  1. the warrior diet

I guess "bigu" should be called the "lover's diet" as yesterday I had a very hard time getting hungry since I was having SO MANY "O at a Ds" while in full-lotus. haha. Then this circular indentation appeared in the middle of my forehead -- right in the "third eye" spot. It was like a skull depression, circular, about half the size of a quarter. haha. The magnetic fields coming out of the pineal gland were really strong and I was just laughing it up with my buddy bert. The Lover's Diet: http://online.sagepub.com/cgi/searchresult...p;fulltext=bigu Then last night I had tears of joy (woke up at 4 a.m. and sat in full-lotus to WOMEN OF AFRICA oxfam c.d. on repeat all night).

  3. Well Master Nan, Huai-chin emphasizes -- in the talk I posted here -- CONCENTRATION versus EMPTINESS.
  4. Well here's how Bill Bodri puts it: Now these are pretty heady comments on "Master Nan," as just related, but I hear them time and again. Whether or not his material is worthwhile, you should know by now that the true enlightenment insight -- as opposed to samadhi insight -- is rare indeed. Most "masters" or "spiritual adepts" you may meet only have samadhi attainments or emptiness insights -- if they have achieved any cultivation attainment at all -- and this individual has been recognized as awakened by both the Zen school and school of Esoteric Buddhism, not to mention Taoism as well. That's pretty rare.
  5. Yan Xin Qigong - Child Longevity Nine Step Qigong Audio Tape

That's funny -- I trashed this tape in 2001 when I finished an 8 day "bigu" on just half a glass of water. I also recycled my 500 page journal. Who I was did not relate to material reality anymore.
  6. Master Nan, Huai-chin is considered the best living Ch'an master. Taoism, like Buddhism, is based on DESIRE (literally OF FIRE -- or how the full-lotus BURNS KARMA). Suffering is created by Desire so seek out the source of desire and end it. You do not DESIRE to read Master Nan, Huai-chin and therefore you can not end your creation of suffering. Master Nan, Huai-chin devotes his two main books to how Buddhism has been warped into just conceptual practice without transformation of the body. Master Nan, Huai-chin details how sitting in full-lotus demonstrates that the body has been transformed and he states that he can sit in full-lotus all the time without feeling anything -- and that he does so. He also gives numerous examples of other Ch'an masters who sit in full-lotus all the time. With no self there can be no proof and your desire for proof is therefore non-existent. That which remains is empty awareness. Consciousness is neither the body, nor the mind -- neither within, nor without. I can do NOTHING and therefore you are correct.
  7. The contradiction in your statement is this: "by your LOGIC" and then this "Still waiting for...." In your past post you wanted PROOF - waiting for "proof." Logic is not dependent on proof! Logical inference is the source of all other logic and meditation is based on logical inference -- from LOGOS -- the inference of the source of sound or the "I-thought" as pure consciousness beyond spacetime. Proof is an external Western concept based on empirical evidence -- and creates the psychological condition of the "commodity fetish" since the left-brain logic of proof is deduction through induction (not just logical inference). So left-brain logic relies on external measurements (made with right-hand dominance) as "proof by contradiction" (which excludes pure logical inference). This left-brain logical dominance REPRESSES the right-brain which connects with the rest of the body through the emotional processing of the right-brain. LOGOS is logic as right-brain inference -- when you LISTEN to the source of the I-thought -- or as Master Nan, Huai-chin states -- focus on the question, "Who Am I?" -- then the left-brain dominance, through logical inference, resonates as complementary opposites (pure number as nonwestern harmonics). When you sit in full-lotus you ALSO resonate the body and mind as pure number nonwestern harmonics (the full-lotus is the tetrahedron made up of 4 equilateral triangles, each made up of two 2-3-4 triangles with 2:3 as the perfect 5th harmonic or yang and 3:4 as the perfect 4th harmonic or yin). It's not "my" logic -- it's the logic of inferring the source of sound as complementary opposite resonance. There's nothing to wait for -- consciousness is ALWAYS-ALREADY -- before time and before space. You can't SEE it as "proof" or something you "buy" -- as in spoiled consumer of fetishized products. You can LISTEN to pure consciousness based on logical inference. That's what sitting in full-lotus does most effectively.

  10. the warrior diet

True samadhi is achieved through BIGU -- it's described in the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" trans. by Charles Luk. Your belly fills with such strong electromagnetic bliss that you're not hungry and you don't want to eat and then your pineal gland starts making water from the ether and it flows down the roof of your mouth as the ambrosia. I went 8 days on half a glass of water -- just doing tons of small universe and self-concentration. The electromagnetic fields got so strong that I did some serious energy work and then after that "fell back into wordliness" as Master Nan, Huai-chin describes is the norm now for modern practitioners. After that you're supposed to go on "modified bigu" which I'm slowly working towards. Basically any sugar goes to my head as anerobic bacteria and so I have to eat garlic against the sugar. Chlorophyll has lots of saponin -- which is the same substance as soap -- so greens clean your body. I just started eating spinach but according to Taoist Yoga you should eat NO SALT (and just get your sodium from vegetables). I've been eating canned spinach which has salt. So a modified bigu diet is VERY STRICT -- especially when white trash culture is constantly pushing sugar, salt besides booze, pot, etc. haha. Sardines are high in the two lacking nutrient components of spinach: B12 and Vitamin D. So sardines and spinach are a complete nutrition meal. Anyway good luck and have fun. haha. Sure I like the testosterone fix from meat but I also get that from "collecting the N/um of young maidens" while in full-lotus (I can get it from men too but I prefer to have mutual climaxes which the females can do but the males can't). Umm the Bushmen diet was 80% greens and 20% meat from what I could tell but when they hunted they had NO CONTACT with females for 3 days before the hunt (so their stored up chi would attract the animals) and then the all night trance healing dance would occur after they ate the meat (from what I could tell). While they hunted they did a water fast for often 8 days straight. Also the Bushmen did not consummate their marriage until after living with the female and her famiy for THREE YEARS (while hunting for her parents').
  11. Well I was surprised to read in the interview with Master Nan, Huai-chin that I posted above -- he's SMOKING! haha. Still he (or his translator) says to Ken, the Westerner getting the meditation lesson: "I don't know whether you want to be in the lotus position, whatever." Now when he says "lotus position" you can be sure he means FULL LOTUS because that's what Master Nan, Huai-chin does all the time, as anyone knows who reads his two classics: WORKING TOWARDS ENLIGHTENMENT and REALIZING ENLIGHTENMENT
  12. http://www.amazon.com/Treatise-Thirty-Vers...0319&sr=1-1 He refers to this book.
  13. More important Master Nan, Huai-chin ALSO sits in full-lotus all day and night long (for more time than not). So... call that "empty" meditation if you want but full-lotus opens up what Gurdjieff called the Kundabuffer -- the small of the back and the main "organ" putting modern males into delusion.

  15. Quantum events of biophoton emission associated with complementary and alternative medicine therapies: A descriptive pilot study Author(s): Hossu M, Rupert R Source: JOURNAL OF ALTERNATIVE AND COMPLEMENTARY MEDICINE Volume: 12 Issue: 2 Pages: 119-124 Published: MAR 2006 Times Cited: 0 References: 22 Citation MapCitation Map beta Abstract: Introduction: Biophoton emission (BPE) is a quantum event characterized by a relatively stable but ultra-low-rate emission of visible photons from living organisms. It has been associated with high energy processes such as: cell metabolism, growth, phagocytosis, neural activity, and oxidative stress. BPE has also been suggested to reflect the organism's global state of health as well as the response to stimulation including therapeutic interventions. If BPE changes occur as a result of various complementary and alternative medical interventions, this could prove useful to monitor both the patient's response to a specific treatment and global changes in their health status. This descriptive study attempts to identify BPE changes associated with three different chiropractic techniques that use different energetic approaches: mechanical, gravitational, and bioenergetic. Materials and Methods: The BPE was measured at the neck and/or the lower back of 3 asymptomatic adult male volunteers. The measurements were made before and after different chiropractic interventions. The treatment techniques included a high velocity joint manipulation with the aid of a drop table, Sacro-Occipital Technique, and Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique. Enough time was allotted for measurements in order to differentiate between natural fluctuation of the BPE and the changes induced by the interventions. Results: All techniques induced small (up to 20%) but statistically significant changes (p < 0.05 in one case, p < 0.001 in the other two) in the BPE. Each technique demonstrated a different pattern of BPE change that may be specific to the technique. Conclusion: The intensity of BPE is a noninvasive indicator of the health of the human body and is significantly altered in different ways by chiropractic interventions. Future research is necessary to explore more features of BPE and its utility as an indicator of health, as well as the theoretical and clinical significance of these findings. 16. Ok on the lightening bolt comparison -- I read recently (not sure where) that actually the voltage is not that strong in lightening but it's VERY FAST (which means the voltage is VERY CONCENTRATED) -- notice how the above study doesn't give the time velocity for the voltage in the human cell. So it must be very very fast -- of course a "nanosecond" is a very very fast time scale. In contrast a laser is hotter than the sun -- because it is COHERENT and biophotons (the basis for chi spirit energy) is also coherent or harmonized thereby making it the same as a laser and equally powerful.

  18. OK so Max never studied in the Kunlun mtns and he teaches Kunlun. I realize it's no big deal but I appreciate the clarification since the name of the practice he teaches implies he was in the Kunlun mtns. I'd like to take this moment to personally thank Chris for being so thoughtful in helping me out with any possible discretions I may have had regarding my inquiries about the Kunlun practice.
  19. O.K. my current understanding is that Max DID NOT TRAIN IN THE KUNLUN MOUNTAINS which is somewhat ironic considering it's called Kunlun. I base this understanding on what Chris said: Who said Max trained in the Kunlun mountains? A question which implies my current understanding. Chris or someone else please correct me if I'm wrong -- and hopefully not with another open-ended question! haha. It's a pretty basic point -- it's called Kunlun so what is Max's specific connection to the Kunlun Mtns? OK -- here's the quote from Chris: "When did Max go to the Kunlun mountains and spend time? " Yeah -- good question Chris -- thought maybe YOU'D KNOW! Or maybe it's a special secret of the teaching called Kunlun? haha. OK I'll just check the website http://kunlunbliss.com right? So the website just says "East Asia" under Max's bio and seems to say he was in Nepal (I say seems because the link is for a Virginia center, which means my earlier Cumberland Gap crack was not too far off! haha).
  20. Well qigong master Chunyi Lin reads your aura and transmits energy into you -- so you get personal healing. You can also, of course, ask him for advice -- but he says he hardly ever gives past life information out since it just complicates things. He does if it will help a person open up blockages. He didn't for me. Sometimes his advice is cryptic and other times he makes jokes (at least with me) based on information he acquires through telepathy. Qigong master Chunyi Lin does long distance healing all the time and when you are there in person he can see inside your body and also heal your body just by looking at you (or just focusing the energy). He says that the simplest practice is the most powerful and that 20 minutes of full-lotus is worth 4 hours of any other practice and that to see if someone is a real master just see how long they can sit in full-lotus. He did cave meditation in full-lotus for at least 28 days straight -- no food, no water, no sleep. Qigong master Chunyi Lin also says he could teach at least 10 higher levels but so far no one has come close to even getting past level 4. I saw Jim Nance become a qigong master and his main requirement was that he had to sit in full-lotus for 2 hours straight every day without missing any day. Nance then trained for 12 hours straight for days on end. So, again, the main teaching is the energy transmission that you experience and then the motivation you have after that to continue practicing on your own. The biomedical library here at the U of MN has a copy of the Mayo Clinic textbook containing the chapter on qigong cowritten by qigong master Chunyi Lin and Mayo clinic Dr. Nisha Manek. Qigong master Chunyi Lin was also doing an N.I.H. study on pain relief and he's taught the Mayo Clinic doctors, because of his success in healing cancer patients from the Mayo Clinic.
  21. Wang Liping in Denmark

Well I wonder if the "abortioncam" activists caught any white light around my head today when they showed up trying to video tape me after having had successive O at a Ds with this Asian chick near the university. haha. We were having a great time for about an hour. Oh the shame. She noticed them first. She looked up and there they were. We had been trying to be discreet but the "abortioncam" people ruined it. haha. The female with the cellphone cam on me and the male praying at me. haha. I just kept on reading and stopped my vagus nerve pulsations so their cam footage wouldn't have too much to document. haha So when the christian chick videotaping me stopped (the white boy was just praying for me) I had an O at a D with her just to transduce their fear-anger vibes into love-light. haha. He just kept on praying through that one. Then another christian chick came downstairs so I had an O at a D with her and their fear tactics were thus transduced back at them as love-light. Then I just went down the block to the OTHER evangelical christian drop-in center (in the heart of multicultural and hence, sinful, university-area) where I'm a regular. They're a bit more easy going over there. haha. Still almost got those O at a Ds on vid for you all -- too bad the context was a bit messed up. Ah the power of sitting in full-lotus in public.
  22. Chris -- those ARE EXCELLENT QUESTIONS you've asked but unfortunately I'm not in a very good position to answer them (despite the fact that I'm sitting in full-lotus)! haha. OK -- consider this quote from this thread: the fact that jenny lamb teaches wild goose doesn't substantiate max's claims about his time spent in those mountains studying in kunlun pai. Now Chris -- I think you're in a good position to clarify this person's obvious confusion about this part of Max's origins of Kunlun. The same mystery was referenced a second time -- I think in this thread as well -- and still no clarification on your part?! I'm guessing he was in the "mountains" but just not the Kunlun mountains.. maybe the mountains of New Mexico? Or.. there's a hell of a lot of mountains in the world (just not in Minnesota!) haha. Don't worry I won't call you a "stupid white male" since that would be racist to refer to someone's alleged skin color. haha. But this does remind me of the Jesus in Asia stories.... Did Max train in the CUMBERLAND GAP perhaps? that would explain a few things. Yeah -- here's the SECOND REFERENCE: I remember coming away with the impression that max learned directly from kunlun monks in the kunlun mountains, was struck by lightning and fused his third eye open and in general could do amazing things.
  23. Well that's an EXCELLENT question. I sit in full-lotus as much as possible. When the pressure gets too strong then I just point my forehead at a female -- I'll do it now and then report back.... ok that took about a minute. I didn't want to stare (although sometimes that's fine to do). Since the energy shoots out of the pineal gland from the pressure on my legs -- I just lower my forehead with my neck tucked in (a posture of submission) and the energy shoots out of the forehead. As the energy shoots out, my adam's apple pulsates along with my vagus nerve on the right side of my neck. As more energy shoots out the rate of pulsation quickens just like coming to climax -- which then happens -- an internal climax up my back. Since I shoot out electromagnetic energy (which goes through walls, floors, etc.) then the female ALSO climaxes. It takes one climax to establish the transmission connection then usually the female adjusts herself to better receive the energy. The third climax is like a normal male climax (but instead I lose just a bit of clear fluid since the rest goes up the back). That's usually the public limit for energy transmission, although sometimes I've had 5 to 7 mutual climaxes when the female adjusts herself to very easily receive the energy in her yoni. It's a free energy exchange and the rate of time between each climax lessens as the energy exchange intensifies (also I feel my testicles draining of fluid but ALSO I feel the taking in of the female electrochemical energy). So the feeling in the pineal gland gets MORE magnetic and the light energy trance gets stronger as the energy exchanges continue. A couple nights ago I had a rare full-lotus energy exchange through a wall that went on for an hour (maybe 10 mutual climaxes). The light in my head became very strong and all the tension was completely gone in my shoulders and neck and my brain channels opened up further -- then when I slept I had this AMAZING flying dream where I just kept flying and flying -- based on the power in my lower tan tien that I had taken in from the energy exchanges (the blissful heat in my belly). On a typical day I have about 20 mutual climaxes with females while I sit in full-lotus -- and this exorcises all the stress (sadness, anger, fear, worry, lust) from males who are still stuck in the sympathetic stress climax (instead of being able to do the female vagus nerve parasympathetic internal climax enabled by the full-lotus). I tend to avoid males who bounce their legs in an attempt to PULL my energy DOWN into sex fluid (and suck it into their body for their own production of sex fluid) so that they then ejaculate (without transforming and transducing their other lower emotions of the other organs into love-light). So those males are feeding off other peoples' sex energy without giving anything back and in turn are unable to use their own sex energy for healing abilities (this is of course almost all modern males). Sometimes some females are like this too -- those that identify strongly with modern male power.
  24. So about Max's time in the Kunlun mtns? Of course that's AFTER that Nazis went to Tibet I realize but still maybe you could share a bit for the several people asking about this apparent gap in his training? Thanks Chris (and I used to drive to New Mexico every summer from MN -- staying at Ghost Ranch).
