And so by turning the ego of light around to its origin at zero time, there is a resonance with the future, that then changes the past. Actually Chunyi used to teach "the more you heal others, the more you heal yourself." But he doesn't teach that anymore. In fact when I returned back to the qigong center, Jim Nance explained to me that unless the third eye is fully open then it is difficult to recharge the qi energy. And Jim said that even when he was doing his healing - the problem was he was using his mind (siddhis) to do the healing, instead of letting the Universe do the healing for him. The secret is in the Foundations of Internal Alchemy - it stated there is "movement in non-doing" of the Yuan Shen. what this means is that as light is turned back around to its source then time stops and then the energy does the healing on its own - as superluminal signal energy - the phonon energy. So Chunyi said then at the next Level 3 class I went to that he has found it very common that after people open up their psychic third eye then they use too much of their psychic energy (the siddhis) and so they get fat. In alchemy this means having to recharge the yang qi by using the yin qi from food. So normally when we eat food it turns into ejaculation and so it requires purification. the yin qi is the liver that is the force of the spirit out of the eyes. But if there is evil fire - this means the yin qi fixates on an external form of beauty and it then pulls the yang qi up with it. This is the Hun Soul as the White Soul that is light and so goes up easily - the yin qi of the liver goes out of the eyes when open. And then the Po Soul is cloudy and normally descends but will "grab on to" the hun soul if the yin qi force is strong enough to go out of the eyes via the pineal gland. The pineal gland emanates the yuan qi - but it is ONLY after the alchemical lower tan t'ien generative force is restored by turning the light around - and so having the yin qi return back to the yang qi, thereby turning the water tiger into the white tiger and the red dragon of the heart into the green dragon of the lower tan t'ien - as the Counter-Earth of the Relative Void. And so that is the secret of what John Chang means when he says the yin qi is the lower body and the yang qi is the upper body that combine together to create an explosion - because the yang qi originates from the lungs but with deep breathing of the lungs - the lung is the Sun and the heart is the Sun but the deep breathing pulls the Sun of the Moon (the kidneys) back down into the lower tan t'ien. Then John Chang says he uses just his yin qi for spirit communication - for the Kris spirit dagger communication. Why? Because the yin qi goes out with the yin shen and the yin qi has no substance, unlike the yang qi. So once the third eye is open this is yuan qi but the ancestral cavity of the pineal gland does not have any light of the Mysterious Gate until the yuan qi is restored by combining the yin qi with the yang qi, through purification. So this is why in the Small Universe meditation as taught in Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality - you rotate the eyes - so on the kidneys you turn the eyes to the right and visualize the green light of the dragon - the yin qi going up so that it mixes with the white tiger and then at the top of the head you rotate the eyes up - and visualize the red dragon. Then on the heart you visualize white and rotate the eyes to the left. Then on the perineum you rotate the eyes down and visualize black. So the left eye is the white of the lung as the Sun and the right eye is the green of the dragon as the Moon and the heart is the sun and the kidney is the moon. > So this movement is actually the superluminal "yin matter" healing-information.

Thanks - Master Chunyi Lin stores his energy in his lower tan t'ien and keeps his tongue against the roof of his mouth. So only when he goes into the Emptiness - then did I see an aura around him. But otherwise - oh yeah once in the Level 2 class - I could feel heat just on my right kidney. He said he could detect blockages and say what percentage they were. So during the break I went up and asked him what percentage my right kidney was working. I was facing him and as he looked at the front of my body - suddenly I felt this burning hot bliss just on my right kidney. And he goes: about 70%. haha. Also another time - I was sitting behind this lady in Level 3 class. Chunyi asked if anyone had any experiences. She said that when he had asked for people to do healings on the previous week and she suggested her friend in the hospital - right at that moment her friend got healed in the hospital! She was freaking out in front of me and so as she talked Chunyi casually raised his hands over his head like he was stretching to yawn. Then as he lowered his hands he had his one palm facing the lady and suddenly I felt this blast of qi-bliss overwhelm the lady, as I was again right behind her. And she immediately calmed down. haha. No one else in the class seemed to notice it happened.

The small universe or MCO meditation is actually music theory! There are 12 nodes for the small universe meditation, as detailed in the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality - it is infinite 3/2 and 3/4 harmonics as yang and yin resonance. I did my master's thesis in 2000 based on this claim. I finished my master's degree based on this claim that the meditation was based on music theory. I proved to myself that this is true! haha. yes exactly - both Master Yan Xin and Chunyi Lin use "celestial qi" which is also "yuan qi." there are different meanings of "yuan qi." If you study the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality it states that yuan qi originates on the right side of the heart - and it is also what remains after the yang shen is vaporized at the end of the alchemy training - the yuan qi. So it is not our personal mind and the yuan qi emanates out of the pineal gland, from the heart. And so only the eyes are yang in the body which means the eyes emanate the yuan qi and yuan shen. This is why a qigong master or Poonjaji can see someone's past lives by looking into their eyes. Chunyi said he sees past lives also. So also Effie P. Chow does this as well - so when they heal people they recharge their qi as they heal people. Master Yan Xin calls it "synchronous resonance" with the "virtual information field." So this is why the "golden key" is superluminal yin matter as the secret phonon energy that is quasi-matter and superluminal information, from the future. There is an actual spacetime vortex being created. So you have surround the shen with qi - and once Chunyi had to meditate to recharge his qi, so had his students teach the class - because he had dizziness from his shen leaving his body without enough qi surrounding it. I had this happen to me as well but I did not know what it meant. The details are in chapter 11 - I think - it is chapter 11 of Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. This dizziness is not just some proprioception blockage - the dizziness is literally a spacetime vortex! That is why I stopped meditating at the time since I had no idea what had happened to me. haha. It was not until years later that I discovered the details described in the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. People on this forum had insisted that the book should not be read since it is too dangerous! haha. So I had not gone back to it to study it in detail. That was a big mistake. But Chunyi said now he always sees light in his lower tan t'ien when he goes into the Emptiness - but to do that he had to take some dangerous medicinal herbs to clear out his meridians some more - probably very similar to what Wang Liping had to do for his training, as detailed in "Opening the Dragon Gate." It appears that Robert Peng and Chunyi Lin had the same Shaolin qigong master teacher, Master Yao, as well. So Robert Peng did a long cave meditation underneath the Shaolin monastery - and this is very similar to the cave meditation that Chunyi Lin did at Mt. Qingcheng - the 49 day fast with no sleep and just some water while in full lotus the whole time. So he said he went into heaven and he saw his grandparents that he not even met before - but he knew it was them. And also his spiritual masters visited him as yang shen bodies - including Lao Tzu touching his head. So yes he described how he had a very deep "small universe" meditation or MCO - and so he saw the falling snow in the sky or what is called flowers in the winter or something - it is described in the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality as when the golden light of the immortal yang shen is starting to appear. So at that stage - you have to go into retreat for the yang shen to actually appear. But instead qigong master Chunyi Lin chooses to do healing practice. But he said his dream is to go back into the cave meditation and live to be 225 years old, etc. and also he knows masters who are in the mountains of China with the golden aura from developing their yang shen.

She is describing Nirvikalpa Samadhi - or what Sri Yukteswar calls "breathless ecstasy." So as Ramana Maharshi states - what happens is most spiritual masters get stuck in the astral realms and they don't keep pursuing Nirvikalpa Samadhi to empty out the 7th level of consciousness as it's called in Mahayana Buddhism. Or as Jim Nance told me - you can be a qigong master but still not have achieved real enlightenment - which is the deep heart opening beyond death. So Ramana Maharshi meditated nonstop for 9 years to achieve this. But even most of his students "deny" that it was necessary for Ramana Maharshi to do this, and instead he had achieved "moksha" when he had his first awakening experience - when he was 16 years old and his astrology had told him he was going to die. So the thing is that for immortal breathing - you use "post heavenly qi" to then move the "pre heavenly qi" - but what is the difference? The difference is that the post heavenly qi still has "yin shen" blockages - which is to say it is still based on the Moon light of the yin qi that has no substance. So this is why the Taoists made fun of the Buddhists because they state - yes you can achieve real enlightenment of your mind but when you die you still turn into a yin shen that can not be seen by others, can not transform physical matter, has no powers, etc. So this really means that the awareness is totally impersonal - as Awaken says in her practice diary - an immortal is "part of evolution." And so when qigong master Chunyi Lin sits in meditation - I saw ghosts hovering around him and so he explained that he regularly heals "yin shen" spirits to send them back into the Emptiness and that his body "embodies" the Emptiness. So he also said the MCO can take you to the highest levels. So what the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality describes is that when the golden light appears - and the sky fills with falling snow - then the yang shen has to be sent out of the body. But it can only go so far and has to be nurtured. So for Poonjaji - he saw the Yang Shen of Ramana Maharshi - but since their tradition practices strictly Mouna Samadhi as silence or eternal listening - this means that their spiritual ego is completely unaware of any powers that manifest. So any healing that occurs, etc. or what the "Yang shen" does is unknown to them. In Mahayana Buddhism, in contrast, the goal is to turn the light around so that you maintain wisdom in the light while you can also maintain the Emptiness. And so you maintain spiritual ego of what powers manifest in the Emptiness. Qigong master Jim Nance describes it as maintaining the focus of the light while the energy does the healing on its own - and so the light is at zero time, like a frozen image, but the energy is also changing the past and future, as superluminal momentum. In other words if you have precognition - and then experience again in the present - that means it is now the past - but what connects the future to the past is this formless awareness. Ramana Maharshi said there is no evolution of the universe - because all of 4D spacetime is a temporary illusion. So in their tradition it was not necessary to cultivate the yang shen and even though the yang shen might manifest - as Ramana Maharshi taught Poonjaji - how can you see God? It is only the Self of your own mind that can not be seen. So Poonjaji then says it is just the "space between thoughts" or a mirror. People confuse the light with the mirror - but as science has now shown, black holes as Hawking radiation as a "self-amplifying" time-frequency mirror. So you have zero time and infinite frequency as the white hole and then infinite time and zero frequency as the black hole. But the secret is this is occurring at "zero space" as the 5th dimension and is an eternal process. So in music theory - this means it is a "triple spectral" of frequency as 2, 3, infinity. Meaning that if C is the fundamental pitch then the subharmonic is 2/3 as C to F while the overtone is C to G but both are the same pitch as the Perfect Fifth which is yang. This is the secret of the Single Perfect Yang as the Golden Yang Shen or positive spirit of taoist alchemy. In the end it still dematerializes back into yuan qi which is formless awareness and the light itself is the light of no light - or as Kurt Godel explained, you can indeed have time travel, only there can not be any personal desire attached to the time travel, and so therefore the Grandmother paradox (killing your own grandmother in your past) is solved. So in Alchemy this is called the "movement in non-doing" of the Yuan Shen. Since the yin qi has no substance and it is the fire of the Sun as the yang of the body - therefore the qi manifests as female energy - that is also beyond form of spacetime. It is the 5th dimension that can not be seen but we can listen as quantum coherence - we can listen at sub-angstrom or smaller than light wavelength. And so the noncommutative phase of light is this superluminal secret as "yin matter" of yuan jing - it is the "golden key" as quasi-matter that is phonon listening momentum. It is called a "novel" new "self-force" by quantum physics professor Basil J. Hiley. In other words at zero time there is still this self-force that is also called "protoconsciousness" of the Universe by quantum physicists. So then the golden immortal Yang Shen body is only achieved when Yuan Jing and Yuan Qi is restored by the "yin shen" blockages being cleared out. And our soul is actually this yin matter that stores the information of light - beyond light - as black hole information. The yin shen ghosts that Chunyi Lin heals are sent back into the Emptiness as yin matter that is superluminal. He says to be careful where to have reproductive sex because the yin shens are attracted to the qi that is activated at creating life. Females are yang internally which means it is much easier for females to open up the heart - beyond death. But to then turn that qi back into the body to go beyond physical death is even more difficult - as the light is the spiritual ego that is easily attached to experiences. So whenever we experience light as color - this is actually the past that our ego experiences. In science quantum light emitted at the quantum jump is still a "subharmonic" of this superluminal phase wave that is beyond light. And the matter goes up in spacetime mass then the light becomes more golden - this is shown in sonofusion - as Iron with heavier mass more easily emits gamma radiation - because the heavier mass has a higher frequency that is superluminal momentum as the "shadow" of light or reverse spacetime information-energy. This means that as the Yuan Qi builds up in the middle tan t'ien - this increases the golden light from the iron of the blood. Then you get into transforming the bones for the golden light of the yuan jing. This is actually called "relative enlightenment" since once the mind is emptied out past death - then the golden body only manifests by the light turned back around in the body. But if you turn the light back around with no substance - as is the case with the yuan shen - then the yuan qi can go anywhere. So the qigong master Chunyi Lin says he can heal multiple people all over the world - at the same time. But this is not him doing the healing - it is the Yuan Qi. But the "yin matter" is the information signal that is superluminal that does the healing as the golden key - and then it is the spiritual yuan shen that gets healed. So in terms of light - the healing is not instantaneous. In terms of the actual healing - it is actually superluminal. In terms of the Yuan qi - it is the eternal present as formless awareness. How do I know this? Because I saw the qigong master create "yuan shen" bodies that he sent out to heal people - they would break off from the top of his head and float out to heal people. As Jim Nance explained to me, that is a very high level of healing since each spirit is individualized to heal that particular person. And so as I saw those spirits "break off" one after another - I knew it was not "instantaneous" healing but that was only my spiritual ego witnessing it! See the difference! When she describes the "blue light" this is the spacetime quantum relativity healing from the future! So light blue-shifts as the Emptiness as protoconsciousness or noncommutative spacetime is shifted. For example Jim Nance shared how he was in full lotus meditating with Chunyi in a church - with another advanced student. Chunyi could see bright blue light but the others could not see it since their level was not that high enough yet. But then the church walls started cracking so they had to stop the meditation! haha.

So Ramana Maharshi calls the "secret door" the "secret pinhole" - if you study the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality - the Yuan Qi originates on the right side of the heart. This is the vagus nerve to the right side of the heart. So I did have this experience - of the formless awareness ether-consciousness beyond death - from http://guidingqi.com So the "yang qi" is the lung qi - science has shown that when the breathing is synchronized with the heart rate variability (the ratio of parasympathetic to sympathetic) then you get the strongest amplitude of high frequency parasympathetic energy. This is the secret of why the lungs are the source of the yang qi. The lower tan tien as the cauldron is actually behind the navel directly as the yuan qi energy - but only once the generative force is restored by meditation. The yin qi has no substance and so you have to rely on using the yin qi to increase the yang qi that is hidden within the yuan jing. Only once the yuan jing is restored to a 16 year old through celibacy does the yuan qi manifest as the yuan shen spirit of the lower tan tien - so that the cauldron is now the middle tan t'ien and the furnace is below. And so when Awaken says the source of the light has no "place" - this means also that there is no "center" - but rather it is the process of listening - and in science it is called the relativistic mass of light as noncommutative spacetime. So instead there is an eternal process of listening - as Nada or "inner ear" method of Buddhism with the Yuan qi as the undivided "yin-yang qi." The original definition of qi is to put shen under the jing and so this is the process of internal listening. And so when Awaken refers to Deep in the Mind as "In the Middle" as the Yellow court - the yellow light of true consciousness that is the Absolute Void that radiates outside the body only happens once the generative force is restored. This is also called the Moon light of the ancestral cavity. And so the ancestral cavity (the third eye) is neither inside the body nor is the "mysterious gate" outside the body. But rather at each zero point in space there is noncommutative phase as the 5th dimension accessed through listening. Phonons are quasi-matter - which is why qigong master Zhang, Hongbao called "yin matter" the superluminal "golden key." So once the moon light manifests as the yuan qi - this is actually from the yin qi - which as Awaken asks - "where is it hiding?" It is not hiding in any 4D place but rather can never been seen, and only can be listened to. I should add that science now agrees the Universe was created from zero energy at zero spacetime but as a noncommutative phase shift. Again this means that light has relativistic mass due to noncommutative spacetime. So time is very asymmetric and yet synchronized at the beginning of the universe - it is literally a reverse time, superluminal momentum that is not conserved. The source of the Volt measured by NIST is measured with the Josephson Junction - and science now realizes it is a "magnetic anomaly" created from noncommutative phase as the 5th dimension. This is also called "spin 1/2" or "half quanta" in quantum physics.

yes the left/right is east/west based on facing south while the lower body is north and upper body is south. So then for males the left hand is yang and right hand is yin since the hands are considered the lower body as they hand below the belly. The left leg is yang and so should be "embracing" or above the right leg - in full lotus and this then activates the liver energy more on the right side of the body. The right kidney is also activated more as the yuan qi. The left eye is the lung but as the sun while the heart is the sun and the right eye is the liver as the moon while the kidney is the moon. So the interaction is much more complicated than Western views. So you can not separate left and right from top and bottom - and the meanings change based on the level of practice you are at. You can study the books, "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" and "Foundations of Internal Alchemy" by Wang Mu and then the 1615 text, ‘Xingming Gui Zhi’ (性命圭旨) – or the ‘Principles of Inner Essence and Longevity’ – By Yin Zhen Ren (尹真人) If we study these three texts then the details of the alchemy training are revealed. But it is quite complicated. For example I was confused by the change from chapter 6 to chapter 7 in the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality. In chapter 6 the Sun is the left eye as the lungs and the Moon is the right eye - and so the Sun is also the heart is negative qi or yin qi of the liver which is the moon as the right eye. So if you study the eye movements for example - when you rotate the eye to the right you do this on the back - at the kidneys - during the small universe meditation - and this is then the green light as the liver energy of the green dragon. Whereas on the heart you rotate the eyes to the left as the lung energy of the white tiger. So even though the white tiger is the West as the right side of the body it is moving to the east and vice versa. That is the secret of how the water tiger is turned into the white tiger and the fire dragon is turned into the green dragon.

So that's professor Patrick Edwin Moran's translation of chapter 41. The secret of the "5 sounds" is that the Chinese tuning used a pentatonic scale but as Professor Moran explains, it was constructed from an alternation of yang and yin or 3/2 frequency and 3/4 frequency. http://users.wfu.edu/moran/Cathay_Cafe/G_tar.html So when I say "frequency" I don't mean the Western definition of frequency based on symmetric math. Rather instead the origin of the original fundamental pitch is not named - it is inaudible as the qi energy-consciousness. However, in the 1980s, China did discover bone flute of 8,000 to 9,000 years old. This is the oldest playable instrument and was tuned to the same scale based on the yang and yin intervals of 3/2 and 3/4. So every human culture around the world uses the Octave or 1:2 and Perfect Fifth or 3/2 and Perfect Fourth or 3/4. The secret of alchemy is that actually the 3 as the origin of the 10,000 things is also the "one" as being "not-two" or nondualism. Music theory is based on pitch as a spatial location that does not exist - so a "phase space." So with 3/2 is it C to G while 2/3 is C to F as the subharmonic. So they are both Perfect Fifth but in relation to the same "fundamental pitch" the 2/3 is doubled as 4/3 since you have C to F as Perfect Fourth and then F to C (octave) as Perfect Fifth. Again it is noncommutative phase. The Perfect Fourth is resonated from Yin as 3/4 back into Yang as 3/2 and that is the secret of alchemy. And so there is no fundamental pitch since that process is eternal listening that is nonlocal - or yin-yang at the same time as Yuan Qi (the air in the water). So it is not as frequency is defined in Western tuning (unless you consider the actual orthodox, early Pythagorean alchemy music tuning that was also based on pitch pipes like the Chinese tuning and had the same meditation secret). So Michael Winn gets into this - but he doesn't quite understand the specific secrets of the music theory - as it relates to geometry as noncommutative phase. In other words there can not be a "fundamental pitch" or as the Pythagoreans stated, "One is not a number." There can be eternal listening but the fundamental pitch is always changing as a spacetime shift of formless awareness. Yes there is a Polish scientist who argued that "pitch centre recognition" is what makes homo sapiens distinct. And so then he investigates how this is tied to awareness and mathematics - how the pitch is perceived. But the problem is he doesn't know about the noncommutative phase math. Instead he just compares a continuum as irrational magnitude with discrete numbers. So I emailed him to let him know about the math - and he said he would investigate this. So there is a quantum physicist who is also a music composer - Gerhard Dorda - in Germany although I think he is German in Czech. Anyway - he did an analysis of the quantum effects of the Sun and Moon and argues that life on Earth has a quantal time awareness via water at around 20 hertz frequency - with a quantum uncertainty between alpha and gamma brain waves. So that is "self awareness" but deep listening to music has much stronger effects. For example there is a book called "The Haunting Melody" by psychologist Theodore Reik. So he details how if you get a song in your head - then this is a gateway to your subconscious emotions. So if you remember the words to the song, then it reveals the subconscious meaning. So with meditation - the subconscious is what is perceived as a quantum holographic computer - of our brain - it is also superluminal and stored as quantum consciousness. So it is the emotional energy that then gives the amplitude of the memory storage. So then this is why music was used to memorize long poems and the history of peoples - using the lyre or as a griot, etc. - like Homer's epic poems were originally sung. Because if you sing, this is right brain dominant for visualization as memory. But with someone like Mozart - there is a book called "The Creative Process" - or with Brahms, etc. - the music compositions are handed down in full as a conceptual flash of light. But the information itself is nonlocal - so that the future is already there. This is what physics means when they refer to music as explaining quantum nonlocality - because if you have a "score" of music written down - the future is already there in the information field, embedded, based on the spacetime form. So with anticipation - this is what one level of dopamine bliss is - but it is still based on a conscious awareness as anticipation. Whereas for the deeper serotonin level as photographic memory in an alpha-theta trance - then the information is received with no intentional thought, but rather instead from pure listening. Rather time is Kala as Kali - the formless awareness Goddess that, as Nuit of Egypt, will never be "unveiled" - can never be seen. So there is eternal motion of time-frequency but it is harmonized as noncommutative phase which is a 5th dimension that is nonlocal awareness as energy-information or superluminal momentum. So in music it is called the Hypersonic Effect from natural tuning. Not Western tuning since Western music uses logarithmic tuning with the assumption that time is a spatial symmetric measurement. So for example because of Fourier Uncertainty it would literally take an infinite amount of time to listen to the Perfect Fifth as 3/2 frequency. This is because the Perfect fifth is noncommutative with C to F as the undertone harmonic as frequency 2/3 and C to G as the overtone harmonic as 3/2 frequency. This has to be "converted" to a symmetric measurement in Western science. Actually it is the other way around - it was music theory that was lied about and this created Western science!! haha. This is very true but only really math professor Luigi Borzacchini has published on this. So it is proven that if you study a music instrument before age 7 the you get a much larger corpus callosum that connects the right and left brain. Listening to time is left brain dominant, and so music training increases language acquisition since word comprehension also relies on close timing precision. But with syncopated rhythms, as Professor Daniel Oore points out, the time switches over to the right brain perception and so becomes a frequency perception. And so if we listen to music with our eyes closed - this becomes right brain dominant as we visualize the changes of "pitch" as a spatial measurement that in fact does not exist "in space." And so for example if you take the octave then C to F is the Perfect Fourth harmonic while F to C as the octave is the Perfect Fifth. So even though it's the same geometry of notes - F and C - the music frequency is different as pitch. But our ears actually will hear a Perfect Fourth as a Perfect Fifth as long as the root tonic is not the basis of comparison. This is the secret of alchemy because for the Chinese music scale - the Pitch Pipe is used instead of a wavelength. So the "root tonic" as the Moon yuan qi energy - as 9 - is then used to create yang notes as 2/3 wavelength but the diameter also changes - so 6. I go into the details on the blog. Essentially you get heaven and earth harmonized from this solar-lunar resonance since the Perfect Fifth is just then 3/4 of the 2/3 as an inversion - so it is 4/3 wavelength of 2/3. But there is no need to align the octave with the Perfect Fifth, as in the case of Western harmonics - instead of you have infinite resonance of complementary opposites. In other words in the West - 2/3 as C to F subharmonic is doubled to 4/3 as the "yin" energy - but since they try to line it up with the Octave then the 2 is actually called geometric magnitude and so it has to be 4/3 and can not be 2/3. It has to be arithmetic mean as 3/2 x harmonic mean as 4/3 = 2 as geometric mean. In other words the complementary opposites as noncommutative phase of 2/3 and 3/2 got covered up. Instead then the natural harmonics were changed into irrational magnitude tuning with each note as the 12th root of 2. And so the square root of 2 that people learn in math high school - is actually from 9/8 as 3/2 squared to 9/4 and halved to 9/8 and then cubed to the tritone interval as the middle of the octave aka the "devil's interval." So then the secret of the Pythagorean Tetraktys is the same as the Tai Chi which is also the same as the three gunas of India. So what happens with the throat singing of Tibetan Monks is it is achieved by meditation first as the upper harmonics - through internal listening and this activates the vagus nerve which then relaxes the throat muscles, enabling the very deep OM sound. And then when there is very deep activation of the heart right side vagus nerve as the "secret pinhole" to the yuan qi or shakti - then you hear the heart spontaneously emit a loud OM sound. Master Nan, Huai-chin says this means the 2nd chakra has opened up to convert jing to shen energy. So the "inner ear" method in Buddhism, also called Sound-Current as Kwan-yin or Guanyin - this can be just to listen to the highest pitch and the more you listen then the stronger the energy gets, as Lao Tzu says - the highest sound that can not be heard. And so then the quantum coherence resonance of listening is proven to be a sub-angstrom wavelength - smaller than light wavelength - and it enables the phonon to be "delocalized" - as zero sound - it has "sub-wavelength" as reverse time with superluminal freuqency as momentum. This is what enables precognition and what Yan Xin called the synchronous resonance virtual information field that does the healing. Dark Energy is this same reverse time, superluminal momentum energy called "Baryon Acoustic Oscillations" as quantum degeneracy pressure. So because it is noncommutative phase then at the microscopic level the positive pressure balances out with the gravitational collapse of spacetime as a logarithmic singularity and so you get quantum entanglement as the ether-information or proto-conciousness. This is called "direct perception" - so as telepathy it is a literal spacetime field that emanates out of the center of the brain. And so when we do exorcisms - we are literally changing the stored information in the microscopic ether black holes - and creating a spacetime shift of consciousness as what the Universe does on its own. So it is not "us" doing it - but by listening then the light goes to zero time. The secret is that one eye is Moon light and the other eye is Sun Light - and so the yang qi and yin qi are the noncommutative phase fields as different directions in time so there is then an "instantaneous" healing by the Universe that we can listen to and logically infer but as far as knowing the results - it is either in the past or the future - as perceived through our spiritual ego of light. If you get the chills from listening to music - this is called Frisson but it is the vagus nerve being activated by the inner ear - and so activates the qi energy which then neutralizes free radicals in the body. but that is still just dopamine increase by the vagus nerve. While the deeper frisson is then the Sacrum subharmonic - as the right side vagus nerve is activated this increases the serotonin and sublimates it from the lower body. So for example if you hold the breath after exhale then it's proven to increase oxygen in the brain, along with serotonin, by activating the vagus nerve. And so the Mozart Effect in music is this deeper serotonin increase from listening to the "slow" baroque middle movements - and classical - at 60 beats per minute. This synchronizes the mind with the heart so you get a strong right brain visualization as spirit biophoton activation while the brain goes into theta - to alpha brain waves with increased serotonin. Or it can be done through extreme yang movement - so with trance drumming it is 7 to 9 beats per second so this synchronizes the brain at the alpha to theta brain waves. But the key is to have the legs bent, with the thigh muscle sore, so the legs shake 7 to 9 beats per second - and this causes the sympathetic nervous system to get pushed to the extreme, creating a "parasympathetic rebound" which then activates the vagus nerve as a serotonin increase from the ELF subharmonic. So for example Tesla creates such a ELF resonator and gave it to Mark Twain and he had to run to the bathroom - because when the serotonin increases this is what causes the colon to get flushed out. So Dr. Andrija Puharich called it the Hydron-Phonon effect since the water is split by the ultrasound and you get delocalized protons that have a reverse precession or spin as the ELF subharmonic that is actually reverse time energy. So we can then say that this is the Yuan Qi as the Lunar-Earth resonance or Schumann resonance. It is proven that energy healing masters have strong ELF subharmonic electromagnetic waves with their brain synchronized with the Schumann resonance. This is actually the reverse time virtual information field that has a noncommutative phase with the ultrasound going into quantum nonlocal coherence of the collagen. So when the collagen of the microtubules is filled with qi then the whole body pulsates - the bones get soft and flexible like a baby and the body-mind merges back in with the yuan qi energy - and you hear the OM sound which is really this infinite time-frequency resonance that originates in silence. It is called quantum coherence that is nonlocal and so there is no zero and no infinity - but instead a "self-amplifying" energy-information that creates energy-mass and spacetime - as a 5th dimensional coherence coordinating everything. The past and future are perceived through light - so that as qigong master Yan Xin says - the virtual information field is "bidirectional" meaning that any blockage perceived in the past is already healed in the future and this listening as Yuan Qi consciousness then can tap into the future to change the past.

This is how the dragon and tiger have yang and yin and vice versa. You have "water tiger" but then also "white tiger" and then you have "fire dragon" but also "green dragon." The spirit is created from the qi.

The "real" MCO that they're referring to means your body is full of yang qi as yuan qi, so that you do not even need to physically breath very much, nor sleep very much nor eat very much. You would have spiritual powers at that level. It is rare people reach it. The reason the MCO is taught is because the mind on its own is powered by yin qi and so lacks the "driving force" of the yang qi that is activated by deep reverse breathing to create fire in the lower tan t'ien. So the beginning of Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality states - if you can concentrate on your third eye and your spirit as heart energy is not "moved" by external images as passion - then you can also stop your thoughts and so turn your yin qi into yuan qi, via the yang qi. So if you can feel your lower tan t'ien at the navel - that is just the first sign of the energy activated. It has to keep building up into "vital force" which is not the same as yin qi. It means you use the fire, the power of your spirit, the liver qi, to increase the yang qi of the water - by meditation. It has to be constant by maintaining celibacy of the mind as well as body. So since most people can't do that for obvious reasons - then only the deep breathing is able to activate the yang qi which then will drive out the yin qi blockages and yin jing blockages. And so you also need to do standing active meditation because the "real" MCO means all the body 8 main meridian channels will be full of qi as well. So at first the MCO is used to - if you have any activation of life force energy - to make sure the fire stays under the water - or the spirit with its yin qi under the yang qi - to maintain yuan qi as purified energy. So this is ONLY achieved by strong reverse breathing - called "quick fire." Next the MCO is used to then purify the yin qi and yang qi into yuan qi - and so the Sun as the Heart Fire is the spirit but it is "earthy" as sullied by the Lung as the Sun yang qi having passion desires by seeing forms of beauty. So the Sun has the liver yin qi as the Moon which is also the right eye. The Moon is the lower tan t'ien as water but also has the Moon as the liver qi that turns food into generative fluid - unless strong reverse breathing is used to purify the liver qi food yin qi into yuan qi. And so the Moon is also the left eye as the Hun soul. And so by closing the eyes and rotating the eyes you activate the third eye as the yuan qi energy of the lower tan t'ien as the central channel but you are ALSO "copulating" the dragon and tiger - which means there is yin within the yang and yang within the yin - and so the Heart and Lower Tan T'ien are slowly turned into Heaven and Earth via the Sun and Moon energies circulating as alchemy. So you can say just put the fire as spirit into the earth to turn the water into air as qi. This is the basic alchemy but then there is also the wood and metal that are the "dark moon" Earth origins - meaning the hidden qi as the source of the spirit qi, the Li as fire is then Ji-Earth meaning yin qi and the the source of the Water qi, the Kan as water is then Wu-Earth as the yang qi. When they have yang into yin and yin into yang - then the lower tan t'ien is turned into Earth as the Yuan Qi, the one vitality that is before the Ming essence of generative force and Before the Xing as the spirit. So that means you have activated the "real" MCO as the yuan qi energy. Then you go into immortal breathing which means you do very little actual physical breathing and instead the yuan qi circulates in one direction while the impure yang qi circulates in the other direction. And then slowly the spirit as yin shen is turned into yang shen as the white light of the Yuan Shen turns into golden light from the lower tan t'ien light of the spirit-vitality of shen-qi. Then finally the whole body is converted into a yang shen and the physical body disappears and only Yuan Qi is left as the spirit has been turned into Nothingness. This is also called the state of no-thought as the One Vitality. So when people say you should not "force" the MCO - what they mean is that if you can maintain a state of no-thought at the very beginning - this is what is also called Jnana yoga as vichara - the highest level of yoga - as Mouna Samadhi or silence as internal listening. It is both the process and the goal of meditation. And so it turns all the five elements of alchemy back into the Earth as immutable thought as yuan qi formless awareness - the thought of no thought as direct perception. And so this is what chapter 7 on "freezing the spirit" or "plunging the spirit" into the lower tan t'ien is also the same as the very start of the book. It states - if you can not understand all the alchemy interactions of the small universe then you can just practice this one method. But if you can not maintain the necessary purity of mind and body - then the small universe meditation is taught to create the lungs as the bellows so that the alchemical interactions take place.

There is an older meditation in India called Kriya yoga that circulates the energy, much like the microcosmic orbit. If you want to understand the microcosmic orbit then study the book Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality - but it requires comparison with other alchemy texts, since otherwise the terms contradict themselves, unless understood as having different meanings as different types of energy - like sun and moon for example. So your experience is most likely just from not really understanding what the microcosmic orbit is about. It is said - that until the generative force is built up - the yin qi - then you are not easily going to feel the orbit. But there are different levels. One level is to still the mind, which helps to build up the yin qi. The 2nd level is to purify the yin qi to turn it into yuan qi, by making it with yang qi. And so on.

So I mentioned before how the music of Taoist alchemy is the small universe meditation. The number 9 is the fundamental pitch as the Lunar calendar with 81 months as the diameter of 9 of the pitch pipe. So 9 is the "positive" or yang qi number for the ascent of positive fire in the small universe or microcosmic orbit alchemy meditation. This is the secret of why 9 is the number of growth in both Daoism and Pythagorean alchemy. The qi of the heart is yin qi as the negative fire descent which is required to then restore the positive fire. This qi of the heart is then called Ji-Earth of Li while the qi of the kidneys is called Wu-earth of Kan. So when the Moon as yuan qi is activated is is because the yang and yin qi have been stored into the one vitality, so that the Wuji is experienced as the Tai Chi. This means the lower tan tien has been filled up so that the spirit-vitality or shen-qi manifests as the third eye awakening. This is called the first half of alchemy as seeing the light of the moon, since the negative fire restored the positive fire, to enable the Moon to shine forth. And so it is stated that when thought is "stablised" or "immutable" and then "reduced to nothing" this enables the Earth to build up the yuan qi energy of the Moon - by internal listening. And so the first stage is to concentrate the thought on the center of the brain. And so this is done when the eyes are closed by visualizing light - but when the eyes are open it is done by keeping the tongue against the roof of the mouth - so that the vagus nerve is connected back to the pineal gland. The front vagus nerve then connects to the right side of the heart - the ventricle - and then down to the testicles. So then as the qi develops in the pineal gland the cerebrospinal fluid overflows out of the sinus cavity and is swallowed as salvia. With the tongue against the roof of the mouth - the qi energy is able to travel with the nervous system - into the lower tan t'ien. Otherwise it travels into the blood system, into the heart, and creates ejaculation. And so while the eyes are open, then along with the tongue against the roof of the mouth, the ears can listen and concentration on the center of the brain. This is done by flexing the middle ear muscles, which as Dr. Stephen Porges states, pulls in high frequency energy into the ears. Listening is an active process of the middle ear drums, not just a passive hearing response. This flexing of the middle ear muscles then causes the vagus nerve to connect with the pineal gland so that you can feel the qi energy focused in the pineal gland as the true intention of awareness. Neuroscience has now proven that our awareness is actually controlled by the thalamus and connected also to the back of the brain - the parietal-occipital lobe. This is the "Bindu chakra" point in kriya yoga alchemy. So by flexing the middle ear muscles we then brain in energy from direct awareness of the yuan qi prana of the formless awareness - through the bindu chakra point at the back of the skull.

The Mind Inside Tai Chi: Sustaining a Joyful Heart By Henry Zhuang 2015, YMAA If you read the essay "Zhu Xi's Metaphysical System and the Role of the Taji (Great Ultimate)" by Kim Han-Sang, 2013 it is quite clear Zhu Xi is emphatic that Taiji is wuji - at the same time. Not "prior." For me this completely is understandable in terms of noncommutative phase. In alchemy there is "forward" and "backward" processes at the same time as continual processes. That is noncommutative phase. Essentially when light is "turned around" then it has zero rest mass but it does have relativistic mass.
