Here is the thing if you have been meditating for years and did not just come into training from a nei Gong perspective. You would not need to cultivate yin Qi first you already have done so. You would be cultivating yang. That is for very few people in the west due to your culture. You here these things and your mind goes in so many directions from what you heard elsewhere.

Voidisyinyang is correct in the sense that in nei Gong yin is cultivated fist. And then yang and yes there is a aspect of takeing a number 2 lol but that is just a reference to how you compress yang Qi in the dantien. I don't use that reference but that could be used lol. But what is meant by cultivating yin does not mean you pull up the perinum right away. That is a process that does take place. But when being nei Gong you do cultivate yin first but not in the way you are saying voidisyinyang or whatever your name is lol

This is not a form on Taoist study wu Ming Jen this was a form made to silmply inform people that long men Pai has a similar nei Gong cultivation you clearly don't know it and I mentiond long men Pai and assuming your part of a liniage that somehow means something but long men Pai is easy to get into its open to the public and they openly teach many practices to people

Long men Pai has this information and methods just like mo Pai. This form is good because it shows why no one will teach it to anyone. The long men Pai nei Gong methods are just as kept secret as mo Pai no one from long men Pai demonstred publicly if they did you would all be bitching about not saying long men pai

The question I saw on the internet where simply asking if long men Pai had nei Gong similar to mo Pai because most long men Pai teachers only teach Qi Gong. People where wondering because long men Pai is very old. The word mo Pai should not start controversy it's only does because people want to learn it and can't. And yes I do know how to compact Qi ing The Dan tien similar to mo Pai and I can diferintiate between yin and yang in meditation.
