    Ok where do I start. First of all, when I meant psychic power I was using Osho rasputin etc. as examples. I see no difference between what they did and the powers you mentioned. Read my other posts to see what else Osho has talked about, he mentioned how to break someone’s body circuit, to electrocute them. Also Rasputin was infamous for manipulating others with his fiery gaze. So there you are, this is why I mentioned them.

  18. In the Hundun section, I just chanced upon the topic of psychic seduction. While I found it quite interesting, what I found more curious was it’s correla to brain waves. Do any of you know of the psychic abilities which one can access in higher Brian waves levels ( delta,theta and gamma etc.)?

    I remember reading somewhere on the web about a chi master who had the ability to control the weather. He could make it rain, snow, become sunny, cloudy etc. on command. Can anyone elaborate on this? Do any of you have this power?
