  1. What is wrong with me?

Dude Theolonius is my FAVORITE. When I did road trips I would listen to the same Theolonius 90 minute tape over and over and it was trance music to me and I never got bored with it because Theolonius is always changing it up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfoTv-08KHg
  2. What is wrong with me?

cool -- EAT DATES. Eat bananas -- a couple a day at least. 90% of serotonin is in our lower body. Sitting in full lotus gets the blood up to the brain. Otherwise do standing active exercises to get the blood up to the brain. The whole "blood brain barrier" is bunk because the cerebrospinal fluid goes directly to the pineal gland and bypasses the blood brain barrier. All the science people say bananas don't really help depression because the serotonin doesn't bypass the blood brain barrier. So if you're working out -- the thing is you want to make sure your energy is good. http://rense.com/general85/bananas.htm
  3. A little known fact in the West is that smoking and lung damage causes depression. This is of course standard TCM knowledge. I can read these energy blockages though. I had a coworker come into the room where I was sitting in full lotus. He had no particular expression on his face and did not say a word but I was overwhelmed by his sadness. I blurted out - "Why are you so sad?" He looked at me shocked and in silence. I then said: "You know smoking causes depression." Soon after that he quit smoking and his depression went away. I've read this same blockage in other people who smoke and then when I burn wood getting smoke in my lungs then I notice the sadness emotion and I have to clear it out. But when it happens to me I clearly see the cause and effect -- oh I got smoke in my lungs and now I am sad. It's not because of something that happened to me. Of course if someone attacks someone else that can cause the person to get sad -- but the lungs switch from sadness to courage based on the deep diaphgram breathing then increasing the electromagnetic chi energy of the heart. So when the lung energy of courage combines with the heart love energy it creates compassion. Or in reverse compassion will turn the lung sadness into courage.

Dude -- you really are mind-controlled! You are supporting fascism! First of all you're referring to Honduras. Secondly - you have swallowed the corporate lies -- as the ... hold on... http://www.democracynow.org/2009/7/1/whats_behind_the_honduras_coup_tracing http://www.democracynow.org/2011/5/31/exclusive_interview_with_manuel_zelaya_on
  7. I was co-founder of the Free Burma Coalition in my state so I worked with the Burmese refugees. My Burmese friend repeatedly emailed me rabid anti-Muslim propaganda. The last email I sent him was a reply to propaganda he sent - I sent a link demonstrating that the photo was faked. So the Burmese community -- the Buddhists -- are spreading hateful lies about Muslims. But the Burmese also have a history of dominating the other minorities -- the ethnic minorities - for example the Karen converted to Christianity - but the military regime of Burma, also Buddhist based, takes after the British colonialism in its heinous tactics. So really the problem is a battle between patriarchal religions in my opinion. It's similar to the partition of India between Muslims and Hindus -- the British colonial tradition was passed onto the new "freedom fighters" of India which took on the British tactics of massacres. In Sri Lanka the Buddhist monks had weapons in the monasteries in the war against the Tamils. Or you can consider Buddhism in fascist Japan or the Buddhist tension with the Taoists in China. Buddhism is an imperialist religion. For example the Burmese military follows "power meditation" while the democracy movement follows vipassana - the power meditation is full lotus forest style while vipassana is more just mind yoga. So the military regime uses slaves to build new meditation centers in Burma to attract Western spiritual tourists who go to Burma to meditate -- doing Buddhist meditation in slave-built religious centers. So in Thailand it is the job of the Buddhists to go "convert" the tribal ethnicities and the same is true in Burma. And so the military regimes then fund these conversions -- using donations, etc. The monasteries in Burma are now more run by the secular community -- as part of the supposed democratization - but what this causes is less focus on meditation. Because only a real meditation master can ensure the proper focus on meditation but if the functioning of a monastery is overseen by the laypersons then the laypersons emphasize charity work and education teaching by the monks. So then the monks lose their samadhi meditation capabilties and the monks are easily misled by propaganda, etc. The logic of Buddhism is "neti, neti" or "neither this, neither that" - which means Buddhism is based on "proof by contradiction" - it is the same logic as Western science. So this means Buddhism can more easily be assimilated into Western military mindsets in contrast to the older more direct logic of "logical inference." Language used to be tonal based before it became focused on writing - which is left brain dominant. Left brain dominance shuts off the mind from conscious transformation of the lower emotions so the mind becomes possessed by anger, fear, lust, etc. And so even in Nepal - this is called "sankritization" when the local tribes try to become Buddhist monks - so they become vegetarian, etc. It is part of an urbanization trend.

  9. tummo

Just finished a 2 1/2 hour meditation session - got some serious tummo heat going. Do I eat food and ruin it or keep on meditating? haha.
  10. is time real does it exist?

Qigong master Jim nance can travel back in time and heal people before they got their injury! He describes the scene to the person -- of when the injury occurs - and then he goes to before it happened and then sends energy before the injury and then after the injury and then heals them again in the present time. Precognition happens also. Plato said Time is the image of the Eternal - but how can time be an image? We can only listen to time since it is Kala that turns to Kali or Chronos that turns to Kronos - three dimensional spacetime collapses to nonlocal consciousness as quantum physics has proven to be beyond spacetime!!! Jim Nance also said he has 4 D vision - front , back, left and right all at the same time! haha.
  11. What is wrong with me?

I thought bluemonk was referring to Theolonius! haha. Blues music is the secret to feeling better - the catharsis of the blues is to make a person happy. Like the band Cowboy Junkies -- Blue light increases your serotonin levels. Get a blue light and soak it in -- blue is the color of Krishna because the blue light makes your blissed out. Blue Light is the Light That Matters: Here's Why http://www.psycheducation.org/depression/BlueLight.htm http://www.psycheducation.org/depression/LightTherapy.htm##which http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/01/26/light-therapy-promising-for-treating-major-depression.aspx Yeah blues music is slow syncopation which is 60 beats per minute and this causes increase alpha brain waves as increased serotonin. It's called the Mozart Effect. So it's from slow Baroque music or slove movements of Mozart but blues music is slow also -- so blues music actually increases serotonin!
  12. BC

So at 1:07 they do the Yan Xin qigong closing! -- rubbing ears, palms over the eyes, etc. Earlier he appears to be doing a Tibetan qigong exercise....
  13. Testicles hurt when focusing on dantian

Try doing the small universe meditation. You want to sublimate the energy up -- and purify it or ionize it into chi energy. Otherwise you'll get blue balls or jing energy in the legs, etc. Or you can do the standing "moving of yin and yang" exercise -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_1sPDntOTs
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oanrQRU2xjM Only a craze fool can forgive the drug addicts for what they do.
  15. Increasing reading speed

yeah they recommend Baroque music like slow Mozart movements -- it has 60 beats per minute and the heart synchronizes to it as relaxation that puts the brain in an alpha wave trance that increases the serotonin levels for increased right brain memorization. But if speed is the issue and not recall then just prioritize the information and weed out the unnecessary info. It depends on the book -- fiction I read slowly -- and savor the sounds of the words -- but I can read it faster based on the sounds yet not necessarily take the book at its word. haha. I read one scholarly book a day for 10 years while sitting in full lotus the whole time and "flexing" my pineal gland. This enables exorcising the left brain blockages which are the subconscious (otherwise) lower emotional blockages that cause the left brain to get stuck in a loop, fixed on a lower emotional thought pattern. So you gotta clear those out -- first the right brain energy increases and then it clears out the left brain - and then the brain can easily focus and take in new information in a relaxed manner. Umm the internal orgasms "empty" out the brain as an exorcism of the emotional tension -- and so the love of learning kicks in. What is more emotionally intense is then more easily remembered since it makes an "imprint" on the body -- the image is stored holographically like a photo - in the electrochemical energy of the body. The idiot savants don't have a separation of the right and left brain - so the right brain is dominant and it can just memorize information and then spit it back out just like a computer. But it lacks the left brain skill of prioritizing the information and analyzing the information and also lying about the information, etc. So when we exorcise the left brain then we actually deactivate the left brain from it's normal control of thinking since the control is slower than the right brain - the control is linear and also stuck in the lower emotional energies like fear, lust and anger mainly. So the best learning environment is a relaxed one that is open to new information without the fear-anger-lust crackdown -- the "thug mentality." For example in the early development of written language the "lyre" was used to memorize texts -- poetry was set to music -- and so was philosophy. So this was also a time when language was based more on metaphor and more magical and what we would today consider to be mythological. Older languages are more tonal but not written down -- and actually those cultures have much stronger right brain visualization memorization capabilities. This is why music is a trigger to subconscious memories - for example the "hidden melody" phenomenon is when a melody pops in your head and when you remember the words you realize the words reveal the subconscious meaning -- the deep poignancy -- of whatever experience you are having. So the music is a gateway to your deeper holographic information storage system. So I find the best type of speed reading is based on left brain prioritization of the information presented which then screens out the filler fluff material that is basically filling the holes in the logic -- information that does not need to be spelled out. So then a reader can "cut to the chase" of the information and focus on the actual evidence being presented or whatever else concrete details are crucial. So there are different kinds of speed reading - I don't do the "memorize and regurgitate" kind of learning -- because a person can rattle off fancy words real fast like trivia and such but that is just a "dopamine" buzz - it is not the deeper serotonin and oxytocin level of learning.
  16. Article about the world's worst Dictators

U.S. has the highest prison rate and it's from pot smokers. But prison is just a continuation of slavery that was the main U.S. economy. A couple world wars in between after the Civil war and a genocidal empire spreading. So a new talk on Japan argues it was the U.S. that made Japan so evil - "forcing" it to expand using genocidal warfare. Westernization of the world is the real problem.
  17. What is the best Qigong lineage to start out with?

The microcosmic orbit aka small universe is considered the foundation for alchemy qigong practice -- I don't think it's the oldest -- but it is very effective for healing and building up energy. I recommend the small universe practice c.d. -- follow along instructions -- http://www.springforestqigong.com/index.php/small-universe-30-min-cd Sometimes I get a threat blocked on that link but then it goes away -- so I use free Avast! real time detection.... ummm.. I spose the SFQ tech guy hasn't noticed or something.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microcosmic_orbit Yeah I guess some claim it is real old... http://www.scribd.com/doc/34350503/Lu-K-Uan-Yu-Taoist-Yoga-Alchemy-and-Immortality That book takes the small universe in detail from the very beginning to the advanced alchemy levels. http://www.scribd.com/doc/2672168/Mantak-Chia-Awaken-Healing-Energy-through-the-Tao That's a great intro book on explaining the microcosmic orbit aka small universe. So Wang Liping is a real great master teaching the small universe practice -- sometimes he comes to the U.S. I guess or to Europe but mainly teaches in China. http://wangliping.eventbrite.com/ Yeah I find the c.d. to be very helpful to guide the meditation. O.K.! So I guess it's more of a practice rather than a lineage. But usually at first you do more standing active exercises to build up the jing energy and then do more of the sitting passive meditation to build up the chi energy and shen. But the small universe is considered a foundation practice so it's good at all levels of practice.

  19. Smoking and Lung Damage causes depression

wow! Yeah I've read it takes 3 months to really fully quit and this is the same as a "gong" -- so deep neuron rewiring going on like a kundalini rising. My sister thought she quit but as soon as she hit 3 months she cudn't handle it anymore and went back.

Try composting your crap. Humanure. It's the first step to ending global depression.

Why people in the West want to ignore a world of mass starvation, genocide and blame it on a "nut case." By the way etymologically "nut case" comes from Nuit -- the Egyptian Cosmic Goddess of Nothingness. Nice "enlightenment" claim btw! haha. Oh yeah and your use of "our" is called a "misplaced pronoun modifier" and it's a very common power trip -- "we" and "our" is a means of aligning yourself with a hierarchical power structure to reject someone else. Who are you to define the group? haha. Ojibwe language is more sophisticated since it has different words for "we" or "our" depending on the use - and so the "misplaced pronoun modifier" scam can not be pulled on people. Nice try though - you made a grammatical error in an attempt to put me down. haha. Hilarious! O.K. also why is everyone pushing a "chemical imbalance" as if it's some Western drug solution? That's super creepy. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/03/07/reversing-depression-without-antidepressants.aspx http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/03/07/reversing-depression-without-antidepressants.aspx Chemical imbalance is caused by the dopamine addiction of Western society -- dopamine and then cortisol. Meditation increases serotonin and then oxytocin --- the love heart energy! Karma Yoga teaches that a person should focus on helping others in order to relieve their own suffering! That's all I am advocating - it's really not rocket science people! It's a big world out there - anyone living in the modern West is part of a system based on destroying the planet. There's plenty of "groups" to join -- but it's not some "cause" or "agenda" - it is the objective reality. So a person feels bad? Do they have shoes to wear? Well then they're way better off than most! http://www.iowastatedaily.com/news/article_e0b7f430-5fd3-11e0-8040-001cc4c002e0.html It's not enough just to "know other people suffer" -- get out there and help people and guess what -- you'll feel better! That's the best way to feel better - by helping out others. I know in the West it's attacked as being "holier than thou" -- or some sort of reverse psychology as being "self centered" or strange other concepts like that.... But really -- compassion is the secret to being happy. http://www.onedaywithoutshoes.com/ You know going without shoes is not just to raise awareness -- but being barefoot will flood your body with electrons from the Earth and this ionizes the free radicals in your body and you will feel much better! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yfuY9t3VhCo Yeah don't feel suffer for the Native American Indians -- have compassion for them. Work in solidarity with them.
