  1. Small Heavenly Orbit

Spectrum -- like Santiago, you admit not being able to sit in full-lotus with your ankles on your thighs?
  2. Small Heavenly Orbit

Just reading the excerpts you all have posted -- this is entirely accurate. "Another was a youngster who had super endurance, he could sit in full lotus perfectly still for 2 hours." That is the easiest way to see if you have begun the "macrocosmic orbit." The full-lotus is NOT just like any other posture. 1) The Buddha statues are in full-lotus for a reason. 2) The reason is that it's the most concise means of creating a vortex of energy -- sucking up the electrochemical yin jing energy while shooting out the electromagnetic chi-shen yang energy. 3) I just sat in full-lotus for 2 hours straight in a park while reading THE CITY OF JOY -- and excellent book on Calcutta -- during that time I had probably 20 O at a Ds -- the exchange I described in 2). 4) Yang is 3:4 and Yin is 2:3, the full-lotus is a tetrahedron made up of 4 equilateral triangles, each made up of two 2-3-4 triangles. Qigong master Chunyi Lin states that 20 minutes of full-lotus equals 4 hours of any other practice. "Opening the Dragon Gate" is based on the full-lotus. 5) Full-lotus means your ankles are up on the top of your thighs -- so that the point of the small of the back is stretched -- the point called the KUNDABUFFER by Gurdjieff. OK I'm going through the blog -- what a gold mine! "(1) I didn't need to use my hand to get into the full lotus position. I had only seen two persons who could do this before. Unfortunately it only lasted for about half a year, after I started teaching in 1991, I was no longer able to do it."

The sweet music is my own schtick. I discovered in my masters thesis (2001) linked here: http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm that YANG is 2:3, the nonwestern perfect fifth music interval and YIN is 3:4, the Perfect 4th music interval. So in nonwestern music it's the same as Taoism -- used for spiritual healing. So at night I play female nonwestern singers -- just as the Bushmen listened to the females sing all night. I went to order Bushmen of the Kalahari C.D. -- british import for $38!! No thanks! haha. I'll find that yet, in the mean time I listen to M'bilia Bel (best of), Anuradha Paudwal (T-series), and other female singers of nonwestern harmonics.

Hold your horses! Yesterday I was doing nutrition research (specifically Omega 3) and fell back on Sardines -- great source of Vitamin D, protein, AND omega 3.... and now... drum roll....great source of lecithin as well. http://www.pyroenergen.com/articles/sardines.htm

Dude -- I wrote that. You'd need the GONG (100 days) of small universe practice ($11 c.d. from http://springforestgong.com...) Hold on... Well there's no doubt that qigong master Chunyi Lin is aware of how money is equated with the value of a commodity. Maybe it was his Maoist upbringing (which, as detailed in the book, included facing off machine guns as a kid and having his family destroyed). So, as per today's reading of the trendy underground leftist tract: TRANSCRITIQUE: ON MARX AND KANT by some Japanese dude -- there's a big difference between surplus value of LABOR versus surplus value (as per industrial temporal value-added processes). Needtheless to say no one can deny that I've provide a cheap means of practical technique: 1) http://www.kheper.net/topics/Taoism/circul...n_of_light.html That explains the small universe practice. 2) the small universe C.D. is $11 as Level 1 sitting meditation from http://springforestqigong.com 3) You can get the self-study course as a bit-torrent (which I'm too much of a neo-luddite to even know how to download but I'm sure you all know this easy enough). 4) The simple standing active exercises are available by youtube -- just search spring forest qigong. 5) after that it's all full-lotus freedom! As qigong master Chunyi Lin states -- the simpler technique is the more powerful. Nothing is more simpler than the full-lotus.

Lecithin is mentioned in that link Emily -- my research dug up the same connection. Semen is largely made of lecithin and guess what -- Commercially, the majority of lecithin produced is derived from soybeans (soya lecithin). So now we know why Taoists like to eat raw tofu every day. http://www.nutritional-supplements-health-...f-lecithin.html But then tofu has been seriously condemned as of late.... http://www.thehealingjournal.com/prev_issu..._nov06_tofu.htm Eggs might be a better source for lecithin.

OK Jim emailed me again but I'll keep his message private while posting my response (see below). Yes I'm SURE about qigong master Chunyi Lin (see below for further details). As for why I don't keep taking classes -- well I work part-time at $10 hr. so I'm broke. Also he moved out to the far suburbs and I have no car. Also he teaches mainly on the weekends and I work on the weekends. Finally I'm not even qualified to be his real student! He has taught tens of thousands of people taking his classes and he's a VERY busy man. Yet the last two things he said to me were: "Drew is a healer." and "I'll keep an EYE on you." So I feel like I took up enough of his time. Certainly every day I think about how to go back for more classes and I'm trying to "mainstream" this stuff so it's not dependent on "pure" circumstances. I practice in the ghetto, etc. enzyme Delta-6 Desaturase. Hi Jim -- I just pasted what was in my clip to show you I've been researching nutrition for the past hour or so.... I think sardines are the key -- great source of Vitamin D and EPA (Omega 3 fatty acid). Anyway thanks for the great email Jim. I'm sitting here in full-lotus, as usual, at the University library. Yes with strangers do these "O at a Ds" happen -- it's a mutual attraction process. I've written a lot online so feel free to google "drew hempel" or "O at a D." Qigong master Chunyi Lin is a very successful healer. He says his success rate for cancer is higher than 90%. He just coauthored a qigong chapter for the Mayo Clinic's complementary health text book -- with oncologist Dr. Nina Mishek -- from the Mayo Cinic (the top hospital in the world). Qigong Master Chunyi Lin does phone healing and treats about 200 patients a week who fly to his clinic from all over the world but are mainly here in Minnesota. His classes are through the community college here -- and he transmits energy plus has a course which anyone can practice (relying on the orbit, as you call it) plus some simple standing exercises and also self-concentration. Jim Nance was a kung fu master in the 1960s -- a very big African-American. They both do long distance healing now. As for your youtube video -- it's certainly very impressive. Once I went to put quarters in this metal box vending machine and I was perplexed to find the quarters sticking to the side of the machine. Then I realized my hands had magnetized the whole metal box! haha. When I healed my mom that also was based on strong electromagnetic fields coming out of my hands and at that time I had telepathy which also was from electromagnetic fields being emitted and taken in through the pineal gland. I know a person can emit chi without necessarily having the pineal gland as the main transmitter -- is this your case? Or can you flex your pineal gland -- can you feel the pineal gland? Anyway these are just sensations of course whereas "consciousness" is what makes qigong possible and who knows what consciousness IS? haha. OK so here's the contact for Qigong master Chunyi Lin -- http://springforestqigong.com -- the "In the News" section will give you some video and radio interviews. Plus there's more online. All the best, drew

Actually if i remember correctly -- and please correct me if i'm wrong -- he moved to Guam precisely because he was so embarrassed about insisting that it is actually SIBUD and not as you insist it's spelled. But then maybe you know otherwise. Thanks for sharing regardless. Fools.
  11. ---

So he now moved to Guam (on the run?) and his Wiki site says he studied with Carlos Castaneda and Tom Brown, the wilderness teacher -- and he studies SIBUD. So how long has he been in the U.S. anyway -- Carlos Castenada -- or whatever -- when we he "teaching."? Anyway -- here's a review of his $60 book (and dvd).... http://www.martialdevelopment.com/blog/qi-...ng-book-review/ I notice that his website has errors when you try to register for his training classes -- a PhD in qigong? -- well that's for the Portland clinic and he's in Guam now so makes sense I guess....?!?

you THOUGHT! No, no, no, no, no! Bushmen Agenda: Nonwestern trance healing. N/um -- create boiling heat in belly !Xia -- shoot light out of pineal gland. "COLLECT THE N/UM OF YOUNG MAIDENS" Convert N/um into !Xia and shoot it into young maidens. PROCESS: 1) Listen to young maidens singing nonwestern trance music (i.e. Anuradha Paudwal, Bel M'bilia, etc.) 2) Practice SMALL UNIVERSE -- 12 notes of nonwestern scale = 12 energy points along two main energy channels. Get $11 c.d. for this practice from http://springforestqigong.com -- Level 1 sitting meditation. 3) Do standing tai-chi simple exercises -- shown online as free videos from http://springforestqigong.com. 4) Work your way into the full-lotus for final pineal gland breakthrough and then enjoy the free energy. Full-lotus = 4 equilateral triangles, each made up of two 2-3-4 triangles with 2:3 as yang and 3:4 as yin -- the perfect fifth and perfect fourth found in all nonwestern music healing cultures. 5) ENJOY NOT THINKING -- as the Bushmen state: "God watches the sick person, the healer trances her."
  13. John Changs 1st Westener Student

Hi Jim? I could sense your energy strength in your message -- which is a first for me from someone online. I have experience with projecting electromagnetic fields. I'm just curious what your practice entails. Do you sit in full-lotus? If so, how much? What did you do for your training? http://springforestqigong.com relies on energy transmissions from Master Chunyi Lin and he teaches the small universe practice plus some simple standing tai-chi moves and also self-concentration meditation. He teaches how to open up other people's small universe channels -- the main front and back channel -- using the hands and then to use thunder palms and sword fingers to put in and break up energy, respectively. In Level III he touches your forehead to help open up the pineal gland and now I have a permanent magnetic bliss in my pineal gland. I sit in full-lotus as much as possible but my diet is terrible. My main practice is somewhat strange. Electromagnetic fields from my pineal gland shoot into females around me, causing us to have a mutual climax, as I take in their electrochemical energy and then transfer it back into electromagnetic fields. Last summer I went 3 days without food just by relying on those mutual psychic climaxes while I sat in full-lotus. I call them "O at a Ds." It started when I kept getting hit on so much by females so I started sitting in full-lotus in public as a preventative measure from getting my chi converting back into fluid. Then I noticed that I caused this young female who came near me to have a climax and it was mutual. I haven't taken classes from Chunyi Lin since 2005 or so but he also trained Jim Nance to be a qigong master. They both send energy at a distance and have made the middle of my head burn from this energy at a distance. I did an 8 day bigu fast or energy feast just on half a glass of water and then the full-lotus practice caused the room to spin around me. At a weekend retreat I saw dead spirits, yellow orbs, coming to hear Master Chunyi Lin speak as he emitted chi. He confirmed this. Also I healed my mom of a serious illness. That was back in 2000 but the energy was too strong for normal day to day living so now I just read one book a day while having "O at a Ds" all day. Plus I have a lot of bacteria in my head from when the vagus nerve transduces the electrochemical energy or jing from my stomach. Since I don't practice a special diet I just use tea tree oil as an anti-septic. So that's about it -- Qigong master Chunyi Lin does healing for people all over the world and he's worked with the Mayo clinic, the top hospital in the world, showing strong success with late-term cancer, etc. When I took his classes he would demonstrate telepathy to me and he would shoot out energy balls from his hands and look into my body, causing particular parts to burn with bliss, etc. He said he created another physical body and he's trained with even Yan Xin's teacher! Chunyi Lin spent at least a month in a cave with no food, no water and no sleep -- just sitting in full-lotus. The closest thing I've seen to his work is the teacher you studied with who most know as John Chang and also the Wang, Lingpi biography, "Opening the Dragon Gate" and also Dr. Yan Xin. Thanks for sharing. drew hempel

http://www.ted.com/talks/view/id/229 Glad that got to you. I watched it about 2 months ago and posted it around a few forums.... Actually saw her book about the stroke, etc. -- on display at B & N downtown Mpls. So I speed read it -- what I found interesting was she claimed that her right brain was much SLOWER than her left-brain. Now that her left-brain is up to speed she can process information much faster. Also she couldn't write with a pen -- since that was a left-brain operation but she could type at a keyboard (albeit slowly) since you use both hands and therefore both sides of the brain. Anyway that goes with what I was saying about the value of language processing in terms of "speed" -- but I still think the right brain is under-rated for what's called in yoga "direct perception." The concept of "pure consciousness" is not allowed in science -- that there's a substance beyond spacetime which is pure knowledge, or the mystic definition of God, better defined in feminine terms in my opinion. So when you tap into pure consciousness through the right-brain activating the pineal gland (based on autonomic nerve transduction) then the processing of information bypasses the need for relying on language and in fact the "pure consciousness" is then transposed by the brain into images or language. For example there's a blog called "mindhacks" -- you can google that. Their latest post or recent one is on how people with psychosis but who are bilingual will often have their symptoms dramatically disappear when they are speaking their second language. I know this Russian lady (about my age) whom I was forced to evict from a house (but I gave her a good recommendation so she could move). She wanders around Dinkytown ranting to herself -- in Russian. But I now wonder how English might make her symptoms disappear. I saw her once calmly spending time with other immigrants -- Latinos. So they must have been relying on English and also I seemed to break through with her when speaking in English. The shoebox of empty psychotropic bottles that she left was certainly disturbing along with her behavioral symptoms which others argued endangered their welfare.

Well pp. 680-2 in the edition I have (Random House, 1934) are especially interesting since he's detailing the tone of voice of females as an indescribably rich identifier of their identity. He gives some examples of things they may or may not say (but still think) depending on their age but still emphasizes that the meaning of the voice is beyond words. I can dig that but still Proust didn't take that clue far enough. haha. Take care, drew

  18. Converting Ching to Chi, Chi to Shen?

OK so my dad's in the car. I go, sit in full-lotus, a drive down to the village store. He parks while going into the post office. A young female and her dad walk by. The pineal gland shoots energy into her, she's sucking it up, my vagus nerve pulsating. Mutual climax. They go into the post office. Come out -- her dad says hi to me and I say hi back -- smiles everyone! That's my life -- O at a Ds with the dog last night. He needs healing -- 13 years old! His back legs barely work. Full-lotus for about an hour next to him -- hands on him -- sucking up his extra energy (disharmonized electrochemicals) -- transforming it into chi-light through the full-lotus -- vagus nerve pulsating -- pineal gland shooting it back into the dog. http://books.google.com/books?id=R4W-DivEw...esult#PPA306,M1 And so it goes.
  19. Converting Ching to Chi, Chi to Shen?

This whole "anti" full-lotus schtick is HILARIOUS. I sit in full-lotus as much as possible -- with no problem! At the dinner table with my parents (full-lotus). Watching movies (full-lotus). Typing right now! (full-lotus). In the car with my dad (full-lotus). Meanwhile you all are freaking out about the full-lotus! Taoist Yoga summary (my dad's waiting so....) 11 to 1 (day and night) is the BEST time to practice. You we feel the 3rd Eye automatically open up at 11 pm -- it happens to YOU -- not the other way around. The full-lotus is 4 hours of practice in 20 minutes time. Just keep practicing the small universe and you'll feel the electromagnetic fields finally open up the pineal gland. But I recommend just taking ONE class with qigong master Chunyi Lin -- once you get the energy transmission there's no turning back! haha.
  20. Converting Ching to Chi, Chi to Shen?

Yeah this book looks really familiar and I'm pretty sure I read it maybe 6 years ago..... So the 100 days means NO loss of the "precious bodily fluids" haha. I would still go with Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. You practice the small universe a lot -- plus simple standing exercises -- plus the Taoist Yoga diet -- plus lots of mind yoga. Again you can get the $11 level 1 sitting meditation c.d. with the small universe exercise on it from http://springforestqigong.com. I was "innocent" in the sense I didn't realize this stuff would make me a "chic magnet" haha. So I avoided females -- just cause I was shy -- practiced about 4 hours a day and then increased it to 6 hours a day while fasting. That was while starting full-lotus about half way through. So full-lotus is not necessary but it helps a lot to quickly transform the jing to chi. Remember that your chi will be pulled down to jing and then down into sexual fluid -- by the desire of females (and your desire for them) and pervert males (perverts in the sense of either straight or not -- just that the pervert male's shen is focused in their sex chakra). The difference between females and pervert males -- for one - is that the female climax goes UP -- and does not switch to the stress system at climax. The whole point is to learn how to have female climaxes and once you convert enough jing to chi and finally open it up into shen -- then you can shoot the shen-chi into females and they can soak it up while you take in their jing energy. This creates a free energy exchange of mutual climaxes and this in turn opens up the heart chakra. Pervert males, in contrast, will try to pull your chi back down into sex fluid because the goal of the pervert male is to make MORE external sex fluid, thereby activating their stress system and YOUR stress system. As they do this more as an addictive cycle they then need to feed off more sexual energy of others WITHOUT being able to give others any shen-chi energy. Of course you can just shoot shen-chi into the pervert males, thereby not enable them to convert your shen-chi into sexual fluid -- but whether they convert your energy back into the stress fluid loss or not -- the energy you give them will still be used by THEM as stress fluid energy. Eventually they will learn that their approach is a loss for themselves.... still, I'd prefer to shoot my energy into females. haha.

Well now the joke's on my family. I just biked about 50 miles today but my parents' house was "locked up." Ah -- except that unlocked kitchen window right above a nice stepping bench. haha. Just had to turn around the latches on the outside frame window, use a garden tool, presto. Who knows what life will bring. Thanks for sharing. My whole bike trip I had INDIAN music stuck in my head -- this bollywood c.d. And the bike I was using was terrible but a third way up I stopped at a rec. center and this young female eyed me going into full-lotus. She displayed herself very skillfully and after 15 minutes -- or 3 "O at a Ds," the public usual -- all the sore muscles were gone and the magnetic bliss was back in the center of my head. haha. So that made the rest of the bike trip tolerable.

  23. how do i escape?

Rikikesh -- a fucking Western spa -- that's what it is. India will be OUT OF WATER in about 15 years. That's what I'm talking about. This reminds me of a "conversation" I had with this dude a couple weeks ago. I was sitting in full-lotus, and had an "O at a D" with this chick across the street, while I was reading or eating or something. So the dude is on his cell phone and with an Indian accent, looking Indian, says that he's vegetarian (he's eating Chinese). He's right next to me and starts talking about me -- "sitting in full-lotus in a chair?" "Should he be doing that? " "He's staring." "Should he be doing that?" So he hangs up with his friend and I turn to him and say: "You're from Dehli right? New Dehli?" He's shocked. "How did you know?" So I come out of my full-lotus trance and realize that I had recognized his accent as the same as the lady I know who works at my bank -- and she's from New Dehli -- so my "consciousness" had made that connection with me acknowledging the reason why. I just intuitively knew the answer. I explain that to him -- and to myself as well!! That's what I'm talking about. So the New Delhi dude brags how hotel rooms cost $600 a night now! I exclaim surely there's cheaper rooms in New Dehli. We chat a bit more -- he states how he just got his MBA from Carlson School of Management.... Ah... India. 40 million middle class (out of 1 billion people) and how spiritual it is to have a cell phone, be transcontinental, vegetarian .... and a business degree. That's MY conversation. What's yours?
  24. those falling into further illusion

Here's what I say about that: Right. My co-worker has done small universe a few times and he realized that his mind would wander so easily. The body is the best thing to focus on at first. So I thought I had gotten rid of all my shit this morning after drinking 64 oz. of water. Got to work and had no food but there was coffee left over. Drank a big glass and a glass of water and sure enough -- more shit came out. Don't know my own body! haha. Yeah we're all just beginners. Just read the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" trans. by Charles Luk for details. Kunlun is full of it.
  25. those falling into further illusion

OK I didn't click on the "synthesis of yoga" link -- but I assume it's AUROBINDO's book of the same title. Here's the deal, again if you STUDY Sri Ramana Maharshi's books and those of his top students, DAVID GODMAN and H.W.L. POONJA aka "poonjaji" then you find that Ramana Maharshi DISAGREED WITH AUROBINDO. Now, again, if you STUDY Aurobindo's books -- from the teachers at his Ashram -- here's what you find: 1) you're supposed to be celibate at Auroville -- but the original students of Aurobindo have strongly complained that the new students are shacking up and not taking the practice seriously. 2) H.W.L. Poonja made the SAME complaint about his Western students -- again mind yoga relies on sublimated sex energy. -- For this reason the Western students are FAKE. Again DAVID GODMAN, the translator and close collaborator with Ramana Maharshi AND H.W.L. Poonja -- the master who replaced Ramana Maharshi -- BOTH state that ONLY six people have achieved Sahaja Samadhi. Of course you don't WANT to believe this -- but why the fuck do you think Ramana Maharshi was a real master -- considered an avatar of Shiva, etc.? So again you have to STUDY the actual books of the TEACHERS -- not some Western, New Age spin off. So just read the book NOTHING EVER HAPPENED by the biography of H.W.L. Poonja BY DAVID GODMAN. That's a fantastic book -- and sorry to "burst your bubble" -- but true sahaja samadhi is only after a person has technically killed themselves. I wrote down the quotes on this and presented it to qigong master Chunyi Lin in a booklet that I was passing out to people in the "counter-culture" scene. He said in response: THE ONLY THING I HAVEN'T ACHIEVED IS KILLING MYSELF -- and he looked at me with a sparkle in his eyes. Again left-brain nondual philosophy is NOT the same as shamanism -- it's a religious priesthood practice whereby the Freemason Warrior Class -- the Iron Weapon makers -- PROTECT the Brahmins and also intervene again the older dravidian shamans. you can read my ANTI-COPYRIGHT blogbook for all the documentation: http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com
