Do the online courses of Tiger talisman qigong (I think they are just recordings and not live) need a transmission from Master Wu at some point? Or does that type of qigong work even without an energy transmission?

Hello, I would be interested in SKY. How does one go about to start it? You mentioned an initiation. Do I have to find a master for that? Are there SKY centers, or can it be done online?
