The non-dualist believes that cultivation of energy is enough to get to atma that it'll work out once in contact with ones higher energies. All answers will arrive. I don't believe that; I believe that cultivation of energy has to fill inside a well thought and determined space that is cultivated through ones attunement to morales and values. So what it really comes down to; is do you value morales - or not. Do you care? The non-dualist might say it's irrelevant. Or. The higher self will know what to do. it's incorporated in it (atma). In resume, the non-dualist puts his whole trust in the energy within him and the dualist believes you have to do something with it. The body serves the mind; or the mind serves the body. (dualist; non-dualist).

Feeling the blue; huh? Good for you. My personal favorite is a royal blue.

And that takes practice otherwise you'd already be naturally like that. Welcome to duality dwai, I hope you stay here forever.

If you look at Christ's compassion. His open arms don't result in a widening of morals. He puts you in. But in a way that results in a stronger allegiance to the one true god his father in no way does he have blind compassion. The compassion is in the sense, I take everybody. The arms are wide but the road stays narrow: you open your arms but you care enough for people to make it and not be eternally sinful. That's true love.

That's just playing with words. I'd love to see you attain non-dual realization in your non-dojo doing nothing.
-
Are you still failing your first jump? If so. I think you might have to call yourself a dualist.

Something non-dualists consistently say is that it doesn't matter what's right and wrong but what matters is if something is "best." In other words is if what's best is not what's right then wrong is the preferable option out of the two not that that would be defined that way; I'm not in favor of that at all - even if it were possible. What's good should be the gold standard and one should do anything to align what's best with what's right. Just in my opinion.

This you want to get unlimited compassion for others I presume.

A balls deep breathing, yes.

Father son and holy spirit. Three gods in one. The father is the mind and the son resides inside the chest, just like christians indicate, when they do the movement. Holy spirit, then. Must be lower - perhaps corresponding to the lower dantian. The father is definitely the one that comes first - he gives birth to his son and through the holy spirit they meet again as the holy spirit passes through the heart. The son. Which sounds a lot like sun. Is the intersection point between the upper and lower dantian. In the middle. The mind then is indicated to guide the son - the heart. The heart grows through the will of the father and they both meet again and become one again through the lower action of the holy spirit or the lower dantian. And the three parts are finally one.

Now, see; that's where you don't know me. I hate drama. And the simple path is my path; that's why I speak in a straighforward and simple way, no way do I use complicated words I like to be understood easily, to communicate my thoughts in a well-grounded way.

You're putting on the coat. Aren't you? The subtle body? It's in you. Lairg mentioned it as a blue hue or shadow and it reminded me of the blue aura is it possible that your subtle body and mine and Lairg's and probably others is of the blue quality and isn't necessarily the same in others? We haven't discussed this and I sense this isn't the time yet to get to that point as it would lead to a great realization but everybody in this forum has sensed it: there's a wordwide phenomenon bigger than all of us taking place and we're all too scared to talk about it openly; I'm not going to get into it any further, lets wait til it happens and the coat is certainly on. Then we'll talk about it. But it certainly is happening.

Glad it's appreciated.

I think you're right: I see opening the top of the house; if I may say so, as a safety mechanism in case more out of the root gets released too early. You open the root first. In my estimation that could lead to mistakes being fatal, as they would smash against a rooftop that can't handle it. So I'd say the top of the tree first; yeah, I think you're right. Imagien if you lost your head. You'd lose everything - even the capacity to write; we'd never know about you again no no: protect the head and you have a chance. I've been doing the same, great synchronicity.

Haven't you chosen the story of the guy who drops stories. I personally don't suffer from being lost. I like the hunt. The search and I feed off of that. I feel I'm going places - maybe that doesn't sound attractive enough but I do like my judging, I'd be lying to you if I said I didn't. But for me right and wrong doesn't give me anxiety. I feel well grounded and strong to face what I must do and feel proud of it. But at times you live in the moment I get what you are saying. Different states for different occasions - you want to be multi-functional.

Isn't life about choosing your conditioning? You could undoe your "conditioning" and fall into another one. I mean we're all conditioned: either deliberately or through the hand of somebody. So which conditioning do you like is what's it's about. At the end we all have to trust somebody to do the conditioning for us. Who do we like? The expression making up your mind, proves it starts in the brain. You start your mind in one direction and the heart follows - and you could have a change of heart. I always think that if I had a change of heart I'd try to think about it but maybe that's just me. In other words. If a change of mind came to me; then. I'd try to get my heart to follow because I would think it is a good idea. And I'd wonder why my heart isn't changing. That's probably what makes a dualist and a non-dualist: what do you trust more. I lead from the head; so for me always the mind. Because i think the mind is inherently better able to discriminate and inherently cares more about right and wrong. If guided. I'd rather let my head to the leading. My heart takes in anything, I give it. Including the bad stuff and it doesn't discriminate as much because it doesn't belive in right and wrong I have to teach it. And my mind gets it from above and now it pretty much can figure it out on its own - so I rely on it. The heart, I think, can still easily be swayed I have to watch out for it, but mostly they get along the two; I'm more balanced. Heart and brain together: I love it.

I like the idea that you draw information by your antenna into your brain through a cord that can be seen either etherically, or as a metaphor as a bringing down of information from ascended masters in the form of scripture. I think we all do that, dualists or non-dualists. We all like here to study things and then try to fill it. With our experiences. And then we feel we're getting somewhere. And finally drop it; into the heart. Where we become it. I think it echoes some of what Apech said, I can't quote I don't remember where it is but I'm sure he said that. The difference, between experiencing; and feeling you're becoming it.

How far in are you feeling this subtle body @Bindi?

Well it depends who you talk to; there's a lot of difference among christians. Contrary to appearances I've never been associated with the church, or christianity for that matter. But I do think. Like I've been saying. That christianity offers a perspective that no one else has. All systems want the same thing. But what changes is how they're set up and the language they choose, and what the emphasis is. So I like to mix it up a little.

There's been a slight problem in translation, I don't mean Christ just as a human being; I meant Christ consciousness, which exists in every religion and every system on planet earth. I mean a certain quality in your heart; which other religoins call something else. You took me litteraly Oldboob.

Outside of Christ you're hopelessly full of sin you are correct. That's why the realization that you have to get to. Is to understand that under the current conditions you can't live from the heart because that heart doesn't recognize Christ. You have to cultivate yourself up until that heart is refined to a sufficient extent that you can live naturally under Christ. Because if you take it litteraly - then you don't do anything; quite the contrary: you're supposed to try then fail miserably and understand, my god; I really can't do it without Christ. That leads to the understanding that your heart still has to be refined - that you didn't make it like you thought you had. Because you test: can you stop lying? Even for one week? Can you live by the ten commandments - and you're right you can't with this present heart you have today - so be careful. Bindi mentioned this that non-dual realization might be an incomplete realization where you stop at maybe 70 percent and you think you've made it. Now if you believe in Christ you would know you haven't by testing yourself agains the ten commandments. Until then: you have to use your brain - until the full transference to a heart based life is possible, under Christ. Christ is the standard. Or Gautama Buddha - or some other ascended being; christianity is just really good at making you aware that this kind of deception is possible. Don't stop there - you'll make it.

You saying you're half spirit half matter?

I believe people abuse others and don't need much motivation. I don't really believe patriarchy is responsable for this. The proof of that is that you find abuse in any type of system and in any time in human history there has been abuse. People absolutely can't wait to abuse each other. Some people use patriarchy as a vehicle now that's different. But you could come up with something nicer and people would still abuse - and you'd see no diminishment of that. But some people think otherwise. Non-dualists abuse also. I think in my opinion one of the great strengths of christianity in that it makes people aware and gives the urgency of how desperate people are to sin. I sense from some people that as long as you're a heart person everything will be okay. You can follow your heart all you want but you won't be following atma. Because in order to follow atma you have to have an intellectual understanding of atma first. If you could follow atma then you wouldn't need any teachers. You're finding your shape through the writings and hope to fill that space with some experience aka energy; which you hope will result in a full ascension that you would call atma; but you're not there yet. And it's perfectly possible that you would inadvertently evolve into something that isn't atma. The devil could be in there. But once you're taken that's it it's over. You'd need a safety mechanism, to know you've done something wrong. How would you know? By the intellectual understanding that you've gotten beforehand, and you know: oh shit - this isn't proper. This can't be atma; it's something else. Because the heart is deceitful above all things; you could be making up a whole story just to justify your new impulses. And you fit it in. You'll be swallowing what the buddha said - or what jesus said, inside your perversion. An example. Although an extreme one: Contract killers who pray to the virgin mary before killing somebody. Asking the virgin mary for protection. And blessings. Now you'd think these guys were crazy, unless you've been hit in the head there's no way you could think the virgin mary would condon this. But the heart is deceitful above all things. They probably took: Jesus forgives everything. I can kill somebody and it doesn't matter. Jesus loves everybody; everybody goes to heaven - god has my back. Corruption. You've incorporated christiany in your perversion. Morality doesn't exist i dont' have to change. I'm going to heaven. So my point with all of this is that christianity in my opinion offers the best safety mechanism for, for a lack of a better word: bullshit that one can tell oneself and start justifying everything and even that sometimes isn't enough. I believe christianity is equipped for that. Then you fill it with something oriental. Something that helps you with cultivation. Maybe not christianity's strongest point. But you want both. Loved. By the mother, and the father.
