Yeah like blue-green algae - the ultimate Wu Wei!! http://www.spirulinasource.com/PDF.cfm/EarthFoodSpirulina.pdf doubles production every 2 to 5 days:
  2. What is Wu Wei?

http://www.thebigview.com/forum/showthread.php?p=110000 haha. Undivided Light. Wu Chi is formless so it's not a fulcrum. We can not see the formless -- we can listen to it though. Wu Wei comes from the time-frequency uncertainty principle that creates light. Consciousness as Emptiness is not light - but rather creates light. This "fulcrum" as a visual form -- not formless. A fulcrum is for work that needs to be done -- mechanics. So you got your undivided light fixation from Walter Russell? http://jheneaiko.tumblr.com/post/13618306998/the-uncreated-universe-is-light-undivided-the http://www.physorg.com/news/2011-11-scientists-vacuum.html so much for undivided light.

Yeah I was a full time radical progressive activist -- got arrested some seven times for civil disobedience protesting against the Machine of nuclear depleted uranium and radiation from power plants and ELF waves from nuclear sub trident missile communication systems and highway expansions and against genocide in Iraq from U.S. imperialism and lots of stuff. I lead a campaign to get the U of Minnesota to divest $1.5 million from Total Oil for using slave labor in Burma and then led a campaign to get the U of MN to join the Workers Rights Consortium against the Nike sweatshop empire. That was volunteer work but didn't make me popular with the powers that be. Then I worked in an enviro non-profit part time for ten years while reading one scholarly book a day in full lotus and dumpster diving for food and bicycle for transportation. haha. I posted all my research online and got critical feedback from the peanut gallery from all over the world and then I compiled it into a book for free download at http://naturalresonancerevolution.blogspot.com Now am a full lotus computer forest farm hermit.

Vortex -- on the whole reincarnation deal -- O.K. there's been life on Earth for billions of years. humans represent like the last half of a minute of life on earth if the timespan was one hour for all of the time of life on earth. Humans are just a tiny fragment of time for life on Earth. So let's consider reincarnation considering the big picture of life on earth -- humans -- half a minute. The rest of life - 59 minutes and 30 seconds. O.K. so bacteria -- well give that say 50 minutes of life on Earth. Seriously I'm just guessing here -- but even just 450 million years ago the biggest life form was not a plant but a fungus -- a mushroom. O.K. so 280 million years ago the dominant life form on earth was the Gorgon -- a reptile that was like a mammal needing lots of oxygen and it was big like a dog. Wham -- Permian extinction. Life restarts aka mass reincarnation. Evolution. "progress?" Dinosaurs - the smartest one was the troodon -- biggest brained dino -- about as big as a human -- on two legs. Wham. K/T boundary kicks in. global extinction. The little shrew mammal survives in the trees. 60 million years later that little tree shrew now is primate mammals as well. The inner ear of the primate used to be the jaw bone of the tree shrew. O.K. so that's "progress" right? I mean spiritually? Voila -- finally we get some humans on the scene around 1 million years ago. It's only been a few billion years of life on earth. haha. O.K. but wait with the modern humans starting 10,000 years ago suddenly all the other life on earth is dying. Oh no - it's another global extinction crisis just like when the Gorgons went extinct 280 million years ago and when the dinosaurs went extinct 65 million years ago. Only now it's the humans and the humans are taking down the rest of life with them. Oh but wait - -humans are different -- they are "spiritually evolved" (i.e. progress). -- humans don't have a population explosion, reach ecological carrying capacity, hit overlimit and their population crashes - like every other life form on the planet. No humans "reincarnate" and progess spiritually. haha. I smell snake oil here - -yeah Ramana Maharshi said this about spiritual evolution: There is no evolution. That's a direct quote. So maybe part of us goes into a rock and gets stuck there -- I read a Buddhist book that described this. Imagine being reincarnated into a rock. I've read that when people crap when they die then their spirit goes out their ass and presto -- gone to hell? Bodri says how most people die like that -- the spirit going out the ass. the Tibetans state that which end of the body determines heaven or hell - just read the book of the dead for the details. The book "Taoist Yoga" states to not take a crap if you're going to leak chi out the backside. haha. It's the chi energy that powers the spirit after death. So if we don't build up chi energy to power the light spirit then we turn into ghosts. I have seen ghosts. I think they have emotional blockages holding them to Earth. So too much corporeal soul energy maybe? Or call it the etheric body sticking to their astral body? Yeah I've read in Master Nan, Huai-chin that if a person is good and religious -- moral -- then they do go to heaven. For example when I found my dad's dead body last spring and he was all blue -- suddenly my heart got filled with love. This surprised me since it was the most love I had ever felt with my dad before. But I knew that he must be in a better place than he was in his body. Also the show on CIA-cable -- "I Survived: Beyond and Back" - is very amazing for the spirit OBE NDE stories of people who clinically died and came back. Going to heaven or going to hell! Then if they do go to hell they come back completely transformed -- and become good people for their "second" life. Truly amazing. Also people who go to heaven come back transformed to be even more spiritual people. So Ramana Maharshi said that his cow become completely enlightened -- fully realized! He sent the cow special shakti energy to the heart as it was dying. Just like he did for his mom when she died -- so both the cow and the mom did not have to reincarnate as they had finally achieved "eternal liberation." Ramana Maharshi called that "cutting the knot" of the heart. But then Bodri and Master Nan, Huai-chin claim that unless the body is transformed if you do just mind yoga then when the body is sick like it was for Ramana Maharshi that means when you die your brain does not have the chi energy to maintain awareness -- so the awareness falls back into nothingness of impersonal consciousness. In Mahayana Buddhism unless the person maintains awareness of the impersonal consciousness then they are not truly enlightened but this is not the case for advaita vedanta. I, myself, side with Advaita Vedanta. Chunyi Lin says there is no "center" to the universe and that everything is constantly transforming and so there will always be reincarnation or rebirth if people want to call it that. It seems like parts of us stick around the grave or where we die as the etheric or corporeal soul and other parts go into a dream like astral realm that is more real than Earth. Be it heaven or hell. Then some of us go back to Earth...but maybe not as humans. As far as life on other planets I've read some claiming you can reincarnate on other planets -- I think yogananda stated this. Personally I'm not a big believer in advanced life on other planets. Which is a wild thing not to believe because the universe is so infinitely infinite. but science has shown that planet EArth is also incredibly rare in how life evolved here and how much time it took for "advanced" life to evolve. That it's almost like the universe evolved over billions of years just for life on Earth to evolve, etc. I mean science still seems to put Earth in the center of the universe even though cosmos-wise we are less than dust mites. Planet earth is just a speck of dust on the cosmic scheme of things. haha. So how about this -- no evolution. No reincarnation. That's what Ramana Maharshi says. No individual spirit. Impersonal consciousness is the real reality -- eternally "evolving" to create energy and matter and space and time -- a process of infinite love and light and also infinite destruction and darkness. But nevertheless it's possible for the human to unite with the love and light part of this process -- even if it is on an individual subjective level.

Yeah actually qigong master Yan Xin wears glasses -- not because he needs them -- but because his eye energy is so laser powerful that the glasses diminish the power. I looked into Chunyi Lin's eyes wondering if I would feel some sort of laser energy that was too powerful. haha. I didn't feel anything but that's because Chunyi Lin controls his energy emissions. He said at first when he was training he couldn't wear watches because the watches would always break. He also said when he gets angry then light bulbs explode in his house. haha. Yeah Chunyi Lin has also told my friend that he should maybe try stop wearing his glasses. My friend took Chunyi Lin's class and he said afterwards he noticed his eye sight had dramatically improved. My friend had just bought new glasses and his eye sight wasn't that bad but he still wanted to wear his glasses -- he was new to qigong so not quite committed enough to get rid of his glasses. haha. Maybe cuz they were brand new. haha. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GQp-VBpk1f8 This lady's Spring Forest Qigong eyesight healing story is really amazing and just goes to show how if people are really religiously focused then the results are dramatic. The heart energy opens up and there you go.

Yeah I sit in full lotus now at the computer -- even if I am eating. haha. The pineal gland in the middle of the brain reads the energy and transduces it -- so then whatever the energy is then that organ of my body will get activated. So that's how I read the energy. But then I just stay in full lotus so the full lotus then converts that energy back into the heart-pineal gland chi energy. For example I mentioned how I once got an email that pretended to be friendly but it had so much anger energy that I literally sat in full lotus for three days converting that extra anger energy into love energy -- I fasted for three days living off that extra energy and then on the third day I had this really amazing strong internal orgasm that had been the extra anger energy but now then opened up the heart chakra. haha. I can read the energy through eye contact so if I make eye contact then the energy reading is the strongest. So sometimes I don't make eye contact just because I can already read someone's energy and I know if I make eye contact then it will be stronger. Once I was in full lotus on this bus bench and this homeless woman -- native american -- she was curious about me. Anyway then we interacted and then she had to go and she crossed the street and she walked half a block away from me and I was in full lotus. She turned around and looked at me and we made eye contact and suddenly I was overwhelmed by sadness. My eyes had sucked in and read her sadness. Then later I was in full lotus on the sidewalk nearby with my street musician friend who was playing violin. then the same lady came up to me and she opened her heart to me explaining how her boyfriend was dying from alcohol liver poisoning -- they were both homeless -- and she cried out her sadness to me and then I sucked it in and I shot it back at her as chi energy while I was in full lotus. Then she thanked me. Another time my coworker walked into the room and I was in full lotus and immediately when I saw his eyes then I was overwhelmed by sadness and I burst out - why are you so sad? He had not said a word nor had any body language so he was shocked that I knew his emotion. So then before he answered I said -- You know smoking causes depression. So then he quit smoking and his sadness went away. haha. Another time I was in full lotus in the BK and this big native american dude walks in - I see out of the corner of my eye and immediately my liver gets hot and is burning. So I knew he had a liver blockage - probably from alcohol and he was angry at me because I was sucking up his anger! haha. But I was just reading and in full lotus and I never even turned my head or anything. But I knew I was in danger because I knew he was super angry at me. He glanced at me but sat down to eat his meal - but then slowly my liver hot burning went away as I kept taking in his anger and shooting it back at him as pineal gland chi energy. But I was facing the other direction - he was sitting behind me and to my right. So then suddenly he walks up to me and says one thing: thank you. That was it - a total stranger and I had just glanced at him but somehow he knew that I knew that he knew what had happened. haha.
  10. My first full lotus experiences

I studied spirulina -- the pigment converts sunlight to electricity -- like photovoltaics -- and magnesium of chlorophyll is a photoreceptor that creates the biophoton energy and the phytocenes in spirulina are proven to kill cancer. http://naturalresonancerevolution.blogspot.com/2011/06/nick-redferns-men-in-black-bonanza.html it's at the end of this blog post. Yeah I have green eyes so it keeps my eyes bright green. When I don't take it then my eye color is not as green. haha. Yeah also my dreams are brighter color as well. It's also got vitamin D and makes omega 3 and all that. The other thing about spirulina is there's no glucose conversion of something -- it gets digested directly by the mitochrondia instead of getting digested by the liver. So that was Christopher Hills big thing because he was an exercise junky. So when a person starts getting lactic acid and the muscles can't get energy he says if you eat spirulina that it doesn't happen because it converts to ATP or whatever right away. It gets into some fascinating digestion stuff there but it's a bit complicated dealing with oxidation, etc. I bought three bottles last time at the cooperative -- and so I take more of it now especially in the winter since there's next to no sunlight in Minnesota. I mean I've been on the night schedule so I don't get out in the sun enough but it's changing now that the days are getting longer. Yeah I just realized that one of the bottles is missing -- I had them back in the storage room. haha. So I hope someone else is at least using that spirulina instead of being befuddled by it. haha. Maybe I only bought two bottles last time -- I think it's $15 a bottle. Pretty steep since they're small bottles. But one bottle lasts me a long time -- I just shake out some and it's -- it takes tons of water. So it goes a long way. Just like a big spoonful a day. I take the powder because the pills will not get digested sometimes -- better assimilation with the powder.
  11. 2012 Re-Birth "Re_naissance"

Yeah that was when I lived in the city. I am a country boy who lived in the city. haha. Born and raised in the city. But now I live in the country. I am clearing ten acres of forest of the invasive European buckthorn -- brought here by the genocidal colonizers who had a bounty on the Dakota native american indigenous -- driving them out of the state. Yes the Dakota have returned to Minnesota thankfully and are fighting to get back their land and to expose the genocide against them! Minnesota had a concentration camp at the junction of the Mississippi and Minnesota river - the sacred origin of the world for the Dakota! But 1200 Dakota were kept there after a forced march across the winter of minnesota -- and then hundreds died there in the camp over the winter and also were tossed out the packed railroad cars when forced out of the state onto reservations. Ah but that was way back in 1862 -- where the largest mass hanging in the U.S. occurred in Mankato minnesota of 38 Dakota men and when Chunyi Lin went there to teach qigong to old people Chunyi Lin saw these giant spirits that were stern and dangerous -- guarding the place. He asked his friend what happened there and he learned of the mass hanging. Chunyi Lin said he didn't dare tell anyone about the spirits that were huge and stern -- watching over him while he taught qigong. He had to be very careful. Yeah the past and the future -- how amazingly they interweave with precognitive visions! When I was doing serious earth first activism I had a dream that came true three years later -- a dream that was more real than being awake! I wrote it down and wrote I thought it would come true. Then I forgot about it until three years later when I saw a photo of my earth first friends with Native Americans -- Dakota -- standing on the roof of a house -- holding a banner -- to protect a wooded area in the city. It was the last remnant of original Big Woods (maple-basswood) in the Twin Cities Minnesota and also the most sacred area for the Dakota. Also that land is still owned by the Dakota -- the 1805 treaty was illegal and invalid. Ah by that's the past. Let's not dwell on the past when we have such a bright future! haha. Nah I say the eternal present is the real deal. haha. So anyway now I do humanure compost - ah but dwelling in my own shit is not a solution is it? YES IT IS! haha. When I visited the most traditional Berber village they relied on humanure to feed themselves -- to grow their vegetables and wheat -- to transform the desert soil into fertile farming. Yeah so now I do humanure compost as my ancient futures salute to the Berber women I met who all raised their fists and shouted when one truck drove by on the new gravel road put in by the government of Morocco. Ah by that was the past -- 1997 - or was it thousands of years ago -- a sustainable culture for thousands of years. Nah now it's being "modernized" -- haha. Modernized -- in 500 years genocide has wiped out half of the world's human languages. Ah but let's not dwell on that except that hundreds of languages are going extinct right now. Ah but that's the past. I mean it was the past when I just typed it. Right. haha. Anyway so I am gardening with my new humanure compost that I also make using biochar -- charcoal that has micropores for the bacteria to live in and was the secret of how the Indians lived and farmed in the Amazon since the soil there has no nutrients since it gets sucked into the trees as the turn over rate is so fast for decay in the forest. Yeah so I turn the evil invasive buckthorn into biochar and mix it with my humanure crap and urine and let it compost and it turns into amazing fertile miracle goodness. then I plant seeds to grow food. I am also planting trees and bushes for nuts and fruits. So my family thinks its foolish but I say -- hey with 7 billion people on the planet the more food the better. There is a new program in the Twin Cities minnesota to plant fruit trees and donate the fruit to food shelves! Yeah why not? haha. So hopefully in five years there will be chestnuts on our land of ten acres but it should only take me two more years to clear the buckthorn and then I'll probably get kicked out by the females living off their spouses' money. haha. It costs $3000 an acre to remove buckthorn and it's a four year project -- but I'm just using hand tools - -a pick axe and hand saw -- no nasty chemicals that kill the bacteria of the forest. I am also harvest mushrooms -- I ate seven different kind so far including Amanita Muscaria! haha. The Soma! Right in our forest -- amazing since it's not known for Minnesota. Yeah we also have the rare Hooded Warbler in our forest -- only three known sites have reproduction in Minnesota. And we had a nest on our land but I couldn't find any new baby bird hatchling brood yet. Last summer just the male returned and called in the high trees looking for a female. Ah well - they spend the winter in Cozumel off the Yucatan Peninsula -- which ironically is where my parents went for their honeymoon in 1965 and returned many times -- probably a dozen. haha. I went there once and snorkeled for six hours a day. Awesome. Yeah last night I dreamt I was underwater with this beautiful young female who had been my coworker and she said my eyes were so bright green and I said - -it's because I eat spirulina all the time. haha. Spirulina is amazing stuff -- I mean it converts -- it's the secret real source for OIL. Just think the world is running out of oil - -but they are starting to make oil out of spirulina because algae is the real source for oil anyway. But still this whole biofuel thing is a scam - there is professor at Cornell who figured out that -- what was the figure -- something like all the solar energy on the planet that creates the energy of plants would only supply two days worth of oil use for current use. Something like that. In other words there's absolutely no way we can replace our extraction of millions of years of stored oil energy with biofuels or solar energy -- to make hydrogen and electricity, etc. http://www.grist.org/article/philpott2 Oh it's David Pimentel - -he says photovoltaics collect ten times more energy than plants do from the sun.... so anyway electricity though is not oil. Nope humans are just sucking up millions of years of energy from life on the planet -- for what -- a fun ride that's what. haha.
  12. What is Wu Wei?

Yeah like humanure! haha. Just think of the foolish of modern humans -- we crap in clean water which is a triple waste of energy. Human fecal matter and urine make excellent nutrients to grow food -- if composted properly. Asia and traditional Africa have relied on humanure for farming but the West relies on petrochemicals. I mean it's also a total waste of clean drinking water to crap in it. Besides all the electricity to pump the water. Luckily some more places are experimenting with humanure compost -- Sweden and some cities on the West Coast U.S. and of course in India and Africa and China. I make humanure compost myself for gardening. I mean just let nature take care of itself -- all waste is recycled alchemically and what a huge amount of energy we can get from human fecal matter. I mean there are now methane generators for electricity based on human fecal matter. haha. So nature is the most efficient means of power generation -- the Amazon rainforest is the brain of the planet and way more complex than any supercomputer could ever be. Yet Cargill built a soy elevator to store soybeans and said plant all you want and will buy them and so the Amazon is being converted to soybean farms and soybeans are even used as a currency. I mean first it's burned for cattle farming but then farmed for soybeans. So replacing the brain of Earth with soybeans! The soybeans are then sold to China to feed their pigs and chickens -- also to Europe. Soybean is high is silica also and so similarly human brains are getting bioengineered silicon nanosilica biochips in them. Nature versus Machines versus Humans -- it's a cycling of the elements. Carbon based life getting converted to silica based life via fire and water is the pivot point -- the Amazon as the brain of Earth contains 25% of earth's freshwater supply. Chunyi Lin has his facebook post today about how we should store water in our rooms after we charge it with positive energy because the Winter time is the energy of water as the time of meditation. This is the perfect passive energy discharge of Nature. Water -- yin-yang water -- stores up the healing energy. He says don't drink this water! haha. It's for healing the house. the book Ecological Imperialism by professor Alfred Crosby is a great overview of how Western plow-based farming spread around the planet thereby destroying Nature's power. Still Earth will restore itself eventually as it's gone through five previous major extinction crises like the one modern humans are currently creating. There's 20 years left of fresh water on the planet. Then there could be a supervolcano explosion creating hydrogen sulfide that wipes out all life for the most part -- and then the great tectonic plate conveyor belt of volcanoes creating Earth's land and then the deep valleys of the ocean were the plates go back down -- in a big conveyor belt -- creating mountains and earth quakes and tsunamis. Soon the full moon energy will hit its strongest tomorrow and meditation will be ten times as strong as normal -- this is what Chunyi Lin says! Yes the moon-sun-earth creates this natural resonance revolution as Wu Wei in action.
  13. My first full lotus experiences

Sweet. Yeah Cousens is into biophoton energy and the rainbow diet -- really excellent energy. He cures diabetes -- even type 1 - -using raw food diet. The only thing is in that raw food diabetes documentary they have they do a chocolate feast and then the native american diabetes dude wigs out and leaves. Then I realized that chocolate is known to cause the same symptoms that the Native American had. So chocolate is a bit too strong for that diabetes cure I think -- when I have chocolate -- organic fair trade dark chocolate - then it keeps me awake all night. haha. Yeah Cousens was into Tachyon energy -- not sure he's mentioned it lately -- but it was a proposed particle that is superliminal but has been rejected I think. Anyway in Arizona they have their raw food veggie garden and conduct fasting for people on green juices. His idea about the green vegan diet as being some sort of lost utopia is a bit naive considering the Bushmen Africans - the original humans - eat meat. Still their diet is 80% greens and also they do fasting and are the original kundalini N/OM healers -- the boiling heat in the belly. The jing electrochemical energy. If you keep meditating then the electromagnetic force will get stronger. Muktananda though -- a full lotus guru -- also was a pedofile molester so it's important not to idealize the gurus -- I mean at least Muktananda was a real shaktipat transmitter as well -- unlike Sai Baba the most famous guru of India but a big fake molester closeted thug. I would like to do the 40 day fast -- that the Bragg dude did Paul Bragg -- he said a big clump of hot mercury metal and other toxic metal came out of him. Pretty amazing! Then there's the Christopher Hill spirulina dude -- I read his book and met someone line who was in his Tree of Life school. I like Cousens the best of those type that focus on diet but also meditation.
  14. 2012 Re-Birth "Re_naissance"

I think http://linktv.org has great information on the future of humanity but it's still not radical enough. 2 billion people live on 2 dollars a day. So that's almost one third of humanity -- we just hit seven billion people on the planet. So I lived on five dollars a day spending money for food and expenses for about 10 years in the U.S. I relied on dumpster diving for food. The use of food stamps in the U.S. has shot up. Also Walmart and Target, etc. are now donating more of their food to food shelves. When I worked in a food warehouse the owner had got busted for secretly smuggling in cocaine in the banana shipments - according to my coworker. It seemed like a mafia connection. Anyway we were throwing out a lot of food -- fresh fruit - it was a fruit warehouse. I had quit the job but I sent the owner a letter recommending he donate the food to a food shelf and then he could take a tax deduction and also get good p.r. He took up the offer. haha. But consider Cargill the largest private corporation in the world -- controlling the food supply in 100 countries -- dominating it. This is how the U.S. empire works. People are very naive about the real world. Because of Cargill the farmers are wiped out in other countries and this causes mass starvation. It's not because technology needs to "help" the developing countries. So it's very easy to have a patronizing viewpoint without being realistic about the history of colonialism that is still going on as neo-colonialism. I have an expose of Cargill -- http://naturalresonancerevolution.blogspot.com/2010/12/cargill-our-taxes-global-destruction.html and global destruction. So we can say it should not be political but the personal is political -- starvation is human rights which should not be political. So a group like Amnesty International claims not to be political yet they very much support U.S. imperialism. Automation is the number one cause of job loss -- so to say to support better technology is really also a political statement. I visited the most traditional Berber village in Morocco -- it had been sustainable for thousands of years using humanure for fertilizer and wild sheep were herded -- the clothing was home made and the houses were made from mud adobe. They had beautiful vegetable and wheat farms. When one truck drove past on the new road the government had just put in then all the women in the village raised their fists in the air and screamed at the truck. That is the future. It is the Ancient Future as Helena Norberge-Hodge calls it in her excellent documentary on Ladakh being destroyed by modernization -- "Little Tibet" -- a traditional Buddhist community in the Himalayas. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7846941319183318053 the glaciers are melting. Technology won't save humans. Technology is taking over humanity. haha. Just study quantum chaos -- what is quantum chaos as a science. http://www.breakingopenthehead.com/forum/showthread.php?t=396 Thanks for bringing me back to quotes I made of Strogatz - a top quantum chaos scientist! I had forgotten I had extracted those quotes. But check out this quote Strogatz makes:
  15. Do tree's ground energy?

I had a dream of a white bear leaning against this big old oak tree that was in the yard I grew up in. I went back to check that yard and the tree had recently been cut down. The white bear spirit symbolizes death in shamanic circumpolar cultures.
  16. Yeah Master Nan, Huai-chin's books are very critical of what he called "dead tree zen" in Japan that does not really do real meditation since it does not open up the body's energy channels. He says sitting in full lotus is the way to tell that the body's energy channels are open. But then he said Japan got to focused on mind yoga doing poetry, etc.
  17. What is Wu Wei?

There's amazing healing testimonials from http://springforestqigong.com and the energy a person gets is a rare treat towards wu wei. Check out this testimony that is new and from nearby me - - I think this person found Wu Wei by getting the healing from spring forest qigong! haha. Me I just sit in full lotus as much as possible. You can do that as well. It works great!
  18. Ah so you checked out that link on Japan stashing the gold from China in the Phillipines -- yeah they buried alive the engineers and construction crew that built the underground vaults for the gold. Then the U.S. worked with the Japanese and Philipines -- Marcos -- to use the gold for CIA Nazi collaboration around the world -- global fascism. So Japan probably did it elsewhere -- I read the book a long time ago and speed read it but that link did give a lot of details for a good overview. Actually my friend from high school made a documentary about the Chinese still alive who were the victims of Japan's chemical warfare experiments -- through Unit 731. I haven't seen the documentary as he keeps the rights exclusive -- but the preview is on youtube:
  19. What is Wu Wei?

Get a phone healing from qigong master Chunyi Lin and you sit in silence while you get the laser love transmission. It's a very rare type of energy transmission. http://springforestqigong.com -- he did the seven week full lotus no food, no water, no sleep cave meditation in china. Have fun with it. It costs $90 but is well worth it.
  20. 2012 Re-Birth "Re_naissance"

The fusion concept is the destruction of traditional non-western cultures through their assimilation by Western genocidal expansion. 30,000 kids starve to death every day. The earth is experiencing a global extinction crisis. There's 20 years left of fresh water on the planet. Technology is taking over as the number cause of job loss through automation. People are brainwashed into being blissful idiots. http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm is my summary of how music theory is the secret means to understand the future of the planet. I have a book on this -- 725 scholarly footnotes -- you can download at http://naturalresonancerevolution.blogspot.com for free. Yep it's radical. That's my viewpoint. Have fun with it. haha.
  21. Well the person making the doc is an award-winning journalist. It's very educational. Let me know what you think. It is critical of the British colonialism as creating the basis for the Burmese military regime.
  22. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=253734287578732261 This is a great documentary about a spiritual based freedom movement -- "Inside Burma: Land of Free" -- Aung San Suu Kyi's book "Freedom From Fear" is excellent. She is now running for parliament but it's been a long struggle with the monks as the main protesters. This documentary is graphic -- showing the massacre of the civilians - but then similar massacres are happening constantly unfortunately.
  23. Yes Gurdjieff is very good on politics -- how modern humans are controlled by their kundabuffer - the blockage in the lower back. Sitting in full lotus clears out this blockage by stretching out the lower back. Politics is better understood as a physiological problem that then creates mind-controlled masses. It goes back to the origins of civilization itself. There is the right wing and the left wing and then there's the pineal gland and the heart. haha. Of course even Gurdjieff is greatly understood -- for example people think he is against the Moon -- which just plays into the Solar Dynasty Freemasonic mind control b.s. haha. Conspiracy means spiral unity and the secret of breathing together in unison to harmonize with the land. Unfortunately the problem is much deeper than the left wing and right wing will ever acknowledge - because those are both modern movements. Rousseau talked about a conspiracy that controls civil society but the libertarian Wilhelm von Humboldt was the closest to figuring out the truth -- in the 18th C. -- he was greatly influenced by Vedantic philosophy. So the original libertarian is the closest to uniting beyond right and left -- but really you have to go before Plato to do that. Plato has to be rejected as evil. Not many are willing to do this in their analysis of political ideology. Chunyi Lin dud use the term "qigong revolution" once -- and I gave him a pamphlet about the qigong revolution and politics. Of course in China there is a long history of qigong and politics which is why Falun Gong was considered so dangerous -- David Palmer's book Qigong Fever is an excellent read on this.

  25. My telepathy experiment today WORKED

http://books.google.com/books?id=eSOBzRbvkJkC&pg=PT66&lpg=PT66&dq=yin+chi+bodri&source=bl&ots=N6-w-Z3tHU&sig=rxBHlhufUqLGvC25AyrdAFJxVb8&hl=en&sa=X&ei=aywFT8zcGJPhggedraWmAg&ved=0CB4Q6AEwAA#v=onepage&q&f=false Yeah Bodri and Nan nail what happened to me as the real yang chi opened up -- because they say how you need to focus on the mind meditation at that point. Basically I realized I could leave my body for astral travel but then I wondered where should I go and why? I mean what is the real point - to wander aimlessly? haha. Rather instead my focus was on nondualism -- but the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" is unclear about it instead focusing on the chi body development. So then Master Nan, Huai-chin even uses the question "who am I?" as a k'oan for meditation just as in nondualism. Only I still did not understand nondualism as a process of complementary opposites - I was still thinking of consciousness as static. But it's just like the above excerpt describes how the breathing is next to nothing and my body was filled with electromagnetic energy with the center of my hands and feet and the top of my head pulsating and the top of my skull got soft -- pulsating with electromagnetic energy and I could even convert energy into water through the skull - the ambrosia. Anyway so that was the point to focus on mind meditation and the lower tan tien -- the traditional Chan meditation practice.
