  1. @MildMouse23 Can reverse breathing really damage your root chakra? It seems like it ruptured someone's root chakra a few months ago, and i haven't stopped hearing disdain for it sense.
  2. I've dealt with the things you've mentioned my entire life. It was only after having gone through damaging my lateral and other nerves and pulling my lower back, that i was forced to address all my physical issues i intuitively felt i had my entire life. These issues consisted from my feet all the way up to my head/face. This would include flat feet, incorrect usage of legs, arms, chest, neck, hips, face, etc. etc. There's so much that could be explained, but this is your own journey and you'll need to take it a step at a time. What i will tell you is that you need to make a choice whether you want to commit a life to fixing this. Without it, you won't. Why? Not sure your age, but it's going to take patience, frustration, massive effort to fix a lifetime of incorrect physical and non physical habits. Especially with our issues, which i believe nearly no one would understand. It's impossible to believe such issues exist. What i will say is that Desmondff seems to be on the right track, and i can attest to this because of my own experiences. Fix the biomechanics, neurological patterns, and breathing first. DO NOT just get into strength or just any physical type of training for that matter. Every single thing that exists such as yoga, qigong, weightlifting, cardio, etc all have an opportunity to damage our pattern every single time. Which will happen a lot. The beauty of it is that the body is incredibly powerful, and as we can damage it, we can also heal it. But It will be more about how youndo things than what you do. That being said, in an educated way research and try practically everything out, because some things will click for your body and some won't. DO NOT just listen to people who say "don't think about it, it doesn't require thinking." They don't know what it means to have grown up with this specific physical debilitation. We WILL need to think because unfortunately, when we didn't think, our bodies learned to function incorrectly. But it is more of a mix of feeling and thinking. In reality though, i believe deep feeling can create thinking at a higher level. The secret is that you first think, then correct over time, and then not think and let it flow. If you are able to, i would recommend running. Simple, i know. But simple minded people don't know just how deep and complex running can be. I'm not going to explain why other than this. Requires same repetitive movement, exhaustion, force of all muscles to activate when exhausted, awareness of what doesn't work correctly. Hope you get the picture. When running try to commit to running past exhaustion and therefore forcing to utilize formerly unaware of muscle groups. This is from the way you breathe, leg usage, upper body posture, head steadiness, etc, etc (things will break during this phase, but you will have gained new insight on what issues exist) Idea is to take 1 step back to take 2-3 steps forward. Breaking is a part of the journey. Almost everything you do will break what you are reconstructing. Sitting, running, walking, eating, sleeping, etc etc. This is because we got used to doing all these things with whatever physical posture we had and including with improper breathing. You'll need to start somewhere and asking if the way you're sitting or walking is correct. Do research on what's correct way to do things. The last thing i'll leave you with for now is the feet represents the legs, the hands represents the arms, and the head represents the body. This may very well just be my own experience, but i believe fixing these connections is potentially at the root. Why? Becuase this is what is needed to function as a single unit, aka becoming one again. I hope what you have is minor compared to mine. Maybe my major injuries most likely make it harder for me to fix my body, but i've already gone a long way. Which is why i think you'll be just fine if you commit. i'll give you a summary of the system i use when i have more time. If you have any questions let me know.

  4. @vonkrankenhaus, just wanted to let you know your continuous argument about qi in relation to polarities from the lonemanpai thread was worth it. After a lot of epiphanies over the past week, today i got to a certain feeling after practicing feet to leg, hand to arm, head to body connection. I got a certain connection between my feet and glutes/hips. Which then led to the idea of polarities that i remembered from that thread. This in combination with Starjumper's clarification that it did have to do with both polarities and energy, gave me some ideas to try out. I think i now understand why they say everything has to do with sex/sex organs. I almost had it right in regards to penis and neck. But penis actually reflects our body from top of our head to pelvis. What I'll say is a connection and intersecting points that goes from the bottom end of the penis near testicles, and very bottom of the abs/obliques. And connection between top surface bottom end of penis and lower back. Would love to hear info on this concept if there's any
  5. Update: Found out head and neck actually represent the penis or vice versa. of penis = of . Top of penis = of . Won't get into details due to the topic unless someone asks. But if you're working on the neck in any way, addressing penis might be keeping one from achieving fixture.

    i wouldn't be surprised if i'm confusing absorption or looping. The thing is it was fairly quick maybe like 20 seconds. I stopped as soon as i felt something in the same area i was touching. What mainly scares me is that i was supposedly having a seizure or something like it. The main reason i was doing this is because that other person has a lot of issues inside. And i was somehow trying to alleviate it. i will look into purging, tonifying, and regulating.

    Yesterday tried to absorb stress out of my friend through energy. Apparently when i was asleep, i began coughing a lot and then started shaking as if having a seizure for 30-45 sec. Then i layed in bed and i breathed through my nose for a few minutes until calm. I have to admit that i don't remember it that well and probably only remember after the seizure. I guess i also wanted to continually lay my head off the bed. I would also stand on all fours and would roll over. Then slept. This is all told to me, i don't remember any of it clearly. edit: i remember earl gray recommended the gayatri mantra. I will do this in the meantime. Is there anything i should/can do?
  8. Synchronicity and the flow of time

    Stick to your intuition. It is very much real and it's the universe helping/connecting with you. Don't look at it as a matter of numbers or circumstances that suddenly happen. Those numbers are indicators from the universe or your higher self indicating to you whether to trust your feelings/thoughts or to avoid them in those moments. The synchronicity that happens outside is just a way for your physical body/mind to understand that something inside you is real and already knows the answers. When you are wondering or asking a question about something important. Check the time. You might find that at the time you've thought about an answer, there will be a synchronicity in numbers indicating to trust that answer. When you're hurting or are asking for help. You'll find some synchronicity happen and it can be an indicator that you will have help, and it will be okay. Everything i'm telling you is because i've experienced them in the most real physical, undeniable way. And only through trusting some and failing to trust so much more that i've realized it is really there to guide us if we can utilize it correctly. Try to not look for it, and just let it happen. That also means don't try to avoid it, if that makes sense. And constantly keep your perspective/mind in check during these occasions to make sure you're not just forcefully creating it all the time.

  10. Is there anything wrong with releasing tension/clearing out blockages through breathing in and and then focusing on the area to extract the tension by breathing out? Just want to make sure this isn't one of those, 'no you're just draining your kidneys' type of things.
  11. @freeform I'm interested in the safety and efficiency factors of the Daoist path. What if we take the middle ground of doing alone style practice (yes i know everyone says get a master). Unfortunately a lot of people and possibly me included (not sure yet), prefer to practice on our own. So of course even if it is recommended with a master, what sort of safety measures and efficiency paths can we take? It'd be worse for that knowledge not to be spread around knowing that people are going to take a riskier path anyways. For example, let's say the goal is energy or paranormal work such as healing, astral projection, telekinsesis, etc. What are the prerequsities one should have or take?
  12. The Harsh Reality of Awakening

    I feel similarly. Don't get discouraged, there's nothing wrong with anything you're feeling or doing. All you need to do is observe those feelings and thoughts. If this is a phase, it will pass. Though you can stay there if you choose to as i have many times. be careful. Just like we had to learn since childhood how to become brainwashed monkeys who can interact easily with others by conforming, we can relearn a new way of interaction stemming from who we now are or becoming. No one said it's easy. Don't be harsh on yourself if you try to communicate with people and you get a bad response. Don't be harsh on yourself if you don't smile at someone. Don't be harsh on yourself for not knowing what to do. You'll figure it out, without anyone's help or perception, because you're the only one knows your own consciousness in relation to this world and consciousness of others. Test everything like a game from the perspective of love. Don't play the game everyone is playing. I realized I don't hate people. I hate having to create a specific action in order to get a specific reaction. Meaning, people are too numb nowadays to see intention, they only see specific actions they've attached their own intentions to. As if an action doesn't start with an intention and can have a multitude of them and ways of performing the same thing. Btw, if you observe or talk to homeless people, they are very interesting. Highly intelligent, and maybe even more aware than regular people. They seem to be waiting for something or have chosen themselves not to be a part of this fucked up reality.   13. I tested combing these concepts with qigong, and it created a strong connection between the entire body. Unfortunately, just with anything that takes too much thinking, the natural feel where you feel like arms are floating begins to go away the more you try to think about the concept. Does one stay in flow state or 'feeling' mode by letting go the idea of the connection after one has created it initially?
  14. I looked up cold hands and has to do with blood circulation or tissue damage. I think this can potentially work for that. Some things to look out for are if you have really disconnected joints at the wrist, elbow shoulder. Where they feel like the just hand or bend too easily. If so you probably have weak neurological connection. the other thing it can be is also that you might have a lot of tension in either the hands or arms. So remember, the concept just has to do with being in a stretched position for the arm, and a neutral open hand position for the hand. The hand can try be at 90 degrees one way or the other to stretch to top or bottom of the arm. For example you can try having your hand at 90 degrees going up like the foot. And try putting it on the wall, on the floor, in different positions to figure out what stretch on the arm you need in connection with hand activation. Something simple you can try to connect the wrists if there's issues there is - bend your hand downward to where the top forearm is slightly stretching. hand and finger should be slightly straight - put your other hand to touch over the fingers and knuckles with slight opposing pressure. - while in position, try to bend hand back to neutral without actually moving, since there will be a slight opposing force with the other hand. - what this will do is it will stretch the lower forearm near the wrist, but also reconnect from there down to where the activation or pressure was being made, near the fingers and knuckles. Hope this helps. Edit: Take everything mentioned with a grain of salt. i've gone through my own long journey of testing for many months. A lot conscious but also subconscious understandings that may not be mentioned in what I've said. Nonetheless it is a starting point to maybe understand what to feel. Just be creative, there are patterns all across the body. Ideas/theories/understandings will evolve with each new epiphany.
  15. Hey Toni, I mentioned a bit of the technique here But i'll be more specific. So the concept is basically that the hands, feet, head connect to other parts of the body. But the key point here is that there are specific parts of the hands, feet, and head that represent specific points on the arms, legs, and body. I think this can help against a lifetime of incorrect stretching. What i mean is that unless one stretches along the whole connection points, i believe that we develop incorrect elasticity in between the joints that connect the hand and the entire arm let's say. Those who don't develop incorrect elasticity/stretching can be due to a combination of luck in not having injuries, genetics, no traumas, being taught correct stretching over years etc. etc. And they naturally have this ability to activate the correct muscle groups leading to correct stretching. Those us of a bit less fortunate develop weak joints, incorrect muscle activation, disconnect at joints. Technique i'll explain the leg, because it's the one that i've mainly focused on since finding technique. The main idea to start off with is having proper foot activation on different parts of the foot while stretching leg. 2. Pretend that you are standing up and stepping on the ground, which would make your foot flat or perpendicular to your leg. While keeping your foot at 90 degrees, reach for your toes. Pretend there is a flat floor under you and activate the bottom of your foot from the end of the heel up to the toes, as if you are about to take a step off the ground or supporting your step. This mimics proper stretch while walking. Something that helps if you can reach your foot, try to grab the certain parts of the bottom with your hands so you can force foot activation. 4. It's important to focus on the concept and not the actual stretches. If you understand the concept, you can apply this to the rest of your body. And that also means the concept can be applied through a variety of positions, each within its own possibly of stretching unique areas in different manners. As a quick reference for the above top of foot. - abductor hallucis muscle on the inside, is near the the side right below knee - abductor deigiti minimi, thats sort of the t band, side quad. If the above is complicated or confusing feel free to ask specifics. It can get complicated at certain points. Be creative, sensitive, and gentle with it, and you'll be able to get the hang of it.

    About a month ago I watched a video from history channel about mt kailash. in the video it had a scene that showed a head stature with shining eyes and colorful video effects very similarly to the head statue at the end of i pet goat 2. Before i even saw this, i had already done some research on I pet goat 2, and had learned the end scene does represent mt kailash. I don't believe this was any coincidence. I went back to the history channel video today, only to find it had been taken down. Why take 2 years ant 1.7 million views later to take it down. Gahh... this is just too weird.

    Quite simple and probably true. Though could also be that those 'good guys' just don't know enough to bring a specific change that would make the difference. Not just speaking about feeding the poor. And maybe those who know, know enough to not want to be a part of such a game. So therefore there's lots of movement on one side and not enough on the other.

I thought of these concepts and techniques strictly for stretching, though now i see that of course this probably applies to everything.
  19. Why do YOU think the world is so messed up?

    I could say some things that i hold true and have experienced throughout my personal life in order to explain what's going on. But it'd be hard to do anything in practical terms from that perspective if there is a much bigger game being played. I would love to say that we're playing the simple game of life where it's just that through evolution and advancements that we're becoming this messed up way naturally. So all we need is just an opposing push so that we can balance the world out. And maybe at the core of it all that may be the case in any situation. Hence yin yang. But since we're living right now in our current bodies and are not omniscient/all knowing, and can only play the game. Here's my point.. What if there is good/evil in this world. An unnaturalness created in this world, which may be evil. Hands at be that are moving the pieces. Hands that maybe have a lot of unnaturalness to them. (doesn't have to be necessarily evil through the ideas that we've come to learn. In fact if evil is intelligent and cunning, why would it ever give the obvious appearance of evil that everyone has come to know?) So... Even if there were a handful of people who wanted to make a change for issues they see. Would it be enough to simply create more awareness, spread the word, etc etc.? If there are powerful hands moving the pieces, i highly doubt that one could make much of a difference without first acknowledging that this manipulated game exists. Why? Because you simply wouldn't know what pieces to move or decisions to make to combat it. I've also heard of the argument to beat them at the game through trying to win at the game. I'm talking about the game of power, money, game of thrones. What i've learned through my own experience and observing others is you never beat them, because the game was never created to be even. Most who succeed at the game only empower the creators, themselves, and those closest to them. Though i do believe one needs to play in order to understand it. With all this being said, does the future where we're going look good? Some would say yes, some no. Most don't have a clue so there's nothing they can do, so they follow what is most marketed, what's viewed most high. Currently, that's "intelligence", money, "my identity" (false freedom, false, identity). So those who know how to sell/market to have the most of these things are those to follow. Because to not follow that which is leading us in the right direction is to die. Because most of their identity was created as a result of following these people. And almost no one wants to die . Not even the death of a small part of their identity. So how do we stop all this? we could come up with a list of ideas with complex strategies. Or.. you bring something from another realm such as a miracle to remind everyone that they don't know shit and everything they've been taught to believe is wrong. But something tells me we are at the point of no return unless the above happens. There's just too much momentum in one direction. If we are to learn from our history, then we probably know mother nature probably thinks the same thing. Though one idea i have heard is that to create a shift, it takes something like 10,000 people to transform and live a life of consciousness and creating miracles/things that would inspire the world.
