  1. I'm a novice. I have a great interest in practicing ZZ, based on two books: "The way of energy" (by Master Kam Chuen Lam) and "Inside ZZ" (by Master Mark Cohen). I love these books so much. They are very useful for me. Now, I want to understand more about this marvellous practice, can you introduce for me some books or websites? Thank you! 🙏🌷
