Just to clarify that this is not what the book "Alchemy of Rainbow Heart Music" states. The corporate-state media conflates "orgasm" as the same with males and females. On the contrary - if the qi energy is received (or attempted to be taken) by a "Number one" perv male then the male will not have an "induced orgasm" but rather the male will be "obliged" (i.e. addicted) to have an ejaculation. The female orgasm is the vagus nerve activation whereas, as Professor Robert Sapolsky emphasizes, the male ejaculation is the OPPOSITE of the vagus nerve orgasm. The male ejaculation is spiking of the stress cortisol via the sympathetic nervous system. For example as I mentioned when I attended the Level 3 healing retreat there was a male who announced he had shown up to get "special healing" and this was the same male that I could barely stay in the same room with (even though I was in the far back). The qigong master then explained that cancer smells like rotting flesh to qigong masters and when the qigong master healed this male then the rotting flesh smell went away. I had seen the spirits going out of the qigong master when he was going this healing of people. So it was a Shen-Yuan Qi (emptiness) healing. So then when we went on break and I was in my room in full lotus meditation then I smelled the rotting flesh smell again and it was through the wall and I heard the male having sex with a female. So I realized that because he had ejaculated therefore his cancer had came back - and as Westerners I guess he and his "partner" had no idea that the healing energy could be reversed by lowering the frequency of the energy that way. One time a cafe owner said that I regularly sit in full lotus for hours at a time. haha. Because of the continued interest in this thread I will now reveal an interesting discovery I had recently. Someone donated to me to meditate in full lotus for four hours and also asked where they can read the book that I wrote ten years ago and they were trying to find it again. So I told them the link and I also began rereading my book, reviewing most of it for the first time in ten years. p. 86, of Deep Disharmony: Secrets of the CIA's Psi-Plasma Vortex 2010, Lulu, full FREE preview When I read the above I was quite amazed as I had just recently blogged on a recent science study that proved my above claim. This advice is close but did not quote enough of the book to give the proper advice - go a little bit farther up on page 40 for the proper answer: So there are various "levels" to the small universe meditation. The first level is to empty out the monkey mind. The second level is to use the quick fire breathing with the meditation - as described above. The finally as the celibacy is maintained as increased sublimation and purification then the "real" MCO kicks in. The real "MCO" is also called the Inner Elixir or internal alchemical agent - so it is the Yuan Qi and then is used to increase the shen. So the real "MCO" is also called Nirvikalpa samadhi in yoga. You want to make sure you REALLY STUDY the Taoist Yoga book (in complete opposite to the imperative here previously to NOT read the book at all!!). Why do you need to "really study" the book? Because the above stages are also accelerations! As the energy level increases then so does the rate of change of the stages needed. So if you don't understand the next stage already then by the time it kicks in - it will be too late and you'll fall back two stages back in practice. Also you want to practice the small universe meditation while in full lotus padmasana preferably with the left leg on top. As for "how long" you do it - keep in mind that advanced training for this is the 49 day cave meditation - no sleep the whole time. Just full lotus. So if you can't sit in full lotus NONSTOP for 1 day much less 1 week - then don't worry about doing the small universe meditation "too long." haha.

I got suspicious of Elitom (who is constantly uploading youtube vids of his travels around the world while living on Prana or Qi as a supposed breatharian and he practices small universe meditation). I asked him to sit in full lotus because I know from experience that if you're doing REAL bigu training then the body channels have to be open and you have to be able to sit in full lotus in ease for as long as you want. Instead he ranted in anger for almost an hour in a vid upload about how he didn't need to do cave meditation for 49 days. So then I was asked a question on my blog about Elitom and I was then informed of him being outed by courageous females. If you read the comments to these vids - you can see a gang type mentality cropping up with people threatening the others for outing Elitom. As Dr. Stephen Porges states, "Involuntary Immobility is NOT complicity!" Her right side vagus nerve got activated as the reptilian FREEZE immobility reaction. That is DEEP trauma. Elitom is a perv-predator. and Wow - he grabbed her breast from behind! That's super creepy. Yes these predator pervs rely on sneaking up and surprising people so that the person is afraid - freezing in trauma! He's DONE.
