I have not "created his own system." I'm against the use of the term "system" for Daoist philosophy. The word system implies a closed geometry model while Daoist alchemy is based on an open time-frequency energy from music harmonics. The problem is that the Westerners tried to rely on Ouspensky who did not understand Gurdjieff: Why do you say the Dantien is the moving centre ? This is not true at all. LA is the alchemical complementary opposite - that is why Westerners don't understand it. So I point out in my article Gurdjieff relied on 5/4 which is the cube root of two based on the symmetric logarithmic math. This is why the Westerners could not understand is explication of alchemy. So "La" is 5/3 which is the complementary opposite of 6/5 (major sixth and minor third) while 5/4 is major third and 8/5 is minor sixth. The problem with this system is it already assumes a symmetric measurement - so the "shocks" lose their complementary opposite meaning.

Gurdjieff states very clearly that the problem with the West is that the sex energy remains undeveloped – and clearly Christianity doesn’t develop the sex energy (not CONSCIOUSLY that is). Most people consider Gurdjieff a Sufi but he stated that he relied on Pythagorean teachings—the original gnostic Logos of the Bible. The Logos goes back to the time of tantra in Buddhism and in fact Gurdjieff’s teaching is most closely related to mahayana buddhism, as detailed in Professor and yoga master Nan, Huai-chin’s books (best-sellers in Asia, but unknown in the West, precisely because Nan focuses on grounding the energy in the body, instead of relying on mind yoga). The connection between the Taoist lower tan tien – or what Gurdjieff called the Moving Center – and the Intellectual Center (the upper tan tien, the brain) is the middle tan tien or the Emotional Center (the heart). What happens is that the heart emotion is over-excitement as the alchemical transformation of sex energy – and the love energy is shot out of the eyes as love-light. That’s how tantra works—you shoot the heart energy out of the eyes, through the pineal gland, but at the same time you take in the Moving center energy from where you shot the Love energy. It’s just yin-yang or negative-postive harmonics. As Gurdjieff states, the Moving Center is NEUTRALIZED or grounded by the sex energy and this is why it’s so important to develop the sex center. It’s detailed how Gurdjieff also practiced what I call “O at a D” – in Colin Wilson’s book The Occult. So in Taoism the meditation practice always focuses on the lower tan tien – in order to take the electromagnetic love energy of the heart-mind – and ground it in the stomach (so that the energy doesn’t just stay at the electrochemical level of over-excitement). But this grounding also entails replacing the moving energy with the love energy – and this is why Gurdjieff always ate very little food. That was his tantric secret. I assure you that the western diet is totally against alchemy (whether it’s lack of omega-3, too much omega-6 or sugar and salt, etc.) Gurdjieff practiced what in Taoism is called a “modified bigu” diet. Ramana Maharshi, for example, insists that even mind yoga, what he teaches, must rely on vegetarianism. So anyway as the heart energy increases then the higher emotional consciousness is achieved – but only when this is grounded in the stomach – through pure logic as the source of the I-thought – will Higher Intelligence be achieved (what’s called Nirvikalpi Samadhi or the Emptiness in Taoism). yes for the "three gunas" - I have the specific references proving my point - in my link below. I will get them for you. But it is very simple - it is Raja as 3/2, Perfect Fifth, and Tamas as 4/3, perfect Fourth and Sattva as the octave 1/2. That's it: Yang is 3/2, Perfect Fifth and Yin is 4/3 Perfect Fourth and Emptiness is the octave as 1/2. Now why do Westerners not understand this? the ratios that Gurdjieff used actually were from Philolaus who lied with his Lyre - he flipped the Lyre around and used a double octave. So he tried to cover up the changing of the One. The "one" changes as eternal interdependent origination - as Buddhism calls it - or rather as eternal motion that is harmonic in time-frequency (not a closed spatial measurement). So the Chinese Daoist tuning is based on pitch pipes (not strings that are contained spatial measurement). In the West - this pitch pipe tuning also existed in West Asia but with the switch from Dionysus (Lunar) to Apollo (Solar) then the switch was from the pitch pipe to the Lyre (harp). So then the basic issue is this. The 2/3 is the Perfect Fifth as Yang but it is different geometric ratios so it is C to F as 2/3 subharmonic but it is also 3/2 as C to G (overtone harmonic). This means that the future and the past overlap at the same time! Western science calls this noncommutative phase and it is relativistic quantum unified field science. So what was very simple in ancient times is only now being rediscovered as the greatest cutting edge science. But with this caveat - up till now "symmetric" math based on the wrong music harmonics "worked" (meaning it enabled very "powerful" and "precise" technology to "conquer" Nature and other cultures - at the expense of creating a huge black spirit low frequency "entropy" on Earth - the externalized byproduct of the wrong music harmonics. So take for example the small universe meditation in Daoist Neidan. It is 12 harmonic nodes - and it alternates as yin and yang - and this is actually the Perfect Fifth and Perfect Fourth alternating. this is Daoist music harmonics as alchemy. This is what Gurdjieff called the "circulation of energy" meditation based on OM. I have the details again in my training pdf. So in nonwestern music harmonics it is emphasized that the relation of the Perfect Fifth changes based on the relation to the One as the root tonic. Western "science" tries to cover this up and then calls it "time-frequency uncertainty." So in music theory - this is called the Ghost Tonic - since 4/3 can not be the harmonic ratio since 3 as the denominator is not the same octave harmonic to the 1. Since 2 does not go into 3 then there can not be a symmetric math based on logarithms. But that is what the West did - it LIED by flipping the Lyre around. So then by changing the One - you get 0 to 8 using 6/8 as 3/4 for the 4/3 to now become GEOMETRIC MAGNITUDE so you can "add" the 3/2 of 8/12 (wavelength and frequency are inverse ratios) with the 4/3 (while covering up the fact that the 4/3 is from 0 to 8 as a different ONE. I have the details on my blog - that as the original "bait and switch" that lies about the noncommutative phase source of the music harmonics and turns it into a visual geometric magnitude to create the Greek Miracle of irrational magnitude aka ALOGON that Islam math called the Surd (literally meaning not able to hear). So the Logos was originally Pythagorean alchemy meditation as 1:2:3:4 - the Tetrakytus. It got changed into Alogon as the "greek miracle" of Western science promoted by Plato. This was very precise but not accurate. It took Louis de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony to realize the logical conclusion of symmetric math (relativity) clashed with quantum physics empirical truth of energy as frequency - since as a particle goes to the speed of light it's frequency increases but also its time increases due to relativity. But from Pythagoras - frequency is inverse to time. So de Broglie realized there HAS to be a 2nd time clock from the future that is non-local with the past - and harmonizes the phase. That was in the 1920s - and he predicted the electron then has to have a non-local phase that would show up in a quantum diffraction experiment (the double slit experiment). He got the Nobel Prize for this and to this day scientists are still "debating" the double slit experiment but Yakir Aharonov has now proven empirically that this non-local reality is demonstrable in the laboratory.

So the image I posted above is from Chunyi Lin teaching "The Simplest is the Most powerful" and to "use your consciousness to go into the Emptiness." That is what he taught in 2000 at the Level 3 retreat I attended. Like yourself, I had read Ramana Maharshi. So when I heard that from Chunyi then I wondered why is consciousness "different" than emptiness? What does that mean? I then began studying to answer this basic question. I read one scholarly book a day for 10 years - after I finished my master's degree in 2000. To finish my master's degree I did intensive qigong training from Chunyi Lin of http://springforestqigong.com He said I had an "enlightenment experience." I saw ghosts, and I smell cancer - nonlocally - and I did lots of strong healing. But as he also said, "you mind is confused." Why? Again it was because I did not understand the answer to that basic question above - why is the "consciousness" different than the "emptiness." Westerners learn "nondualism" from studying Ramana Maharshi and actually get confused. Why? Because Western logic is based on symmetry. So instead of focusing on the "problem" - I will now focus on the solution. What Ramana Maharshi actually taught was to repeat the I-thought not as a mantra but as logical inference. So repeat I-I-I-I-I and if any other thought arises then just ask logically what is the source of that thought? It is the I-thought, so keep repeating I-I-I-I. Then after a while the I-thought "congeals." But that is just the start of the practice. Ramana Maharshi then said to visualize light on the right side of the heart and he called the right side of the heart the "secret pinhole" to "formless awareness." OK so now this is where Westerners get confused about the teaching of Ramana Maharshi. His main student, H.W.L. Poonja or Poonjaji actually said that most Westerners would go to India to study with him but the males and females would end up "shaking up" for sex. Whereas serious advaita vedanta training requires celibacy. In fact Ramana Maharshi said first you need to be vegetarian since a weak body enables a strong mind. But his early book - the 1947 edition of his book, "Who Am I?" actually gives the image he drew for kundalini - rising up from the base of the spine and reproductive area - to the head and then down to the heart. So then Ramana Maharshi was Brahmin and for him to achieve "eternal liberation" he actually meditated nonstop for 9 years. Then he experienced his heart stopping for 15 minutes - and then there was a strong charge or shock on the right side of his heart. Then suddenly a light shown from the right side and went to the left side of his heart and his sense of Self as his ego returned. After that experience then with each breath his mind naturally "empties out" past his physical life - past death - via the right side of the heart. So during those 9 years of his nonstop meditation (eating just a very small - one spoonful of food a day) - he refused to even see his mom when she wanted to visit him. So in my research I discovered a traditional Brahmin priest "rule book" in a used bookstore. I read the book in the store - and it stated that if a Brahmin priest even made eye contact with a female than 3 days of ritual purification was required. So the Brahmin "mind yoga" or jnana methods were very strict indeed. As Vivekananda stated - Jnana Yoga is the highest level of yoga and the most difficult. So clearly the whole "advaita vedanta" movement with tons of "Western teachers" claiming they are enlightened, etc. - this is very limited. Now Gurdjieff - he called this a Number 3 person - someone who has emptied out their conceptual mind through self-concentration. So repeating the I-I-I-I thought so that it congeals and concentrates - this can be achieved in the West say through strict prayer as meditation. But he said the problem with Western monks is they get caught up in the lower emotional blockages. He used his octave system - based on harmonics. I have written articles on Gurdjieff comparing it to Daoist Yoga alchemy training if you want details. So Gurdjieff called the Heart the "Big" or "Large" accumulator and so this is the key to open up for real strong healing energy. So his system is largely based on Mahayana Buddhism - that has 8 levels of consciousness. Gurdjieff's system is pretty much the same philosophy. So the point being is that "mind yoga" is left brain dominant - by repeating self=enquiry - the left brain "guides" the process. Technically using this method you do not need a teacher! You can rely solely on logical enquiry and the energy that develops does so slowly but the "path is the goal." this is also called the "space between thoughts." As the I-thought congeals then the conceptual mind "empties out" and the third eye starts to open up. This is also the same as Vipassana practice only instead of using a "forced" self-concentration method of Japa - there is just a passive "listening" method that Buddha called the "inner ear" method. So as with Jnana yoga - in Vipassana the path is the goal - but the results are quite slow. This is why the royalty of southeast asia preferred the "power yoga" of the forest monks using full lotus meditation that is based on the older Vedic elemental alchemy training (similar to Daoist alchemy). So now we can return to my original question. If Advaita is truth and the path is the goal then how can "consciousness" be different than "the emptiness." Well as with the "color" question - consciousness as per the teaching of Chunyi Lin - is the yellow light. The Emptiness technically can not be seen. But in terms of light - it is the green light. Why is that? Because as per alchemy and Gurdjieff - and even the hidden "kundalini" teaching of Ramana Maharshi - first the Lunar energy has to be stored up and sublimated - this is the Wood-Water energy (the yin qi as Green mercury). So as Chunyi Lin teaches, the energy actually starts from yin qi - from the yin realm as the Emptiness (actually yin matter as the "golden key" that is superluminal as qigong master Zhang Hongbao taught). So yes Ramana Maharshi is correct that the path is the goal, as the source of the I-thought. But the I-thought itself is left brain dominant and yet it has to go to the right side of the heart. This is the real secret revealed. Hidden in the teaching of Ramana Maharshi is what he called the "three in one unity" which is the three gunas as the "gunas of no guna." This is actually from music theory, just as Gurdjieff taught (and as Daoism is also based on music theory). The oldest philosophy of India is actually the three gunas. Why? Human language is more musical, the older it is. Tamil, the language of Ramana Maharshi, is actually a tonal language. So in fact the teaching of Ramana Maharshi, just as in Daoist alchemy, is based on complementary opposites of male and female energy (raja and tamas) and Sattva is the Emptiness. So Ramana Maharshi taught to use the mind to kill the mind. Ramana Maharshi emphasized (contrary to what Westerners want to believe) is that the Self is NOT the light (as in enlightenment). But ironically when the Self manifests then the light is so bright that any ego self-awareness is lost (just like in deep dreamless sleep). So Ramana Maharshi said, ironically, that the Sattva state of pure mind as light then is used to get beyond the mind into the real Self that is not the spiritual ego. He described the Self as the "ether" that powers the light - just as a candle light has an empty space between the light and the wick. So Ramana Maharshi called this highest level to be "Mouna Samadhi" which means "silence samadhi" - so it is logical inference as eternal listening, an eternal process of time-frequency energy transformation. So this ether then CREATES light as the ego and hence the consciousness is the LIGHT that goes into the Emptiness (the ether). So now my original question was answered. The teaching of Ramana Maharshi is actually the same as the teaching of Daoist alchemy. It's just that Westerners want to impose a simplistic rendition of Ramana Maharshi's teaching, as a Western projection. Gurdjieff was not really able to pass on his teachings - as he was relying on too Western concepts and so Westerners could not really "penetrate" to the secret meaning of this "Law of Three." This "Law of Three" really is the same as the "three gunas of no guna" or the yin-yang-void teaching of Daoism. It's all from music theory. But since music theory in the West is taught based on a lie then when Gurdjieff used music ratios like 5/4 and 8/5 and 6/5, etc. then Westerners imposed their wrong Western understanding of "divide and average" symmetric logic onto Gurdjieff's teaching. Thereby, again, losing the secret of the "Law of Three." So the mind control in the West is very deep - from Plato and Archytas - over 2000 years old. Yes the teaching is very simple but it's based on complementary opposites as harmonics. You can study the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" for details - and the websites that are the lineage based on that book. You can also read the book "Foundations of Internal Alchemy" by Wang Mu. As for the practice - again the simplest is the most powerful. So I rely on the "moving of yin and yang" practice. The question for me then is "Why" does it work? It works because for males - the left hand is yang and the lower body is yin. The right hand is yin and the upper body is yang. So you turn the body into a free harmonic oscillator as complementary opposite - due to this secret. Westerners assume the left and right hand are a "symmetric unit" as Plato taught - same with the legs and arms and eyes and ears, etc. So we can see how a very simple teaching is lost to Westerners. As I pointed out even Santi Shi teachers did not know this secret! So they teach people to stand with one hand up and one hand down and one foot forward and one back. But they DON'T teach the secret of "dragon and tiger" that the foundation of Santi Shi said was the secret of the training. You visualize the energy going from the left hand to the right foot and the right hand to the left foot. Again it's simple - but if a Westerner sees someone standing in that position they will never think of the complementary opposites secret of the free energy harmonics. And so to sit in full lotus is also very simple but in fact you want the left leg on top so that the "yang" embraces the "yin" of the lower body. This stores up the energy internally. Also there is eye rotation based on the same principle. So yes the teaching is very simple once you understand the secret. But if you study Ramana Maharshi and even Gurdjieff you probably are not going to figure out the secret.

This is a good question. Yin jing is black yang jing is white (Moon, bones, hormones-reproduction) yin qi is red (past time, spacetime light shift) yang qi is blue (future time, spacetime light shift) Yuan qi is green yin shen is yellow (yellow sprouts, spiritual ego) yang shen is gold Innate Nature is clear light (can not be seen but can be listened to as logical inference). If you study the Neidan alchemy texts - it states to visualize green light on the heart - that green light is also the color of the Universe as the Emptiness for Spring Forest Qigong - so it's the Yuan Qi. It's only created after the Red Dragon (yin qi of the liver) is sent down and then sublimated back up as Mercury and then combines with the white tiger to descend back down the front into yuan qi as the Green Dragon. So as is taught in Spring Forest Qigong - the Universe is the Green. The yellow is your consciousness. The Red and the Black are the alchemical fire and water. So the black goes up the spine and down the front to the red. The Red goes down the front and up the spine to the black. So it is stated alchemy starts with Jing (lead) and ends with jing (lead). But the new jing is called "yin matter" that is from the future - since Gold has to absorb blue light in order for the red-yellow color mixed with the green to create gold. So the yang qi is absorbed as virtual photons from the future - and this virtual photon shen then creates new Yuan Jing that is gold - so that the yin qi blockages of the past in the yang shen are turned into yuan qi. So when doing the small universe meditation you visualize black at the perineum, green at the heart, red at the kidneys and blue in the third eye and then gold in the lower tan t'ien. It is the yellow light that harmonizes the other colors - the yellow light being the Soil as the yin shen.

The Mercury is the "green dragon" after it first descends down the front (via the small universe meditation) and then rises up the spine to form Heaven. The Wu-Soil then descends down the front. So Wang Mu, author of Foundations of Internal Alchemy is explaining again that to replenish Li from Mercury, the Ji-soil rises up the spine (not the front). From Xingming guizhi Circulate the Metal found within the Water in the northern direction, in order to control the Wood found within the Fire in the southern direction. This is called "using the black to see the red." p. 25, Foundations So again the Metal found within the Water goes down the front - the northern direction being down. And this stops the wood (the yin qi) within the Fire (the heart spirit) going out the eyes (the southern direction being up). Spirit is stored in the Heart and is issued from the eyes. in the practice of inner observation, the emphasis is on "observation": When the eyes are used to observe inwardly, one's thinking becomes focused, and the Original Breath surges; one internally illuminates oneself, all concerns become empty, delusive thoughts vanish, and one's Heart is calm and untroubled. The Spirit of Heaven is issued from the Sun, the Spirit of Man is issued from the eyes. Wherever the eyes go, the Heart also goes. p. 40, Foundations So I was asked recently how one is supposed to also circulate or rotate the eyes while ALSO doing quick fire breathing - all at the same time. This is really the Small Universe meditation practice. We rotate the eyes naturally as the eyes are closed and we visualize the energy along the 12 harmonic nodes of the body. And as we know from listening - to locate sound - we listen to the OM and MUA sound of the meditation of the Small Universe - our ears rely on phase quantum coherence as the 5th dimension. I previously quoted a Tibetan Medical doctor - the "ears collect the energy during meditation" and then the energy shines forth out of the eyes while the eyes are open. So just to "lay the foundation" - the beginning of alchemy - means to store up the Yuan Qi energy enough so it opens up the channels - through purification as harmonization of yin and yang qi. With our eyes open then the Sun and Moon are separated as the yin and yang qi are not harmonized (the wood and metal of the left and right eyes). So most people think that just the reverse breathing is the key but do not realize that also the spirit meditation is also the key to alchemy training. We put the fire under the water to make the steam as the qi but this also requires the small universe meditation as turning the light around. The Essence can only be restored as "pre-celestial essence" through purification and the standing active exercises as Quick Fire meditation is what best enables this purification of the energy. As Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality emphasizes ONLY the Quick Fire breathing has the power to purify the essence. And as that book emphasizes, when doing the small universe meditation then we also need to be doing strong reverse breathing. The Foundations section on "Harmonization" is really about how the practice has to be integrated - with breathing, spirit and purification. When the breathing is deep and synchronized then it naturally "stops" as the qi fills up the body. Accumulating the Spirit to generate Breath, and accumulating the Breath to generate Essence: this is going from Non-Being to Being. Refining the Essence to transmute it into Breath, refining the Breath to transmute it into Spirit, and refining the Spirit to return to Emptiness; this is going from Being to Non-Being. So regarding the question of how can we do all this at the same time - this is the secret of what I call the Double Reversal - it is like two spirals going in the opposite directions as harmonization of complementary opposites (or in Western terms as noncommutative phase). The spirit as the True Intention is this double reversal as the Wuji. Laying the Foundation is itself a tremendous task - it is to restore the Essence or life-force to the age of a 16 year old. Then the alchemical process speeds up. So it also requires a strong knowledge of the alchemical process as the process of laying the foundation. I call this "kicking off the rocket booster." Once the Yuan Qi is activated and fills up the body then you are blasted into outerspace and you no longer have your rocket booster. So you better know where you are going. I achieved this stage but I did not have the proper knowledge, so I did not know where I was going. I "aimed sky high" but I "fell back into worldliness" as Master Nan, Huai-chin says is so common. Because of the help of the qigong master I did have an opening of the third eye as psychic pineal gland energy - and this does connect me to the central channel of the Yuan Qi energy. But because of my lack of knowledge I overused my psychic (Metal) Po Soul energy - and essentially became a "ghost immortal." And so I have to "start over" in the training to rebuild my foundation. But to do so is more difficult as now I have to work from either impure yin qi - from food - instead of pure yang qi. Or I have to work from the Emptiness itself - in a pure environment (as energy feasting - directly without the rocket boosters). Both these situations are dangerous. So instead what I have done is just taken it easy and done free psychic healing, relying on impure yin qi sources, and using essential oils for purification. So chapter 2 of Foundations of Internal Alchemy is really the equivalent of chapter 6 of Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. Once we get a taste of Yuan Qi then this is also the beginning of integrating the yuan jing with the yuan shen - and once the harmonization begins, then we need to keep building up the yuan qi energy. So this is then the true "gong" or 100 day practice - only after Nirvikalpa Samadhi is achieved (as it is called in Indian yoga). So this is also called the "Living Zi Hour" (from 11 pm to 1 am) so here the essence is restored but it has to be purified and returned - just as the pineal gland melatonin peaks at this hour. The Yin is at the extreme, so the Yang manifests. The spirit as Fire has the yang qi transformed since it's been replenished by the Yin (with the yang hidden within it). So the rotating of the eyes is then the secret to keep building up the Yuan Qi from the yang within yin and yin within yang harmonization. One first circulates the Original Spirit, and joins it in the lower Cinnabar Field with the Original Breath already accumulated there by means of the three hundred cycles of refining. This generates the Internal Medicine, which is finer and purer than the External Medicine. However, as we have said, for the Internal Medicine there is a "collection" followed by a "birth." Unlike the External Medicine, the Internal Medicine is not formed by a process of coagulation: this is an immediate method (dunfa) belonging to the "arts of Immortality." After the Internal Medicine is born in the lower Cinnabar Field, it is joined to the External Medicine already produced, and they gradually coalesce into one another. The precelestial True Yang comes from Emptiness and Non-Being. pp. 67-8, Foundations. So this is what I mean by kicking off the rocket booster - the Internal Medicine is formed directly from the Emptiness, from the spirit light being turned around. This is then the stage of the seven days for "entering the enclosure." So this is the immortal breathing, the Nirvikalpa Samadhi, the Bigu fasting (energy feasting), the conversion of Jing into Qi via Shen. In the lower Opening, the Yang Breath within the Yin rises; when it moves upwards and finds again the Central Soil, it pauses. In the upper Opening, the Yin Breath within the Yang descends; when it finds the Central Soil, it stops. After their pause culminates, the Yang Breath steams upward; the liquor of Wood transforms itself below, and becomes True Mercury. The Yin Breath flows downward: the Essence of Metal rises above, and transforms itself into True Lead. This is the function of True Soil. p. 74, Foundations So this quote perfectly captures the Double Reversal secret of alchemy - the Harmonization process: "The circulation of the Yin and Yang Breaths refers to the practice of the River Chariot." The River Chariot being the "small universe" meditation aka the Microcosmic Orbit or Small Heavenly Circuit. So to access the Yuan Qi the "yang qi" is replenished up the skull where it is then "nourished" by the yin qi. p. 80. Zi is then from 11 pm to 1 am where the yang qi meets in the Yin cavity to being its ascent to the brain. But Zi is also the Winter Solstice - and yet the alchemical "firing times" have to be flexible depending on the circumstances. By means of the circulation of the River Chariot, one first "advances the Fire" and then "responds by withdrawing"; thus the firm Yang is changed into the yielding Yin. It is sent again to the stove in the Cinnabar Field, where "the ore is eliminated and gold is pure." This generates an immaterial Breath, which is "the mother of the Elixir." (danmu). p. 90, Foundations So again the Double Reversal is explained clearly. If you have not yet refined the Reverted Elixir, then quickly refine it; p. 91 Once the Yuan Qi is built up, the Essence and Breath have coalseced so the "three have turned to the Two" - and now the Two returns to the One as refining the Qi to transmute it into Spirit (shen). So Flower in the Snow - means Golden Transformation - the Golden Flower. The word flower is a homophone with the word transformation - so both sound as "hua" and refer to alchemical refining. So this is the Golden Liquor stage - the Golden Nectar as developing the Yang Shen body alchemically. The yin qi of the Yang shen has to be converted to yang qi of the yin shen so that the Yang Shen then returns to the Yuan Qi as the Emptiness. The Embryo is nothing but Spirit and Breath. p. 101 But since the Yang Shen is developed out of the yang qi transformation - there is an inversion of Zi and Wu (North as water and South as fire) that were the lower tan t'ien and head - now switched around again, not spatially but temporally. In the Greater Celestial Circuit, instead, the tripod is moved below: the Yellow Court is the tripod, and the lower Cinnabar Field is the stove. versus the tripod being the brain for the small heavenly circuit. p. 105, Foundations Then as the Spirit enters the Emptiness it is described as "Wondrous." . So "gold" relies on absorbing blue but to do so there has to be a 1/2 spin relativistic resonance that makes gold different from say "mercury" - another relativistic quantum element. That outer 6s electron is moving at fearsome speeds—relativistic speeds, in fact. Because of that, it has more mass than electrons at rest or the lower energy electrons in lower orbitals. And because of that greater mass, it has greater momentum, and in quantum mechanical calculations, that translates into an orbital that is contracted inward toward the nucleus. The light emitted or reflected is then inverse to this quantum transfer - so as the electron wavelength goes down, the frequency of light emitted (reflected) also does down. Thus, a striking lowering in energy, and a concomitant contraction, of the 6s orbitals of gold and platinum has to be regarded a proven fact. So then what happens is there is a "spin" transfer between 5 period of lower wavelength, the 5D, and the 6S period of larger wavelength (lower energy). This, in turn, shifts the light absorption (primarily due to the 5d→6s transition) from the ultraviolet down into the lower energy and frequency of the blue visual range. Because its orbital is contracted inward, the probability (quantum mechanics is all about probabilities) that gold’s 6s electron will be found consorting with 5s and 4s electrons is much higher than it should be, so that 6s electron is shielded from having to interact with electrons in the molecules of air and water. The energy required to bump an electron from 5d to 6s in gold is less than the energy required to bump one from 4d to 5s in silver; it’s the energy of blue light, not ultraviolet. So how does relativistic quantum science EXPLAIN the secret of the Golden Yang shen alchemy? The blue light is the yang qi from the future - and it is "absorbed" via the third eye and this then causes the Golden light as the red - the yin qi blockages - are up shifted in frequency via the yellow as the Yuan Shen consciousness. So the secret of the Yang Shen is that the future as the blue light is being ABSORBED via the Yuan Qi in order to make the golden yang shen body that has the past yin qi blockages of lower emotions that were red-shifted now into the higher blue frequency (absorbed). So that is why the heart is visualized as Green as that is the Green Dragon (no longer the red dragon) - but instead the yin qi is first sent down (internally) as a spacetime shift by turning the light around - and turns into the Mercury that rises up to sublimate the Water Tiger into the White Tiger of the lungs - which then brings the Blue light absorbed via the third eye - back down. A rainbow is a logarithmic singularity - just as in a water molecule - it inverts the color spectrum. But a black hole is also a logarithmic singularity - so it also inverts the color spectrum as relativistic quantum energy that is non-local as the Emptiness. Normally we don't link of increasing the absorbing of blue light as creating more gold light. yes Chunyi also shared in 2012 I think - in his qi-talk - how his heart had stopped for 2 hours but he was walking around just fine. So he said he doesn't advise this for anyone but he also said after this experience then people commented his healing energy was even stronger. Also he doesn't get blocked by lower emotions hardly at all. So at this level, as Ramana Maharshi details, with each breath, the mind literally goes beyond death through the right side of the heart. As Ramana Maharshi described - his heart stopped for 15 minutes but then there was a strong shock on his right side and then a light flashed on the left side of the heart and his spiritual ego returned. So this is the Yuan Shen as the spiritual ego on the left side of the heart while the right side of the heart is the Yuan Qi as the formless awareness of the Universe. So to bring this back to the OP - the book Foundations of Internal Alchemy specifies the difference between "external medicine" and "internal medicine." Jim also made this point to me as well. He emphasized how a person can have instant enlightenment without the need to meditate. So for example in 2005 Jim asked me to help him write his memoir and he invited me to a Chinese restaurant for lunch. At the time I had been dumpster diving a lot and my energy channels had closed up and I was just doing yin qi energy. So Jim literally had to hold his hand over the top of his head as he talked to me - constantly pulling my energy blockages that I sent into him - up out of the top of his skull. haha. Then when the waitress showed up - Jim was quick to insist that his water have NO ICE - to make sure his lower tan t'ien stayed hot. So then in 2015 Jim and I were at another Chinese restaurant and I reminded him how he had to have his water without ice and I asked him why did not have to do that anymore. He said at the level he was at now that this was no longer required. So with the "internal medicine" this is what Daoist qigong master Wang Liping calls the Shen to Shen meditation. The "turning of the light around" means to access the superluminal phase or what qigong master Yan Xin calls the "virtual information field." So the Yuan Qi is activated directly through the central channel as qigong master Robert Peng emphasizes. So Gurdjieff called this the Big Accumulator or Large Accumulator - through the heart. The problem in the West is the monks and other esoteric types get too caught up in lower emotional blockages. So the big factor is fear. Jim emphasized how fear is what stops people from really going into the Emptiness because the lower tan t'ien life force has to be built up first as the foundation. But then the Yuan Qi energy is activated via the central channel as immortal breathing when the body fills up with qi. So for example Jim was sitting on our deck that was next to the forest and he had just arrived for the first time at our house. Then he told me how while he was talking to me he also had sent his spirit into the forest and he could actually experience the sap that was in the trees flowing. Chunyi said that Jim had the best aura of any student he had met. But he did describe one student's aura as being very advanced but she could not arrange her life circumstances to train properly. I can't remember the details - that was at the Level 3 retreat in 2000. Jim was a kungfu master in the 1960s but a Chinese teacher said Jim needed to study internal martial arts like qigong. Jim would always win his fights but he saw his opponent in slow motion. He thought that was his "secret" but the Chinese teacher said - you see people in slow motion right? Jim was looking for a qigong master since that time - 1968 I think. Jim then had been studying shamanism and zen since the 70s and he had been born with abilities, then nurtured by his spiritual family. He asked me to help him write his memoir. He's been working on a transcribed draft for years now, someone has been recording him. So hopefully it will be published soon. He already gave lots of details to me about his training with Chunyi. But we can wait for the book for details. So Jim started training full time (quitting his successful career) after a few years into the Spring Forest qigong practice, and he was already asked to be Chunyi's teaching assistant early on. So I met Jim in 1999 and he already was going around the class giving healings - using the sword fingers. Then in 2003 or so he did long distance healing on me but he did not tell me beforehand. I was sitting in full lotus at the end of class with him and he said he was going to go upstairs (in the qigong center) to do more full lotus meditation. I asked if I could join him and he said, "Maybe later." So I thought cool - I'll keep practicing and maybe he'll let me join him. So I rode bicycle home a few miles and dumpster dived a bagel (my only food for the day) and went to my room to sit full lotus meditation. Suddenly the center of my brain was on fire. I thought - this is too strong to be the full moon. I had no idea what it was but it was too powerful! I stopped meditating. I went back to class a week later and Jim stepped into the hallway as I walked down it, and he looked me in the eyes: "Did you feel anything?!" I then remembered what he had said: "Maybe later." And I was so shocked that I could not answer him and so he knew the answer and we went into the class room. So at that time he was doing 12 hour nonstop meditation at the qigong center. He did 2 hours nonstop of horse stance with knees parallel to the ground, just as Chunyi trained at Shaolin. So then he would eat a small meal a day. He did that level of meditation for years. In 2005 he was declared the only qigong master, Level 2 of Spring Forest qigong. He did a lot of amazing healing - even of "club foot." But it was not until 2012 that he then was allowed to go on a 3 month sabbatical of constant meditation and this is when he achieved his deep heart opening (beyond death). I had not seen Jim since 2005 but strangely right after his sabbatical I then went to see Jim on my birthday in 2013. This is when Jim healed my mom soon after. So as Jim told me - you can be a qigong master with the third eye fully open but not necessarily truly enlightened with the heart fully open. So then in 2015 I was driving the car and Jim was in the front seat and I was ranting about politics and I would not shut up. Jim said, "But I'm on your side!" This did not convince me so I kept ranting and he got super quiet. Suddenly I felt this strong electromagnetic force pulsating deep on the right side of my heart. So I was shocked into silence. Jim then said: So I knew from my research, as the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality states, the source of the Yuan Qi is on the right side of the heart - and Ramana Maharshi says that the right side of the heart is the "secret pinhole" to the "formless awareness" of the Universe. And the right side vagus nerve goes from the reproductive kundalini energy to the right side of the heart - which can cause death when the right side vagus nerve is over-activated. So this "enlightenment" experience for me confirmed that Jim had transcended death (and also I got a taste of transcending death).

I was talking to him on the phone and we talked for 2 hours - he goes - I can see in 4 directions at the same time - you can train to do this! Then he goes, "I've been having a conservation with your mom while we've been talking." So she was asleep upstairs. The next day - I didn't say anything to her but my sister freaked out since my mom cooked her own breakfast for the first time in months. Then the day after she just walked a half mile to the mailbox and back - just cuz she wanted to. The day before she got healed she could barely walk up the stairs! haha. I had taken her to see Jim twice for "free" sample healings. She had always felt better but it didn't last. So when I talked to Jim again at the end of the week, I asked him if he had to send her extra energy. He said yeah he had to send her energy several times and it was easier to heal her while she was asleep so her mind wouldn't get in the way. By that time my mom's friends had been asking her what had happened. I still had not said anything. So she had told her friends, "I don't know what happened. OK so most people learn by "rote" or "imitation." So they go to school and a person of authority, like a math professor, says this is such and such a theorem. Now obviously if we just reject "science" then we are considered to be fools, etc. But actually even science considers music to be the best "metaphor" or "model" for how science works. For example philosophy of science professor Arnold Pacey in his series of books published by M.I.T., he states music provides the best model to explain science - "for the masses" - so to speak. Here is the irony of that model - the music taught in the West is actually the literal origin of the wrong Western science! So we know that math is the "language" of science. But as math professor Luigi Borzacchini has detailed, Western math is actually from music theory. So the irony is that using music as a "metaphor" to explain science is actually backwards logic. Science is literally based on the wrong music theory. And so to truly understand science properly requires really studying music theory. Most people learn music theory when they learn to play an instrument - and so they figure you learn enough theory as it's applied to your instrument, how to play chords, or how chords are structured, etc. And that's enough - maybe how to right good songs, etc. But the assumption here is that you need an instrument to understand music theory! Actually we LISTEN to music and the original music was without any instruments - it was the human body, singing and dancing together. So in the original music theory we do not define time visually - as time is defined by Western science. And not defining time visually changes everything. In fact science has proven that humans can hear "ten times faster" than time-frequency uncertainty which is the limit of linear operators, making measurements, of "objective reality." So time-frequency uncertainty is the foundation of quantum entanglement and quantum nonlocality - as the 5th dimension - and this was never believed by Einstein. Actually Einstein was quite afraid of this - or at least of reality being probabilistic inherently. It was a big debate but Einstein even used the word "telepathy" to refer to this reality of quantum physics - a couple times. He wasn't the only one. In early quantum physics Max Born refers to Einstein calling this quantum nonlocality as "ghost waves" and then says how de Broglie calls this quantum nonlocality as "pilot waves." So in classical physics the amplitude is the power of energy based on mass and momentum but with time-frequency uncertainty there is an inherent limitation in the measurement. So Fourier analysis uses time and amplitude or it uses frequency and amplitude but Fourier analysis does not use time and frequency at the same time - unless there is an attempt to "squeeze" light. But in LISTENING to sound we inherently have to use time and frequency together - and again we do not have the same "linear" trade off. This is because of the phenomenon of "beats" as harmonics. So any sound we hear inherently is relativistic since it inherently has a "beat" with itself as harmonics - so that Number in time creates natural resonance of frequency. So this is known to "diverge" geometrically but again in Fourier analysis this still assumes a "divide and average" or logarithmic conversion of the time-frequency uncertainty into some kind of geometric definition of time based on symmetric math (i.e. based on PI or logarithms, etc.) So in quantum physics this time-frequency uncertainty is actually due to noncommutative phase from spin - so the spin is visualized as the surface of a sphere and the 1/2 spin is a "spinor" that is noncommutative in time-frequency. This means if you go 360 degrees around the sphere the sphere ALSO rotates as you go around - so there is translation and rotation at the same time. Because of this "moebius strip" rotation and translation in 3D - it is actually a Klein Bottle as "two" moebius strips - and a Klein Bottle inherently can not be visualized. So this has been PROVEN to be inherently nonlocal that is a "field" that is not associated with a particle. So spin is not a wave nor a particle but instead is eternal motion of time-frequency energy that is non-local as superluminal phase. This is considered then to be a new kind of "formative" cause that the quantum physicist directly engages with. Only the recent "weak measurements" have enabled scientists to keep two photons entangled during the two slit experiment - while one photon has its phase momentum changed (that is its superluminal relativistic mass from the future). So this is BEFORE any probabilistic "collapse" of the wave function that tells you WHERE the particle exists in position. So Olivier Costa de Beauregaard - who was the assistant of Louis de Broglie, the Nobel quantum physicist who predicted the double slit non-local results for the electron - Beauregaard stated that Precognition HAS to be real, as does telekinesis and telepathy, etc. So instead of this being "Woo Woo" physics - in fact it is the highest level of physics - relativistic quantum physics. This is stuff that the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center researched along with the Stanford Research Institute that trained people as Remote Viewing spies for the CIA and the military. This is why the CIA declassified files cover the international "world" Qigong research conferences in China in the 1980s. Meanwhile the "popular" science market that promotes people to be "rational" etc. just features scientists that are not as advanced in their training. So they still follow the classical physics symmetric math that has been the main thrust of science for the past 2000 years, compared to the relativistic quantum revolution that Louis de Broglie launched when he first critiqued Einstein's theory of relativity. So de Broglie ONLY got his Ph.D. thesis approved because his advisor knew Einstein and asked Einstein to read it and Einstein responded that de Broglie's theory was crazy enough to be true. Something to that effect. But when de Broglie went to the Solvay conference in 1927 - Schroedinger had already developed his wave equation BASED on de Broglie's wave model of matter. But Schroedinger DROPPED the relativity origin of de Broglie's model. So Schroedinger understood that the light emitted by electrons at the quantum "leap" or "jump" was literally a harmonic "beat" or the light was a "subharmonic." But Schroedinger - since he had dropped the relativity critique of de Broglie, then Schroedinger could never understand from "what" the light was resonating FROM - the light was a subharmonic beat but a beat of "what."? So in terms of relativity - since light has zero rest mass - it still has relativistic mass and so light is in eternal motion as the "observer" of science. Einstein assumed a "speed" of light being invariant as defined by "seconds" but when Einstein used Planck's Constant to develop the photoelectric effect, with the energy of light now based on frequency, not classical amplitude - what got covered up was the conversion of the energy into Joules relies on canceling out the TIME as a symmetric factor. In other words Planck's Constant is multiplied by frequency even though the quantum energy is frequency as an inverse ratio to time - going back to Pythagoras. And Louis de Broglie was very explicit about this being from Pythagorean principles of frequency as inverse to time. So the light subharmonic is a "faster than light SPEED" frequency with the time being NEGATIVE - from the future. This is the phase as momentum since phase is time or wavelength x frequency but in quantum physics the momentum is directly proportional to the frequency, as de Broglie discovered. So the MASS is also directly proportional to the frequency at the speed of light. So the change in velocity is from a change in the mass - since as a greater wavelength at the same SPEED of light, you then have a slower velocity which is also a slower frequency due to the spacetime shift of the light as a change in the relativistic mass. So the light has a subharmonic in frequency when it is emitted from the electron "jumping" due to the change in the SPIN of the electron. As Wolfgang Pauli realized - the electron spin is 1/2 and so it is left handed or right handed. So 2 electrons can be in the same "place" as entangled non-local spin or one electron has 1/2 spin as time-frequency uncertainty. This means the electron "jumps" because it can not be DIRECTLY measured - since it is JUMPING due to non-local spin as the 5th dimension. It is a superluminal jump that is instantaneous from the local perspective of the observer. But as De Broglie realized - this VISUAL measurement limitation does not mean the electron itself does not exist - rather we can logically infer that the virtual photon from the future is GUIDING the electron. Then when the spin changes as a momentum phase shift or the "internal angular momentum" - then the light manifests as a captured virtual photon that is a "subharmonic" now in reverse time. So quantum biology is realizing this occurs all the time - based on this PHONONIC FIELD as it's called in relativistic quantum physics. So the virtual particles are actually "quasi-particles" as phonon energy that is pure phase (BEFORE spacetime exists) as the 5th dimension ether. So the phase has no spatial boundary and this is called the ER=EPR model of reality that CREATES spacetime. It's what nonwestern alchemy science discovered as "formless awareness" or the Emptiness that radiates light. So it is always in the future but "within" light as the subharmonic of light - or matter. I've corresponded with Nobel physicist Brian Josephson quite a bit - he practices qigong also. The key here is not to think of energy in terms of classical amplitude that happens in linear time. So electrons are actually composed of virtual photons - this is called "Heavy Light" by Nobel physicist Gerard 't Hooft who explains that we exist within 5D micro black holes. Last night I was reading military physicist Tom Bearden who published classified papers on Paraphysics as he calls it - again based on de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony which first modeled "heavy light." So if you maintain enough Yuan Qi (undivided yin-yang qi) surrounding the Shen (coherent biophoton spirit) then you can safely astral travel which is the equivalent of Special Relativity as a constant velocity. But for Light to have an "invariant speed" then it is ONLY because the spacetime is shifting as a light shift change in the observer. This is called the "measurement problem" in quantum physics. So if you check out the Delayed Choice Effect - this was an experiment first imagined by John Wheeler. It's now been proven in the lab. Light can go through a double slit but AFTER it goes through, then if the scientist changes how the light is observed as a measurement, this will then change which slit the photon had previously gone through! How is this possible? Because the light we "see" is already based on orbital momentum - as a classical photon (it's converted via the symmetric math of relativity). But the actual light, is proven by Weak measurements of pure "momentum" is superluminal - based on noncommutative phase. So that means it has been proven in the lab that the Future changes the past. So now if your spirit leaves your body without enough of a "spacetime bubble" as Yuan Qi (undivided yin-yang qi) surrounding the light - then you experience a spacetime vortex as the room spinning around you, as dizziness. So this means that the Absolute Void as the Emptiness then radiates light as a "white hole" that creates new virtual matter that can be "captured" as Yuan Jing. So this is how teleportation works - and healing people's internal scar tissue, etc. The Yuan Shen is the spirit when the Yuan Jing is full as a 16 year old. So the Emptiness has "stored" that Yuan Shen information and the qigong master by Embodying the Emptiness then creates Yuan Shen that "float out" and are individualized to heal each person. So this Yuan Shen is being created by an Emptiness vortex as "blue shifted light."

So then the chariot in terms of math as a religion of mass ritual sacrifice was then tied to turning the circular altars based on the Lunar calendar and female silver energy - into the same area as the square altars based on the solar calendar. Try doing that math of subtracting the lunar calendar from the solar - using ideograms. It's very difficult to do the "divide and average" convergence of time as a closed infinite geometry! So the Chinese adopted the rod-based 10 number system as a potential better means to do the math. But if you study ancient Chinese astronomy it is based on Daoist harmonics - so the first "note" is actually the lunar calendar energy - and this is biologically accurate with the pineal gland of only human females being precisely synchronized with the lunar calendar of 29.5 days - as females living in Nature. The book "From Pythagoras to Einstein" makes this all very clear. So I assume you learned the Pythagorean Theorem in school right? Not too complicated for you? Guess what? I knew it was a lie based on the wrong music theory! So I kept my secret to myself - because no one would have believed me. But since I had studied music theory privately - I knew that the Pythagorean Theorem was a lie. OK first of all the Pythagorean Theorem is not really from Pythagoras. Now as I said I kept my secret to myself - but then I took quantum mechanics my first year of college and I realized that the noncommutative phase logic of quantum entanglement was the SAME as the music theory secret of real Pythagorean philosophy. I could not explain this in terms of science though so I kept it to myself again. It was just an intuition I recorded in my journal. So then I was reading a book on Louis de Broglie - a used book - George Lochrak and Andre de Silve were the two authors I think - both students of de Broglie. So de Broglie was critiquing relativity and he had discovered the same secret I had intuited in high school. So in music theory frequency is inverse to time. For quantum physics the particle moves at the speed of light and so the frequency is the energy of the particle that is proportional to the momentum as the mass. So a longer wavelength means lower frequency and lower mass. This is NOT how classical physics works but quantum physics is the foundation of reality now - NOT classical physics. Guess what? In secondary education (high school) people learn symmetric logarithmic math (starting with the Pythagorean Theorem) and then they usually take classical physics based on Newton.
