Hi Bums, Long time reader, first time poster. Over the years this has been one of my favorite places to read and learn. I've done Spring Forest Qi Gong, Teacher Training from one of Lee Holden's students and I studied Chen Style Tai Chi with a teacher with an old lineage. Most recently I am doing Flying Phoenix Chi Kung. I am interested in internal alchemy and the Great Work, which lead me to Chi Kung. I look forward to conversing and contributing.
