Yeah it's kind of like Burma also means the Burmese. Germany should change the name of the country -- Then those statements would not be "racist." haha. German is not a race. My sister taught in Bonn University for two years. I still was always leery of Germans - sorry -- but even though my background is German and my name is German, etc. haha I like the U.S. precisely because it is very diverse. Of course the U.S. is not a "melting pot" and it is also based on racism but at least it is still diverse. There are eighty different languages spoken in the Twin Cities Minnesota school system where my sister teaches. haha. So the same even for Sweden - my dad bought me a ticket to Sweden without asking me first and I refused to go. Why? Because Sweden had slave ships and Sweden sold weapons to the Nazis while Sweden claimed to be neutral and Sweden is obsessed about race purity, etc. Yeah my grandparents spoke Swedish and they came from Sweden but only after a couple generations after moving from Germany. So Swedens are pretty much like Germans also. But I was raised in the U.S. so in the inner city so was surrounded my people of diverse backgrounds all the time. Unity in diversity. We are all Africans!! Yes I know that the Germans committed genocide when the came to Minnesota - I document this in my book. It's very similar to what the Germans did when they colonized Africa, etc.

I recommend squatting over a bucket of shredded leaves to make humanure compost. Mine turned out great! First time I used shredded leaves. Most people in the world still squat and it is much healthier but I just do it when it's warm outside. haha. I would do it year round but an inside squatting composting toilet would have to be super secret from the rest in my household..... Anyway humans make great humanure to grow food.

Yeah I went to the dentist about five years later after that! Maybe even longer!! The new dentist did all the xrays -- anyway they do the cleaning and say I have NO PLAQUE at all on my teeth. haha. They asked when was the last time I saw a dentist. I lied and said two years b/c I didn't want them to freak. haha. Yeah I can't remember when - it's been so long - five years at least! haha. I mean I just disproved the need for their job! haha. Anyway I was offgassing crap smell even though I had fasted a couple days before I went to the dentist - that is what happens from flexing the pineal gland without purifying the energy. Oh well -- the dentist was confused since the xray showed a dark spot over a top molar and so she said that it should be dead and she tested me and my nerves were fully functional. So I got home and I looked it up - the xray shows darkness from PRESSURE. I knew I had strong kundalini pressure on my right side from the right side vagus nerve going into my brain. But how could I explain that to the dentist? I could have "flexed' my pineal gland and then the right side of my neck would have pulsated immediately - I can do that - and it is from my pineal gland activating the vagus nerve and pulling up all the lower body fluids. Anyway I could have done that but it was just way too beyond the Western standards of medicine. haha. See I got an overactive vagus nerve from my pineal gland being permanently magnetized!?! Nope -- not going there with the dentist. I just left and she said - we should keep an eye on that dark spot..... Yeah anyway I still have the pressure above my right top molar - I can even make a cracking noise over my gum when I flexed my pineal gland. Oh well.

Yeah chlorophyll counteracts the shit smell -- so just eat tons of fresh dark greens like parsley, cilantro and I also do spirulina - not fresh but still cholorphyll -- a lot of it.

yeah I was seeing one of those "natural" dentists who took the mercury out. So then I went back to him but I had been dumpster diving and so I had ate tons of garlic. That's how I made sure my teeth were clean. I was a tantrik hermit in the city. haha. So the dude cleans my teeth and I STILL have this superstrong garlic smell. It was hilarious. He personally walked me to the front desk and he gave his secretary this look like - "don't say a word we just need to get this guy out of here!" haha. I just was smiling at how hilarious the situation was and the secretary made sure to not say anything.

yeah the testimonials demonstrate Liao is the REAL DEAL!! haha. But his description of CHI is definitely unique - and that's why it's so fascinating!! Obviously people are going to have to think it over several times. That's what makes it so worth reading imo. I personally think Liao went out of his way to describe CHI differently precisely because he's the real deal and so he's trying to get the secret out.

O.K. after sleeping and meditating on this. First of all it's a public talk - - anyone can attend. Secondly Spring Forest Qigong doesn't use insurance so no HIPAA coverage. So that just leaves possible state medical record law - which would be access to and amending information but it would not include privacy. Anyway so I figure that I'll just keep on editing out people's questions. Personally I like it better since some of them seem to just like to hear their own voices. haha. The other issue is that me doing the video is probably scaring people away -- because I am a bit eccentric - but I mean I don't do eccentric things except I do sit in full lotus while I am doing the video. haha. Anyway the final factor though is I don't have a video myself - I have to borrow my niece's cellphone. My mom said my niece's cellphone might not always be available and so my mom was going to get an Ipad that I could use. But then when I told my mom about how I discovered Minnesota is a One-Party Consent state for recording voice -- I said can you tell qigong master Jim Nance if he calls? She goes - no that's not my business! That's private between you and Jim. I go o.k. 'cuz I'm leaving so if he calls can you just say I have something important to tell him? O.k. So then after I tell him and he said it's "big news" and then I tell my mom then she freaks out and says I can't video the talks anymore since I am recording their voices. haha. This is AFTER I sent my mom the statute of the Minnesota One Party Consent law - she claims Jim should talk to a lawyer first. I mean - this is a law that anyone doing recording would just follow without needing a lawyer - it's very straight forward. But my dad was a lawyer so.... Anyway it's all about money - you can't do anything unless a person considers information to be MONEY - so legal information is not valid unless you pay someone. It's really silly - like oh suddenly a person can't think for themselves! haha. Then suddenly any information is private medical information if someone thinks it's worth money! haha. For example in the state MN medical privacy overview it gives the example of someone going to a FREE CLINIC - guess what? After three years it can be transferred to a visual photographic copy. So I did more research on this and turns out that acupuncture is now sometimes covered by HIPA Privacy -- don't ask me what the acronym stands for since I don't really care. haha. No seriously - a dude was just arrested in Minnesota for filming a public arrest and the cops claimed he was violating the privacy of the person being taken in for mental case -- under HIPA. Of course the lawyers said that's ridiculous since the cops are not health care providers. But ANYWAY just shows how litigious and - fascist - U.S. culture has become..... So I really don't want to risk pissing off some "anal" person - and of course if they ask some personal question, etc. But legally -- I mean it would be stretching the limits of course - someone could try to set a precedent. What if qigong wants to get covered by HIPA. Some acupuncture clinics also do qigong and then cover it by HIPA -- not in MInnesota -- but maybe SFQ wants to do that in the future....

O.K. I just talked to Spring Forest Qigong Master Jim Nance! I informed him of the law in Minnesota - that what we did we were allowed to do - and he said that's big news! haha. So then we talked about it for a while and he said it was just really important to have information available to people to help them out. Especially younger people so they can start qigong training before they are older and get health problems, making it more difficult to train. He said - you can blog on that if you want to! haha. So I am posting it here. I said - yeah sounds great.
