So then Poonjaji states that the first thought upon waking is a thought in the self-awareness. He states that the formless awareness is the space between thoughts. So the first thought upon waking is often still in REM brain state with theta brain waves - this is why you can smell yourself immediately upon waking up but then the next breath and thought you are suddenly beta brain wave dominant and the smell will go away. So I watched this neuroscientist on youtube lecturing on the "mystery of qi" or qi without mystery - stating that it is the cerebellum that has faster evolution of neurons than the prefrontal cortex. I think what he meant to say - more precisely - is that the cerebellum has a larger prefrontal cortex, in ratio to its size, then the cerebrum brain. This was also the main analysis of Stan Gooch - in his book Total Man - he said that paranormal powers is from the cerebellum-pineal gland connection. But the brain on its own is very weak - and so for example when athletes go into the "flow" - this neuroscientist says that means they are "learning to learn" - or meta-learning, and that this is a self-organizing of thinking on its own. As Stuart Hameroff states - precognition is real in this state of the "flow" - that Michael Jordan for example really does perceive faster than his fellow players. The canadian neuroscientist gives evidence to prove this is true - there really is faster perception. So in the REM state - this is also called the Mozart Effect - so when the heart resonates with the breathing and brain then the spirit takes over as a waking dream state for thinking or perceiving. So then - it's proven the "flow" is caused by a big spike in adrenaline to the amgydala and hippocampus so your brain from increased dopamine is able to process faster memories - and so your internal perception is faster so your external perception of time is slower. External time slows down to create the flow as your internal perception is faster.

Ramana Maharshi says to repeat I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I-I not as a mantra but as logical inference and then the I-thought will get concentrated. So if any other thought arises just ask yourself from where does that thought arrive and since all thoughts are based on the I-thought - then you clear the thought out by repeating I-I-I-I-I. At that point when the thought is concentrated then visualize light on the right side of the heart and he says the I-I emanates from the right side of the heart. So it is a concentrated meditation - not just "observing" the thoughts which is passive meditation as vipassana. But as the process is the goal just as with vipassana - then the I-I always emanates as the prana or formless awareness of the qi. With concentration you "use the mind to kill the mind" as Ramana Maharshi states - and that includes the mind as spirit as well - and this is the secret of the Taoist "turning the light around" - so for Ramana then he went into pure formless awareness after his heart stopped but the prana kept him alive. Then a shock emanated from the right side of the heart and brought back his spirit to the left side as his sense of self, or spiritual ego. The Taoists say the same thing - the Yuan Shen is from the left side of the heart and the Yuan Qi is from the right side of the heart. So after his heart had stopped for 15 minutes - after that with each breath he took, his mind as qi then went beyond his physical heart energy to the formless awareness, as his eternal liberation. The early primates - the tree shrew - our current inner ear was actually the jaw bone of the tree shrew and so the "inner smile" is actually the pineal gland smiling - the cerebellum brain - and the inner ear is being activated. So some state to just listen to the highest pitch sound you can hear. Science has now proven - the highest pitch ringing sound we hear externally then resonates the whole brain internally as ultrasound. The ultrasound in turn resonates the microtubules of the neurons as quantum consciousness that is nonlocal awareness. For example primates use the smile as a submissive gesture - if someone freaks out in anger at you then you just don't say a word, empty out the mind, into the submissive primate smile that is actually the inner smile of the pineal gland cerebellum. Or you could then also send qi into the person to transform their anger. So for example if you fast - then as Ramana Maharshi says when the body is weak the mind will get strong - and you can hear the ringing more easily - as the kidney energy is activated. That is the vagus nerve connection from the lower body - as hunger is the left front vagus nerve up to the brain. And so there is a phenomenon of white noise that causes people to hear things - when in fact what they hear from white noise is their own subconscious projections. So it is kind of fun to have fasting then increase the white noise of the environment and having a constant flood of subconscious projections. This also happens from music - so it's called the "third ear" - a book by Theodore Reik called the Haunting Melody points out how music is the bridge to the subconscious. So you get a song in the head suddenly. Then if you can remember the lyrics you realize it reveals the hidden meaning of your subconscious at that moment. So the original healing songs had gibberish words but it is the intention of the jing or N/om energy that matters based on the frequency of the light - and so when the light is turned around - this is the intention to go into the formless awareness through the heart. And so Ramana Maharshi stated that OHM or nada meditation becomes just a trance that dulls the mind on its own - and so that is why he said to practice logical inference as the truth of reality. But in fact - this is the same - as the left brain inner ear listening activates the right side vagus nerve to the right side of the heart. Master Nan, Huai-chin details how when the 2nd chakra opens up from jing converted to qi - a loud OHM sound spontaneously emits from the heart. I actually heard this during a strong ayahuasca full lotus session. So actually that is the right side vagus nerve to the heart being activated - kind of like the inner ear ringing and chills is from the vagus nerve. Only the heart vagus nerve is a much stronger energy - the source of the Yuan Qi beyond death.

To describe it physiologically - essentially there is a strong magnetic bliss in the center of the brain - and this magnetic bliss then overwhelms any thoughts - so then also you can just "focus" the pineal gland to stop the thoughts. This can be called strong internal listening - but another explanation is through Yi or intention as via neuroscience - the back of the brain controls intention as awareness. So - if your turn your "perspective around" - your thoughts to your "awareness" - then you can just idle into pure awareness. I was told by http://springforestqigong.com that my mind is "very powerful from many years of meditation" and then before that his assistant http://guidingqi.com said I had the "best mental concentration" of any student he had met. But he also said for that comment to not "go to my head" and the original qigong master said to "focus on the lower tan tien." So there is focus - which is left brain concentration - and then visualization. When the qi gets very strong - the qigong masters describe how time stops - and an image freezes - this image is actually holographic reality - so the internal and external merge via the Yuan Qi. So when that happens - the light has been "turned around" and with the image frozen and time stopped - then the qi as God or Formless Awareness or Emptiness will do whatever healing needs to occur. So in the sense of formless universal mind - no it never stops. In the sense of the Spiritual ego - as individual light - yes it can be "frozen" and then merge into the Yuan Qi.

It's become well accepted now in mainstream physics that 4D spacetime of the Universe emerges from quantum entanglement as black holes. This is called EPR=ER Or the worm holes of black holes are actually from quantum entanglement. The debate is then how to discover this empirically - physicists state we need to search the "early Universe" when quantum entanglement was synchronized - because of being near inflation and before the symmetry of the universe had been established. So for example Erik Verlinde argues that dark energy and dark matter is simply the negative entropy of quantum relativity - antigravity phonons from quantum entanglement. Other physicists - like Gerard t'Hooft - and some quantum physicists insist that actually we exist within virtual micro quantum black hole/white holes - everywhere and this is the foundation of reality. This is known to be true by qigong masters (insert fancy marketing term with fancy Chinese characters for "authenticity" trademarked). So qiqong masters can leave their body at will - because they are traveling into this micro black hole/white hole foundation that is the Yuan Qi. This is modeled in science by de Broglie's Law of Phase Harmony - so as energy frequency goes to the speed of light, then time slows down by getting a bigger wavelength. But this violates the basic principle of science since Pythagoras that frequency is inverse to time as wavelength. transcendent wisdom or prajna is the shen - in Taoism the yin shen has to be changed into Yang Shen by increasing the Yuan Qi levels to then increase the Shen - so the yin qi as Lunar increases to Gold from the solar - but alchemy is still limited since in the end the yang shen returns to the Yuan Qi which is also the Emptiness. The Emptiness flows eternally - like time that we exist in but also as complementary opposites of shen and jing - and so there is no "end of that process" as you state. At the end of alchemy - the Emptiness will decide to create the yang shen at another time-space, etc. and so the Yang Shen is actually an impersonal manifestation of the Emptiness - kind of like a white hole in physics from a black hole. So Christianity is based on the Solar calendar - and no yoga full lotus meditation nor any concept of complementary opposites as harmonics of body-mind transformation. Buddhism was a reform of Vedic philosophy - and so the lunar energy was still maintained in Buddhism but the Solar energy was still the focus - so Buddhism is more about mind transformation and less about the body. But you can't make the Gold in alchemy unless the lunar silver energy is built up first -as it's stated that generative force as yin qi energy is just immature yuan qi. So it is like a black hole - the Emptiness stores the future and past - and 4D spacetime with energy mass is a holograph - and so Yuan Qi is actually reverse spacetime as negentropy or reverse entropy. This is how precognition works, how to reverse aging and achieve longevity - and how to heal broken bones and cause physical transformations - the Yang Shen is when the Yuan Jing is full, etc. There is a fundamental difference between Western esoteric traditions ever since Plato because of the wrong math from Plato, with the infinite defined as a contained geometry using symmetric math. It's actually a Klein Bottle so you can't see the 5th dimension. The red is a logarithmic singularity - but that is just classical physics. So the foundation of reality is quantum - which is noncommutative phase as the 5th dimension. So light as a photon is a point but as a wave it is nonlocal - but this means it is in 2 places at the same time - as the 5th dimension that is noncommutative. People think that doesn't make sense - who can it be in two places at the same time? Actually basic music theory explains this. So for example the Perfect Fifth is C to F as subharmonic 2/3 while the Perfect Fifth is C to G overtone harmonic as 3/2. So C = 2 while F=3=G at the same time. That is noncommutative phase. It is also called "Fourier Uncertainty" or "time-frequency uncertainty" - and that is the true foundation of reality. So for example de Broglie - studying relativity - realized Einstein had a problem - as energy goes to the speed of light then time as wavelength slows down, gets bigger. That means as frequency goes higher then time also gets bigger. That violates a fundamental property since Pythagoras that frequency is inverse to time as wavelength (from music theory). So de Broglie realized since quantum physics is real there has to be a phase wave that is faster than the speed of light. I had an editor when I was a paid staff op-ed writer for the MN Daily, a university paper serving 50,000 people. For example Gurdjieff - someone "edited" his tome and he became suicidal because the "editor" did not understand what he was saying. That is what I told the editor at the MN Daily. It was my final op-ed. The title ironically was "Truth Repressed by Psychic Vampires." After the editor said - o.k. let's run it - then a professor emailed me stating only this: I will personally make sure you are never published by the MN Daily again. haha. So you say I need an editor. I have interviews, articles, books - all in different formats. The pdf is based on images. You say it's all over the place. What's your evidence? The training is holistic - it's not linear. I read one scholarly book a day for 10 years. Did James Joyce need an editor for Ulysses? Maybe - or maybe he had a nonlinear style that was trance inducing and no one could understand it. Did Samuel Beckett need an editor for WATT. Maybe his listening of logical possibilities to the point of absurdity was just wrong. Colin Wilson thought Samuel Beckett was wrong. But then Wilson did not understand Beckett. Wilson's books, on the other hand, make a person's I.Q. drop down to a lower level. Sure he wrote clearly but he didn't say too much. Still Colin Wilson was on the right track - hence Dwight McDonald being pissed about Wilson's "Outsider" book being so popular. Dwight McDonald, in contrast, thought that "High culture" needed to be promoted. Nope - a lot of training manuals are too sparse. So are my interviews "all over the place"? I doubt it - I'm just answering questions. How about my "one-off" articles I wrote for free? In fact - I wrote all my stuff for free. So then - if it's all over the place - did I not reference what I stated - did I back it up with sources? Yes I did. haha. The problem with editors and publishers is that if they don't understand what you're saying then they either censor you - stating - well there's no market for it, or it needs to be changed. For example - my master's thesis - this publisher contacted me. Said he wanted to publish my master's thesis and promote it at book fairs. The master's thesis already had been posted online for free - I sent it to Ken Wilber's webmaster. I was trying to contact Ken Wilber since i critiqued him in my master's thesis. Instead the webmaster just published the master's thesis online for free. I never did get any response from Ken Wilber. Amazing what people will do to avoid direct communication. haha. So anyway that physicist published music theory books - on music and fractals. He kept saying he wanted to publish me but he didn't understand what I was saying. So he asked me questions - and challenged me. Then he admitted actually it was his wife who wanted to publish me. haha. So I read his music and fractal book - and he points out the Tai Chi is not a fractal since it's not symmetric math. Now in my master's thesis I pointed out that logistic equations can model the Tai Chi. But that was wrong - logistic equations are symmetric math. Suddenly I realized the error in my master's thesis. But it was not the same misunderstanding that the physics writer - Charles Madden was asking about. He was asking about the Emptiness and Nodes, etc. So that launched me on a deeper analysis of the math of the harmonics - and I realized actually the music theory of the Tai chi and Pythagorean philosophy is based on complementary opposites that are noncommutative. I began writing articles on this - in 2006 - and - yet I still could not communicate my point clearly. I had discovered Alain Connes - who writes on music theory and quantum relativity - and noncommutative resonance. But the problem is Connes did not understand music theory well enough! I mean he liked Western music! haha. So - anyway I kept digging and yes it is very abstract - but then after I was all done - with my pdf, etc. with all the images - then I discovered Eddie Oshins. Eddie Oshins is the ONLY one who discovered the same point I did - he was pissed that his term "quantum psychology" had been "popularized" in "well-written" books published by "editors" - etc. - and yet it was FAKE quantum psychology and not based on real quantum math. So for example Eddie Oshins worked with Karl Pribram and he tried to explain to Karl Pribram that Pribram did not really understand quantum noncommutative math. Instead Pribram promoted his holographic brain model with the wrong math - and that is what got popularized! Meanwhile Eddie Oshins stayed working at the Stanford Linear Particle Accelerator and teaching Wing Chun. He knew that the movements of Neigong are quite literally based on the secret of noncommutative phase from quantum relativity. This is an amazing corroboration of my own research. But again Eddie Oshins remains unknown. There is literally one other mention of him on the interwebs beside his own website. There is a math professor who cites him - Louis Kauffman. I have corresponded with Kauffman. But even Kauffman did not really understand Oshins since Oshins trained in nonwestern neigong. So you see - you say I need an editor but it was the editors who propagated the fake quantum psychology b.s. and Oshins was pissed about this. Why? Because the editors were too stupid to understand his research. So for example apparently Amit Goswami had to apologize to Eddie Oshins - something about not attributing his creation of quantum psychology. Basically Eddie Oshins is the real deal and he got buried by all the "popularizers" of Westernized fake New AGe philosophy. Why is this? Because the Western mind control of symmetric math is very deep - it hits people by middle school if not sooner - and then is completely backed up every where. So you say I need an editor and I'm all over the place? How do I know that you just can't understand me since you're too brainwashed? Can you provide any details that you actually understand what I'm saying and how an editor would help? Also whats the point of editing something - since each version of editing has to be tailored to the limited biases of each publisher and editor. For example to get published - you have to have an agent who has an inside connection and again the publisher has to already agree with the message or else it will get censored. If the editor and publisher can not understand it - or don't agree since it's too radical then it will get censored. Now each editor - has a slightly different angle - and publishers look for marketing niches. So they want information that is a commodity fetish - that "sells" - and so forth. And so until you actually are "editing" for a specific publisher who is already lined up via an agent then what's the point of editing? Each agent/publisher point of view will have their own marketing bias, etc. Now if you have an agent/publisher lined up then you can tailor the writing to whatever stupid style they want. It's like improvising on the piano - You want to play a style of Bach or Rachmaninoff or Jazz or Blues - a good pianist can crank out Chopin style or Debussy. For example I was just corresponding with a music healer - John Beaulieu of Biosonics - he does exactly that - he has a link of him playing piano improvising in different styles. I used to do that - so I can say - yes I even recognize what Debussy song he is mimicking harmonically, stylistically, etc. He actually has an article on the Perfect Fifth and the quantum - in the newest Rosicrucian newsletter - it is well written but does not quite grasp the secret of noncommutative phase. He is very close but not quite there. So SURE I need an editor - but what's the point unless I have an agent who has a deal lined up already? Besides books make no money and are hardly promoted - and my message is too radical. For example Mitch HOrowitz edits the "occult" books for Penguin out of New York - he promotes Freemasonry like it's apple pie Americana. So then he is only going to sign writers who follow that agenda. Oops. And it is very similar with all the New age publishers - they are all too westernized. Throw in radical ecology and you got a real problem. The empirical evidence is very radical. You present it and you get censored. That is the NeoFormalist view - Form is Content. You say I need an editor as if my form is wrong - but you have not addressed the content. Dismissing the form is a nice way to censor the content. For example I wrote a paper called the "InCorrect Supply and Demand model" - for environmental economics. I was told my subject was not appropriate - even though I relied on strong economic references. So I just made my references even stronger and resubmitted it. But the instructor was brainwashed as a "free market" ideologue. So he passed my paper around to his office colleagues - all graduate students - and they filled my paper with red marks circling stylistic errors - in their opinion.
