Secrets of Female Formless Awareness
voidisyinyang replied to voidisyinyang's topic in General Discussion
Iron is the final state of matter before gravity takes over to create black holes but all this science is based on VISUAL observation using geometry. Meditation relies on LISTENING which is not limited by the speed of light as a constant, so that consciousness can be resonated when mass is zero -- due to proper complimentary opposite waveform. In other words light as speed is based on time as a symmetric-based parameter but sound as speed uses time as complimentary opposites. For this reason the scale in sound is intuitive relying on only the complimentary opposite harmonics -- with the central use of sound being to create energy beyond sound. So traditional Chinese music relied on timbre -- using silk strings. The piano is a percussion instrument -- the sound should be syncopated more than anything and the scale should NOT rely on any type of logarithmic or symmetric measurement (like even the diatonic scale using 5/4 and 9/8). So the range of the piano does not enable a consistent scale tuning since the octaves and fifths would overlap -- which is why equal-tempered tuning was created in the first place, so that polyphonic key changes could take place, forever damning the secret meaning of sound. As for electrochemical energy -- food goes to your head while in full-lotus and the vagus nerve secretes acid, so an alkaline, light diet is the best. I ignore this so I take tea tree oil as an antiseptic and also garlic to kill off the anerobic bacteria and then use Dr. Ken's peppermint strips to cover up the garlic and tea tree oil smell. I wear a scarf around my neck so that the right side of my neck pulsating as I shoot yang energy out of my third eye is not too noticeable and yes I do this while typing, right now for example. I live in Minnesota which is kind of the Tibet of the U.S. -- Tibet, a place where even Buddhists eat meat! haha. Thursday night I sat in full-lotus for 12 hours straight while doing an all night data entry shift at work -- no caffeine necessary!! haha. So I just absorbed the yang energy back into my body -- bouncing off the computer I guess. haha. I was reading a pretty good book on Vodun last night -- published by City Lights. The Egyptians, like the Taoists, believe in a corporeal and an incorporeal soul. The incorporeal soul is the electrochemical light energy that stays with the body after death, feeding on the decaying rot. Egypt got it's alchemical practice from Ethiopia which got it from the Bushmen. After Egypt got alchemy then the Egyptian teaching spread back to West Africa and on to Haiti, although the matrilineal Bantu had already practiced alchemy from the Bushmen. The Bushmen culture has been documented going back to 80,000 BCE, a time when humans basically still used the cutting "hand axe" -- more likely a throwing weapon, according to Professor William Calvin. In other words the technology used at the start of Bushmen culture was the same, unchanged technology that remained with humans -- as hominids -- for 2.5 million years. The use of language is really for property rights, through extended hunting ranges in hierarchical niches. The Bushmen culture preserved a prelinguistic knowledge that enables superliminial communication because it relies on the source of sound in the brain -- not on the modern means of measuring light using geometry. Complimentary opposite harmonics subverts the property rights of monogamous-based nuclear families with the extended hierarchical networks. This practice subverts even homo erectus culture, as detailed in "The NonLocal Universe" by Professors Nadeau and Kafatos (Oxford U Press) (Homo Erectus did not have sexual dimorpohism, and therefore relied on monogamy, like gibbons). Just as bacteria freely exchange DNA fragments and more importantly regulate the gas levels of earth to maintain temperature equilibrium, despite a 50% reduction in past solar energy levels, so too does complimentary opposite harmonics bypass the anthropocentric means of solar-based technology. The incorporeal soul will remain feeding off the decaying flesh of humans so that earth will be in harmony. -
I like Nancy Chen's translation even though she doesn't use it as a meditation book, rather just a philosophy text. She's cool.

Yeah the unfortunate truth is that 99% of males can't control the lower half of their body! haha. I remembered "Yi" as being actually from the kidney energy -- or will power. I googled "yi is kidney energy" and the top post was from taobums just about a year ago -- jan. 11th: A Daoist saying refering to immortality, is when Shen falls in love with Jing. Here the spirit falls in love with body and will not leave. Otherwise they separate and that's it - game over. Thus, to demonstrate this concept of health and vitality in the body, the Tai Ji Tu should have the Yang side below and the Yin side up. Here Yang lifts Yin and keeps the body healthy. When yin settles and yang rises up and away, Shen and Jing separate. "Kidney water reverses its course." In this case, as that thread translates the Chinese, shen is associated with yi and when it falls in love with jing that means rising the kidney energy. The full-lotus is the best means to do this for males -- or else the will power is dissipated as fluid. Once the third eye is open then the energy just flows omnidirectional -- the 4 directions plus space and time bending for a total of 6 directions or really no direction at all -- the female formless awareness is the "ally ally in come free." But the "yi" as shen is directed through the eyes so that if you point your head down towards your hands you bounce the yang energy back into the yin of your body to build up your own energy. That's while meditating. That's the focus of my "Yan Xin Secret" article at http://mind-energy.net. Otherwise the yang energy shoots out of the eyes, via the third eye, while the yin energy of where the third eye is focused, flows back into the full-lotus. That creates the "O at a D."

I'll be honest: Full-lotus is the only truly effective means for a modern male to successfully sublimate the sexual energy into spiritual power.

In terms of the trinity the closest physical equivalent is the TREE OF ZAQQUM. The Tree of life is the electrochemical energy. The Tree of Knowledge is the electromagnetic energy. The Tree of Zaqqum is the apocalypse through separation of the Tree of Life from the Tree of Knowledge. Full-lotus connects the tree of life to the tree of knowledge so that energy flows freely into the body as yin energy and out of the body as yang energy. That which remains is female formless awareness.

Again with the barrage of yoga as trendy consumerism people think it's some sort of work out or aerobics. In fact true meditation is only after the body is so full of electromagnetic fields that it's like deep sleep -- you don't feel the body at all -- except full of light. Before this happens you can sit in full-lotus at ease, in bliss, for at least two hours straight. Full-lotus is the most direct route but it's just a more intense form of harmonics which can also be practiced as the "small universe" exercise or tai chi standing exercise, etc. In traditional trance dance when true samadhi is achieved -- for spirit travel -- the person falls back onto their back and has to have their body watched over by other healers (who can see inside other bodies for energy blockages). The full-lotus prevents this falling over and has the healing harmonics built in to the form - it's the form of the formless -- so that internal blockages experienced internally as spirit travel can be resolved. It's the power of the body that enables spirit travel and what is experienced is a holographic spacetime projection enfolded within the body as well.

Thanks for the kudos! haha. Well at the beginning of mind yoga you just repeat I-I-I-I over and over -- not as a mantra -- as a logical experiment to see where the source of all your thoughts come from. The mind on it's own is very weak. What this process does is sublimate and transduce the electrochemicals of the body. Sri Ramana Maharshi says to focus your mind on the right side of your heart -- which is the complimentary opposite of the left-brain mind yoga. This practice is supplemented by full-lotus or the small universe, etc. but mind yoga stresses that it is both the process and the goal of meditation -- to eventually kill the mind as it resonates back to it's formless source, which creates light. Most people practicing this do not accept that this involves the heart stopping for 10 minutes and then restarting -- but then, especially in the West, would it be even possible to go public with such a reality? The fact is that the jain saints were those who starved themselves to death, practicing this same mind yoga. They definitely may have misunderstood the practice since conscious resonance beyond the heart-mind enables restarting the body as well. -

The light is created from the pineal gland -- or through it -- as bent from formless awareness. We don't create anything. So Einstein's Twin Paradox states that if in an elevator dropping at the speed of light you appear to be accelerating up while in actually mass is pressing you down or time as light causes space to contract and relative to a twin not travelling at this speed time actually slows down. This is how spacetime is bent but instead of relying on mass as a logarithmic measure you rely on time as a complimentary opposite harmonic using logical inference. One is male but not a number (and therefore the form of the formless or "I am that I am.") The reason one is not a number because the process is something we exist within. We LISTEN to the source of the I-thought or focus on the harmonics of our body -- both resonate energy as complimentary opposites as an eternal process mediated by female formless awareness. As long as our mind exists then we have subconscious desires that are answered for us when we resonate with female formless awareness. The desires are stored in our bodies as intense light (charged with electrochemical energy). Meditation is just the conscious resonance of that which is stored normally subconsciously. The end of this process is also the beginning -- female formless awareness. It can not be resolved through binary based language -- but only as what Gurdjieff calls the Law of Three: yin, yang and female formless awareness (or I (1) AM (2:3:4) that (female formles awareness) I Am). As long as the I-thought exists then karma is created but if we continue to pursue the source of the I-thought then our mind is physically killed, behind our heart, and the mind restarts as now automatically resonating with female formless awareness with every breath. This is what Sri Ramana Maharshi achieved after 9 years of solitude -- it's called the direct path to cut the knot for eternal liberation. It's what shiva does via kali. -
See all that is just electrochemical energy. Female formless awareness is accessed only AFTER the creation of strong electromagnetic fields that then turn into light, bending spacetime. So conceptual knowledge is "48" by Gurdjieff, moving knowledge is "24", electrochemical or sex energy is 12 but must be ionized by ultrasound (the natural harmonics of sound) to create MI 12 or generative force (blissful heat). MI 12 is where most people get and most people end. To achieve hydrogen 6 -- female formless awareness -- requires resonating the M12 energy strong enough through the heart. The full-lotus is the direct route to do this because the 24 or moving energy is neutralized by the 12 energy -- sex energy, through the internal climax created by the full-lotus. That's why I sit in full-lotus at the computer, while reading in restaurants, cafes, the library, at work, etc. Even still my current energy is just yang bliss light -- or the lead of alchemy -- the vitality (electrochemical energy) that is "scattered" or shot of the 3rd eye. To create chi or electromagnetic energy (mercury) is seen as gold (shen or spirit light) in Taoism. It requires focusing the energy inward to build it up -- rejecting the mundane world. That's what's required to open up the third eye initially -- called a gong or 100 days of training or the 3 months in the sacred forest, required by the matrilineal witchcraft training in Africa (or Brazil).

It's definitely correct to store the energy in the lower abdomen but it's silly to say someone is "past the full-lotus stuff." haha. Full-lotus is not a technique but just the complimentary opposite harmonics in action -- in it's most intense action. Qigong master Chunyi Lin states that 20 minutes of full-lotus is worth 4 hours of any other exercise. He spent 40 days in a cave just in full-lotus: no water, no food, no sleep. http://springforestqigong.com or http://learningstrategies.com on spring forest qigong The goal of "supreme complete enlightenment" as described by Master Nan, Huai-chin -- is to turn the whole body back into female formless awareness or "empty awareness" as Master Nan call its. This is the same goal described in "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" trans. by Charles Luk. Master Nan really emphasizes that the body must be transformed and that the full-lotus is the best way to determine if this is happening. The book "Opening the Dragon Gate" also emphasizes the full-lotus for the same reason. Qigong master Chunyi Lin states if you want to see if someone is really a master just see how long they can sit in full-lotus in ease. This makes sense to me. Master Ni -- of L.A. -- states that MOST Taoist practitioners are just stuck in self-help psychology and not really doing much energy transformation. This is obviously very frustrating for someone who can transmit energy and is trying to help others build up their energy systems (unless of course they're getting paid a lot no matter the results!) haha. I can sit in full-lotus indefinitely but only if I'm transmitting and taking in energy -- sending yang energy into females or strong yin sources and then taking in their yin energy. This harmonizes the body energy for healing but it doesn't build up energy. This isn't the same as full-lotus meditation which is best described in my "The Yan Xin Secret" article at http://mind-energy.net -- Yan Xin teaches to bounce the yang light off your palms so it goes back into your belly -- the yin area. This helps to cycle the energy but the full-lotus will cycle the energy on it's own just by sitting with the eyes closed.

Group Re Translation of Taoist Yoga by C. Luk
voidisyinyang replied to mwight's topic in General Discussion
Any mention of Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality is good news to me. I continue to get profound insights from that book. Charles Luk is an amazing translator and this is obvious if you read his other books as well. He's a master of the English language and Chinese meditation philosophy. For example he states, after chapter 10, that it's very tempting to "scatter vitality" through the eyes as what I call "yang bliss light." Or "the O at a D." The book states you can maintain your health this way but that's it -- you won't develop chi. Now I had been thinking that "vitality" meant chi or electromagnetic energy. But I glanced at my notes I have posted on my wall and realized "vitality" means "lead" or jing -- electrochemical energy. So vitality is indeed the "bliss" light as I had been calling it. Chi is mercury. In fact the previous translation error I thought I had discovered (the difference between dragon and tiger) turned out to just be a misunderstanding on my part. I assure you that the book is really complex -- for example the difference between yang spirit, yin spirit and essential nature. If you cross reference the meanings it all pans out. The book ends by stating "scatter vitality" across the universe. This is immortality. It also lines up with Tsung Tsai's meaning of the "diamond body" -- which is a combination of crystallized blood and semen left in the cremated remains of a master. So again scattering the vitality would appear to refer to the life force. As the alchemists state the process begins and ends with jing. -
A great way to see if your bonkers or not is to just sit in full-lotus. If you can sit in full-lotus over two hours straight with no pain then your chakras are pretty well open. If you read "Opening the Dragon Gate" he starts out with the goal of 4 hours straight. His teachers actually tie him down to get through the pain. haha.

Greg: I agree that time is the fundamental issue but what the West needs to realize is the ability for the future to be perceived in the present, as a vision that is "more real" than typical modern waking state. The past is also stored as an emotional or electochemical function of time - a holograph - which can also be changed. I've been researching this issue a lot lately, on a forum that has had lots of enquiries about my "psychic music" analysis. Essentially time in the West, since Plato, has been defined geometrically as a "postive coupling" using symmetric-based logic. This started with Archytas but was picked up again by Descartes, Galileo and Newton whereby time was defined as speed. So twice the time meant twice the speed. This is exactly the opposite of how time was measured in nonwestern logic. Before Plato time was measured as the INVERSE ratio of distance -- not a "positive coupling." So if a distance is twice as long the speed as frequency is half as much. So twice the frequency is 1/2 the distance for a distance or vibrating string length of 1. This is called the "law of Pythagoras" and is expressed as the diverging harmonic series. Anyway to achieve a "positive coupling" of time, the West needs to rely on logarithmic-based math, using a "one-to-one correspondence" of letter, as geometry (side and area) to number as distance length. This is the commutative principle. The positive coupling is achieved using weights as tension so that 4 times the weight, as distance, equals twice the frequency or speed -- the inverse square law. This meant that momentum could be changed to mass as a constant by Newton but then Einstein showed that at high frequencies (speed of light) the mass changes back into momentum. Einstein still relies on symmetric-based measurement of time but the original "inverse ratio" of distance and frequency was based on complementary opposites, not a "one-to-one correspondance" or the commutative principle. The complementary opposites shows up again in quantum physics, not just in the Uncertainty Principle, (whereby momentum times position does not equal position times momentum) but also in the Time-Frequency Uncertainty Priniciple. The Time-Frequency Uncertainty Principle is essentially a restatement of the original "inverse ratio" Law of Pythagoras -- as the frequency increases the amplitude spreads across the whole energy spectrum. But, again, this "uncertainty" is statistical and relies on a symmetrical analysis, using "divide and average" math. In contrast nonwestern harmonics uses inverse induction logic stating that the frequency of the harmonic series as the octave or 1/2 and the perfect fifth 2/3 and its complementary opposite perfect fourth or 3/4, continue to resonate through the whole energy spectrum, precisely because they are asymmetric. 2/3 is yang and 3/4 is yin in Taoist alchemy. The logic is pure inference which means that we can infer that the source of the original or fundamental frequency is pure consciousness -- beyond space and beyond time -- and this consciousness is actually female, because it's the complimentary opposite source of one or the source of the I-thought. 2/3 and 3/4 is expressed as inherent attraction because of the asymmetry. With practice of this knowledge, through ancient exercises utilizing the complimentary harmonics of the body aka the small universe exercise and the full-lotus, etc., then a trance vision is experience which actually is precognition. There is also an immediate translation of information through electromagnetic fields processed in through the pineal gland -- creating telepathy and telekinesis, as the expression of these harmonics. Position paper #34 abstract of the Minnesota-based Center for Reichian Crypto-Anthropology, anti-copyright.

OK well let's start with the second question which I didn't answer: Original Sin -- where does it come from. You'd have to read my blogbook http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com -- but basically "sin" is the Sumerian moon god transformed into divide and average ratios. Well it's an older problem than that --- Jacques Cauvin calls it the "symbolic revolution" of around 10,000 BCE. Essentially rectilinear "divide and average" abstract art was a philosophical revolution FIRST which then launched plow-based agriculture and rectilinear housing, thereby destroying all circular housing that up till then had been the necessary symbol for lunar, female power. As the Chinese used to say: Don't Disturb the Earth Dragon (got that from Harry Franck's "Roaming Across Southern China," an excellent 1920s on-the-ground analysis. Anyway that new "anti-matter" online zine has excerpts of Kingsley's REALITY -- it's on http://peterkingsley.com -- in the articles site. He trashes Plato. What he says on Gorgias is excellent as well. I had to read Gorgias before I visited St. Johns College, a "Great Books" school in Santa Fe requiring ancient Greek study. My tour for several days was led by this Roma female -- a big boned Gypsy. haha. It's not just that current commentators are wrong but that everyone's been wrong since Plato and Aristotle. As for Archytas -- well the whole "thrust" of my earlier article -- "Secrets of the Greek Freemasonic Miracle", chapter 4 of http://mothershiplanding.blogspot.com is that the top Western mathematicians have tried but failed to figure out how Archytas used music ratios. Up till now the proof for Archytas' doubling of the cube relies on pure geometry -- even when applied to the music scale, using Euclidian similar triangles. There's one online article showing this application of Euclidian triangles to the music scale for doubling the cube, but the article assumes the value of the root of five, without showing how to solve for the root of five, which relies on the square root of two. Typical circular mathematic reasoning -- huge wholes in it! haha. What my research shows is the connection to Archytas' use of the Babylonian equation for harmonics, again using "divide and average" logarithmics. As my article states the Secret of the Greek Freemasonic Miracle is: 1:5/4::8/5:2. That's the music ratio, 1:Major Third::Minor Sixth:Octave, solution for doubling the cube. Now Simon Stevin blatantly stated fuck the perfect fifths foundation for overtones -- which Archytas was still using, as 5:4 is just 10:8 from 9:8 as 3:2 squared, divided by two. So Simon Stevin continues Archytas' original sin -- the bait and switch of complementary opposite harmonics (whereby lunar and solar resonate back to female formless awareness) and doesn't state how Archtyas first justified using the square root of two. This jump in logic has been conveniently ignored by music theorists, up till my research. So I'd like to think I'm on par with Kingsley in a way - I was a philosophy major declaration when I started at Hampshire College -- my advisor was a Kenyan expert in Heidegger. I decided against St. John's because it didn't seem relevant to practical problem solving (i.e. radical progressive activism which I focused on with real public results). So it's highly ironic that my research naturally led me back to Gorgias, Plato, etc. As for seeing auras -- When I sit in full-lotus enough, taking in the yin electrochemical energy, transducing it through the lower emotion vortex (anger, lust, fear, sadness, worry) into bliss-light yang energy, and then shooting it back to the source of the yin energy -- then I see white light around peoples' heads. So a couple nights ago I was explaining this to a 20 year old Egyptian-American who works at the local Rotisseria where they've let me read while sitting in full-lotus. We had been discussing the Koran, why I don't take sugar in my tea, how my body is really sensitive to nutrition, Ramadan, full-lotus posture, soccer, etc. So I showed him the vagus nerve pulsations as this seems to convince people readily that the full-lotus is not just a flexibility issue. Then he wanted to know more so I told him about qigong master Chunyi Lin -- justing calling him this Chinese teacher. I explained to him "bigu" and my own experience in going 8 days on only half a glass of water while doing alchemy. He seemed very interested in alchemy since the word comes from Egyptian arabic. Anyway then I explained the above process to him and shot energy at him, while telling him I was doing so. He just let me do this -- looking into his eyes, my vagus nerve pulsating, while I sat in full-lotus, directly across from him. Then I said -- see now I can see white light around your head -- but all of this is meditated by consciousness -- everything is consciousness. Then he had a customer to attend to. haha.

The weird thing about the full-lotus is that it relies on electrochemical transduction -- transforming the lower emotions: fear, sadness, worry, overexcitement and anger -- into bliss-light. So I was just in McDonalds sitting in full-lotus. It's where I had my first "O at a D" by accident about a year ago. I sit with a friend of mine who is this obese bookstore worker, older guy, about 60 or so. He gets really afraid of the full-lotus because it creates this trance state of mind that induces staring on my part. I have to stare at him to shoot energy into him to transform his fear. haha. That's really all it's about -- people will react to the full-lotus 3rd Eye trance -- the bliss-light shot of the eyes -- with usually lust (overexcitement) but sometimes fear, anger, sadness or worry. It someone's a healthy well balanced person then their lower emotions quickly are transduced from overexcitement -- sucked into the full-lotus 3rd eye vortex and shot back out at them as bliss light. So today I sat in full-lotus for two hours straight in this anarchist cafe -- just having O at a Ds with the females in the cafe. Then I went to a Chinese buffet and sat in full-lotus for an hour there, having O at a Ds with the female server. I don't have to stare at someone to transmit the energy but it does direct the energy. Usually this depends on a person's reaction. Most females quickly pick up on the bliss-light energy and then position themselves to best absorb the energy -- in line with my full-lotus gaze. Of course this is body language and it depends on who else is around, making it all rather contextual and complex. Sometimes females will stare at me if I'm not staring at them (so that they are sucking up my bliss-light, instead of me shooting it out), or they will use sounds to redirect my attention at them. It's all subtle body language -- usually back side displays, or whatever. If my energy is not that strong or their energy is not that strong to suck up my energy then sometimes they may react with fear or anger. The only answer to this is just keep sitting in full-lotus and the lower emtions transduce back into bliss-light. As I've stated I can sit in full-lotus indefinitely -- today about 5 hours thus far -- just by having a yin source to suck up my yang bliss-light, thereby pulling up my yin energy (causing a mutual climax) and also sucking up further yin energy. It's an impersonal process and again after about 5 "O at a Ds" with an individual then real love is experienced. So this is an intense process -- even dangerous I would say. The biggest danger is that most males have a "chimp" mentality -- a territoriality -- where they get pissed off if females are not attracted to them or if they don't know how to attract females, therefore projecting their anger, fear, etc. about the full-lotus 3rd Eye bliss-light. Females also assimilate this territorial mentality considering themselves to be property, etc. Again all that can be done is to shoot energy into the males as well. The energy will be exchanged whether it's directed through my eyes or not -- you just sit in full-lotus and the 3rd Eye energy is omnidirectional, even bending space-time. The female formless awareness is our true natural foundation of reality.
-
I just sleep in regular full-lotus! haha. Only naps though. Sleep though is not the goal nor any physical feats. Qigong master Chunyi Lin went 40 days in full-lotus: no sleep, no water, no food. The goal is spirit travel and energy transformation so that "supreme complete enlightenment" is achieved -- turning the whole body back into consciousness. Full-lotus just works by itself, through harmonics. I rely on it as much as possible. I don't keep track how long I sit -- it's a preventative, all purpose, life-saver. Cafes, restaurants, libraries, work, reading at home, etc. That leaves biking and sleeping pretty much. I used to sit in full-lotus even on the can but there's not a lot of space in my bathroom. haha.
-
Yeah last night my Egyptian acquaintance tried to sit in full-lotus. He thought he could do it on the ground but not on the chair, as I was doing (in his restaurant). I told him I got this starting from soccer which he plays a lot. He said the "butterfly stretch" does that but he thought I had my feet under my thighs, not on top. He couldn't even sit with his legs crossed underneath, while on a chair - which makes sense since there would be less balance. I would say the http://springforestqigong.com exercies are ideal -- the standing active exercises, the small universe in a chair, and then self-concentration (half or full-lotus). For example the Ch'an monks alternate standing exercise with full-lotus. I still do this when I want to do deeper meditation at home -- when I'm building up my energy internally and not just cycling the 3rd eye energy externally while at full-lotus in public. When the legs really hurt from full-lotus you just stand while meditating -- doing simple tai chi moves. Then the energy opens up the leg channels and you can enjoy full-lotus again. Keeping the eyes closed helps a lot to build up the energy internally.

Yeah that's a fascinating report! Sound is the expression of the kidney or generative force energy. So ringing in the ear is the kidney energy. Traditionally before spacetime travel it's heard as the hissing of a snake. I haven't really noticed this that I can remember but definitely the high overtones start to become very noticeable. Also, curiously, whites have less neuromelanin in their inner ear and therefore have less tolerance for sound amplitude. Melanin is a heavy metal sink, attracting the magnetized energy. I discovered this in a masters thesis at the U of MN. So kidney energy is also the fear energy. I call this the fear-ear effect, something I just made up. Oh yeah "FE" is the chemical symbol for iron -- so literally lack of iron-sink power in the ear is the fear-ear.
-
The two main blockages, as qigong master Chunyi Lin teaches, are emotions and nutrition. So for full-lotus I can sit in it indefinitely as long as the emotional energy is flowing in and OUT - If I eat too much food and don't get the energy out of my body then it stays as lower emotional electrochemical energy instead of being "vortexed" into bliss-light. The strong yin energy outside of my body sucks out, and more easily, transduces my food energy, so that the yin energy receives my yang bliss-light. This is real stuff. So if you have say 5 real, what I call "O at a D" -- sending bliss-light into someone which then pulls up my yin electrochemical energy, so that a mutual climax occurs, this creates REAL LOVE. Betrand Russell in his book "Meditation and Logic" (or something close to that) states that meditation is too emotional. Actually this isn't accurate. The bliss-light of the heart is just the "overexcitement" -- the dissipation of "vitality" or chi that the book Taoist Yoga warns about so much. The source of the bliss-light is ESSENTIAL NATURE "behind" the heart-mind -- or female formless awareness. So if too much food is eaten and therefore too much overexcitement is created then this, enabling 5 "O at a Ds" with one individual -- this actually creates a REAL BROKEN HEART. I've gotten this broken heart emotional several times this year. It's deeper than sadness (lung energy). It takes a few days to recover from a broken heart but sometimes this is expressed as real crying in meditation -- it's a cleansing experience actually. The point is that the CORPOREAL SPIRIT -- the element of metal, the lung energy, overcomes sadness only when passion or overexcitement of the heart is subdued. This is the secret of alchemy, detailed again in "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality." Consciousness is beyond all emotion or energy. So we just keep sitting in full-lotus and the true broken heart -- the true deep sadness -- resonates back to it's source. Tsung Tsai talks about this in George Crane's Bones of the Master: A Journey to Secret Mongolia (2000) book. Ch'an master Tsung Tsai says the true role of a Ch'an Master is too work through the deep sadness of the world, to engage with it and transform it.
-
Yeah full-lotus is weird. My friend claimed he did not have the "right body type." That's bogus. Just keep practicing.
-
Yeah that's the TRANSMISSION. Qigong Master Chunyi Lin made my 3rd Eye permanently opened but sticking his finger to my forehead -- after I had done the bigu fast. He had previously tried to open up my 3rd Eye using his 3rd Eye, after he left the room to go into deeper meditation. He didn't tell me and the middle of my brain starting burning up! haha. Too strong. His assistant qigong master Jim Nance did the same thing to me -- after a class one night. The following week he pulled me into the hallway before class: "Did you feel anything?" He didn't say what he was referring to but it clarified the last week's post-class conversation. "I'm going to keep sitting in full-lotus, upstairs." Jim said to me. I answered: "Can I join you?" He says: "Well maybe later on." So I bike home, dumpster dive some bagels, go into full-lotus and my brain starts frying. The center of my brain is so filled with energy that I stopped practicing. I realized it was stronger than my own energy but forgot about it over the week, until Jim pulled me aside at the next class. Without saying what he was referring to, just asking me "Did you feel anything?," I suddenly remembered what had happened after the last class and just looked at him, my eyes aghast! haha.

Each day I start out in half lotus for about 5 minutes. My energy channels are just sort of half open, so I sit in full-lotus as much as possible throughout the day. People think this is meditation which it kind of is, as the full-lotus brings the energy to 3rd eye focus and the vagus nerve starts pulling up the bliss light, shooting it out where I focus my eyes. Actually there is a method to the madness. So "clear light" in Tibetan Buddhism means the same as female formless awareness -- or prajnaparamita, from the Indian sutras. You can't see clear light and it's actually pure female knowledge. The Taoists call this "Wu Chi" -- it can not be visualized and it's modelled through harmonics. No one can know the Tao. Buddha taught that the best method for our age is the "inner ear method." Same thing as Taoism -- you can't visualize female formless awareness but you can listen to it, as the source of time. This meaning is clear in Advaita Vedanta which relies on logical inference (a positive solution that the source of the I-thought IS consciousness, not just something which can not be named or is some paradox). Buddhism relies on "neti, neti" logic or proof by contradiction (just without the algebraic connection to geometry), leaving the source unnameable and also the method harder to model. Time in India is kala but spirals into kali, as female formless awareness. Again this is modeled through complementary opposite harmonics -- shiva-shakti as the source of ohm. The 3 in 1 paradox is based on the simple fact that when we LISTEN this process resonates the electrochemical energy into electromagnetic energy, turning into light, that bends spacetime, back into consciousness. So the one exists but the process to resonate with the source of the one inherently includes body (electrochemical energy), mind (electromagnetic energy) and spirit (light). The one is the source of those three and the one, as female formless awareness, is the only "substance" which does not change.

Well not to rain on the Kunlun parade but true samadhi means you no longer sense your body because it's so full of electromagnetic energy. So any talk about full-lotus in a physical sense is still just at a "beginners" level. This true samadhi -- nirvakalpi samadhi -- is explained in Christopher Isherwood's book on Pantajali's yoga sutra. Or you can read Master Nan, Huai-chin's books which will explain the difference between true samadhi and the physical sensations in detail. As a Monk Master Nan is not allowed to give details of what he experiences while in true samadhi but both he and qigong Master Chunyi Lin have stated you can see the stars during the day. Whether that means you travel into space or not.... Anyway before true samadhi is achieved most modern people (like myself) FALL BACK INTO WORLDLINESS as Master Nan, Huai-chin details -- because of HEROIC OVER-EXUBERANCE to use Master Nan, Huai-chin's words. Before nirvakalpi samadhi is achieved the strong electromagnetic fields emanating from the pineal gland enable telepathy, telekinesis and precognition. I had these abilities in a strong way after doing an 8 day "bigu" training (just half a glass of water and lots of small universe, tai-chi, and full-lotus). Before nirvakalpi samadhi is achieved a vortex of spacetime spins around the body, while in full-lotus. This freaked me out a bit. When a student of Sri Chimnoy asked about this Chimnoy responded: "oh that's just the cosmic energy." But then Peter Kingsley's book "In the Dark Places of Wisdom" details how the ancient Greeks even knew about this necessary vortex experience. http://peterkingsley.com. The best detailed analysis of this training is the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality." Right before true samadhi is achieved "immortal breathing" occurs (chapter 10) -- which is probably the type of breathing referred to in conjunction with the golden Dragon body. I achieved "immortal breathing" for a few days -- during my 8 day bigu training. It's deeper than fetus breathing. Immortal breathing means the main acupressure points of the hands and feet actually transduce oxygen through electromagnetic pulsations while the lungs no longer need to contract. Sri Yuketswar, the guru of Yogananda's "Autiobiography of a Yogi," calls this true samadhi state: BREATHLESS ECSTASY. Have fun grasshoppers.
