Hello Nungali, You must of have put in a lot of hours of study to be knowledgeable on all that information ! Years ago I dabbled enough with "western" astrology to be able to plot out natal charts which had a technically interesting aspect to it.

I hope your pickles are ok! And unholy crap ON THAT GUTTER OIL!!! (some places in Mexico may have their own version of gutter oil? On a side note they do have super peppers that may kill certain unhealthy stuff in food but I don't know?) If I remember right hydrogenated oil has been used in the US for many decades, which is bad stuff! (like in margarine) A study said something about such oil or fat as being 14 times worse than straight butter as an unhealthy oil/fat which our bodies can not use correctly!! Could be an indirect way to kill us off before we get old enough to collect social security? Who knows what the powers that be are doing which may sound crazy so I reserve the right to be wrong...

righto, and there are also the roadside produce sellers that have no health license and sell stuff that has no background checks or history so unless you personally know and have verified their product details its a roll of the dice! Years ago we might have gotten by ok with most roadside sellers but who knows now-a-days since somebody could be growing veggies where a lawn once existed that was soaked in "Roundup" and or other anti-weed or anti insect related chemicals !

some may know of the risks but their greed is the first priority in selling who knows what when it comes to various foods... others may not know the risks or are unlikely to get all the information that they should about things and are just trying to survive one more day as a desperately poor person in a very hard and often unforgiving environment! (apparently like the lady that caught that fish and sold it to survive one more day )

true in some cases but very untrue in others, for instance a very sick pathological liar, thief, cheat, grifter, con-man, sexual assaulter, fraud, convict, pro-violence perpetrator, dictator wana-be, etc., etc. pulling the wool over the eyes of multiple millions of his supporters!! i think that would be very conditional on where, when and what food a person is getting in those countries. Same with most places. I've seen reports where someone found food in Mexico growing in very contaminated soil, and as for China even many of the kids toys from there have been found to be dangerously contaminated with who knows what; (like lead paint) and there are also the food animal cages with serious crud in them and their sick occupant's. Etc...

I don't fully trust any food from Mexico, including that labeled organic. Same with food from China; have you ever been in a transplanted Chinese (to the US) food store? They have all sorts of and kind of strange (to me) artificial looking items in multiple colors!

also ask how many college kids would pass this test? Remember when Jay Leno would walk around asking people on the street basic history questions and such and most folks failed? I'm up on powerhouse utilities/operation, electricity/& some electronics, some computer and automotive tech, some other types of mechanics along with being a partial jack of many trades like carpentry, plumbing, heating, and various types of gadgets repair but answers to many of the questions above faded from memory or were never on my radar way back in the 60's...btw some of the things I mentioned that I'm experienced with most people could care less about or take for granted until such things quit or need work! "Modern man" is kind of helpless without all our machines or conveniences.

Speaking of stranger things: What is with all of the home and business explosions related to leaking gas lines that have been reported this year!! (in the US) Normally natural gas related equipment is pretty safe and I don't remember of ever hearing of so many disastrous explosions in one year! Are people doing something different with their utilities? Then there are all the near misses (and some hits) going on with planes or at airports being reported at a level higher than what I've ever heard before ....we also have orca's attacking boats and sharks seemingly getting in a lot more attacks on people! yikes!

Btw, and again Buddhism uses the term "mind" as if it were Spirit but to me it is a thing, a computer like thing which is or can be a very great tool which is the realization that Spirit has of it. So an "awakened" mind or well working computer is fine but it can not go beyond itself being that it is a thing.

I'd say knowledge as we know it is also a thing and can not pass into no-thing, Karma does not end for a particular being until that particular being has 'returned' and is no longer identified in that way but as the Self... Prana is not a concept and is the power in all forms, forms are not illusions per-se except in the eye of a particular beholder that does not see that Prana powers them and That which powers Prana in its springing forth, as spoken of..

well part of that sounds rather dismissive when a textual pointer or a fine teacher could be pointing as well as a pointer can point. are you then willing to say that illusion (and harping on it) is an illusion, although some make it sound like there is real illusion...

there is "Satchitanada" of purest Prana/Joy which is indestructible and connected to the Self, Btw, not all schools or teachers of Hinduism agree with this and may say Satchitanada is the Self even though the Self is beyond all categories even and including the first and purest of Prana or Satchitanada. (which is connected)

do you have those little sand crabs that momentarily surface from slightly below the top of the sand just as the waves water starts to go back out or just as it comes in to shore? (at a few inches depth) When I was a kid I loved catching those in my hand with a quick and shallow dig and then setting them down so they could burrow back into the wet sand. (and they kind of tickled the fingers)

all of that and you still seem to miss the point that there is no separation of the Self and the springing forth of Prana.... Some schools of Hinduism apparently miss that point also? Anyway and since there is no separation between The Self and Prana then there is really no separation in "Reality" (except and only in the limited eye of a particular beholder) "99. For one who sees thus, thinks thus and understands thus, Prana springs from the Self; hope springs from the Self; memory springs from the Self; so do Akasa, fire, water, etc. Everything springs from the Self for him".

being that I think you've said that you've looked at the Upanishads, maybe look again in the Chandogya where it says Prana springs from the Self for there is no stopping of that springing forth that is rock solidly linked to the Self and neither is an illusion, (or if one prefers "The Tao goes far and returns" to parapharse)

btw, I like the saying about two thorns: quoted below "For example, to remove a thorn in your finger you use another thorn; then you throw both of them away. But if you keep the second thorn which was used to remove the first one, you’ll surely be stuck again. To remove ignorance, knowledge is necessary, but finally both must dissolve into Reality. Your Self is without ignorance, without knowledge"... (although I'd add that It knows it Self otherwise all would be the vanity of vanities!)

not bad dude but to me that is only half the "story" since the cosmic cycles never stop and are not really illusory (a key misunderstanding) but samsara that needs to be properly understood...
