Thks all for ur suggestion. My tinnitus is due probably to my neck. I will do @Earl Grey neck and shoulder exercises in the next days and see if this helps. I have read in a tinnitus forum a person who fixed his tinnitus by doing neck and shoulder strenghtening exercises very similar to those posted in his program. I will try to do them everyday

As I said in a previous thread I have some knots in my upper back and lower neck. It is in the area between shoulder blades and a little bit higher too. When i exercise this area i can hear a lot of craaacks craack, as when i squeeze shoulder blades together or when i raise my head stretching the neck. I think this problem is causing my tinnitus and poor blood circulation to my head. Any idea to fix this ? Pd: i have tried a lot of different things in the last 3 years and nothing has worked so far. Several qigong systems, some tai chi, yoga, pilates, etc

If i could stretch or exercise the area between my shoulder blades and my neck i think i could fix that

Maybe a have a little bit of kyphosis. I have never seen a doctor for this. I saw a physioterapist who gave a massage one year and a half ago and he said my back was quite good. Maybe i should see a chriropractic

Edit: the problem is in my upper back and lower neck

Covid is just like a common flu. Every year the flu can be novel, different from other years. The impact is due to a very bad response by governments and media (and at first also by the medical community until they began to realize the truth), that have failed us immensily
-
Very intelligent comment. But again let's not forget this is just a common flu
-
An ordinary flu kills some people, that is what it is

Haha 700,000? Caused by what? Stupidity has no limits

Do u think speed reading is possible? You need to read without the subvocalization, as thinking with images. Some people say they can do it, like a former US president (Kennedy?). In my case I always subvocalize, I can't avoid it.
-
I should have asked, is it possible to dissociate thinking and speaking? Is it possible to read without the internal speaking? This is the important and difficult thing
-
This is an important part of the human body, the joint between the atlas and the occiput. Do you know some technique to open this important spot, besides tucking chin in? In Alexander technique they lay down on a mat with the head under two paperback books, in order to make it go forward, but I would like to know other ways to work this area.

Where did you learn Microcosmic Orbit ? (Books, DVDs, schools, teachers)

Can u explain how to open the occiput? I don't fully understand ur explanation -
It is!
-
yes, i don't want to do it right now for the same reason, i have too many blockages, first i need to address them
-
Interesting, it seems u understand this well. But what to do if our cervicals are misaligned so we are fucked up? How to fix this ?

Speed reading technique (photographic memory)
Toni replied to Lightseeker's topic in General Discussion
The difficult and important thing is to read without subvocalizating. I have tried several times and i can't avoid hearing the speaking while reading. I guess it is due to habit. Feldenkrais says it is possible to dissociate thinking and speaking, so u can think in images or relations. This way u improve reading speed but also thinking becomes more powerful -
I can only laugh reading your comments. Are u talking about a god or about a person who died of cancer even before his 70s? Lol
-
The neck and head alignment is key as emphasized by Alexander technique snd Feldenkrais. But it is difficult to do, u need good propioception
-
I willdo it but now i am working with something else
-
And what does he mean by "anchored the breath down to the base of the body"?
-
If someone does the course it would be nice to hear about the results of the practice
