  1. During today's practice I just felt the need to come back here and express my gratitude, thank you Xuan! This meditation is awesome! It's been some time since I've been practicing it now. I didn't practice everyday and sometimes I miss some weeks, but I always come back to it because it's one of the few practices that I really feel it's working. Nowadays I still have some movements during practice, but they evolved to some stretchings and hand mudras, I also spend some time without moving at all, which feels great! The stretchings are great, I've gained a very good level of flexibility just by doing this meditation, it also corrected my neck posture a lot, I can't say it's 100% cured but I had a very bad neck posture and after lots of stretching during this meditation it is looking a lot better. Now neck movements aren't so common as they used to be when I started, this shows how this meditation really knows where to work on the body, now it's like it's aware that the neck posture is good so it's time to focus on other things. When I started, neck movements were really strong actually, lots of rotations and stretches, now I barely rotate my neck during practice and when I do, it's very soft, very gentle movements which feels good. So I just felt the need to thank you again for sharing this meditation for free with us!
  2. Is that a controversial thing? But honestly, this is a great question. Now trying to remember I really can't, I feel like I read it from two or three different sources and they all said the same thing so I just believed it. Maybe different Masters will think different, but I learned it this way. It's actually pretty fast to do the rotations. But I get your point, I spend like 5mins in "ending practices" so it's like a short qigong at the end. Yep exactly that's why I used these terms, they're easier to understand and are also the terms used in most books nowadays, I don't get his reaction. Bro calm down. These are just terms most commonly used nowadays to refer to the circular movements. A lot of the most recent books use these. No one is saying they had clocks back then. I get your point but I can't see the problem here. I know you will rage again and laugh at me but ok what can I do, I'm trying to be polite.
  3. Oh I forgot to give this detail. The rotations are made touching the skin around the navel(big circles)with the palm of the right hand, with left hand on the back of the right hand. 36x counter clockwise then 36x clockwise This is done as a closing exercise after qigong
  4. I honestly don't get it. I learned that counterclockwise rotations disperse the energy we gathered during practice. So what's the point of those exercises AFTER qigong that teaches us to do first 36 counterclockwise rotations and then 36 clockwise rotations? Is there another explanation to that? I've only been doing 36 clockwise rotations after practice because I feel it makes more sense, I also found systems that only teaches the clockwise rotation so I don't feel I'm 100% wrong, but maybe I'm missing something.

  6. This. And this. Just take care of yourself, people who think they are possessed, are not. It's just mental illness, sorry for saying that, but this will help you understand. I've seen a clairvoyant talking about these possession cases and analyzing those people, none of them were possessed, it was just in their minds. When a priests performs an exorcism, the "possessed" people BELIEVE that they are free and when this happens it stops, because they weren't possessed at all. Sorry again, I'm saying this with all the respect, I'm just trying to help.

    Pornography = Bad Masturbation = Depends.. We are the first generation to have access to pornography in a large scale. Internet has brought access to it in a ridiculous easy way, you just need to click a button and well.. there you are. Think about our grandparents, how many naked women have they seen in their entire life? I'm 26 and I probably already saw more naked women than my whole family tree LMAO The thing is, we are the first generation to be truly affected by pornography, and all of the studies on this subject are recent, but one thing that has been shown is that porn acts just like cocaine addiction in your brain. Not only that but if you stop and think about it, pornography isn't as easy to let go as cocaine, because well, youcan get rid of cocaine by not buying more cocaine, but how do you free yourself from pornography? You probably need your notebook to work, you probably need your phone for social interactions, and these are the same things we use to access porn, unless you live inside a cave, you can't get rid of these things... So recently there are rehabilitation clinics(I think this is the correct name) for porn addiction recovery. Just like the "normal drugs", a lot of people need to isolate themselves so they can stop, because it's so hard. You don't need to pay for it. You don't need to leave your house to have it. It's ridiculously easy. So yes, pornography is bad, avoid it as much as you can, it will f*** your brain in every way possible. About masturbation, it's totally natural, everyone does it so there's no problem in that, just don't masturbate so frequently or it will be bad for your health, so it can be good or bad, depends on the frequency. About frequent one night stands, I think it's fine too since you're having sex with someone and exchanging energy, so you are not depleting youself. Actually you can deplete your energy having sex, but it's harder, in the other hand(pun intended) masturbation will 100% deplete you everytime.

  11. I always heard that Sunlight exposure increases Qi, BUT EVERYTIME I expose myself for more than 1hour in sunlight it makes me SO SLEEPY, why does this happen? Energetically speaking do you guys know something about it? Does it really increases Qi or it's just me exposing myself too much and causing the reverse effect? It's summer where I live so now we can go the beach and well I thought that it was a nice opportunity to get that sunlight which I can't get in winter, but it makes me so sleepy afterwards.

    I don't think I understood what you are looking for, but I know of a "form" of qigong which is not actually a form, it's more like a warm up but it uses qigong principles so it's kinda of a "qigong warm up" which uses hand, neck rolls, fingers movements, etc.. You can find it in the book "Qigong for total wellness" by Baolin Wu.

    Lol I just saw this exactly one month after your post, what a coincidence hahaha trying to be more active here again, this last month was busy have you done other meditations ? yes for other meditations in general and yes for other yoga nidra meditations, some more esoteric than the one you mentioned but I don't think they are safe, so I did just one time and never again. I found one which worked with the whole chakra system besides the normal "yoga nidra relaxation". past life guided meditations? Yes I did some in the past but it was like 10 years ago, I'm not into that anymore and I don't recommend doing it, not sure if it can be dangerous or not but nowadays I don't even believe they work chakra cleansing? Yes but I also did it years ago when I had no idea what I was doing, today I have a completely different understandind about the chakras self hypnosis? Only for something like 3 days when I had insomnia and tried it to sleep, it doesn't worked so I stopped, I listened to the whole thing and at the end I wasn't sleeping, and to make things worse I still had to look at my bright phone screen to turn it off lol
