Where do I begin... I'm probably the most ignorant one you guys have ever seen here ahahahah
Well, I recently started to meditate every morning (just sitting, relaxing and trying to think about nothing) and I was wondering if I was doing it in the right way. I found this forum and I didn't understand a single thing... Too many informations, styles and methods.
So, I'm here asking for some advice. Where do I start? How do I choose what I need to practice?
