science is now based on quantum mechanics, not classical physics (gravity). So in terms of gravity as a particle goes towards the speed of light then time slows down. So in terms of quantum physics the momentum or energy of the particle is directly proportional to frequency. So Louis de Broglie realized that as the energy of a particle increases so too does its frequency but this means that time as wavelength should get SMALLER - not bigger (as relativity states as time slows down or expands). So logically this means, as de Broglie realized, there HAS TO BE A SECOND TIME from the future!! So the momentum is a "super" momentum aka supermomentum or superluminal phase. So the particle has an "inner energy" that is a black hole and secretly guides the particle - from the future, as a "pilot wave." So that is the Yuan Qi energy - we can not SEE it but we can LISTEN to it since it is based on time/frequency energy. So the frequency is to time as the momentum is to wavelength. So the Shen is to Emptiness as the Qi is to Jing. So as the Jing becomes more concentrated, under pressure, then the Qi as momentum becomes more precognitive - From the Future as "negative energy" or negative frequency. And time is reversed. The increased serotonin then increases the potassium ratio to sodium in the brain, thereby increasing the Yuan Qi charge. The water EMITS biophotons as virtual photons when the water is compressed in the brain via the pineal gland. So there is a magnetic moment between the separation of the protons and electrons as water is compressed via the neurons in the brain - the neurons are composed of the crucial microtubules. The Daoists teach sun gazing as well - so it is known that photon energy does go to feed the pineal gland via the eyes. But - as a reader on this website then visited me personally - and as I sat in full lotus on the couch next to him - he then exclaimed: So that is what happens when the yin qi leaves the pineal gland and is shot out of the eyes via the pineal gland. For example I was hanging out with qigong master Jim Nance http://guidingqi.com and I had just got off work and my male coworker is of low frequency energy. So I had not done meditation to raise my frequency again, so I needed an exorcism. So then I began thinking bad thoughts about Jim while he sat across from me and he suddenly yelled out, "You're always trying to take my energy!" and his yell blasted me with qi right at the frequency that needed exorcism. So then I had very strong fear and I had to stop myself from running out of the room and then he said, "But I still love you." So he did an exorcism of my spirit from a low frequency back up to a high frequency. Another time he asked me to visit him and I said , "no I just got off work and so I need to meditate to cleanse my energy" and he said, "I totally understand." So if a male is trying to be celibate then it is up to the male to draw boundaries. He should not accept being hugged and if he hugs people then he needs to cleanse his energy after that. For example monks in Thailand are not allowed to be touched by females. Also the Brahmin priests have to do a three day purification ritual if they just make EYE contact with a female. So we Westerners do not realize just how strict the celibacy training is. So the lust energy is the red frequency - it is yin qi energy and lower frequency. It needs to be raised up as an exorcism. The standing active exercises are the best way to do this. But it's easier to just avoid close contact with females if you're trying to be celibate. Or you can send energy into females first but when the female sends energy back - it will be low frequency - until you raise her energy up in frequency. That is a psychic type of tantra that does not involve touching. But it takes a lot of low frequency energy to make a small amount of higher frequency energy (that is shot out of the third eye pineal gland). So doing tantra will use up the higher frequency energy over time - and eventually each person has to rely on the Cosmic Mother energy that is not of a form but is formless (it can only be listened to and not seen visually). at the level 4 retreat in 2001 http://springforestqigong.com Chunyi Lin told the story how he was practicing outside with some students and he cleared the area of mosquitoes. I'm not sure when that happened - it was not at the same retreat but another one. Anyway another time he said he doesn't practice outside meditation due to all the mosquitoes. So it can be done but it takes too much energy and so gets in the way of meditation. I have seen mosquito screens used for meditation tents. So the best way is to leave the ground open - so you get the yin qi from the earth but then have a standing mosquito net tent. this could be expensive. Maybe by purchasing "screen door" mesh - that might be a cheaper way to make a mosquito net tent.

yes it is complicated so you need to study the Taoist Yoga book more. The left eye is the LIVER energy (wood as yin qi) - the liver energy goes right up to the eyes during the day with the eyes open. The right eye is the LUNG energy (yang qi with substance). So the left eye is the HUN soul or cloud soul. The right eye as the Po soul then CLINGS to the Hun soul - as the hun soul is fire and so is pure and easily flies out of the body. So that causes separation by the po soul then going back down via the hun soul going out of the eyes. So for alchemy you close the eyes so that the Hun soul as a yin shen then turns into a Yang shen so then the Po soul clings to the fire going down. So that is how the copulation of dragon (yin qi) and tiger (yang qi) works - there is yang within yin and vice versa. So the water has to go back DOWN the front in order to store up the Yuan Qi as the Golden Elixir. The lung energy as water or metal then helps to sink the wood that normally would rise up. In alchemy the elements have to be reversed. So then as the yuan qi is stored in the lower tan tien - then you rotate the eyes again to bring the energy back up and back down via the shen. So the pineal gland is connected to the lower tan tien directly through the central channel - this is felt by rolling the eyes. Science recognizes this role of the pineal gland via biophotonic signals. So again the left eye is Hun soul while the eyes are open but Yang shen when the eyes are closed so positive fire as yang qi and yang shen then DESCENDS back down to the lower tan tien. By rotating the eyes then the shen combines between yang and yin shen (left and right eyes) and yin and yang qi (left and right eyes) - to then create more Yuan Qi. That is what the quote above from TAoist Yoga tells you specifically about the Pineal Gland - it's role is to CREATE MORE YUAN QI!! Then yuan qi is STORED in the lower tan tien and when then lower tan tien is filled - then the middle tan tien opens up which then causes the Yuan Qi to rise up to the pineal gland. So that is the First half of immortality - as then you see light externally as the Absolute Void via the Yang Shen. But to keep storing up yuan Qi then you need to rotate the eyes so that the Shen burns up and purifies the yin qi and yang qi. So the yin qi is a red light shen lower frequency blockage. The yang qi is blue light from the future - so you are absorbing yuan qi from the future and it emits blue light in the process. This is precisely how we see the color gold - it is proven in relativistic quantum physics as blue light being absorbed FROM THE FUTURE as quantum spin (the 5th dimension). So that causes the red, yellow and green light to combine to be seen as gold. In other words NEW matter is being created as Yuan Jing. So the Green Dragon and the White Tiger then descend back down the front to be stored in the lower tan tien via the Yellow light - of the Yuan Shen - so that is the storage of the Golden Pill or Golden Elixir to keep building up yuan qi energy. It has to be stored in "cold storage" - deep in the lower tan tien which is the small intestines - having more neurons than the heart. We can't say what the Dao is because it is experienced through LISTENING. So it is called the "negative judgement paradox" by math professor Luigi Borzacchini. A Phonon can be superluminal and also can be stored as antigravity pressure-energy-information. So a photon is the Yuan Shen that is "turned around" but light has a hidden super-momentum to it - a superluminal energy-information as "relativistic mass" or spacetime energy from the future. That is why the Yuan Qi has the yuan shen INSIDE it. And the Yuan Qi is inside our bodies but it is also the core of the Universe - as a 5th dimension black hole. Powers are symmetric logic that is Western. The yin-yang is noncommutative phase logic that is complementary and asymmetric resonance. So no - it's not logarithms nor inverse exponentials. So here is the noncommutative time-frequency torus as another example from Fields Medal (harder to get than Nobel) mathematician Alain Connes. the phrase "frame of reference" for qi is great to consider for Einstein's insight into relativity. He imagined being in an elevator at the speed of light - so that gravity can not be sensed at all. So that way there is no way to tell if someone is free falling - the qi - or not. So Qi has Shen within it. The shen is our spiritual ego but we turn the light around to build up the qi. The qi literally is spacetime as Yuan Qi. The yin qi and yang qi are different. Chapter 11 of the book Taoist Yoga goes into this - so the shen has to have Yuan Qi surrounding it - or else when the Shen leaves the body there is spacetime dizziness. So that is a kind of general relativity. When we work with Yuan Qi as the Emptiness we are literally changing spacetime! We create Negentropy energy which is reverse time energy. So anyway let's get back to Kostas - he said it was a good road trip for him, and then writing the book and that he did not get any permanent transformation from his experience, even though he was able to telekinetically move a VHS empty cardboard box from a distance (similar to Jim moving the cigarette pack - knocking it over as in the video). But Kostas added an interesting tidbit. Jim said that - as he corroborated to me in an email reply - that it was just like taking a crap - when he pushed his qi energy out for the telekinesis. But Kostas added that the stored up condensed lower tantien Qi energy had to move up to the heart BEFORE it then moved out of the hands. So what is quite fascinating about John Chang stating that his yang has to DESCEND and then his YIN ascend to create the Qi "explosion" - is that in Neidan the Yang that descends is the stored up yang qi, that descends down the front via celibacy! So it is through the heart via the spirit that the purification occurs. This is covered in chapter six of the Taoist Yoga book - and so it's the crucial step to use the Shen spirit to FUSE the yang and yin qi into the Yuan Qi, via the blue light. So it appears confusing that John Chang then says he sends out his Yin energy field to help enable the telekinesis power of his students. And then Kostas corrects his interviewer - stating that NO - ONLY John Chang can work with the Yin field while the students can only work with the Yang and that's the point. So what this means is quite mysterious as Kostas argues that the Yin qi is actually gravity itself creating an attracting force while the Yang qi field is actually like a superconducting energy that radiates out - as the Sun does. So Kostas knows enough physics to realize that he is talking about Negentropy as reverse entropy for the Yang qi field - or reverse time energy. This is also described as "delocalized protons" by the Daoist quantum biologist Dr. Mae-Wan Ho (and her colleagues). So for spirit communication - the yin field secret is that the yang qi has to be built up via celibacy as John Chang and Kostas emphasize - that the yin qi power is limited by the amount of yang qi (substance) built up in the body. This Yang Qi substance is the ionized lecithin that enables the delocalized protons of water in the body. So that creates a yin qi field as the "golden key" or superluminal yin matter (from the future) via anti-matter and virtual photons. And so the Yang Qi that the students build up inside themselves is also guided by the yin shen. In alchemy Neidan this is explained via the Cloud Soul (Hun) and Whitesoul (po). So the yang qi will CLING to the Hun soul as it leaves the eyes. So during meditation this has to be turned around so that when the Hun Soul is focused downward then it builds up the Yang Shen so that the Yang Qi (of the Po or Whitesoul) then CLINGS to the Yang Shen focused downward back into the lower tantien). That is why the Shen is guiding the Qi even though paradoxically the Shen originates OUT of the Qi - due to the inherent yin-yang energy dynamics that are eternal.
