    Actually in my research yesterday on tummo I found a book source giving the exact same - and I mean EXACT SAME instructions that Wim Hof gives. Yeah this is the source: http://tantrakriyayogadanceoflightening.blogspot.com/2014/11/hello-everyone-namaste-and-many-thanks.html The Vase Breathing of tummo was told as 24 breaths very fast reverse breathing - the hyperventilation stage. Wim Hof says 30. Then the instruction was to feel the energy blockages in the body and send the warmth to those areas. Then retain the breath for 2 minutes and visualize the red heat in the lower body. I was going to post that book link but the book was a secondary source on indian yoga, the original source of tummo. I'm just saying that Wim Hof did get his training from reading tummo books. He just then did the training on his own based on the instructions he read. It's no different than someone reading a cooking book recipe and then doing it yourself - or a DIY home repair job.

    the original qigong master says the third eye has to be fully open for a real I Ching reading - so that is very rare. Just sit in full lotus - if you can't sit in full lotus for at least 2 hours nonstop with no movement - total bliss, channels filled with qi - then you're no where near the "falling snow" stage. It's easy for the mind to get confused but you can't fake the full lotus.

    ONLY the Quick Fire method converts your subconscious creation of reproductive fluid back into yin jing energy. Or to put it into Wang Liping's terms. http://laoziacademy.us/method2.htm So for nocturnal emissions - if you do your standing active exercise more with the knees bent, ideally thighs parallel to the ground - the goal is for the legs to vibrate 7 times per second as this induces parasympathetic rebound and Quick Fire breathing. Only the Quick Fire breath has the power to convert the generative fluid back into yin jing. Now to convert the yin jing back into yin qi or yang jing then you need Emptiness meditation - which means the yin jing sublimates into the brain and the pineal gland transduces it into yin qi from the yuan qi and this then fuses with and increases the yuan shen light - this alchemical fusion then flows down the throat via the sinus cavity - with the tongue against the roof of the mouth activating the vagus nerve for increased saliva production. So the cerebrospinal fluid overflows into the sinus cavity from the increase pressure of the sublimated jing energy. O.K. so that's the main way to restore the Yuan Jing - as Wang Liping says you need 6 hours of full lotus practice a day to do that - for a year - since full lotus combines the movement with the stillness. But what I find is that if I don't purify the energy enough at night from active standing exercise - or eating too much yang food - along with too much lower frequency energy interaction during the day - so then you have to wake yourself up from sleep and then jump into the horse stance. The Quick Fire breathing with flexing of the biggest muscle of the body - the glutes - and anal flexing - and reverse breathing - that they converts the fluid back into yin jing energy. What happens is this is the internal vagus nerve bliss - from the extreme sympathetic rebounding to the parasympathetic extreme. If you actually ejaculate that means that the parasympathetic has triggered a spike in cortisol stress and loss of energy. If the qi leaves the lower tan tien it turns into reproductive fluid. So you can study the book "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" for more details: it's based on Huiming Ching which states that the Quick Fire method is the key secret to stop the loss of jing energy from ejaculation. Traditionally this would be trance dancing or self-induced hyperventilation but you want the knees bent and the Yin Heel channel energy has to build up as the Ocean of Qi is the Conception Vessel below the lower tan tien - that has to fill up first before the lower tan tien is really activated.

    interesting image there - the Westerners have the Chimp mentality and so can't figure out why the ancient Greek statues have the dudes with small reproductive organs. Gorillas have big muscles and small genitals - because gorillas sublimate all their energy into muscle to control their harams and once the control is established they don't need to waste their reproductive fluid. Chimps have huge testicles because they are constantly not knowing if their females are sleeping around with subdominant chimps and so the chimps just spread their fluid seed around as much as possible - forming clans of males for warfare and rape, etc. Not very nice but that is how modern humans are also. So the science completely corroborated what I have been saying. The thing is to nail the science on this stuff so the training is impersonal and anyone can do it - that is what Wim Hof is after. But the key of visualization is left out of here. Just keep studying the Taoist Yoga book. The embryonic breathing is the immortal breathing which kicks in when the body is full of qi energy - so the centers of the hands and feet are pulsating with qi energy and the bones are soft and supple and the top of the skull opens up, pulsating with qi. I achieved that for a couple weeks but didn't know what I had tapped into since I had not studied Taoist Yoga enough. If you don't want to suck in female energy - the thing is this is holographic since your yin qi goes out your eyes and that is what attracts the females. I would try anal flexing - as that will prevent loss of your yin qi energy out of the perineum. Because the female lust is actually the frequency of energy from the lower body - so holographically your yin qi is getting pulled down to the lower shen frequency. You take in the female yin jing holographically through the pernineum but you lose the higher frequency yin qi that has been lost from yuan qi deconversion. So anal flexing is the lower magpie bridge that connects the front and back channels and sublimates the energy better also.
