    Greetings to all! My name is Yiannis, 35 years old, a Shito Ryu Karate practitioner (occasionaly an instructor) and a P.E Teacher. I'm also interested in Kundalini awakening related practices. Searching about Mo Pai and Kostas' Danaos journeys led me to this forum (still trying to open the ''Kostas Danaos Q&A pdf'' file Is it still available?)
