  4. Looking for some guidance

Welcome @MellowPanda im a big fan of the book Seven Taoist Masters: A Folk Novel of China. You can adventure right along side the characters based on actual historical figures that eventually became the Dragon Gate school.

  6. manifestation

And elegantly restated in the Gospel of John, here interleaved with some New-age mumbo jumbo for fun 😇 The universe was introduced by the convergence of frequency vibrations and conceptualization which generated the introduction of matter and caused the big bang to happen. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. The Higgs field contains the most powerful concentration of the frequency vibrations because this field of energy represents the identity of the universe’s existence. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Before this universe existed there was thought with frequency vibrations and light and dark energy everywhere; which has always existed. This is how the concept of infinity was introduced into consciousness here on Earth. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
  7. What is your favourite exercise?

"Hundreds of exercises are not as good as simply walking; walking is the master of hundreds of exercises." ~ Li Zi Ming The quote is from Ba Gua Zhang, but I like to think of it as universal. Anywhere from hiking a mountain trail, to milling about our daily tasks, if done with intention, can become a most graceful of movement arts.

When speaking aloud it also helps to state your intentions clearly, and even establish boundaries. Angels can hear thoughts just fine, but lower entities rely on the vibrations, and might be prone to mischief.
  10. The Torus and the YIN/YANG

My opinion of @Yang’s approach is that it leans more toward pure consciousness potential to manifest phenomena, rather than in understanding the objective reality on which it ultimately builds. It could care less what red actually is vs what it means. It reminds me of for instance seeing 11:11 on a digital clock. Most people, and certainly clockmakers, might explain this event as never holding any more information than that a specific number of hours and minutes have elapsed since either midnight or noon. Whether you have something scheduled at that time is up to you, and has nothing to do with the clock itself. Now, because for some reason people like symmetry, they’d often take certain notice when they saw a clock saying 11:11. Not because of what time was being represented, but because of the shape of the symbol itself. A new and real phenomenon attached itself to this visual cue, as more and more people started getting more and more happy whenever it appeared. What exactly the mechanics of that phenomena are have yet to be fully explored, as far as I know of. Is it a 100% psychological comedy, or is something really deeper being activated? Does happiness have an actual kind of gravity to it? Do higher dimensional consciousnesses exist? If so how do they interpret and respond to what is going on in our “reality”?
  11. The Torus and the YIN/YANG

Non-negative holographic grocery store walking sounds pretty neat. As for the stylized TAIJI diagram, may I suggest that we go back to calling it a YINYANG symbol or similar for this discussion, to differentiate such uses other than the more specific traditional concepts which VonKrankenhaus has diligently elucidated. According to an entry on Definitions.net:

  13. The Torus and the YIN/YANG

Not to be outdone, the ring torus, with its yin powers, appears to be able to give shape to the void, the so-called donut hole. Now, the spindle torus, is this approaching what might be called a hyper-torus? To me it conveys a sense of subspace, a volume within a volume.
  14. The Torus and the YIN/YANG

In the animation, the top half can be thought of as emitting, and the lower half is absorbing. This lines up with them being respectively yang and yin, I'd say. Also a horn torus seems capable of enclosing every possible ring torus of equal radius. A torus is primarily defined by two radii. The radius of the central ring, R, and the radius of each sectional circle, r. The horn torus is the case where R=r, thus bringing into existence a single point of self-intersection. The intersection opens up a new dimension of curves, including the infinity symbol. ∞ Here's a neat video of the relationship to taijitu.
  15. Spinal Issues

I dunno but I've heard that reverse breathing is more-or-less bogus. It has its uses, but without a developed internal fortitude, it's often going to result in more harm than good. If any physical or even energy stuff is interrupting your meditation, just do it sitting in a chair instead of a lotus.
  16. Emptiness can conserve energy

Modern physics is still grappling with the concept that empty space is capable of exerting gravitational forces. Dubbed "dark matter/energy" only because it does not absorb or emit light, this "vacuum density" has presented itself as a major observable component of the universe.
  17. Emptiness can conserve energy

Some verses that come to mind here.. The simple practice of clearing out space within our being, allows higher virtues to flow in naturally.
  18. Remote Viewing Tournament

So far so good. The app itself is well behaved, with zero ads, fees, or spam. It does have a scoring and ranking system, with modest $10 prizes for the top performers each month. The process itself is pretty simplified. You're given a blank page where you can write/draw what impressions you get, and then afterwards are shown a pair of different images. Select which of the two images best matches what you saw, along with a percentage of how confident you are in your choice. The correct target is not revealed until the next day at a specific time. I guess this could be considered more future viewing than remote viewing, but uses the same techniques. There are some potential snafoos with this setup, as the author is aware and discusses in the included documentation. Lots of other great information, advice, and instructions are also provided. I got the first three attempts in a row correct! The next two I missed, but admittedly was a lot more distracted at the times. What's funny is at first I wasn't being super serious about it or anything, and ended up being surprised by a couple really accurate details that just popped out. So then I started trying too hard and it didn't work. Typical.
