Listen, as I told you, it's a big world out there. You're approach of willful ignorance is a bit behind the times to say the least. Any academic database will give you plenty of solid science studies proving that qigong is very effective. There's Harvard doctors specializing in qigong and studies are published in neuroscience journals. Qigong master Chunyi Lin says his healing rate for cancer is better than 90% -- hardly comparable to a placebo. As I stated qigong is just one example of healing using the principles of nonwestern music, whereby frequency as energy intensity resonates through complementary opposites, not symmetric-based math. It's pretty clear-cut. The results are that sound turns into ultrasound which ionizes the electrochemicals to create blissful heat, so that the serotonin normally stored in the stomach, then bypasses the blood-brain barrier, via the vagus nerve. After this occurs further ionization creates electromagnetic fields and finally light is produced by the pineal gland. When the energy is stored in the body and strong enough then the pineal gland will create a holographic laser which is transmitted via a signal as "pure" consciousness. Why did I specify "pure" -- because as I stated it can not be repeated using machines and symmetric-based science. Just to bring this back to the UFO issue -- I just finished FATE's UFO SPECIAL book and there's an article about top-secret "asymmetric" capacitors. So you get electromagnetic propulsion with lift as thrust. This is EXACTLY how qigong works -- with the pineal gland as the smaller capacitor in contrast to the stomach where the electrochemical energy is stored and ionized. The fact that UFO technology remains a mystery is because the mathematics used is modeled by quantum chaos -- it's inherently unpredictable. Technology itself is out of control -- only consciousness itself is in charge. So, again, you focus on who is doing the healing -- the qigong master or the person through a placebo. In fact it's neither -- the healing occurs because of the resonance between the capacitors, which, again, is enabled by "pure" consciousness. The same occurs with UFOs.

Yeah that's an awesome book -- I read it first maybe 10 years ago and have read it a couple times. I like her book -- "My Journey to Llhasa" even better in a lot of ways because it's gritty travel with rare first-hand accounts that don't idolize Tibetan culture. For example she points out how many Tibetans supported the Chinese control previous to the post-British Llhasa regime. Also she gives more details of her tummo practice which she relied on one cold night -- so a fire could get started. Finally she reviles the peasant Tibetan personal hygiene problems -- something I can definitely relate to (I mean from the Tibetan peasant perspective!!). Today I had two fun conversations -- "It isn't very often that a brother is chilling in full-lotus like you are." That dude already knew about Master Lin but I had to quick pop half a garlic clove to counter act some of the anerobic bacteria. His wife and I had been enjoying the energy so to speak so she probably encouraged him to get in on the action. haha. Then I went to this "jugos naturales" place that I've been to before -- nice, traditional cafe -- oops sorry got delayed there by some overt female display action which was appropriate as my full-lotus energy was getting a bit intense. So now I sit with that tension released -- and where was I. O.K. so I was reading this amazing book: EXPLORING THE HEALING MIRACLE, compiled by Fate Magazine. Gotta go this thing's gonna shut down. Well to cut to the chase I had those latinas giggling with ecstacy but the younger, pretty one was like dude -- the ajo is muy fuerte! haha.

Hey that's the best information I've ever read from Llewellyn! I could really relate as I'm in Minnesota and I lived in a cabin in Alaska for 6 months. Also I've sat in full-lotus outside reading in the winter and was quite comfortable, surprisingly (the cold was preferable to the unbalanced lower emotions of the typical workplace!!) Anyway that's a new title to me -- "Occult Tibet" -- looks pretty interesting. Yeah this reminds me of when I first really felt "tummo" -- I had intensely visualized this experience I had where I relit a fire that had barely gone out from the night before and just some embers were left. I relit the fire early in the morning before anyone else was awake -- it took slow, concentrated breathing with strong focus on the light to make sure the heat was getting more intense. Then my lower belly lit on fire. http://www.servantsofthelight.org/aboutSOL...ie-brennan.html

I watched the vid while in a full-lotus pose more severe than any of the ones shown. I've never tried to do any of those other poses except the one where she lifts her body off the floor. The "hero" pose was pretty hot when she was on her back. Then I clicked on the top video listed in the link box - "hot girl yoga" or something like that. That caused me to do a pose that is not possible for the woman doing full lotus. Now my left foot is numb down to the core and soon it will come back to normal and I can go out of the full-lotus. Meanwhile my neck is clicking, my adam apple pulsating. Anyone watching me would see my head bouncing a bit to the energy going up to the brain and going out through the pineal gland. PUmp, pump, pump, about once a second. 1234567892234567893234567894234567895234567896234567897234567898234567891023456789112345678912234567890132345678914234567890 OK well my foots still numb at that was about 15 counts of nine. I usually count in cycles of nine as that's the number of growth. The whole time my adam's apple was pulsating as it is now, only it's getting stronger, my neck is cracking and the back of my skull is opening up from tension..... I can feel lots of pressure in my nose and gums as they leach impurities -- and also the back of my eyes as the energy flows out my eyes. There the feeling just came back to my left foot, I'm wiggling it now -- it's nice and warm. I'm stretching the back of my shoulders. The energy is pumping up again, the adam's apple is pulsating and the second cycle is starting. Now if there had been a female in the vicinity (I'm not out of full-lotus before the second cycle -- or second climax) -- the energy would have flowed out much faster (but instead I just relied on that first climax from the "hot female yoga" video). And so the energy flows -- big internal smile (the smile of the pineal gland).

Hi: I read Tony Wright's article at the Graham Hancock website and returned to it after perusing this site, since the book description for "Left in the Dark" is amazingly opaque. I discovered the book at http://anomalist.com. We're told that some great mystery will be solved and that it has to do with hormones and the brain -- that's it! haha. I'm also aware of Wright's amazing no sleep experiment. Still this research (and I just ordered the book) is from a Western perspective. I encourage Tony Wright to come to Minnesota, U.S.A. and take classes from qigong master Chunyi Lin, teacher of http://springforestqigong.com. Qigong master Chunyi Lin went 40 days with no sleep, no food and no water! He sat in a cave in the mountains in China. He was in full-lotus the whole time, the yoga position with the feet on the thighs. Now qigong master Chunyi Lin fasts one day a week and then just eats a small meal of veggies once a day the rest of the week. His training and abilities and lifestyle are pretty much the same as the amazing biography of another qigong master, a book called "Opening the Dragon Gate," about master Wang, Liping. So as long as we focus on the West we are missing a lot of important research. I do think that a fruit diet is very important but my own research has focused on the centrality of sound perception in the forest (versus visual perception). Qigong and yoga and Bushmen healing (which is the same as the other two) are all based on listening to nonwestern sound to create ionized resonance of energy. Diet is, of course, crucial. For example I sit in full-lotus all the time and I went for 8 days on just half a glass of water back in 2000. I was never hungry, my energy increased and I even created strong electromagnetic fields that enabled telepathy and telekinesis and healing energy. I saw dead spirits coming to hear qigong master Chunyi Lin while he was giving a "chi-emitting lecture." Sitting in full-lotus is not a hallucination! It creates free energy from the principle of natural resonance. An easier practice based on the same principle is called the "small universe" -- the 12 notes of the music scale, only applied to the body, to create a harmonic oscillator of free energy. So I've been encouraging people to practice the small universe and the best book on it is called "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" by Charles Luk. So after I did my 8 day "energy feast" -- called "bigu" in Chinese -- when strong electromagnetic fields fill your stomach, causing no need for food, then my return to normal eating has never been the same. I continue to sit in full-lotus all the time but the vagus nerve on the right side of my neck transduces the anerobic bacteria of my lower body (along with the serotonin). So if I eat a "normal" diet -- sugar, meat, grains, etc. -- then the increase in bacteria goes to my brain! I then have to clean out my system so to speak which I do through the pineal gland transducing the electrochemical energy into light. This is why yogins are supposed to be vegetarian. Anyway I look forward to the book and I have a free blogbook online, http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com. Plus my masters thesis (2001) is linked at http://nonduality.com/hempel.htm

Well -- obviously -- most people can't sit in full-lotus as you have demonstrated since your feet are not your thighs. But, on the other hand, if your energy channels ARE open then you can sit in full-lotus -- and this is just not the pineal gland, but the energy channels of the whole body. As qigong master Chunyi Lin states "20 minutes of full-lotus is worth 4 hours of any other exercise." He teaches full-lotus for his level 3 class. Now, obviously, I'm not an advanced healer -- in fact I just like to have fun! But qigong master Chunyi Lin did say that "drew is a healer" and he told me that he'd "keep an eye on me." Basically I just rely on the full-lotus for constant healing -- energy exchange. It's an excellent way to exorcise the body of imbalanced electrochemical energy -- like other people's anger, fear, worry, lust, sadness. Qigong master Chunyi Lin sits in full-lotus at least 4 hours a day - he only sleeps 4 hours a night. He does some tai-chi in the morning but most of the rest of the time he's in full-lotus. He has successfully healed pretty much everything and has a very high success rate for cancer healing. He's healed deafness, paralysis, MS, HIV positive, late-term cancer -- even autism. Qigong master Chunyi Lin recently cowrote a qigong chapter for the Mayo Clinic's complementary medicine text book and he's been recommended by other Mayo clinic doctors and he's taught qigong there as well. So he works with the top medical hospital in the world and he has is own healing center at http://springforestqigong.com. As for full-lotus it's relied on by Wang, liping and his teachers, as featured in the book "Opening the Dragon Gate." The full-lotus is relied on by Yogananda and his teachers. The full-lotus was relied on by Buddha. So the top Taoist, Buddhist and Hindu spiritual teachers all rely on the full-lotus. That's why I rely on it as well -- it works. It's simple, direct and once it becomes habitual then it's also very useful. A good book on the full-lotus as a means to empty out unbalanced energy is BONES OF THE MASTER: A secret journey to inner mongolia by George Crane. It's about an old Ch'an Master who lives in upstate NY and then returns to China. A true story. In the end he faces off one of his former students who now runs some swank sex-magic cult in Hong Kong or Taiwan. Anyway the Ch'an Master is not about accumulating his own power, but rather just letting the power run through his body and then emptying the power out back into consciousness. He also relies on the full-lotus practice. Another good writer detailing the relation between mind and body energy and the full-lotus is Master Nan, Huai-chin's books. Good luck with your healing Santiago! -

The movie is boring as hell -- I saw it in the theatre when it came out. Schizophrenia is limited to an electrochemical imbalance whereas once the electromagnetic energy is strong enough from qigong then the pineal gland opens up and light is created from the pineal gland. This light then balances out the extra energy in the body-mind -- by sitting in full-lotus. -

Yeah that "heaven-hell mind" quote is actually the same that Richard Feynman relied on... hold on... "To every man is given the key to the gates of heaven; the same key opens the gates of hell." -- Buddhist proverb, p. 6, "The Ubiquitous Atom" by Grace Marmor Spurch and Larry Spruch. I critique Feynman as my latest blogpost at my blogbook -- http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com -

Computers kick out serious EMP as well which is one reason I always sit in full-lotus at the computer. Of course I have no cell phone, no phone, no computer of my own, no car, no friends.... just like POONJAJI. So let's all read: NOTHING EVER HAPPENED the amazing biography of H.W.L. Poonja and fuck this shit up!

Santiago -- you're admitting that Gopi Krishna did not practice full-lotus? Or have you not read his autobiography? Since you're a teacher of "KAP" -- which is "Kundalini Awakening Process" right? -

Today I caught this Chinese boy staring at me from across the street. Nothing like sitting in full-lotus, waiting for Hui's Lucky Dragon Dance or whatever to start up. Then this old Chinese man showed up in the car parked in front of me. He had a cane and my vagus nerve started going crazy -- pump, pump, pump. Dude needed some serious energy and luckily I could provide. And so the energy flows. -
Adam West: I first met qigong master Chunyi Lin when he did a presentation for my graduate class at the U of MN. I had studied qigong extensively through books and had been to a qi-emitting lecture by qigong master Effie P. Chow and had practiced Yan Xin plus seen the Chinese government "Qigong Supermaster" documentary on Yan Xin, etc. I had read Dr. Eisenberg's book on qigong in China and many others. I knew right away Qigong master Chunyi Lin was the real thing and I was sitting right in front and could feel lots of heat from him. That was in 1999 and I was very busy with grad school, etc. My first class he walked around the class and while we did a standing exercise he shook his fingers at us, which you could hear. Immediately I saw bright light and my body filled with bliss -- it was the best experience in my life. That fall of 2000 I trained intensively and before the Level III retreat I did a week long "bigu" fast. At the level II class qigong master Chunyi Lin said he could state what percentage a person's organ is functioning. I went up to him during a break and since I had felt heat in my right kidney I asked what percentage it was working. I was forward facing him and he looked at my kidney -- immediately I felt hot bliss right on my kidney and he replied "Oh about 70%" I knew he had just done a healing on me! Also the room was filled with a blissful magnetic field. While practicing I also studied the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality." At the level III retreat I had already been sitting in full-lotus and doing the small universe and active exercises practically nonstop for a week and already I had strong electromagnetic fields around my body and the top of my skull was soft. At the Level III retreat I saw this floating orbs of light moving off Qigong master Chunyi Lin's body as he sat in full-lotus. He said that's just his yin spirit going to heal people. I also saw spirits come into the room and I didn't say anything but qigong master Chunyi Lin announced someone else mentioning this and he explained that the dead do come to hear him speak to help them return back to consciousness. The middle of my brain was burning up during this retreat and soon afterwards I healed my mom of a serious leg debilitation and I accidently pulled this old lady's spirit out of her head -- but she was fine although she did cry a lot. I did that by pulling the energy straight out the top of the center of the head, by accident, even though qigong master Chunyi Lin had said not to do this. I didn't realize I was that powerful. So then I stopped practicing as intensively because when I'd sit in full-lotus the whole room would spin around me. I started reading master Nan, Huai-chin and then qigong master Chunyi Lin stuck his finger to my forehead and ever since the center of my brain has been permanently magnetized with bliss. Now when I sit in full-lotus electromagnetic fields fly out of my pineal gland into female electrochemical sources (be they old men who are sick or young girls or old male dogs, etc.) Yeah it's wild but I just sit in full-lotus and let the energy fly! haha.

Sorry buddy Lotus pose is not a pose to strengthen legs nor to open leg chakras it is to bring all energy up to central channel to Ajna. It actually constricts chi flow in legs for a reason. Show me YOGI who does lotus pose all day that can kick the ass of an INTERNAL MARTIAL ARTIST who does REAL ROOTING PRACTICE........ NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS. You want to open your leg Chakras do Horse stances, Kuda Kuda, And Low Squatting postures in Yoga or Chi Kung or Tenaga Dalam. This above quote by you Santiago reminds me of a Ch'an story that is in one of Charles Luk's books if I remember correctly. Essentially (and I'm sure someone on this website knows this better than me) this famouse Taoist wizard is flying over China and he sees this amazing purple aura so he goes down to check out the action. Of course it's a Buddhist monastery and the head guru is chilling in full-lotus. The Taoist is like dude, I can kick your ass because I can fly, and the Buddhist like yeah but your still ATTACHED to your power. The basic message is that the deeper level of power means DEEPER LEVEL OF EMPTINESS. I recommend you read the books of Master Nan, Huai-chin, who also practices full-lotus meditation all day. The paradox, of course, is how can there be "different levels of emptiness" when in fact, nondualism, teaches that there is only one reality. The answer is that the practice means we are not practicing -- there is no YOU and some "enemy" that needs to be conquered -- and that practice itself ensures that "you" will always win because "you" do not exist. So why should I worry about losing "my" power to females when in fact it's not me losing it -- the full-lotus is IMPERSONAL. Also to clarify -- when "my" love-light is pumped out of my pineal gland into females, in turn, the power that attracts the love-light is also pumped into the lower tan tien. So it's a free energy exchange. Last summer I went three days without being hungry -- just having mutual "O at a Ds" all day, as per the consciousness. Only when males are "afraid" of losing their energy do they feel the need to separate from the females -- this is an issue in Bushmen culture called "hoarding the N/um" or something to that effect. -
This reminds me of when I used to "visualize" the third eye as a zit in the middle of my brain which I needed to pop. As Master Nan, Huai-chin writes -- it HURTS to open up the eye channels.

So I go into full-lotus. My 3rd eye opens up and magnetic bliss flows into the female across the room. I think to myself, will my energy ever not flow into into a female across the room? haha. Then I read your response. I look at your photo. I think: HA! -- your feet aren't even on your fucking thighs! There's different "levels" of full-lotus. For one -- you need your heels up on the top of your thighs. For two -- the heels should be level with the outside of your thighs and finally the heels will be past the thighs. I usually sit in "for two." The full-lotus OPENS UP the leg chakras -- so I'm quite glad that Gopi Krishna was mentioned because I had thought he was thinking in full-lotus. I see no evidence for that. 1) -- he leg energy was weak -- so the leg chakras were not open 2) his body energy was weak while full-lotus strengthens the body energy 3) If he didn't focus his mind then the kundalini would stop opening -- so clearly it was not powered by his legs. 4) he doesn't state full-lotus or padmasana but simply "cross legged" -- which is exactly that -- cross legged. Still the photo was funny and I'm glad you had the balls to post it. OK the vagus nerve is pulsating, my adam's apple is pulsating and I can feel the lower tan tien energy getting pulled up while it flows out the third eye into the female across the room. The other thing about Gopi Krishna and anyone experiencing kundalini is that it's based on SEX energy and obviously the energy gets BURNED OFF if there is the opposite sex around -- the male electromagnetic energy flows into the female while the female electrochemical energy flows into the male. Gopi Krishna was practicing in 1937 -- as an Indian in a village -- so you can be sure the village had STRICT caste-based gender relations. A Brahmin, for example, if a priest, is not supposed to have any contact with females and if so has to spend 3 days and nights in isolation doing purification rituals. That's the real "secret" of kundalini. -

I just googled full lotus and gopi krishna without any real results. I found his book on the "secret of yoga" or something -- devoted to Kundalini -- he uses the term "padmasana" but says it does not have to be practiced. So I then searched padmasana and gopi krishna -- nothing of significance. His autobiography is not readable online (probably a bit torrent though). Anyway in his introduction he just states that he sits "cross legged" and he emphasizes that his legs are tired and that he's drained of energy. He was practicing mind yoga more than full-lotus as the activation of the kundalini would go away when he stopped focusing his mind on the third eye. In his book on the secret of yoga he states that its the breathing exercises that are dangerous. Anyway maybe you can provide more details. Thanks for mentioning this issue though. -

So just admit you all don't have your third eye open -- if you do then full-lotus just shoots the extra energy you have OUT of your body into people who need it. It's simple and it works. Someone PM'd me for more details on the kidney energy -- so I'll explain further with a recent real live experience. Today I've been using Miswak chew sticks -- which don't smell like the garlic hydrogen sulfide aftermath. So then I discovered Miswak toothpaste which is even better -- Miswak has natural fluoride but it's not sodium fluoride. Anyway so enjoying me new electrochemical sanitized status I go into McDs for some cheap reading time. I'm sitting in full-lotus as usual and since there's a young female in front of me mopping my vagus nerve starts pumping and "love-light" starts shooting into her. She gives me several friendly smiles and we have a couple "O at a Ds." This is is a "hood" McDs -- people here are not what you call uptight repressed types. So then I notice that the female off to my left was staring at my sitting in full-lotus as my adam's apple pulsated. Now she's got her legs angled off at me so I have a direct eyeline with her main energy "soak up center" shall we say. She's shameless soaking it up and we have a couple O at a Ds. Then these young two females sit in front of me and the "O at a Ds" continue but this time this young male sits on the same bench as me and turns horizontal towards me, stares at me, and bounced his legs. He's PULLING the energy down from my lower tan tien to convert it back into seminal fluid -- he's a pervert in other words -- the OPPOSITE of what I do. So I'm like bring it on: Love-light versus sex fluid. But he can't convert my KIDNEY energy back into seminal fluid -- because the full-lotus GROUNDS me so that I stay ROOTED with the love-light. -
