  2. Questions about Xing (心性) and Ming (命)

So the physical breathing turns the generative fluid produced by food digestion into generative force (yin qi) and the Spirit or Fire from the heart transforms the generative force into Yuan Qi or prenatal vitality. So the cleansing and purification "stops" and "restarts" and "rests" at the 4 directions - the kidneys, the heart, the third eye and the lower tan t'ien. If the generative fluid is not purified then it sullies the blood - and so clogs the channels. So then the eyes rotate with the breathing so that the Sun and the Moon are mingled and turned inward - so that "positive fire" is created which then can create the Yuan Qi from the generative force. The generative force thus turns into the alchemical agent and "positive principle" (Yuan Qi) is restored for immortality. Then it is by spirit awareness that we determine how much Yuan Qi is built up, as the microcosmic inner alchemical agent, which is stored in the "inner" core of the Lower Tan T'ien. The yang qi, going up the spine, creates light internally as the "relative void" but the yin qi and yang qi are in the "outer" core of the lower tan t'ien. So they need to be further purified by the Positive Spirit of the Sun and Moon to keep building up Yuan Qi. Once the Yuan Qi builds up enough, from enough generative force being restored - back to a 16 year old, then the third eye fully opens and the T'ai Chi is experienced as a bright white light: The Light of vitality, the Yuan Qi, manifesting the Yuan Shen, outside the body, as the Mysterious Gate, the Dao. So this combination of Spirit plus Breathing being synchronized is called Locking up the Monkey Heart and Tying Up the Running Horse of the Intellect. Lockin If the Small Universe or Microcosmic Orbit meditation is then not continued, then the Yuan Qi can not be stored up and the progress is lost, the "Foundation" will be lost, and the person "falls out of enlightenment." If the intellect (horse) and passion (monkey) can not be cut off then at best only the generative force (yin and yang qi) can be maintained for health.
  3. Is this still qigong? Or Neidan? I want to make sure to use the right "terminology."
  4. Notice - the Small Universe meditation - the third eye is clearly in the center of the brain - the pineal gland. preciouscauldron.docx

  6. Is pulverizing the body a "physical method" and so "not the right application"? It's not Neidan to pulverize the body?
  7. Really need help with healing, qigoing recommendations?

organic clove essential oil - best antibacterial, antiviral Also ginger - antiviral - get bulk organic powder fresh organic garlic - antiviral antibacterial organic cayenne - speeds up the circulation of the others, also antiseptic.
  8. Ramana Maharshi spent 9 years of nonstop meditation to "achieve" his goal of "eternal liberation" which happened when his heart stopped for 15 minutes and then suddenly a strong shock went from the right side of his heart to the left side, thereby restoring his spiritual light ego, from the formless awareness. If you really study Ramana Maharshi he says to visualize light on the right side of the heart where there is a "secret pinhole" as the direct path to the formless awareness. He says at first to repeat I-I-I-I-I not as a mantra but rather as self-enquiry, as ALL thoughts are based on the root of the I-thought. So the logical question is where does the I-thought arise from? But he says this verbal "japa" is just the beginning and then to visualize light on the right side. Ramana Maharshi says this practice will naturally cause the kundalini to rise up the spine and then down to the heart - I saw his image describing this, directly in a book from his ashram, from his time there and the book, at the South Asian Library (University of Minnesota) literally had the Shakti energy of Ramana Maharshi stored in the book! But Ramana Maharshi also recommended being vegetarian to weaken the body, so as to strengthen the mind. Although he was ostensibly against the caste system, he relied on the Brahmin "mind yoga" or jnana practice and then to have his students take care of his body, as his body wasted away. So we can call this the "direct path" but actually Ramana Maharshi called it the "three in one unity" of the three gunas - Tamas, Sattva, Rajas. And the Western followers of Ramana commonly confuse the "light" as in "enlightenment" with the Self but Ramana Maharshi was very clear that the Self is NOT the light. He said that when in deep dreamless sleep our mind returns back to the Self but our mind is ignorant, not aware of the Self. In contrast, in meditation, the light of spiritual ego becomes so bright that we lose awareness of the ego and the spiritual ego merges back into the Self. Ramana Maharshi says the Self is actually the "ether" force of the light - not the light itself. So in Daoist Yoga - the Yuan Qi originates on the right side of the heart, as detailed in Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality - this is the SAME as what Ramana Maharshi teaches - the Ether as the SELF then "restarts" the sense of the spiritual ego as light, but the SELF is actually the Yuan Qi. And the practice of Ramana Maharshi relies on certain specific "strictures" in the context of the Brahmin caste system (as much as Westerners try to deny this). The "three in one" unity is actually the same as the T'ai Chi of Daoism - the three gunas is the oldest philosophy of India. So Ramana Maharshi's "direct path" is actually the same as the T'ai Chi Daoist alchemy training secrets.
  9. If you combine it with Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality, a book that also discusses the golden light and golden flower - it makes sense to me. https://archive.org/stream/TaoistYogaAlchemyAndImmortalityLuKuanYCharlesLuk/Taoist Yoga Alchemy and Immortality Lu K’uan Yü (Charles Luk)_djvu.txt So what this means is the light of the eyes directed downward is ALSO the light of the two eyes combined - the left eye is yang shen (yin qi), the right eye is yin shen (yang qi)- combine the two and you get the positive principle as Heaven from the yuan qi.
  10. https://twin.sci-hub.tw/6519/ddbb26a54d5990da4f60ccde96c660f2/[email protected]#view=FitH Here is the source text for the Golden Flower book. It is the Book of the Yellow Court. Read that and it corroborates the Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortal book as well. https://www.revolvy.com/page/Yellow-Court-Classic
  11. i.e. not pulverize. So again the "demonic light" is red - which means it's a past spacetime relativistic "shift" as an energy blockage to be cleared out. The future light as yang qi is "blue" - aka the Azure Dragon or Blue-green dragon as Mercury. This is called the Purple-Gold light - (see Text of the Yellow Court) The Golden light is the yang qi and yin qi - yellow sprouts - and red - merging together. So the Yellow light - as the "light of no light" - the spiritual vitality as the Yuan Shen of the essential body - has to go "ahead" of the golden light to suck it back into the physical body. Thereby transforming yin qi blockages in the Yang Shen - into Yuan Qi - via the golden light creating more yang qi from the future.
  12. So the Yuan Qi emanates from the pineal gland, from out of the heart - as the light of no light - the Yuan Shen. https://archive.org/stream/TaoistYogaAlchemyAndImmortalityLuKuanYCharlesLuk/Taoist Yoga Alchemy and Immortality Lu K’uan Yü (Charles Luk)_djvu.txt So the "light" of essential nature is not just the Yuan Qi from the pineal gland but instead the "light of no light" only manifests "after long training." So the light points to the yuan qi. So that is Heaven manifesting as the Yuan Shen, the light of no light. What this means is the light is "from the future" as virtual photons - and so "sublimates spirit" or light that is yang qi light of the relative void. Light has hidden momentum or relativistic mass from the future - so the spacetime is being curved into a vortex, thereby causing a shift in the light. The yuan shen manifests out of the lower tan t'ien - and then floods up to the third eye. As more Yuan Qi develops from the yang qi and yin qi mixing, then more golden light manifests: So by "turning the light around" through meditation - the light that normally goes out of the eyes - with the yin qi (left eye) and yang qi (right eye) is returned back to the pineal gland and then back to the heart - and this purifies the jing into yuan qi. So the spiritual fire is the golden light from the yang qi combining with the yin qi. The Yuan Shen, original spirit, is the hidden momentum of light, the "light of no light" from the Yuan Qi directly. So again to "sublimate the spirit" into the Emptiness actually means a spacetime vortex. This is why the book Taoist Yoga cautions not to do this too often as it causes dizziness. There has to be enough Yuan Qi to surround the shen - to maintain a steady rate of spacetime Emptiness change. This is called The movement in non-doing. Wang Mu, Foundations of Internal Alchemy. So the golden light is the "yin matter" from the Future as a spacetime vortex. This is also called the "Golden Key" -
  13. Wait - did I answer all your questions yet? Let's check.... yep. next question? yep - real Daoist teachings! next question? No WE are not! haha. Next question? Again you just "google" the "quote" and presto - you can answer your own question! Or... Next question? Oops - that's a BET to have an aRgument!! and ah... guess what? I don't bet - but you DID want to have a Bet didn't you? haha. Any more questions though? Well symmetric faces are considered "beautiful" but the secret of alchemy is asymmetry... which is more of an internal smile. Sometimes I do fantasy about making t-shirts with certain phrases but have not done it no. Next question? Seriously you could have just googled the quote right? Or maybe you're not that serious after all? haha. Next question? Ah here's where we HIT the Wall didn't we? Or was it - the "I can't find the source of this quote" Wall? Circle back to the T-Shirt I guess. Can you send me the T-shirt as my prize for "winning" the argument that you BET would be a "Damn Good Argument"?
  14. NO WE ARE NOT HAVE YOU FIGURED THAT OUT YET? Yangsheng Fuqi jing is the title.
  15. loses argument. 1) can't google the quote 2) practices self-censorship 3) willful ignorance. 4) runs away.

  17. Yeah I'll keep quoting scholars on Daoist alchemy and you can practice self-censorship on a forum about Daoist alchemy. Have fun!

  19. So Many Qigong Traditions : How To Approach ?

    cool! https://daykeeperjournal.com/aarch07/0710oct/bkrev.shtml
  20. Apparently you don't understand what I'm talking about? Let me give an example - for others reading this. I remember being at my friends house - around 8 years old - and accidentally saying to his mom, "Orgasm" when I meant to say, "Organism." She burst out laughing. I got red. Did I know what "orgasm" meant? No not in the experiential sense. Did that mean the word "orgasm" was not a real word? No it did not mean it was not a real word with a real meaning. Now - if a male reads the word orgasm - he will read it as ejaculation which is physiologically actually the OPPOSITE meaning as orgasm is for a female! Same word - opposite meaning physiologically. It this starting to make sense yet? If not - it really doesn't matter.
