on page 18 he quotes Zhao Bichen, author of the Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality book - only his quotes don't give the accurate meaning. Zhao said that only his last 2 teachers I think had really achieved the yang shen immortality level. Also Zhao said that of the book he wrote - anyone with diligent practice on their own should be able to achieve up to chapter 12. So that is a much more detailed answer then what this author is relying regarding Daoist immortal Zhao Bichen. -

Meditation on "Feeling" Love release Heart stress
voidisyinyang replied to 2ndchance's topic in General Discussion
also you can see my blog for further details on how military science now proves biophoton activation of the vagus nerve via the ear. Also the vagus nerve controls the cerebrospinal fluid - that then overflows out of the sinus cavity (this is the Amrita or Ambrosia)... https://elixirfield.blogspot.com/2018/12/biophotonic-activation-of-inner-ear.html So the heart houses the spirit - the shen - as laser biophoton energy. -

How to retain as much qi as possible in the body?
voidisyinyang replied to yuuichi's topic in Daoist Discussion
Maybe you should try getting a phone healing from qigong master Chunyi Lin or Jim Nance - http://springforestqigong.com or http://guidingqi.com as Chunyi teaches, "Use your consciousness to go into the Emptiness and keep it simple." This is actually Neidan! So he does not teach any specific breathing technique other than mild reverse breathing. The teacher of Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality states the key is to synchronize the breathing - this is called Cardiorespiratory synchronization in Western science. So the "small universe" meditation is good for this. But the mind controls the breath. So as the Qi energy builds up in the body then physical breathing is not required as much - this is called "immortal breathing" or "embryonic" breathing - as "breathing through the heels." So to build up the foundation - in horse stance - it is called "relaxed mindlessness" so that you breath through the heels. Ideally you want to be barefoot on the Earth when you do horse stance. But you can also incorporate the yin-yang of the arms and lower and upper body as I mentioned via the "moving of yin and yang" exercise. Right hand for males is yin, upper body is yang. Left hand is yang, lower body is yin. Visualize the energy as dragon to tiger (right hand to left foot) and tiger to dragon (left hand to right foot). 90% of the collagen in the body is aligned vertically - so by making the thigh muscles sore with the knees bent then you get the piezoelectric build up. But to activate the Yuan Qi then you need the pineal gland and heart and lower tan t'ien activated. http://www.ycgf.org/Articles/XY_SanTiShi/XY_SanTiShi.html You can also do Santi Shi which resonates the Dragon-Tiger or yin-yang channels of the hands, and feet while standing. So in Santi Shi of Yiquan - you visualize the energy from the left hand to the right foot and right hand to the left foot. You can stand then with the legs bent - the knees. So the length of time depends on how your mind perceives time. If your legs are bent more and the thigh muscles sore - then time will slow down as the adrenaline goes into your brain. This is called going into the "Zone." So external time slows down in perception as internal brain time increases due to increased adrenaline levels. So as the right side vagus nerve is activated - this is ionized and causes the lower body serotonin to go into the brain - along with other neurotransmitters - like the Runner's High is from endogenous cannabinoid neurotransmitters - like from eating chocolate. Anananda - is the name from the Indian yoga Bliss as heart love. So the only way a qigong master can do horse stance nonstop for 2 hours - with thighs parallel to the ground - is because they have entered the immortal breathing or Embryonic breathing based on their Yuan Shen spirit being activated with their Yuan Jing being sublimated and the Yuan Shen descending - creating Yuan Qi as a non-local Earth-Moon-Sun harmonization energy (a standing Schumann resonance). https://saed7e91c7a81c2ec.jimcontent.com/download/version/1453217396/module/2965239513/name/Your beliefs condition and qualify the space that surrounds you.doc So read that download - you need to be swallowing the Amrita - after the cerebrospinal fluid builds up in the skull - and this is how your Yuan Qi is activated - from the descending of the Jing down the front after it has "copulated" with the Shen. So the "small universe" meditation is Neidan - as it is qigong but actually it is from the original human culture - the San Bushmen - as to visualize fire at the base of the spine so the water boils into burning steam up into the brain as an electromagnetic force. This is actually an Electrogravitic force - meaning again your perception of Time will be subjective. -

Why Ramana Maharshi is teaching the secret of Yuan Qi
voidisyinyang posted a topic in General Discussion
(Ramana Maharshi, SE, answer to question 17.) There is a lot of confusion about what self-enquiry or Jnana Yoga actually is. A 1947 edition of Ramana Maharshi's book "Who Am I?" actually contains his drawing of the Kundalini that is necessary to first right up the spine and then go back down to the heart. You can't find this image online - I found it in the South Asian library at University of Minnesota - and the book (straight from the Ashram, a limited edition - actually vibrated with Yuan Qi energy!!) https://elixirfield.blogspot.com/2018/12/revisiting-ramana-maharshi-and.html What this refers to is the fact that our spirit is from coherent - literally LASER - biophotons. When we "turn the light around" we then FOCUS the laser light as a coherent self-resonating frequency. This is the SHEN or Shakti BURNING - I have felt this directly from qigong master Chunyi Lin when he does his healings to open the third eye http://springforestqigong.com and I have also felt it from http://guidingqi.com the only 2nd level qigong master student of Chunyi Lin. Now that burning light is NOT the SELF (contrary to the claims of many Westernized thinkers). Again the Self is the Yuan Qi as the Knowledge-Ether So Westerners IGNORE this statement of RAmana Maharshi. So he admits you are MERGING the Jiva or individual soul as laser light - back into its source THAT DOES NOT EMERGE. It is ever present - beyond time and space - as the Ether-Knowledge aka the Yuan Qi. This is the "Absolute Void that Radiates Light" as it is describes in the book Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality. So how do you do this? Through Nirvikalpa Samadhi - which means you just "turn the light around" as a "snapshop" - or as Ramana Maharshi states: So we experience different shapes due to phase of light but the phase depends on time as frequency. So when the time is zero (no phase) there is then infinite frequency. So when we turn the light around (at any frequency) - the light goes to its relativistic mass at zero time. The relativistic mass of light is this Ether-Knowledge So this ether-knowledge is Always-already there but since we do not turn the light around in meditation - then the light is TOO WEAK since it is not FOCUSED AS A LASER - with coherent frequency! So what the Westernized views erroneously neglect is that Ramana Maharshi meditated 9 years before he achieved eternal liberation to "cut the knot." So Ramana Maharshi says this "knot" is on the right side of the heart - this is also the same as what Taoist Yoga: alchemy and Immortality teaches - the right side of the heart is where the Yuan Qi connects beyond death - to the formless awareness. So our spirit "emerges" from the formless awareness - and it is attached to the body and depends on the body to have a sense of self. Since we do not FOCUS the spirit as a burning laser turn back to its source - then the spirit remains distracted even in the astral realms of other images, experiences, etc. This is why for astral travel there is a "rope of light" that connects back to the body. What Ramana Maharshi is saying is just keep burning that rope back to its source - beyond the body - through the heart. And yet - the Light is NOT the ether-knowledge!! So the ether-knowledge is IMPLIED and it radiates light but it is not the light itself. -

How to retain as much qi as possible in the body?
voidisyinyang replied to yuuichi's topic in Daoist Discussion
Actually there is a great "old Skool" kung fu movie featuring horse stance training - and the teacher "finally" teaches the student - and it's these esoteric arm movements. The student "pretends" like he doesn't get the joke - since the arm movement is actually simulating the flushing of a toilet! haha. So Master Nan, Huai-chin states if your colon is not cleared out then you are not going to see light while meditating. Yes what 'causes" a person to have to go to the bathroom is actually Infrasound harmonics - that increases serotonin levels. So when your thigh muscles are sore and the legs shaking 7 to 9 times per second - then this pushes the sympathetic nervous system to its extreme, causing a parasympathetic rebound as vagus nerve activation. That flushes the colon with serotonin and boom! The colon clears out. Also as Master Nan, Huai-jin states - doing that standing active exercise with the thigh muscles sore is the key secret to maintaining celibacy before sleep. So it's a win-win-win situation. You build up qi, you clear out the colon - you also Empty out the mind - and you maintain celibacy. So win-win-win-win. It's just a matter of how much you need to do. That's your own personal situation. -

How to retain as much qi as possible in the body?
voidisyinyang replied to yuuichi's topic in Daoist Discussion
OK on the lecithin: You should really study the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" - the key here is what the book calls "Evil fire of the heart." So with your eyes open then the Po Soul - the lung energy will cling to the Hun soul and so the Po Soul easily gets pulled up and out of the eyes. So the Hun Soul is a Subconscious biophoton trigger - meaning the problem you are talking about - this is just because your eyes are open!! In Neidan this is describes as your yin qi (left eye) and yang qi (right eye) as being separated and therefore the Sun (third eye) and Moon (lower tan t'ien) are ALSO separated. In terms of science it is as I described in the links I gave. So you should actually be able to FEEL the lecithin being activated in your prostate - just from this subconscious image that you refer to - or what Taoist Yoga calls "evil fire of the heart." It also describes it as a "Twinkle in the Eye" and then states even if you have NO THOUGHTS about this subconscious image activation - even in your deep dreamless sleep - you will still lose the alchemical pill - the elixir. So then you refer to a certain video that is based on this image of the evil fire of the heart! It is just a matter of accepting that males are yin internally while females are yang internally. So for one month a year it is necessary for males to have NO CONTACT with females - no eye contact. That is from the original human culture. Every time a male went hunting - then no contact with a female for three days. Now in Brahmin priest training - if EYE contact is made with a female then three days of purification is required. So you can see these standards are the opposite of modern norms. So I was told - for advanced training - do NOT use the internet. Do NOT watch t.v. - that such things are psychic black holes. The only way to fix this is what the Taoist Yoga book calls Quick Fire. ONLY the deep fast breathing has the POWER to reset the vagus nerve energy - to reverse the biophoton trigger of the sympathetic nervous system. The degree to HOW MUCH standing active exercise (trance dance) is necessary depends on how much sympathetic nervous system activation has occurred. Just with a slight activation - it is already PRE-TRIGGERED as a signal. As I said - you can feel this lecithin kicking out. Then the "gate of mortality" is dilated. And so ideally - this should not need to be discussed in words - because the left brain HAS to be emptied out. ONLY the right side vagus nerve - the deep reptilian vagus nerve - can FIX the problem - and so then will have to "feed the brain" - first the right side of the brain. Then as the brain fills with cerebrospinal fluid and blood - then the right brain vagus nerve activates the left side of the brain and finally that conceptual trigger is cleared out. So the standing active exercise is actually the FASTEST way to clear out the conceptual mind - by creating this parasympathetic rebound reaction. Yes clearing out the colon is a physical sign that the dopamine lust has been converted to serotonin bliss - thereby over-riding the sympathetic nervous system. But that may not be enough. You need to keep going until the left brain conceptual mind is cleared out. You will learn from experience - at first the Yuan Qi gets turned back into yang qi - as a buzzing sensation and the yin qi as a blissful heat but then it get turns into yin jing - that turns into the physical loss as lecithin. That lecithin has to be re-ionized. -
How to retain as much qi as possible in the body?

oh - ok read my other article for more details - secret science of spiritual healing - then tell me if you're still confused. http://www.viewzone.com/spiritualhealing.html Did you read the acupuncture article? Neuron signals are still "debated" in science. Quantum biology is more accurate - the Hameroff and Penrose model relies on the microtubules INSIDE the collagen. So the qi signal is actually non-local as the 5th dimension as phase or superluminal momentum. Dr. Mae-Wan Ho gets into this when she cites Emilio del Guidice (corroborating Hameroff and Penrose). So the signal is faster than a typical neuron signal - due to the phase coherence. And there is also a non-linear feedback between the subharmonics and overtones - so the "yuan qi" is due to the magnetic moment or spin - again this is non-local phase between the electron (yin qi) and proton (yang qi). It is not dependent on the neurotransmitter. This has been documented by a Japan-based physicist, with whom I've corresponded. As Dr. mae-Wan HO details - it's mainly from split water. But as Dr. Jack Tuszynski details (another quantum biologist) the serotonin captures the biophotons. So the vagus nerve works with serotonin as well as acetylcholine. The lecithin charge works like an electric eel - as my article details. So the reason Western scientists don't know how it works is because they don't do the training - to store up the lecithin as myelination charge. You'll have to review my research and I'll review my research also. For example it's proven that ultrasound "Grows Nerves" - and so this corroborates the claim of one qigong school that focuses on "growing nerves" to offset any kundalini jing symptoms. But the ultrasound has an infrasound subharmonic that is actually the reverse phase or the spin between the electron and proton (and so is superluminal magnetic moment as yuan qi energy). So my training pdf goes into that more. So it's not just an ion neurotransmitter flow charge - although the potassium to sodium ratio is key. Potassium is the vagus nerve charge stored up. The yuan qi itself is not dependent on physical matter as it's the 5th dimension. -

How to retain as much qi as possible in the body?
voidisyinyang replied to yuuichi's topic in Daoist Discussion
Your number 1 - carbs increase your serotonin levels. So this activates the vagus nerve more for better relaxation. It's not about fat as much as it is about relaxation. Your number 2 - the myelin is actually from lecithin. This is why "eggs" are "brain food" in daoism - it's the main source of lecithin. For Buddhists - tofu is the main source of lecithin - eggs and soybeans are the 2 highest lecithin sources as food. Number 3 - yes you have correctly identified the secret to celibacy - the key is to push your sympathetic nervous system to its extreme - so stand with the legs bent - the knees bent more - so legs shake 7 to 9 times per second. When the sympathetic nervous system is pushed to the extreme then a parasympathetic rebound reaction occurs - this floods the body with serotonin - starting from the lower body. So you know when you clear out your colon this is due to increasing the serotonin levels. You can enhance number 3 by understanding the yin-yang channels of the body. So if you add "moving of yin and yang" to the horse stance - for males the right hand faces the upper body (yin right hand, yang upper body) and the left hand is yang and so faces the lower body that is yin. So watch this starting position - you hold that as a static pose for 3 minutes in the beginning to activate the "yang-yin" and "yin-yang" free energy circuits. So then you can also sit in full lotus with left leg on top - that activates your right side kidney more along with the liver channels. Also you can then put your thumb and middle finger of right hand against the center of the left hand palm and back of left palm - and left hand middle finger close off the channels - this closes off your dragon and tiger channels of the hands (the front and back of the arms - that go to the heart and the reproductive organs as dragon and tiger. http://qianfengdaoismuk.weebly.com/qianfeng-daoist-meditation-hand-positions.html That posture has an image explanation - in the Taoist Yoga: alchemy and immortality lineage website. -

The pineal gland is an electrogravitic transducer - so holographically states when people's spirit frequency are stuck (hard-wired) in their lower body. It's the males that are the problem since females can naturally sublimate their energy (are yang internally). Western civilization has destroyed the planet so people are mass mind controlled. I've been posting on this website for maybe 15 years. haha. I've seen a lot of things on this site. -
