I cannot stress how this is true. Qigong like ANY training approach has benefits and costs. Like any field track athlete one must train often, eat properly, get some sleep and avoid bad habits otherwise training is detrimental to health, qigong/neigong follows the same principles. Training incorrectly does long term damage to the body. Over-training is even worse. Jim died because he overtrained and he did so incorrectly.

The problem isn't with us. They keep hijacking threads when something remotely related to the nonsense they call practice pops up. We are still waiting on what they see during their qigong practices. They claim to have seen profound things. Guess what? if you practice properly you will see all kinds of weird stuff happening. This isn't exclusive to MoPai and that is why we are skeptical and downright dismissive when we hear them talk about "people needing to see for themselves" without being specific.

Who said anything about masters degrees? You mentioned that online PhDs are possible yet they are a scam and not accredited anywhere. So why in your opinion aren't PhD courses through video or online possible or accredited?

Now YOU are moving goalposts. You mentioned PhDs only. Online PhDs are NEVER accredited. A PhD requires original research plus experiments and publications in peer reviewed journals or presentation in a reputable national/International conference. You just prove that you are completely clueless about the academic environment too. But as you said i live in Latveria where PhDs actually mean something and video can't be used as proof independently.
