  1. Neanderthal Diet/Human Protein Max

In my humble opinion I believe eating meat regularly is an obstacle to cultivation. Thou shall not kill also applies to the animals and it’s irresponsible for a cultivator to eat the flesh of a fellow life form all for the sake of pleasure. Does a little lamb need to die for us to enjoy a meal, isn’t this the kind of desire we need to dissolve in other to fully grasp the dao. Most cultivators I know do not eat meat and are vegan, as a matter of fact a cultivator aspire to be either frutarian ot breatharian to absorb more chi from these foods and the air. Meat on the other hand only provides pleasure of the mouth and calories in form of energy, but is that meat doing more good that bad in your body, all for taste of flesh we get high cholesterol, high blood pressure, quick aging and clogging of arteries and veins, even science proves that meat is a Neanderthal behavior and not a sustainable diet for long life. At the end of the day we are blessed with free will, the dao is all about balance so you can decide the eat what ever we desire as far as we are ready to accept the results of our nature. The body is thy temple, what ever goes into it we become.
  2. Cultivation in chinese comics

I find this analogy quite interesting, I never thought of it that way. Apotheosis is another one of my favorites I didn’t mention and I just read the new chapter today. In one piece the devil fruit could also be compared to cultivation pills now that I think about it. I read peerless dad and stopped halfway because it wasn’t too centered on cultivation compared to the others, I guess I wouldn’t know since I dropped it.
  3. Cultivation in chinese comics

I also enjoy this trend, and they also make number 1 so scary that the cultivator incures lightning tribulation or some other force of nature upon them. i will say that I learn a lot from cultivation comics because I began to feel chi when I began to sit for longer periods like the characters did, some characters could sit and cultivate for years in a cave and I believe this is possible of cultivating in a place full of chi but cultivating in your room is not the same since the level of chi on the air had reduced compared to the olden days when pollution was non existent. they have people they call breatherians who live on air alone and don’t eat for long periods or at all, So it makes sense that the are feeding on chi, the main building block of all things including food. what cultivation comics do you resonate with the most. Coincidentally I signed up for this blog when I read cultivation chat group and since then my cultivation improved since picking up ideas fro these comics. heres a few I’ll recommend. Cultivation Chat group Master of Gu tales of demons and gods World of cultivation return of the immortal what comic are are you reading @Xiao San

  5. Contact with Deities in the Astral Realm

To advance to a level of deity in the astral realm takes a lot of astral projection and lucid awareness, I believe that’s a good starting point. I was thought of this idea of creating a astral location for astral learning but I had to be careful of what kinds of people To build with if not they might sneek their demons into the space subconsciously or unconsciously. I’m curious to know @Desmonddf if the astral location you made is is still active and how did you guys come together to make one?
  6. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Yes, I believe I know what you’re going through , it means you are going through an initiation process to gradually introduce you to higher stages of consciousness, you’ll be more drawn to spiritual ways and your life will be reset, it’s like living your best and worse life at the same time but at the end of it you’ll know why it had to be this way. I wish you luck on your spiritual journey.
  7. Intro

You're welcome my friend, you'll love it here. It's only been weeks since I joined and its like a treasure trove of knowledge and bright minds here. As for not knowing how to define your self, you should take your time, you have time, know that you are immortal and ever changing so your identity might change totally in the future as you accumulate knowledge. You could consider creating your own label for thyself as you come off as an eclectic and might not need to fit into one that already exists, but at the end of the day we have freedom to do as thy please. Happy treasure hunting my friend.
  8. How to learn 'sung'?

There's good reason to say that sung, relaxation, not trying so hard, this is the key to being spiritual. After all, Cheng Man-ch'ing also says: Sink (ch'en). If someone can relax completely, then this is ch'en. If the ligaments and blood vessels relax, then the whole body (of which they are a part) sinks down. Basically, ch'en and sung are the same thing. Ch'en means not floating. Floating violates Tai Chi Chuan. If your body can sink, this already is good, but you must also make the chi sink. If the chi sinks, then the spirit (shen) gathers. That is very useful note: "When the shen is gathered the mind becomes clear."
  9. How to learn 'sung'?

Great method, this is called a spiritual bath were you soak in herbs and flowers, they really open up the energy centers.
  10. Effectiveness of Mudras

Great post, never thought of the idea of body Mudras before, yoga would be a good example of body Mudra.
  11. Effectiveness of Mudras

The kuji in kuji kiri 9 seal Mudra holds all the energy of the universe and it will be a good place to start on mudras, however I believe that a Mudra must first be empowered through meditation and contemplation before a Mudra can be activated.
  12. Favorite "new" mineral supplements (& PQQ)

The body is made up of 102 minerals, Sea Moss contains 92 of those minerals. Seamoss could be a perfect body refining herb and I plan on making body refining pills out of it.
  13. Dream Communion

I also share similar views, on dreams, dreams are real and strongly believe it to be another realm. I’ve been exploring lucid dreaming and astral projection for a while now and have been keeping a dream journal, when i read through the dream journal, I realized that some dreams are repetitive and similar, when I put all the similar dreams together it tells a clear message. I’m in the habit of ceasing to call it dreams I now call it heaven, because I believe the dream realm to be a spirit realm and as spirits in a mortal body, our true home is the heaven We can access this heaven consciously when we learn how to be lucid and aware of it. one other thing I’ve noticed is meeting people in dream that you’ve never met in life, sometime the subconscious borrows a form that is in your mind and uses it a symbol to pass a message, a celebrity in a dream might be a symbol of a personality of a scandal. All in all dreams are a good way to communicate with the other side and bring information that is unknown to this realm.
  14. Daoist Meditation

One meditation method we use for this is with a hand fan, as you blow the air to your face or head, the air flow leaves sensations that create a point of focus to ground you to your body, also as the air blows past the ears You can hear the voice of the wind\fan and a rhythm for you to focus on, at later stages we attach a mantra to the voice the fan making every blow a syllable. Fanning my self 4 times could syllabise - I - Am - Groun -Ded.
