I posted - the JIang Feng who is lighting paper on fire and burning skin marks into people and you can hear him as he tenses his body to release the energy. Jim McMillan said it feels like he is taking a shit -- so it is the diaphgram muscle being flexed which would then release that stored up parasympathetic energy to switch it to the sympathetic energy. And so people can suck up your energy and then you react by tensing up. So it maybe that relaxing is the best response as that enables recharging your energy more easily. Like chunyi Lin says that actually the Tai Chi relaxed movements are more powerful than the tense physical martial arts training. This is something to learn through experience but for me if I meditate enough without actually transmitting energy - at least there is a chi defense field that people can not directly sense - but provides a buffer of positive love energy. People can feed off it but if you keep the love going then you can recharge it also before it gets totally depleted.
  8. More Evidence Against the Carbon Dioxide Scam

yeah even if the science predictions are not accurate that doesn't mean that human-induced global warming is not happening! There are models and then there is physical reality. haha. Science can try -- but..... http://www.democracynow.org/2013/5/20/geoengineering_can_we_save_the_planet Geoengineering: Can We Save the Planet by Messing with Nature?
  9. nei kung

I would say that the practices are very similar. Chunyi Lin trained doing the 2 hours nonstop horse stance with thighs flat and arms outstretched - everyday -- no moving! That was at Shaolin for three months. So that is way beyond "intense" - at the end of the training his third eye was fully open and then master Yau had Chunyi Lin do long distance healing. So anyway it's a beautiful thing to do the standing exercises and the focus on storing up energy in the lower tan tien. This is what Chunyi Lin told me to do directly when I got my phone healing from him. So yeah at first Chunyi Lin says to do three times as much standing active exercise as sitting passive meditation. So someone asked him if doing walking physical exercise was a good as the standing active exercise and he said standing active exercise was better and they wondered if it was aerobic enough - he said just see when you stand with your knees bent and the blood really starts to pump. haha.

Bagdhad style -- that's the key term - b/c funding genocidal wars abroad means cutting social services for job investments at home.... But the news means it the opposite sense "Badghad style" as a racist term.

  13. Spring Forest Qigong Master Jim Nance Qi-talk May 10, 2013,

O.K. Spring Forest Qigong Master Jim Nance called me today. At first I thought maybe he had "bad" news about Friday's Qi-talk but anyway he asked what I was doing and he called at an o.k. time. So he ended up sharing some stories with me that were really cool. He first said how he was initiated into the Midewin society http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Midewiwin and so then he had to go on vision quest to find out what his spirit animal was. So he had a circle eight feet around him while he sat alone in the forest and he could not leave that circle for a day and half. He started at night and amazingly he didn't need to use the bathroom the whole time. So it rained on him and nothing really happened but then the next day there were these amazing clouds shaped like all different kinds of animals -- insects, etc. So then he heard this crazy sound coming towards him and he thought maybe it was aliens coming to abduct him into space. haha. He didn't recognize the sound and he thought maybe the Indians knew the secret about aliens and so now he was going to find out the truth. haha. But it turned out to be eight deer and they came right up to him and he was motionless and the deer spent two hours with him. So then he spent another night and he left in the morning. So then the Indians go - oh that is why you could not shoot a deer when we went hunting! Because part of his initation was he had to prepare for his family -- provide food I mean -- traditionally -- but even though Jim had the gun he could not kill the deer. So the Indians said the reason is his spirit is the deer spirit family and so his spirit fought him killing the deer. Yeah so I asked qigong master Jim Nance - so that was the first time you used a gun? He said no that he used to carry a 357 Magnum and a 22 pistol because when he was 18 or 19 he was hitch hiking in dangerous parts of the U.S. where he didn't want to get lynched. Jim said he even carried a roll of tape so he could tape the gun to his hand so he would be able to keep loading the gun without worrying about dropping it. Also he taped the gun to his leg. So I said you really were doing a lot of preparation then for some serious planning. He said - yeah it was real serious. I said well at least you go to do what you wanted to do -- you know he did the traveling safely. Yeah anyway qigong master Jim Nance said he had been doing a lot of healing this week that went really well. I said that was awesome as I had been wondering. He mentioned a few people he was working on -- as my local qigong friend had called me yesterday and mentioned going to get more qigong healings from qigong master Jim Nance. My friend needs his wrist healed and some organ healing. Anyway Jim mentioned how he is healing someone who had their titanium hip break on them and someone else who had a stroke and someone else who got tasered and their mom got beat up. Anyway those were healings he was doing just for free as those people were his friends. I told Jim I would do what I could to pay for the healing he is doing for me. haha. Meanwhile my local qigong friend -- Jim said -- my friend should doing the healing through the Center. So I said I would tell him and I called my friend and I left the message for him to do the healing through the Center. Yeah so then Spring Forest Qigong Master Jim Nance was getting real relaxed in his voice and I knew that meant he was doing healing. I mean I could feel his energy right when he called and I got all this tingling sensation in the back of my head. But then qigong master Jim Nance said he was picking up a lot of spiritual energy around me. I was flattered and perked up: "Oh yeah?" haha. He said he was seeing me on a ship surrounded by water and around Nature. hmmm. I said - maybe because it's been raining a lot? He said - no this is separate from the rain. hmmm. I didn't say anything because I didn't know what to say! But anyway Spring Forest Qigong Jim Nance said -- when he asked me what I was doing and I mentioned working outside in the forest, cutting down trees and hauling them - and he said he used to do that when he was 12 years old and he was living in Ohio. So he said he used to cut huge trees that were 15 feet around!! He said that - well I asked about him moving to Ohio -- because it was right by Antioch College. He said his mom wanted to make sure they didn't live in the city because Jim -- his mom knew that Jim would get in trouble in the city. So then that was when Jim was able to make contact with this special horse that Jim talks about in one of his guild talks - how this horse showed him compassion and love. The horse also scared the living daylights out of Jim when Jim was riding bareback the horse instantly shot across this field in full gallop and Jim said his body did not move at all from the horse! The horse had united the consciousness of Jim with the body of the horse and so this was a direct experience of love that changed the live of Jim - it was an enlightenment experience that the horse taught Jim - emptying his mind of the lower emotional blockages and opening up his heart. So after that the horse always went up to nuzzle Jim even when other people were around - the horse always picked out Jim to be with the horse together. But Jim said that his mother then sent Jim to go play football at the local city school but it was the next city over. So then Jim said he loved playing football and he made good friends there. So the friends liked Jim so much that they decided one day to all of them run the ten miles to Jim's town in the countryside! So this group of football friends show up after running ten miles just to see Jim and he was really touched by this. So then he scrounged up what little money he had and he took his friends out for ice cream. haha. He said they really needed it after running that far. Yeah I agreed that is really amazing. So then when Jim's mom wanted Jim to do more constructive work then they moved into the city but when they had very first arrived in Ohio they were actually homeless at first and so they had moved into that vale in the countryside as their first home. Anyway I told Spring Forest Qigong Jim Nance about what my mom had said and how I had researched it and then I realized that my sister and my niece are both flying out of the city this weekend on Friday and so I would not have access to any video machine. So I said that considering how my mom didn't want me to record the video due to privacy concerns and the possible medical record information, etc. and so that from now on I would just take notes to write things down. I said I seemed to be able to remember things pretty well when he is talking. He said - yeah it's amazing. haha. After we talked I definitely had stronger third eye energy and qigong master Jim Nance was going into trance and so he was kind of mumbling a bit but I am used to that now. He gets super relaxed and he starts describing his visons, etc. Earlier he had said he saw lots of little animals around me - like slugs. I said well yeah they do come out at night into the house - like crawling insects - because I am in the basement - I didn't tell him I was in the basement. But anyway so I had told him how I saw a fawn today - my first fawn - a baby deer. That is what got us into the deer initation vision quest. But I said how I like messiness since Nature is messy and how I like compost and stuff like that. Qigong master Jim Nance said yeah his experience when he was 12 and he was living in the countryside - working in the forest -- he also learned about loss of top soil and the need for compost and he said how that experience definitely is part of why he is a qigong master today.
  14. The feel of Internal Power (Jin)

So the person, after receiving qi from Yan Xin, was able to do something like ten times more exercise. Muscle power is stored electromagnetic energy but it is nothing compared to chi energy because chi energy is created from the parasympathetic relaxation energy. So you go into deep relaxation and then through synchronization of the paraysympathetic nervous system you then increase the electromagnetic energy. That energy then is stored in the organs of the body and the bones, etc. But the more the third eye opens then the more you can recharge your energy from external sources and if the third eye is fully open then you can recharge very fast to fill the body with the shen laser holographic energy. This energy can travel back in time to change the past and it can travel into the future and it travels through different dimensions, etc. to interact with spirits.....
  15. The feel of Internal Power (Jin)

I can answer this from a qigong master specifically. http://fulllotusqigong.blogspot.com/2012/10/maintaining-state-of-listening-but-not.html Lots of quotes from Yan Xin qigong master who was at Shaolin.
  16. Watching The Birds

Nice!! Yeah I think I just heard my first American Redstart! Also saw my first fawn just by my chestnut tubelings..... So the fawn was too young to run away - just laid down and looked at me. I was going to saw a tree but just turned around to saw a tree on the other side of the forest. haha.

Damn - that's brilliant!! That's what we need - dumb it down with graphics so the "average U.S." I.Q. can comprehend the situation. It's extremely simple but for the mind controllers who fetishize their cats as extension of certain body parts (bring in Freud). Hahaha.
  19. Who Am I?! I Am Who!

Try sitting in full lotus - that will get you out of the conceptual level of consciousness. Then you can begin emptying out the 7th level of consciousness which is your ego. The body has the first five levels of consciousness. So you want to access your body consciousness if you want to have paranormal spiritual powers. Yes it is possible. And if you practice it is very probable. But the secret is to stop your thoughts and then focus that energy internally through visualization and sublimation of your life force energy --

  24. Watching The Birds

http://blogs.bestfriends.org/index.php/2013/03/16/orlando-sentinel-publishes-instructions-on-how-to-kill-a-cat/ http://blogs.bestfriends.org/index.php/2013/01/31/fuzzy-math-on-cats-birds-clouds-highly-questionable-study/ Seriously this dude is an idiot. He compares cats killing squirrels with cats killing birds. O.K. squirrels live here all year long and are ONE species. Birds fly here from thousands of miles away and each species is vulnerable to not surviving due to a lot of other conditions - forest fragmentation, cowbirds, birds hitting windows. On top of all of that CATS ARE THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF DEATH OF BIRDS. So he says you can't extrapolate from a dozen cats that are proven to kill birds. I don't know why not? What's the other method - when does the inductive reasoning fail? How many cats does it take to prove that they kill birds. I know the cat at our house hunts birds as much as possible.
  25. Watching The Birds

Squirrels eat acorns - not birds!! haha. We have tons of squirrels and I've never seen a squirrel try to catch a bird. Cats are well-fed and so are hunting for fun and it's easier for them since they are already well-fed. I am going to write that STRIB op-ed dude since he already understands. Rats - I don't think they eat birds either. Rats mainly live in the city. We have little moles but the cat kills them too and it's a problem since the forest Broad-winged Hawk used to come into our yard to hunt for moles. No longer.
