I've been following this a while.i like it and have benefited from the insight.its very different than religious tao.even though it's positive I see some weaknesses in the structure.

I'll try.my work on this has been a mixture of methods.journaling,dream work,poetry,music,etc.it is a slow thing.i had a great shadow insight because of synchronycity..
