Here's the kicker on Kunlun: "especially for the few pages that contain the kunlun posture that will take you about 10 seconds to learn." If this is true, as claimed by the link TRUNK provides (comparing Kunlun to the microcosmic orbit) then why will no one actually just describe the basic KUNLUN posture? If it's so amazing why not SHARE THE LOVE? haha. I've spent probably a couple hours trying to find something that supposedly takes 10 seconds to learn! All I've gotten is vague descriptions of gyrating your trunk will standing, having Max's magnetic field threw you around so you stick to fences, feeling various blissful tingling sensations in your body, etc. Still -- this AMAZING posture that takes 10 seconds to learn !!! -- remains... shall we say ... unacceptable to the internet -- a supposed utopia of free information exchange. Or shall we just prove the reality of a nice marketing gimmick, once again....

Well basically as Gurdjieff writes, the West is fixated on duality whereas Taoism and paranormal energy is created through what he calls: The Law of Three. In Taoism and Ch'an Buddhism that's: Yin (electrochemical energy), Yang (electromagnetic energy) and "emptiness" or what I call female formless awareness. So the alchemical agent stored in the belly of the male healer is a combination of the above three -- it's called the "diamond gem" in alchemy -- a combination of crystallized blood-semen. It's crystallized because it's been "ionized" by the electromagnetic energy. Ch'an Buddhism teaches that there's "different levels of emptiness" -- this is a really obscure concept but basically the electromagnetic energy is guided by our subconscious desires -- the electrochemical energy -- but, since it uses complementary harmonics, it resonates back to female formless awareness, so the electromagnetic energy can bend spacetime. So the goal is to convert all the electrochemical energy into electromagnetic energy which means it can be projected into a "higher" level of emptiness -- i.e. the solar system or farther, thereby enabling the spirit of the healer to have a longer immortality. Even still at some cosmic catastrophe such an "angel" will have their spirit return back to the female formless awareness. What left-brain mind yoga teaches is that such experiences of electromagnetic spirit are just projections of the ego and any experience of emptiness is therefore only temporary and also an illusion since the ego will be reborn in another physical form, based on the cosmic karma cycles. In contrast to pursuing spirit projection the left-brain mind yoga seeks to completely destroy the ego by literally killing the mind, after the heart stops for 10 minutes, then having only pure consciousness restart the body, so that no karma can accumulate afterwards. With each thought the mind will "empty out" to beyond the heart, thereby creating a "jnana" of eternal liberation. It's argued that only when meditation is focused on the root of the ego -- the source of the I-thought -- will the mind be completely destroyed, otherwise any spirit projections will still just be temporary projections of the ego -- even into outerspace. For example if the mind is stopped and the body put into suspension -- for a hundred years say -- when the mind starts up again it will return to the very same thought it had a hundred years before. Because of this experience of female formless awareness as only a temporary stillness it is considered to be just a product of logical inference -- realized AFTER the fact (i.e. you come out of the stillness and then go back into the same ego-based delusion). So ONLY by using left-brain pursuit of the source of all thoughts -- based on the I-thought -- can a permanent return to the truth of reality be achieved -- that yin and yang are illusions and only pure consciousness is real. But what this process ignores is that the mind yoga relies on complete separation from females and the creation of a military-state to protect the mind yoga practitioners (who have let the bodies' wither). This is what became the traditional Brahmin priest caste society and then later the Buddhist empire and the Greek empire, etc. What's more accurate is that humans of all cultures use music for creating paranormal energy -- with the basic ratios of harmonics being the same as yin-yang-emptiness. So in Pythagorean harmonics the number 2 is female matter (yin electrochemical) as the reflection or resonance of formless awareness -- the number 2 coincidentally like the kundalini snake goddess. So we can see that the snake goddess is INHERENT to the spiritual energy -- as part of the Law of Three -- the alchemical agent -- in an eternal process of creation and destruction, etc.

Actually I had another PM which got me thinking. Basically modern males are left-brain dominant and we're taught that "true" spirituality can not be visualized -- it's just "empty awareness" or "pure consciousness" etc. That's why I use the term "female formless awareness" because, as the Taoists emphasize, to resonate with it there has to be a balance of body and mind -- and this is why the Tai-Chi symbol is also the Kundalini -- or sacred snake proven to be worshipped back in 80,000 BCE. Merlin Stone's book "When God was a Woman" is really good on this. "God" keeps the tree of life (the sex energy) separate from the tree of knowledge (the mind) -- through left-brain axiomatic logic. Normally the two are harmonized through the kundalini or sacred sex energy. So mind yoga says ignore the body and also relies on a caste system that is repressive of females, as Merlin Stone details -- this got put into patriarchal property law. We're taught that kundalini is dirty, etc. Originally the snake goddess is based on the female body form as well -- and the women also guided the men in spirituality, just as the Bushmen females threw water on the males to keep them from doing spirit travel (in contrast to tantric healing).

Essentially if a man doesn't have energy to give to a female then it's just not going to happen. Unfortunately because of patriarchy a lot of females (and males) get suckered into being attached to males who are controlled by their sex energy as a subconscious power, along with anger, fear, sadness, worry, etc. This is a left-brain separation from the rest of the emotions creating unhealthy imbalance -- a physical domination system relying on violence. Females amazingly and intuitively can sense the healing love energy just as fast as direct eye contact and the connection just builds from there through body language and the electromagnetic transmission. Again the most effective means for a male to shoot out this bliss-light is while sitting in full-lotus, which, because of "tantric technology" (the new yuppie yoga trend) is now socially acceptable. The communication through bliss-light is very subtle yet very effective and the females learn very quickly how to soak up this energy. This energy is not limited by visual communication -- walls do not stop it. Males will usually be oblivious or will choose to ignore this bliss-light "O at a D" happening -- or they might get jealous, frustrated, angry, scared, etc. because they are totally clueless as to how to have vagus nerve internal female climaxes. If the latter lower emotion reactions happen a healer can just shoot the yang electromagnetic love-light into the males to harmonize their lower emotions. Again this ability to shoot out the yang electromagnetic love-light is only enabled after the electrochemical yin energy is sublimated and ionized -- it takes about 100 days to achieve the foundation - where the electromagnetic fields are strong enough to open the third eye. So females are better connected to receive this right-brain cerebrum electromagnetic resonance of the left-brain cerebellum (pineal gland) but it depends -- the more left-brain the female, the more disconnected they are, and it's rare for a female to create a strong enough intensity of energy so that the bliss-love is ionized into strong enough electromagnetic fields for transmitting to others. Females are the foundation in biology and the job of males is to feed the yang electromagnetic energy to the females. After that foundation is achieved where the electromagnetic energy can be transmitted out the third eye, then the yang energy can be easily sucked up -- even just by females staring at a male sitting in full-lotus. If a female does this then it will activate my right-side vagus nerve, starting it pulsating, as the female pulls in my yang electromagnetic energy, even though I may have not been consciously aware of her presence. The body language communication is of course contextual but amazingly sophisticated. People are normally controlled by their emotions but the female formless awareness enables a healer to "trance" (electromagnetic energy) the "sick" person so that their lower emotions are harmonized through the bliss-light. The sick person gets filled with bliss-light and then the lower body vacuum in the healer sucks up the sick person's release of their lower emotions -- lust, fear, sadness, anger, worry. That energy is then pulled up in the body of the healer by the full-lotus and this is what the mutual climax is about -- and it's the secret of how a healer actually heals himself while healing others. His own lower emotions, sucked in from others or from food, are transduced while in full-lotus, ionized into electromagnetic third eye love-light -- and shot into "sick" people which then releases their "extra" lower body electrochemical energy which is sucked back into the healer and then transduced again.... as this process continues the energy just gets more intense creating stronger electromagnetic fields so that a group healing synergy occurs. A great example of the female being more connected to the "4th eye" (camille paglia) or the female formless awareness (beyond emotion) is the concept of the "femme fatale" in the West. As Paglia pinpoints the first femme fatale was Nefertiti, the Egyptian Queen, who was the foundation of the West. Essentially civilization -- marriage -- is a caste system whereby the male, to get ready sex access, has to pay taxes to the military-state and also to join the military. A great example of the spread of this system is a book called "Moon, Sun and Witches" on the Pre-Inca culture which was matrilineal. The Incas actually established as "Nefertiti" type system where there was an upper caste of females joined with the elite of the military-state and the pre-Inca females were relegated to basically being reproductive fodder. This same patriarchial system spread from Egypt to the rest of Africa -- AFTER the Hittites invaded Egypt around 1800 BCE, bringing the alchemical, chariot-iron plow system. So the femme fatale is that cold calculating female -- using cunning -- to use up the sex energy of males after she marries into money for military-state power, etc. Such a female has a conscious connection with the female formless awareness but, like a "don juan" womanizer, is using it for lower emotional control -- harnassing patriachry. The only anthropologist who has figured this femme fatalte use of patriarchial marriage is a women -- her name escapes me at the moment, but obviously she's been dismissed as type-casting gender into biological determinism. In fact Taoism and alchemy originates from Ethiopia and the earlier Bushmen culture going back to 80,000 BCE which worshipped the snake as the symbol leading to the female formless awareness. Under the Bushmen culture it's the women who control the land because in Nature it's the sex that sits on the nest which takes care of the land -- a vested interest that makes sense. So the patriarchial system happened with bull-based (God) iron plow farming yet in China there has continued a horticulture based farming -- hand-planting the rice. A good book on this transistion in Africa is called "Women of the Hoe." In the Bushmen culture the women control the healing process -- so if a men goes into deeper trance (samadhi) which enables spirit travel (shen) -- instead of electromagnetic healing (chi) -- the women literally throw water on the male to bring him out of the deeper trance. Even so it was recognized that the strongest male healers could "talk to God" -- i.e. travel into outerspace -- and could also shapeshift into lions, etc. These healers, like the later blacksmith alchemists, spent most of their time in solitude and were feared even by the other male healers. Otherwise the Bushmen culture, the dominant culture on earth from 10,000 BCE to 80,000 BCE, was appropriately called "the Harmless People" because the lower emotions were quickly harmonized into a laser-type love-light, preventing violence. OK well I would highly recommend qigong master Effie P. Chow. She was the first qigong master I was exposed to and she is the real thing! She states that a muscle man twice her size has no chance because she can just sense where his consciousness is focused in his body and then add his energy to her own. She shoots electromagnetic fields at people as they walk towards her and at the end of her talk the security guard came into the room -- a big white lady. Everyone was pretty much gone -- the security guard says: "Just seeing what's going on in here because the fuse got blown for the lights in the room next door." haha. Anyway Effie P. Chow teaches the full-lotus (unlike Manta Chia). She's the real thing and she's not afraid to say that FEMALE qigong masters in China get ostracized and sometimes even chased out of the country. Traditionally a male master will pick who will receive his energy to be trained as the next MALE master, and so on. All of this stuff comes from the Bushmen culture btw. I was just reading a quote from Nisa -- a !kung women healer. I wrote this down: "God watches the sick person, the healer trances her." I like how trance was turned into a verb - but that's really how it works -- the third eye creates an electromagnetic field which then shoots love into the other person -- as directed by your eyes. Still Nisa stopped healing because IT WAS TOO PAINFUL. Trancing in the Bushmen language is !Xia while the word for the healing pain is also the same as the blissful heat -- N/um. The N/um works it way through the body and the stronger it gets the more painful it is. Nisa states that traditionally men can not handle the pain of child birth while women can not handle the pain of becoming a healer. I guess that's a joke. haha.

OK so what the full-lotus is; it's "good" pain in the sense that it empties out your mind. haha. The reason the energy circulates automatically in full-lotus is because when your mind empties then the energy descends -- the yang descends to join the yin. What Witch is saying applies to sexual energy and certainly the Taoist Yoga small universe practice is to transform that bliss heat into electromagnetic energy which is then stored in the belly. I say belly because after this electromagnetic energy builds up you then enter a natural "bigu" state -- you're just not hungry. If you go with that then, as I did, you just keep building the energy up for third eye powers -- telepathy, telekinesis, precognition. Real healing energy for deeper blockages. I went 8 days on just half a glass of water and my energy just kept getting stronger. The alchemy is like a reverse electrolysis that creates water in the third eye and it flows down through the roof of the mouth -- the ambrosia. At this stage your body is filled with electromagnetic fields -- and the top of your head -- the 7th chakra -- opens up. The skull actually fractures as a soft bone - -just like a baby's -- and also the limbs are totally flexible and soft like a baby. You can sit in full-lotus with no pain for as long as you want. As Master Nan, Huai-chin describes at this point the problem of "heroic over-exuberance" occurs -- you use the powers (because people around you REALLY want your energy and they're freaking out bad to get it). So then you don't get "stabilized" which means having the third eye fully opened and you fall back into worldliness. Hence the reason people train in solitude as hermits or in monasteries, etc. Luckily qigong master Chunyi Lin shot energy into my brain so it's now permanently magnetized but I was so freaked out by the intensity of my practice that I stopped practicing (luckily I first healed my mom of a serious injury). So my channels closed up but full-lotus keeps my channels open enough so that I can transmit the energy through the third eye. This means that I can sit in full-lotus as long as I want --- as long as there's a strong yin source (electrochemical) that sucks up my strong yang electromagnetic energy (thereby causing a full-lotus vacuum to suck up their yin energy) creating a mutual climax. I've experimented with this and last summer went 3 days without food -- never getting hungry -- just having "O at a Ds" -- about 15 a day. It's kinda tricky to do this tantra in public of course. haha. After this process the electrochemical yin energy MUST be ionized into electromagnetic energy or you'll just lose it in sleep - -so it has to be balanced with food and emptying out the subconscious emotional attachments with vision, etc. Mind yoga combined with full-lotus is really the way to go. When we "hold onto the I-thought" that is like having sex with the Queen Dakini -- the source of the I-thought -- or female formless awareness. So then the multiple orgasms happen without needing another partner. The best book on this is called: Kiss of the Dakini -- by a female author who focuses on Tibetan Tantra.

OK so I'll be honest that the person who had PM'd me had their consciousness stuck in their "Number One" level as Gurdjieff calls it -- the pervert level -- where they were converting my energy back into fluid. This is a common problem in "sex magic" -- especially when Mantak Chia published that "multiorgasmic man" book that was a big hit with the sex obsessed (which is of course the normal standard in today's commodity fetish society). Basically in Taoism the two main problems are "losing the load" for males -- aka losing the alchemical agent. The book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" is all about this. The other main problem is that for females the energy stays in the emotion electrochemical realm -- what Witch has described as the heart-bliss energy. Again the goal is to sublimate and ionize or in Taoist Yoga terms "cleanse" -- blissful heat of the kidney energy -- and "purify" -- electromagnetic energy of the heart chakra. If you get the spring forest qigong small universe guidance tape or c.d. you'll note that qigong master Chunyi Lin pauses for longer concentration on the kidneys and even longer on the heart. The common misunderstanding is that this energy is "repressed" but after it's converted to electromagnetic energy then it easily is transmitted outside of the body -- through the eyes or the fingers or palms -- or most importantly the third eye. Also as the energy is increasingly strengthened then there is a stronger desire by others for the energy and also there is greater danger from too much food or too much sleep causing a "loss of the alchemical agent." The book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" is not a "pop" Taoist book -- like mantak chia's work -- and therefore treats this issue to the deepest extent possible. As that book describes once the "foundation is laid" -- getting to about chapter 6 -- then the energy channels will be permanently open which means you can easily sublimate and ionize the electrochemical energy into electromagnetic energy because the pineal gland will have been permanently magnetized so it resonates back into pure consciousness -- the Queen Dakini so to speak. OK I've been getting some pms that I'll reply to here just for further clarification. The alchemical process is to create strong enough electromagnetic fields so that you can see and project healing light outside of the body. The light energy is created by and connected to the complementary opposite harmonics -- the yin electrochemical energy and the yang electromagnetic energy. When the lower emotions are ionized into blissful heat this means that lust, sadness, worry, fear, and anger are turned into love-heart bliss. As this bliss gets further ionized then it becomes electromagnetic energy which finally opens up the pineal gland so that it's permanently magnetized. Only after that point is reached can a person shoot love-light out of the third eye. That's an excellent question. For example the students of Sri Ramana Maharshi often don't actually take his teaching seriously and by this I mean read his teachings closely. I studied all his books at the U of MN Ames S. Asian library. As he's considered the avatar of Shiva in teaching Advaita Vedanta his experience really tells all. In fact Sri Ramana Maharshi spent 9 years in solitude (or just with a few other practitioners) before he finally achieved "eternal liberation" by "cutting the knot" -- wherein his heart actually stopped for over 10 minutes. He writes about this in the book "Talks with Sri Ramana Maharshi." Yet his followers will not admit that it was only after Sri Ramana Maharshi had physically killed himself and then started his heart up again that he became a "jnana." There is no denying this as Sri Ramana Maharshi states it was only at that moment he achieved eternal liberation and also he, David Godman, and H.W.L. Poonjaji state that there's only 6 jnanas on earth at any one time. Sri Ramana Maharshi also created other physical bodies -- just as H.W.L. Poonjaji did and I highly recommend the biography of advaita vedanta master Poonjaji called "Nothing Ever Happened" by David Godman. As for Buddhism -- I recommend Master Nan, Huai-chin's books which cover the gamut of mahayana buddhism and essentially teach the same thing -- that the 8th level of consciousness (the universe) is only "emptied out" after the first five levels of consciousness (the body). So in Advaita Vedanta you rely on left-brain logical inference which connects the vagus nerve directly to the heart -- that's why it's called the direct path(in contrast to right-brain visualization and body yoga asanas). But since you're only using mind yoga that means it requires separation for females because otherwise your sublimated energy will get sucked up by their yin energy (unless you're practicing full-lotus -- then you can have a yin-yang exchange as tantra). That's why the Brahmin vedanta priests required 3 days of ritual cleansing if they had any contact with females and also why there was such a repressive society.

Yes horny is a bit more precise. Basically the third climax is a real orgasm where the first two climaxes are just "orgasmic" -- so when I said my dick was pulsating and my vagus nerve was pulsating and my third eye was really magnetized and my forehead was pulsating -- that was just being "orgasmic" or horny. OK so your shooting your yin heart energy into the computer which I can sense and pick up -- it's psychometry. Since it's strong yin heart energy then my yang third eye energy is sucked into it -- my vagus nerve pulsates, my heart gets hot, the middle of the brain is strongly magnetized, my forehead actually pulsates as well. I'm in full-lotus so after shooting the yang energy back into my computer my dick pulsated as well and it sucked in the yin energy you had shot into your message. Usually a female's energy isn't strong enough to generate a mutual climax through a third medium. Phones work much better because the voice is the "generative force" or electrochemical energy. The sixth chakra relies on the female formless awareness to shoot out the yang electromagnetic energy so it's easily activated like a laser -- when there's a direct line visually via display behavior by the female receiving my yang electromagnetic energy. The "alchemical agent" is a combination of the electrochemical (ionized matter), electromagnetic (light) and female formless awareness (information), as Master Yan Xin describes the external chi transmission. The strong the alchemical agent the more the energy is light that bends spacetime -- into a higher level of empty awareness. What you say about being careful about males wanting your heart energy is the same for me with females (and some males as well! haha). Basically the love created is REAL and so after about 5 mutual climaxes there tends to be too much emotional attachment. This is healing energy but the female formless awareness is beyond any emotion -- it's what Camilia Paglia calls "the 4th eye." People tend to treat each other as property with a controlling attachmnet -- instead of as formless awareness resonating through complementary opposites.

The relation of Jing to Shen is interesting. The Taoists texts state that alchemy begins and ENDS with jing or lead -- aka "negative vitality." This is because the shen is powered by the chi which in turn is powered by the jing and so the shen must be shot back into the lower body to build up my jing. Shen is called "negative spirit" but when it gets built up enough it becomes "positive spirit" -- or the corporeal soul -- another physical body, as the new jing energy. When enables this process is "essential nature" or "empty awareness" or pure consciousness -- what I call "female formless awareness" at the root of the heart-mind.

Witch I can definitely feel your heart energy and know exactly what your talking about from the perspective of a female. Young, healthy females who activate the sex energy freely will have that energy open up their heart chakra and, as you state, can then give that back to males. A male who "withholds" sex energy is someone who is not activating their lower chakras -- this is a WESTERN problem from mind yoga (or just meditation). Full-lotus definitely creates multiple internal orgasms for a male -- just like for a female -- the dick pulsates just as with a normal climax only there's no ejaculation -- it shoots up the back and the right side vagus nerve is activated, just like for a female. The reason you want the male sperm -- even though it's electrochemical energy and therefore yin -- is that within that electrochemical lower emotion lust yin energy there is yang electromagnetic energy. That's what causes the attraction. Meditation means causing the yang energy to further descend into the yin energy so that it creates an explosion of heat which then finally opens the heart -- just like settling dirt thoughts into peaceful pure consciousness. This process does not consciously sublimate the sex energy -- as the full-lotus does -- and since the sex energy is the life force of the body the mind on it's own lacks will power. So, for example, the St. Francis Assisi monks would have to jump into a cold lake if they got an erection. But for me I just sit in full-lotus -- shoot the yang electromagnetic energy out of my third eye and thereby have an orgasm (no withholding here) and as long as there's strong yin energy that is sucked back into my body by the full-lotus then this process just continues to build up or ionize the yang electromagnetic energy opening up not just the heart chakra but also the third eye even further. That's how tantra works. It creates real love in the process -- after about 5 mutual climaxes with a female, not necessarily at the same time.

When you say "chi" from the bulls I think you mean actually jing or electrochemical yin energy -- the life force. That's weird. The other day I had a pineal gland stare down with this parrot I've known for years as he sits in a bookstore. He's usually confident and mean but after we stared at each other he started shivering all over. This reaction actually surprised me. It may have been different if he was a she-bird. haha. If you're taking in yin electrochemical energy and not shooting out yang light-bliss energy back to the bull, then David must be keeping his eyes closed during this process -- meditating and making sure his yang electromagnetic energy stays focused in his body, either by bouncing it off his hands, as Yan Xin teaches, or by focusing his intention on his heart, etc. Yeah that seems kinda lame to steal life force from animals but sure as hell explains the whole ritual slaughter thing in religion, not to mention the Freemasonic wars....

Well I've done that before -- except I would not separate "electrical shock" from "magnetic field." That was after I had finished the 8 day bigu full-lotus training -- just half a glass of water and lots of small universe practice. Anyway qigong master chunyi Lin who gave me energy transmissions is charging $880 for a weekend seminar in L.A. this spring --- qigong master Jim Nance will be there as well. So you get two qigong masters -- still it's a lot of money, at least in Minnesota! haha. L.A. is different I guess. I really like the book on Ch'an master Tsung Tsai -- "Bones of the Master: A Journey to Secret Mongolia" -- stresses the "empty awareness" and not the power transmissions. It's just a matter of how much you store up your energy versus letting the energy full in and out of you -- into people around you.

Umm -- didn't see the "third harmonic" question but I posted the below this morning on another blog and it seems to fit several recent threads here so bombs away: I should clarify that by "associative reasoning" Gurdjieff meant "Kundabuffer" which is a central term in his unreadable opus: "All and Everything: Tales of Beelzebub" or whatever. Gurdjieff states that there was a cosmic accident caused by comets (water-covered amino acids) which created the moon and also Kundabuffer aka kundalini. Kundalini is just the sublimated sex energy manifesting as visions and vanity -- delusions of grandeur and even real power of transformation. In contrast to Kundabuffer is again "objective reasoning" which has no cause and requires no effort. The best logical presentation of objective reasoning is "Be that which you are." or similar title -- it's by David Godman on Sri Ramana Maharshi. When, as Gurdjieff taught, we focus on the I-thought there is no object in this philosophy -- as Dan Zahavi describes, the I-thought is the only thought for humans which is "self-transcending." At first we hold onto the I-thought, repeating I-I-I over and over to see the logical source of all our thoughts. Eventually we logically infer that we retain consciousness even in deep sleep and consciousness is therefore objective -- not based on either associative reasoning (sex energy) nor formal reasoning (civilization). The process whereby the I-thought becomes objective is when it creates will-power which is actually the kidney energy and created through complementary opposite harmonics. So this is why full-lotus is so effective in sublimated and transforming the kundabuffer -- the source of delusion in humans -- so that kundalini can return to it's source as objective consciousness. Gurdjieff takes that psychological and physiological process and relates it to cosmology. He states that as civilization "progresses" humans are increasingly controlled by the Kundabuffer -- and therefore the humans are increasingly machines. Freemasonry calls this the "separation of heaven (mind) and earth (body)" through mass ritual sacrifice, as detailed in my blogbook, "when the mothership lands." The negative energy of the kundalini -- electrochemical, yin energy, and the positive energy of the electromagnetic energy -- the source of our thoughts - is resolved by the neutral energy as objective consciousness or what the Buddhists called "essential nature" as the root of the heart. It's therefore experienced and discovered through a great feeling of love and bliss which is then transmitted through the I-thought now transformed by the yang electromagnetic-light energy. This is why modern studies on OBEs, and say Susan Blackmore's much tauted book on the subject, are all bunk -- a true full-lotus yoga master is a rare find in the West. The "female" formless awareness is the "original sin" of Western, phonetic-based language. The Tao Te Ching states that: No ONE can know the Tao. That sums it up and yet it is the most difficult concept to accept: surrender to the female formless awareness. Again -- what creates the "dynamic" of the Tao -- (the Tao as BEYOND the dynamic of heaven (mind) and earth (body). All our left-brain thoughts are based on the I-thought so the logical question, no belief necessary, is to investigate the source of the I-thought. When we repeat I-I-I eventually the thought becomes focused into the "space between the I-thoughts" as H.W.L. Poonja states -- in the amazing biography: NOTHING EVER HAPPENS by David Godman. Poonja or Poonjaji toured Europe looking for levels of formless awareness -- he stated, again, the problem with the West is that it doesn't have yoga. And so my pervert friend Beraki last night told me at the amazing Tuvan throat singing concert, in continuation of our summer debate which I had stopped a couple months ago: The Jews use wind as the source of consciousness but space is better because it can be invisible. He spent the summers of his youth in a Ethiopian Orthodox Monastery where apparently he was sexually abused, as his consciousness is now permanently focused in his lower chakras. I've infer this based on literally day to day interaction with Beraki as I sat in full-lotus with him all last summer, intrigued by his ostracized status: He's been kicked out of a couple cafes already for his aberrant behavior -- making public masturbation gestures, for one. This ancient huge wing of the Church of the East, the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, also lacks yoga but it has strong semitic ties and hence Beraki's anti-semitic focus. Beraki had too much of an ego to listen that much, especially after I pointed out to him that in Western logic space is "contained" through logarithmic mathematics, starting with the Brahmin cipher system and the logarithmics of the Babylonians. Therefore "space" is not invisible. Anyway when the M.C. Steve Sklar walked by I had to be quick: "You know about the small universe or microcosmic orbit?" I sprang at him. "You mean the small universe in qigong? Yes!" Steve Sklar responds. I then proceed to connect it to harmonics and he states that he thinks he's met me before (which he hasn't but I just shrug it off). Then I literally give a one minute spiel encapsulating the jist of my whole philosophy. He states: "That's really interesting. Then this young pretty lady sat to my left and immediately crossed her legs, bouncing them strongly. But since I had already had several strong mutual climaxes yesterday after this the energy just became a steady flow. When I finally got home by 10:30 pm, biking across town, my legs were quite sore so I did standing meditation starting at 11 pm, based on the "yan xin secret" principle -- the article that launched so much enquiry into my research at http://mind-energy.net. Then I did sitting meditation and the light-bliss sent my brain cracking as further channels opened up. It was overwhelming with magnetic pressure. As for the Michael Prescott "ban" -- I stated that he wanted to ban me before precisely because I had challenged his "history of christ" channelling post. He listed a bunch of "scholars" in reaction to my information and I went to the library, pulled out their books, quoted from them and demonstrated that their arguments were logically specious. You can still read that analysis. He was then forced to "reverse" his ban (which by the way technically doesn't stop me from posting, as I don't have my own computer). But Michael Prescott, as is the common problem in the West, continues to focus on just the "mind" or conceptual analysis without the "direct perception" approach of harmonizing heaven (mind) and earth (body). The mind on it's own is very weak -- so males especially -- need to transform the sex hormones via the vagus nerve to create oxytocin and as the ionization continues it turns into electromagnetic fields which are then strong enough to overcome the reversal of generative force which causes loss of vitality. As Marx and Engels stated -- the original class is gender and so it is the male who refuses to believe that Nature is inherently female, as was well known for 90% of human history: matrifocal societies. The male in biology is a superficial addition while most of nature uses parthenogenesis secretly guided by the female formless awareness. Sound-pictures are the way in which ecology organizes complex social behavior, as Ken Norris discovered in his "sensory integration system" dolphin research. The sound-picture communication is faster than the reflex of any individual organism within the kin network of the system -- as has been proven with birds flying in flocks. Psychologist Howard Bloom emphasizes that only sound can not be located in any one place in the body-mind with a source of perception. Sound transcends the body-mind through the natural transduction of overtones but this process has a source. This source was the focus of Sri Ramana Maharshi who was considered the avatar of Shiva. While Maharshi, like Guenon, relied on the left-brain logic which is gender neutral, Shiva surrenders himself to the Goddess Kali -- time as a spiral, not as a linear, logical line. This is the critical question I asked Beraki: Why does Plato state "time is the image of eternity?" He responds: Because time is our being. I state: How can time be something we see -- time is something we listen to and this is why Plato was teaching freemasonry. Kurt Godel also figured out this secret when he tells Rudy Rucker: Time travel is possible because the person does not DESIRE to change the future. So "desire" -- the yin-yang dynamic -- must be "emptied out" into the female formless awareness in order to time-travel to be possible. It's the female formless awareness that guides the DESIRE -- the complimentary opposite natural harmonics. As the Buddha taught, stating that the inner ear method was the best (read Charles Luk, "Secrets of Chinese Meditation"): Ignorance is Suffering. Desire causes Ignorance. Meditation ends desire to enable contact with the truth of reality: Empty awareness. Well diet is definitely a very important issue but it needs to be understood in the context of science as driven by the "commodity fetish." Poor people and everyone else eat at Fast Food restaurants because the West requires lots of iron-based testosterone so that males can be recharged to satisfy the increased focus on cheap materialist sex as the symbol of success. Or we can hang out with a bunch of repressed whites kissing ass to "climb the ladder," thereby projecting their oppression -- in posh organic eateries, that fly in organic tomatoes from across the country. The real question is why was Hitler a vegetarian who ranted against animal torture -- like so many of today's suburban-based activists? There's a long history of this in India where the caste system is strongly based on diet. If I could essentially be paid (like a Brahmin priest) to not have to do strenuous physical exercise, to be able to not have any interaction with females (so that I can sublimate all my sexual energy -- to "spiritualize" my own body), etc. then vegetarianism would be ideal. We can see that this is OBVIOUSLY based on a FEAR of women stealing the male power and the pragmatic answer, in stark contrast, to having the energy "stolen," is for the working class male (and female) to load up on cheap high levels of testosterone and concentrated iron calories. A real "spiritual" person therefore is a "specialist" -- someone who is committed to meditation enough so that not only can they keep the yin-yang channels open of the body (specifically collecting yin through the lower half of the body while scattering yang through the 3rd eye), but also the person can build up their energy within the body to reach "deeper levels" of female formless awareness. Keep in mind that 90% of human history was NOT vegetarian where 90% of the males were shamanic healers of advanced ability (seeing inside people's bodies). This is the Bushmen culture. So we can see that this paradox of "spiritual" food -- the whole new focus on say BIODYNAMIC FARMING or say -- FANCY MONASTERY RETREATS WITH ORGANIC FEASTS (see the new book edited by Mike Davis, verso) -- is to NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE REAL REVOLUTION IS ALWAYS ALREADY AS FEMALE FORMLESS AWARENESS BEYOND ENERGY AND MATTER, BEYOND SPACE AND TIME. Yes there is SUPPOSED to be an existential shock about the formless awareness being FEMALE. All of reality is gendered. As Pythagoras taught -- the One is Male but is not a Number because we can't say where it starts, yet if we investigate its source through silence then it's FEMALE as formless awareness or what Pythagoreans called: HARMONIA (The Goddess as formless awareness). So we are taught Pythagoras' motto was "All is Number" -- that's the Freemasonic lie. In fact Pythagoras taught: ALL IS NUMBER AND HARMONY. I make this same critique of Zizek in my masters thesis. He assumes that "New Age ecological harmony" -- and he did read an early version of my masters thesis, stating it was "fascinating" -- is FAKE. But, again, Zizek does not realize that "harmony" is ONLY the female formless awareness. Here is the critical phrase from Guenon that quoted: "in fact, there can be properly speaking no question of yin and yang except in relation to the manifested world.” So I'm not talking about yin and yang -- but the THIRD dynamic, as Gurdjieff emphasizes that is always left out in the West. As Pythagoras taught: The Two is female as matter and as it resonates to three, the first male number as matter, so the first ratio of creation exists as 666 -- the infinite resonance of yang or 2:3. This resonates through the same complimentary opposite that was the source of the One as the I-thought -- the Female formless awareness, then creating 3:4 as yin. The Female Formless Awareness is the SOURCE. So again "one" is not a number, just as "I" does not signify anything, as detailed in Dan Zahavi's recent book: "Self-Awareness and Alterity." But the crucial connection between the two (number and phonetic language) is that when we listen to the source of the I-thought, the process resonates as complimentary opposites so that the "tai-chi waveform" is beyond frequency or amplitude -- there is a direct resonance through this complimentary opposite waveform as the sine-wave of the symbol (consciousness or the One of the I-thought) connecting to the circle of the symbol (the Wu Chi or the female formless awareness). To put it as a right-brain symbol is to easily make the mistake of slipping back into symmetric-based phonetic analysis that also uses right-brain geometry. Female formless awareness can not be visualized -- it is a process of listening to something that is neither inside nor outside, neither space nor time, etc. So again it's best to understand yin and yang as harmonic ratios, which they are specifically known to be: the Perfect 5th and 4th as 2:3 or Yang and 3:4 or Yin, respectively. This is the main discovery of my masters thesis. To put this understanding to practice is to utilize Tai-Chi, the Small Universe practice and most importantly the full-lotus. Now to answer the question that I previously answered indirectly but was not understood: Do I "endorse" Mantak Chia's statement that Taoist paranormal healing compliments the advances in technology. I neither endorse nor reject it because my masters thesis makes the same argument: the convergence of nonwestern paranormal healing, modelled by harmonics with the cutting edge of technology: quantum chaos. What my more recent and more radical blogbook shows is that the progression of quantum chaos science causes increased DISHARMONY because of this "rotten root" in the foundation of the logic -- the concept that we can "contain" infinity through symmetrical geometry, using phonetic logic, with it's origins in the "symbolic revolution" of plow-based BRAHMIN or GOD (from the Indo-European word GOTT meaning BULL) farming. Again the concept that we can "contain" infinity through the "symmetrical" symbol of the Tai-Chi or Two-beings is WRONG. So while the two go in opposite directions (logarithmic-based science and complimentary opposite-based paranormal healing) they still meet "back" in the female formless awareness. Science states that Nature is asymmetric while math is symmetrical while nonwestern paranormal healing states that Nature is harmony (beyond symmetry or asymmetry) while the means to understand this is asymmetric resonance or complimentary opposites. The problem is that science is a byproduct of Nature with science based on the illusion of symmetry (in contrast to Nature) which in turn creates disharmony, as a repressed psychological progression. When I state Nature I mean FEMALE FORMLESS AWARENESS as "eternal nature." Science is driven by DESIRE and therefore Swami Vivekananda, the yogi and Freemason, was correct when he called science: The External Path. Science is tantra because technology is dirty, lowly and based on improper logic yet it "works" through the commodity fetish. Science is not based on direct inference or direct perception but instead on indirect and incomplete "proof by contradiction" through empirical deduction, a contrived "dualistic" logic that "contains" infinity. The book I referred to edited by Mike Davis is called "Evil Paradises" published by New Press, NOT Verso. The chapter I referred to on the new trend of chic monastery retreats - booked a year in advance with posh, organic settings is by Professor Sara Lipton who specializes in the very issue I focused on in my post: Sara Lipton, Associate Professor Ph.D., Yale University, 1991 Research Interests: My work focuses on religious identity and experience, Jewish-Christian relations, and art and culture in the high Middle Ages (11th-14th centuries). Left-brain logic uses "tense logic" for time paradoxes but without those further attempts to "contain" infinity left-brain logic just does away with time altogether. What this leads to is the current neuroscience obsession with mirror neurons in Broca's Area -- the left-brain language cult. Mirror neurons argue that language is intrinsicly linked to gestures of other people that are then imitated by the person -- with the right-hand being dominant. So gesture and vocalization are tied together. BTW Stan Gooch's letter arrived last night and his new book is to be published next May: The Neanderthal Legacy: Our genetic and cultural heritage. Neanderthal's may have talked but they didn't have a right-angled throat, like humans -- and I've stated before this is the first geometric "containment" of infinity through left-brain language dominance. Primates, besides humans, use ANALOG communication which in fact, as sound DIVERGES as continuity -- diverges to FEMALE FORMLESS AWARENESS. The Wen-Tzu is considered Lao Tzu's companion book to the Tao Te Ching and the Wen-Tzu states: "THE SUBSTANCE OF THE TAO IS NON-BEING." Again the Tao is not any "two-being" as a symbol. This isn't not "conceptual" as some might contend -- rather if you can't sit in full-lotus for two hours straight with the yin-yang energy freely cycling so that you can see light around people, created from electromagnetic bliss -- then you have not understood the Tao.

If you're getting the runs so much I'd try eating more fiber and maybe some anti-bacterial food like raw garlic. The small universe or "microcosmic orbit" is the foundation practice as featured in the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality." The key is the alchemical process: blissful heat, electromagnetic fields, then light. So full-lotus is too painful at first to achieve this process which is really just harmonics based on resonating with female formless awareness. So I'd definitely work on the small universe practice until you achieve this alchemical process and then the full-lotus will be a natural extension of the practice.

That's a great question. First of all the historical christ is a fiction -- from my research. Now this seems to be information that immediately triggers strong negative reactions from the typical Westerner. Nevertheless it's a crucial insight concerning how the Holy Roman Empire attacked the true ascetics that were the early Christian Bishops -- people who realized that transformation of the body was necessary -- and instead replaced them with political lackeys who rely on psychological manipulation -- even if they have the best of intentions. The person I trained under believes in a historical Christ and he goes to church every Sunday. In the spirit of free information exchange I mailed qigong master Chunyi Lin a copy of "The Christ Conspiracy" by Acharya S. Her next book: "The Suns of God" is even better. Anyway qigong master Chunyi Lin obviously does very advanced healing while just going into the emptiness at a moment's notice -- he can do long-distance healing right in front of the class. But he also sits in full-lotus at least 4 hours a day and he fasts one day a week and then eats just one small vegetarian meal once a day the rest of the week. He sleeps just about 4 hours a night. Qigong master Chunyi Lin has Christ-like abilities. He went 40 days in full-lotus with no food, no water and no sleep. He has healed paralysis, deafness, late-term cancer and he even transformed water into wine (or at least turned his wine into water while doubling the alcohol content of his friend's 6 bottles of wine -- a sure way to win any drinking contest!). haha. I would say the best description of qigong Master Chunyi Lin's abilities is the book "Opening the Dragon Gate." -- what the book describes is very very similar to what qigong master Chunyi Lin practices and how he trained. Qigong master Chunyi Lin stated he met Lao Tzu as a physical person and also he levitated 9 feet, spiralling up -- WHILE IN FULL-LOTUS. The Opening the Dragon Gate book also details how the Taoist Master sits in full-lotus every night for at least 4 hours. I don't think full-lotus is necessary but in contrast you'd have to lots of solitude -- as did the real shape-shifters of the Bushmen culture. The traditional trance healers always had one person who was the leader in abilities and the rest of the group was afraid of him -- because he could do long distance energy transformation and shape-shift. He did this though through isolation -- long periods in training on his own. If he does long distance healing in a group then he needs the help of others to watch over his body as he lies down on the ground -- and most likely they give him energy as well. Awareness is the language or images or other internal sensations that enable us to comprehend the emptiness which is pure consciousness aka female formless awareness. The energy starts as yin or electrochemical energy which turns into blissful heat when it's ionized. This yin energy must be further ionized (by the ultrasound harmonics resonating from listening to the source of our language) so that yang electromagnetic fields are created aka chi. When the chi gets strong enough (this process is accomplished by combining simple standing exercises with the small universe exercise and with "self-concentration" meditation) then the electromagnetic fields enable the pineal gland to create light which can be projected and seen outside of the practitioner. That's the opening of the third eye process. Before the third eye opens a person will have strong electromagnetic fields filling up their body so that full-lotus is easy, so that telepathy and telekinesis are achieved along with precognition. What happens is that this yang energy is sucked in by yin sources outside of the body -- usually females, but not necessarily. A person with strong yang energy will be tempted to use the energy as powers (telekinesis, telepathy, healing, etc.) and also the people with strong yin energy will want the love energy and because of this it's very difficult to FULLY open the third eye (called "stabilization" by Master Nan, Huai-chin). So having a teacher to transmit the energy into the third eye enables a student to still have a permanent magnetized bliss in the pineal gland which enables the body's energy channels to be opened up again. When sitting in full-lotus the energy builds up and the right-side vagus nerve transduces the electrochemical lower emotions (sadness, worry, fear, anger, lust) into bliss or love yang light energy which is then shot out of the pineal gland, as directed by the eyes. The pressure of the full-lotus then, like a vortex, sucks up the lower emotion yin energy outside of the body -- creating a cyclic exchange whereby the person in full-lotus shoots out bliss-light while taking in lust, fear, anger, sadness, and worry. This is the "O at a D" mutual climax process creating an internal climax while in full-lotus -- shooting the emission up the spine where it's ionized in the brain. What enables this complimentary opposite harmonics to occur is the female formless awareness. If there's strong enough yin energy sources around then this enables a person in full-lotus to not need food because the lower emotions serve as preferable electrochemical energy. You need about 10 to 15 internal climaxes a day to not be hungry while in full-lotus. People have extra energy in their bodies but it gets stored as disharmony, creating disease -- so the full-lotus around other people just takes in their extra disharmonic energy and then shoots back harmonized love-light energy. The yin energy is strongly attracted to the yang energy that develops while sitting in full-lotus. If a person eats normal food in this process it also gets transduced by the vagus nerve and then the anerobic bacteria goes up the brain, along with the serotonin, melatonin and oxytocin, etc. Normally these hormones can not pass the blood-brain barrier but they are ionized by the ultrasound created by the trance-full-lotus harmonics. So after emotions, nutrition is the second cause of blockages and the full-lotus person essentially has switched to a free energy system, not needing food. I eat food anyway and I'm still working on the nutrition bit -- using tea tree oil and peppermint, etc. Sometimes I run out of peppermint or use too much garlic, etc. Also since I eat meat this makes more nutritional blockages -- so diet is kind of a pain. The food is extra energy that most be transduced and shot out of the body as yang energy or otherwise it might turn into water, draining as an emission. As long as I regulate food (about a meal a day) plus make sure to shoot yang bliss-light out of the third eye, then there is no loss of seminal fluid. This means that my lower emotions (and those around me) are being cycled into love-light. Also as you build up the energy again the body fills with electromagnetic fields which people will want even more than the electrochemical bliss -- and also their reactions will be stronger since you'll be harmonizing deeper blockages. This can actually be dangerous -- not just strange, as is the cause with the cycling of bliss-light. As for males and yin energy -- I recommend reading how Gurdjieff explains Number One and Number Two people in the book on his philosophy -- "In Search of the Miraculous." Basically Number One people are perverts who consciously have their awareness focused in the sex center or their instinctual center -- the tailbone chakra -- and then act as parasites to suck off other peoples' energy -- without giving anything back. The reaction I have with these type of males is usually lust on their part which means they are attracted to me, and aggressively hit on me, but then assume that I don't know they are doing this because they try to hide their actions with lies. Then when I don't respond or don't look at them (thereby making it harder for them to suck off my energy) and they enquire further or take stronger action and then find out my energy is harmonized (sending out bliss-light -- not lust) -- the reaction is fear. In other words the male pervert trys to suck me off, transducing my bliss-light back into water as seminal fluid, but if I sit in full-lotus this is impossible for them to do. Then when I don't use my energy to express anger as I should, since they realize I know that they are hitting in me, their reaction after they get over the fear, is to use anger against me (as a way to cover up their previous lustful actions) in a new level of psychological denial about their true motivations. Then the cycle returns to self-gratifying lust on their part -- which they are actually controlled by -- it's an addiction usually due to abuse in their youth -- pain that they can't heal yet. That's a deep blockage that would take strong electromagnetic fields to undo.

OK Qigong master Chunyi Lin teaches that the simplest is the most powerful and that all is needed is to use your consciousness to go into the emptiness. Then he teaches the 4 basic components: sound, mind, posture, breath. Qigong Master Chunyi Lin states that the "small universe" excerise is the foundation practice and that the full-lotus for 20 minutes is worth 4 hours of any other exercise. Anyway for a while I pondered the difference between consciousness and emptiness because qigong Master Chunyi Lin teaches that the sine-wave line in the center of the Tai-Chi symbol is the consciousness while the circle is the emptiness and then there's the yin-yang symbols within the circle. So I realized that consciousness utilizes the complementary opposite harmonics to go into the emptiness -- they are not the same thing. Consciousness is focusing the sound which resonates as the 1:2 ratio with 2:3 as yang and 3:4 as yin, but the source of the 1, the male principle as consciousness, is female emptiness as the complementary opposite, just like yin and yang. He teaches that philosophy in his level III class and said that this was a big discovery for him that consciousness is what unites all the elements made up of yin and yang. So we can say that consciousness is the SOURCE of the sound in our heads -- listening to the source of the ONE or the source of the I-thought.

There's really nothing to grasp -- just a lot to unlearn I would say. For example when I choose to listen to music I choose nonwestern music -- because western tuning promotes materialistic nostalgia, a disempowering passivity. Or else I listen to syncopated music -- blues, R and B, hip-hop, etc. The whole harmonics analysis is very abstract and left-brain but the key is learning from experience which really just happens from practice. Quantum mechanics is completely dependent on the technology which is destroying ecology and traditional nonwestern cultures. There's a lot of "oohs and awes" about quantum mechanics and relativity -- and philosophically it is interesting -- but they're both just an extension of logarithmic-based or "divide and average"-based mathematics. It's rare to find a person who can transmit the complimentary opposite energy and without this help it's difficult for a person to create strong electromagnetic (yang) fields on their own.
