This is the T'ai Chi - you can not visualize the 4th dimension of space but you can LISTEN to it as logical inference. People in the West are brainwashed from 10th grade logarithmic symmetric math. I was secretly against the Pythagorean Theorem. I knew it was based on the WRONG music theory logic! Of course I did not tell anyone this. I tested 92% in math on the ACT but I refused to have anything to do with logarithmic math. Turns out math professor Luigi Borzacchini proved Western math is from the wrong music theory! He calls this "secret of the sect" to be "really astonishing" and "shocking" and a "deep pre-established disharmony" that is the "guiding evoltive principle" of Western science. I corresponded with him several times since 2001. I mailed him a math equation I had from music theory. Then math professor Joe Mazur said my music research was very impressive and asked me to submit it to a math journal. But I was challenging all of Western math and I even mentioned quantum physics. So of course my research was rejected since it was really music theory. But then math professor Alain Connes corroborated my research - and he got a Fields Medal for this! A Fields Medal in math is much harder to get than the Nobel prize in science. haha. Just watch his lecture on music theory and quantum physics. I have transcribed all the parts dealing with the music theory. It's the SAME music theory secret I realized while I was in high school. It was the SAME reason I rejected the Pythagorean Theorem. Prof. Albert Bartlett was correct - he gave the SAME lecture over 1000 times. Not only is the ecological crisis due to the exponential function, which is the inverse of the logarithmic function - BUT it's the wrong math that enabled Western civilization to grow using this exponential function. Nonwestern cultures rely on the correct music theory of complementary opposites to model society. I took quantum mechanics my first year of college and realized it had the correct music logic. But not until I discovered Louis de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony did I realize it is the same as the Pythagorean music theory logic. But de Broglie's analysis was rejected in the 1920s. But for those of us who have studied Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality then we can unlock the secret. But we really have to study the book! As I revealed, even an "expert" on this subject got confused about the Taoist Yoga book. So the left ear is yang qi and the left eye is yin qi. The right eye is yang qi and the right ear is yin qi. In other words if we understand the secret of noncommutative phase resonance (complementary opposite ratios) then suddenly the above "mystical" comment actually explains the secret of Taoist alchemy training! Music is actually, as Louis de Broglie figured out, "two" time waves - one from the future and the past at the same time! Did you delete that comment about the Tibetan sky burials? Yes this is similar to Daoist burial. The idea is that a body even after death is "food" for the ghost - and a strong ghost spirit or soul can then "feed" of the body's etheric energy. So this is a type of "Ghost pollution" and so to prevent "zombies" - the Tibetan sky burial is used. Also the monks feel a newly dead body - to see what part gets cold first, as that is where the spirit left the body. So if the spirit leaves from the lower part of the body then the spirit has gone to hell and if the spirit leaves from the upper part of the body then the spirit is going to heaven. This is explained by quantum physics - the spirit is quantum coherent and so blue light is higher frequency and so more energy - and blue is the serotonin bliss. So then this is like heaven on earth - if a person's spirit while alive has a higher frequency intention as the blue light - this is the color of heaven. So the San Bushmen taught to visualize fire at the base of the spine and then it rises up to the skull as the N/om energy. The problem with ghost pollution is the person has never raised the frequency of their coherent biophoton spirit energy. So they are "alive" in their body but actually living in Hell while alive. This is called the "separation of heaven and earth" through "mass ritual sacrifice" and is the basis of left-brain dominance as Western civilization. So the right brain vagus nerve connects to the left brain. But the left brain vagus nerve does not connect to the right brain. So quantum frequency is like music harmonics - with the energy inverse to wavelength as harmonics. So this is why music is used as mantras and chanting to raise the frequency of the energy by "emptying" out the left side of the brain. The San Bushmen females sing all night long to project their N/om energy (qi or prana) and the males dance all night long to then raise the frequency of the energy into light as electromagnetic energy. This is then sent back into the females to heal the females. The right side vagus nerve connects to the reproductive organ as the kundalini energy and also connects to the right side of the heart as the secret of the life force beyond death - that sustains life but also sustains the Universe. So it is the source of light, just as what powers the sun - as the 5th dimension. So the San Bushmen call it the "boiling energy" in the "pit of the stomach" and the Tibetans call it "tummo." Wim Hof trained in this tummo breathing - and scientists have documented how he does this - and he broke many world records due to his tummo skill. Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard then went to study the Tibetan monks in the Himalayas - showing their tummo heat boiling energy to sit outside in the ice and snow with hardly any clothes on - just thread-bare clothes. it's a good question. Have you ever heard the raise, "Likes to get a rise out of someone?" So certain people like to get other people anger or a "rise out of them" - so that the person can the "suck up" the anger of that other person. So the anger is yang qi but they are using their "yin qi" to suck it up. That is a lower level of what you are talking about. Now on a higher level, the yin qi is literally a black hole. The irony of a black hole is that actually reality, as now defined by Western science, is based in quantum physics due to "time-frequency uncertainty" aka wave-particle duality. So what this means is that as a particle speeds up then its external frequency is actually going up as energy defined by the speed of light. So normally in classical physics we think of momentum as speed plus mass but in the quantum realm it was proven the momentum is inverse to the mass as wavelength (defining time as spatial distance externally). As John Chang states, a person can store up yin qi only as much as they have yang qi built up internally based on celibacy. This is why real qigong masters are so rare since celibacy requires controlling the dream state. So then waking reality becomes another dream state while the "real" truth is beyond the dream state as a literal black hole spacetime vortex. So then based on quantum physics again - the internal frequency goes up as a particle goes into a black hole but the external time SLOWS DOWN. So externally a person or in this case, a "bullet" - never actually makes contact with the black hole or "yin qi" as gravity. So this is called relativistic quantum physics because you have two times - one from the future which is superluminal as the 5th dimension. This is then what "guides" the bullet - and so that time gets shorter and shorter as the internal frequency of the bullet gets bigger and bigger. Then the relativistic external time gets bigger and bigger - meaning slows down as a red shift (which is another way of saying Yin Qi). Then the frequency of the bullet (again based on light as relativistic invariance speed) goes down - as the red shift. So that is what the qigong master experiences since John Chang is literally "embodying the Emptiness" - through his lower tan t'ien and central channel. For us "normal" people we see the bullet speed up - but John chang experiences the opposite - he sees external time slows down.

So science has now proven that light has an internal spin as a magnetic momentum that is superluminal - from the future - as a chirality (handedness) of spacetime itself. So this spin causes a blue shift of light that "diverges" from the external light as matter (with gravitational or inertial mass) as a red light shift. So the more we meditate then we resonate the blue light from the future - as Yuan Qi which is harmonized with the red light (the jing as the lower tan t'ien). This is why 6 hours of full lotus meditation for a year (while not losing energy) will restore the Yuan Jing of a middle age male back to a 16 year old, according to Daoist master Wang Liping.

Yang qi is actually time from the future as blue-shifted light (due to a spacetime phase shift, called a "phononic field.") So Shen is our spiritual ego as the experience of time. The Yuan Qi is then the universal rest frame of zero/infinite time as the 5th dimension, including precognition as the future and the ability to heal the past. So with our eyes open, then heaven is not harmonized with earth, unless the light is turned around and the third eye is activated. Science has proven now that spacetime is curved at only 2 centimeters - the size of the third eye pineal gland. So then light has a superluminal internal phonon energy (Yuan Qi) that is a higher frequency as reverse time, with a negative frequency value, relative to external time (that is experienced to slow down). So then a receiver of yuan qi will experience conversely, internal time slowing down as a red shift of great heat and bliss (so that their past blockages are now healed). Yes I had to really dig to find the authentic Daoist Neigong teachings of Yiquan. Instead the Westerners simply did not get the real teachings! This happened in qigong also. So Eddie Oshins figured out the secret of Daoist Neigong or alchemy training via the "internal martial arts" - what he figured out explains the secret of Yi Quan, of T'ai Chi, of Bagua, of Wing Chun, etc. I figured this out also but I figured SOMEONE must have figured it out besides me. No one on this forum - and no one on the "rumsoakedfist" forum of internal martial arts as well! So first I wondered "why" does the "moving of yin and yang" exercise "work"? Why does it activate the qi!? So then I was studying the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" and it is all based on this noncommutative phase secret. So for males the right hand is yin and the upper body is yang. The left hand is yang and the lower body is yin. So you hold that position for a couple minutes at the beginning of this exercise - to "activate" the qi channels. Now in the West this is not taught - I had to dig this up on my own. No because in the OP - and as I quoted Eddie Oshins - he is talking about the palms in relation to both the position of the elbows. So with the elbows up that is YANG but the inside of the palms is yin. The whole point here is NONCOMMUTATIVE PHASE meaning that you COMBINE yin with yang.

Eddie Oshins, as I quoted above, states that "above the elbow" is YANG. So the point of Noncommutative phase is that it is both yin and yang AT THE SAME TIME. O.K. so the inside of the palm is yin but above the elbow is yang. So holding the elbows in an above position is YANG but the palms are yin. See the OP I made - which is what I stated. So for males the upper body is yang and the lower body is yin.

Yeah I guess you didn't read what I posted in detail. It is easy to get confused. I had to read Eddie Oshins several times to get the details. I will quote him again so you can learn better what he is talking about:

Well you would have to be more specific. He's not just talking about the palms but how they are used with the arms. So it's the outside of the arm that is yang and so that is the outside of the hand as well. That energy channel does then go around the top of the middle finger and then to the center of the palm where it meets the yin channel. The yin channel is then the inside of the palm and goes up the inside of the arm. For example the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality explains the same meridian channels as the Yellow Emperor book: So then to quote Eddie Oshins - the pdf I gave the link to already: Then he states,
