when the colors are fixed and elevated up off the floor. They will lock into place and you wont have the ability to move them any longer. In other words , You wont be able to move your head so have a different POV of them . The pattern colors and your head are FIXED in unison. You CAN however, move one of your eyeballs and loo around the pattern while the other holds it in place with your head. The image will have great detail and clarity . The solidity of the floor stays on the floor . It will seem holographic as you move your hand and arm THROUGH the colors and pattern. At first the pattern may return to the floor level but as you practice, you'll gain the ability to keep it fixed in place , even when passing your hand and arm through it all the way to the floor level .

let me show you " the way " 1. to begin , you must be standing or sitting and be about 3 to 4 feet away from one of the attached patterns. if you look at a floor pattern, and are 5 or 6 feet tall , that's ok too . Its doesnt need to be on the floor, It can be a larger computer screen pattern too . It can be on paper but I like to start with floor tiles. 2. what we are going to do is separate, all colors from the solidity of density . ( we only see colors , we only feel density ) 3. you should not have your feet in the field of view . Just have the floor pattern in your field of view. 4. next .... look at the pattern and cross your eyes until the pattern moves closer to your eyes and locks into place. at first the pattern will be blurry and distorted and that is as it should be . Keep crossing your eyes until the pattern becomes perfectly clear and about 50% closer to your eyes than it was when it was on the floor. it will LOCK into place crystal clear and stationary . 5. Once its locked into place, you'll be able to look all over the pattern at the 50% level with very clear definition . You'll notice every detail and color as it were a high resolution image . 6. Try to touch the pattern with your hand while its still locked into place above the floor at 50% level . You won't be able to feel to colors and your hand will go completely through the pattern with no density . 7 Move your hand all the way down until it hits the solid density . We can't see density, we can only feel it and we can't feel colors, we can only see them. If you continue pushing your hand all the way to the floor, you'll feel the hard floor at floor level and see the colors at 50 higher than the floor level between your eyes and floor distance . We are separating the the two poles of SIGHT and TOUCH . sight is + and touch is its Neg pole. speech and hearing are a set +/- smell and taste are a set +/- 3 sets just like we have 3 sets of bones in our arms legs fingers and toes. 3 knuckles too . 3 sets like we have 3 sets of the 3rd dimension ( left right) and (up down) and (front back ) the 3 primary positive and negative sets of colors blue, green , red are the pos set Yellow , magenta , cyan are the neg set white is outside and black is inside the 3rd dimensional sets ( inside or outside the 3d box ) Good luck . the objective is to discover the flatness of the hologram and the solidity in the background. to be familiar with it . AS soon as we look away with our 5 senses , it INSTANTLY vanish's from existence. AS soon as we look again , it appears again INSTANTLY. Example. Imagine a rabbit in your ( holographic minds ) . Makes a pink bunny with floppy ears. Now make the bunny hop . Our minds are HOLOGRAPHIC. As soon as we take out attention off the mind and return to OBJECTIVE sight, the bunny instantly vanishes. Put your attention on the bunny again and it appears again INSTANTLY. we are doing the same / difference with OBJECTIVES around us . Its being put there instantly and vanished instantly every moment of every day . Use the tile floor exercise and get some of your own reality on it . 1 2 3 4 its not easy at first , keep at it . For some it will be impossible . Its the nature of our BIO/GEO construct. We are all BIO/GEO . Everything is . There is a HUGE BIO source that is the other half to its NEG geo form. all GEO's came from and comes from a single BIO source. The BIO source is located in the center of the GEO " sphere " BIO is the positive half to NEG Geo . ALL negatives come from their respective positive source. up/down left/right Dem/ rep lib/conserve right/wrong peace/war truth/lie reality /illusions hot/cold fast/slow fire/water self/others out/in north /south east/west male/female soft/hard everything as a set of two . Make sure you get them all correct Positive , then neg . Neg's cant exist without a positive host because the comes from the positive host. Positive hosts cant exist without its neg pole. A positive host without a NEG to slow it down or stop it , will happen instantly and cant be perceived by our human 5 senses. Sight smell touch taste and hear. All positives move towards its neg. Negs never originate . Pos always originates. Negs ONLY receive the origination.

try the floor patterns and get the pattern to lift up off the floor and lock into place. When you uncross your eyes, it will resume back to its duality state. You'll have no doubts of what you've done once you do it correctly . With a little practice, you can lock it into place 25% but never more than 50%. The left and right sides of our bodies are at 50% to each other with our spines in the center. Males and females are at 50% to each other with genders in the center at left and right . In order to have symmetry there must also be asymmetry at 50% Hence males and females with males slightly more and females slightly less.

its normal vision . / Like most of us . The oceans horizon is perfectly flat and horizontal from left to right If we stand at 90 degrees and look towards it . It will always be at 50% between the sky and land . NO MATTER how high up or low down we view it from . 1 " high or 100 miles up . The hologram is designed with spacial and locational dimensions. 6 sides total with an inside and an OUTside. There are no other possibilities. we can only view the positive sides. NEVER its negative sides. without the negative sides , ITS ALL FLAT. who's making the Crop Forms that are not human ? Its ok if you don't know . *WE* are not supposed to know, but we can know if we chooses to know. SOme are human made but very few . If we use the white to black color spectrum with white at NO density and black as solid matter . AS well as WHITE as instant speed and black as a dead stop, it will reveal many things we d like to know but have trouble knowing. White is total freedom to know everything black is the inability to know anything polar opposites total freedom of choice is at white no freedom to chooses is at black the colors between them are different degrees of freedoms and liabilities. EVERYTHING we see smell taste etc etc is an illusion of densities from no density at white to the hardest solid density as black . But no matter what the density may be , its still just an illusion that is derived from a single positive source. Everything is perfectly flat and there are no exceptions. DEPTH and curvature is an illusion of flat and straight. Colors are spectrum's of densities.

the video is not in real time. its a VIDEO . From the past . Use your eyes in real time with a pattern in real time. You don't need a video or goggles . We are separating density from colors and colors from density. The video doesn't work for the density aspect of separation.

Step 4 : You look at the pattern normally. THEN : CROSS your eyes until the patterns raises up and off the floor level to 50% higher than floor level between the floor and your eyes. The pattern will LOCK into place at the 50% level but ONLY the patten and the colors in the pattern. The solid density of the floor stays on the floor. It's only the colors and pattern that raises up off the floor. You'll be able to move your hand through the color pattern because its all holographic. Everything is . We are separating SIGHT from TOUCH . Once you understand how the HOLOGRAM we all live in works, you'll be a master over it . Others will still be unconscious of it . You'll be very aware of it . When you uncross your eyes, the two will seem to be as one again . Don't make it too complicated. Just follow the simple instructions. Simple is the positive pole of complex. Its negative pole. Simple is best , complex is worst. Be the best at what you do and let others be the worst. Stay balanced BETWEEN SELF AND OTHERS Self is the positive pole to others, its negative pole. When you master the effects of the hologram , y0u can move forwards like a martial artist and take it to levels you have not imagined. You don't need a pattern to separate the 2 . Change is a positive and non change or stuck is its negative pole . Its change / no change. I doubt life is stuck in a state of constant non judgemental awareness. It's like winning at every game every time all the time every single time. When any of us die , our soul does not leave the body . Our body leaves the single soul like a leaf drops off a tree and all of the memory of that body dies with it . Past life memory is past body DNA memory from our parents and their parents and so on . Everything we see hear taste smell touch comes the single soul and goes back to the single soul through all forms of life. That's what I see from my POV. We all have different POV's . The single soul likes it this way because " the 1 " soul lives through us all . Its BIO towards geo . heaven is mostly BIO and earth is mostly geo . our bodies are part bio and part geo .There isn't a third. We are the pupets tha life plays with and through. There was only a single soul in the beginning and that same single soul is here now and lives its life through all forms of life . Mutipal souls is an illusion created by the single soul to have playmates to play with when its actually all comeing from and going to the same single soul . the 4th dimension is inside the 3rd and the 5th is outside the 3rd in plain sight for everyone. Not hidden . All 5 are available to view just as easy as the 3rd . when you are in the 3rd ( inside of it ) you can only see 12 of the 24 sides when you are outside the 3rd ( in the 5th ) you can only see 60 of 120 sides. we can only see the positive sides ( objective reality ) are in front of the negative sides the NEG sides we cannot see , are ( SUBJECTIVE illusion ) are behind the positive sides we see flat earth but we think globe earth Its objective and subjective in combination . . we can see colors but can't feel them we can feel density but can't see it when we combine the two , we see and feel colors on solids as a single item but they are not a single item the air and land are the same difference. If you look across and between the air and land , we see a horizon and division , but when we look up or down at the air or land , we see them both from a vertical POV as one or the other 4d= 1x2x3x4=24 sides 12+ and 12 - 5d = 1x2x3x4x5=120 or 60+ and 60 - see crop formations .

The Horned Torus : There are two versions of a Torus. The Horned and the Ring. Im interested in knowing more about it. Does anyone know the significance of the Horned Torus ? Its not on wikipedia .
