Dwai, as you well know the Upanishads point to the sun a great deal (as the door to Brahman or the un-manifest) But during or as emanated manifestation becomes the dance of light, dark and everything in between so to speak. Anyway I'd say there is non-evil aspect of darkness as you imply and there is also an evil aspect of darkness (as a willful turning against and away from Dharma resulting in "dark" karma) which Brahman is free of per revealed scripture.

true, mankind can not break the laws of the universe but there is an escape velocity, if reached, that does not break those laws but supersedes them, thus a person can attain freedom from the mechanics of suffering which is part and parcel to the nature of forms, some call that escape velocity Love.

I'm no expert but I'd say a true master can see/understand another's karma's or patterns of karmic/mind stuff, for how else would they be able to help one balance such karma's out.... Thought forms have energy and or (astral) mass in a certain way and I'd say that one's attached karmic recordings in soul are not unlike that, thus we have to untangle from them to free joyous spiritual simplicity from such coverings. One might say good karma could be likened to clean, thin and light steel, while dark karma could be likened to rusty, thick and heavy steel. (an analogy from my mechanical background)

....looking from the outside in there is mystery, looking from the inside out there is simplicity, an unbreakable, joyous simplicity that is of true and complete satisfaction.

I don't know of any creature that does not have some level of survival instinct, (to prevent its death) which is not the same as thinking or pondering about it which can turn fearful or depressing for humans.

Btw, the historic Buddha said something close to, "Wonder of wonders!" which in a way is a type of mystery in the sense of wonder.

I'd say it's all magic plain as day and green as grass - which is hidden when we are blind and deaf and take such as the only realty.

Unity in Diversity...Supreme Soul in souls...none are denied thus also reflect their unique being connected to Supreme Being.

my analogy/concept is far from perfect, and can such ever be perfect, thus to each their own. Anyway one might want to also consider an analogy using prisms, for instance only (one) white light on one side of a prism while infinite colors come out the other side of it.... (further imagine a prism with the Unknown on one side of it while only white light comes out the other side of it)

another way to try and express this is that there is only one of us that is veiled from the many of us; thus instead of envisioning that zillions of us are somehow stuffed into one, envision that there is only one being reflected (so to speak) by zillions of mirrors, mirrors which all have different variations in their reflective surfaces. (variations which do not change the original one of us that is being reflected in zillions of different ways)

I'd say that at the end of all time, space and form there is only one being, the Supreme Being, but since there is also a multiverse of time, space and limitless number of various beings in various forms and thus states of varied being it would be misplaced idealism and or misunderstood mysticism imo to say or imply that we are all at the same state of being or just one being... which maybe only one out of maybe a billion beings has fully realized and is acting from through a fully evolved matrix of soul.
